みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日は皆さんも大好きなシートマスクについてお話をするんですけれども、今までは化粧水とか美容液をシートに浸したっていうようなイメージだったと思うんですけども、最近のシートマスクっていうのがめちゃくちゃすごいことになってるんですね。製剤技術の結晶といっても過言ではないようなシートマスクが出てきています。 今日は最新のシートマスクで肌タイプ別に3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最新知見の入ったシートマスク使いたいよっていう方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 今日はどんな方に向けたシートマスクかっていうと、1つ目がめちゃめちゃ乾燥してますと、バリア機能がかなり低下してるのでそれをカバーしたいっていう方向けのものが1つ。もう1つは毛穴が開いてるっていう方に向けたシートマスク。そしてもう1つはですね、同じ毛穴でも年齢によるたるみ毛穴、全体的にくすみがあるっていう人に効くようなシートマスク。この3つになっています。 それぞれの肌悩み別にご紹介していきますので、全部が全部みんなにいいよっていうわけではないんですよ。今回のはちょっと尖った処方になっているので、自分がどれに悩んでるのかなっていうので参考にしていただければと思います。 ではまず1つ目、ケアセラ 高保湿クリームラップマスクです。ターゲットとしては何やっても乾燥しますとか、粉吹いてますっていうような人、普通肌寄りのインナードライの方には向いてるかなと思います。 包装はいつも通りのシートマスクみたいな感じなんですが、クリームラップマスクなんですよ。シートの中にクリームを入れているっていうのがポイントなんです。開けると白い濃厚クリームがたっぷり入っているんですね。 バリア機能ってどういう構造してるかっていうと、水と油っていう感じでミルフィーユ状になっています。これをラメラ構造と呼ぶんですね。ラメラ構造をとっているからこそバリア機能っていうのはしっかりと守られていて、外的刺激が入ってこないようになっています。ただそのバリア機能が壊れるっていうことは、このラメラ構造自体が壊れているっていうところになるんですね。 このラメラ構造を立て直してあげればいいんじゃないかっていうことで、シートマスクでできないかっていうふうに考えられてるんですね。シートマスクに含まれているクリーム自体がラメラ構造をとっています。シートマスクにそれを入れるっていうのがめちゃめちゃ大変なんですよ。シートに液を染み込ませる時にはある程度粘度が低くなきゃダメじゃないですか。でも粘度が高くないとラメラ構造をとらないんですよ。低粘度なんだけれどもラメラ構造をしっかりとるっていうのを実現することが大変だったんです。 乾燥肌の人っていうのはお水系のものを貼ると染みてしまったりとか、ふやけてバリア機能低下しちゃいますよ、短時間でやってくださいって言うんですけれども、逆にこのシートマスク短時間でやったとしても水分が一緒に蒸発しちゃうことがあるんですよ。だからやっぱり油分も含んだようなクリームパックの方がいいよっていう話をしてるんですけど、それがなかなかできなかった。それをやってくれるっていうだけでも技術が高いなっていうふうに思いました。 それだけじゃなくて中に入っている成分めちゃめちゃ素晴らしいです。ケアセラっていうのはロート製薬さんの中でもセラミド研究をしっかりしてるんですね。8種の天然セラミドを配合しています。8種類のセラミドをめちゃくちゃ小さくして肌に浸透させるっていうところが素晴らしいところかなと思いますし、タイプがいろいろあるんですが全部コンプリートしてる感じなんですね。 なんでいっぱいセラミドを入れた方がいいかっていうと、セラミドには大きく分けて4つぐらいのグループがあるんですが、どういうことをしてくれるかっていうのが変わってくるんですよ。例えば隙間を埋めるよとか、土台を作るよとか、水分を引っ張ってくるよとか、いろんなセラミドがあるので、どのグループのものも1つずつじゃないんですけど、しっかり入れていって組み合わせた方がバリア機能をしっかり上げられるよっていうことが分かっています。 それ以外にポイントなのが、ケアセラシリーズには発酵セラミドというものが入っているんですね。これが何かっていうと、ジヒドロキシコレスタノイルスフィンゴシンっていうちょっと噛みそうなものとセラミド62っていうのの混合物っていうのが、ロート製薬さんが独自に開発した発酵セラミドって言われていて、補うこともするんだけれども自分の中でセラミドも作らせてあげるっていうような、お利口さんのセラミドも入れています。それをナノ化して肌にしっかり浸透させていく。プラスアルファはサポートをするペプチドだったりとか、抗炎症作用のグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムも入れてるっていうところになります。 ポイントとしては、まずシートマスクなんですけど、お水じゃないクリームだということ。乾燥肌の人だったりとか、敏感肌の人はお水系のものを短時間でも貼っておいてしまっても刺激になる人がいるんですけど、クリームでラメラ構造を取っているもので、シートマスクをするからこそまずバリア機能が整えられるということ。バリア機能の要でもあるセラミドを8種類入れてる。そのうちの1つが発酵セラミドで、自分たちの中でも作ってくれるっていう素晴らしいシートマスクかなと思います。 スペシャルケアとして週に1、2回、15分は貼れますって書いてあって、しっかりと貼っていてもいいんじゃないかなと思うので、一度試してもらいたいなと思います。集中リペアって書いているぐらいですからね。逆に言うと、すごい脂性肌の人が使うと、やっぱりリッチになりすぎちゃうので尖ってるアイテムかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、メラノCCプラス AZマスクというものになります。今回黒になってるんですよね。メラノCCプラスっていう名前なので、通常のメラノCCっていうのはやっぱりピュアビタミンCなんですが、メラノCCにいろんな成分を入れていくっていうものの第1弾らしいです。今回はピュアアゼライン酸を入れてますけども、尖った処方のシートマスクが出てきてます。 皮脂が多くて毛穴が開いちゃうっていう本当に脂性肌の人だったりとか、あと脂性肌の中でもインナードライの人ですね。敏感肌とかそういう人にはちょっとあんまり向かないかなと思うのが、まず入っているのがピュアビタミンCとアゼライン酸なんですよ。 ビタミンCはもう皆さんね、言わずと知れた抗酸化作用だったりとか、あと皮脂の分泌を抑えたりとか、美白の効果だったりも期待できますし、高濃度を入れるとコラーゲン産生とかで肝斑ケアとかにも効果期待できるんですけども、その他にはビタミンEですね。酢酸トコフェロールって言って、やっぱり皮脂が多くなってくると炎症が起こって酸化が起こるので酢酸トコフェロールが入っていたりとか、抗炎症でグリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、あとはリボフラビンっていうビタミンB系の成分も入ってるんですね。リボフラビン自体が黄色いんですよ。中はこのシートマスク、黄色いシートマスクです。だから白いお洋服の時はそれはあんまりおすすめできないぐらい、ありとあらゆるところから皮脂を抑えていく感じになってるんですね。 そこにアゼライン酸が入ってます。ロート製薬といったらダーマセプトって言って、以前私も紹介をした、あれも15%か20%ぐらい入ってると思うんですけど、毛穴に向けたクリームはロート製薬さんは発売してます。アゼライン酸っていうのはニキビの治療薬で海外で使われていたりとか、皮脂を抑えたりとか、ニキビできそうみたいな時あるじゃないですか。それを高濃度のアゼライン酸のクリーム塗っとくと翌日ほど引いてたりするので、私も常用してるんですが、ポイントがあってアゼライン酸って水に全く溶けない成分なんですね。溶けにくいものをしっかり溶かしてクリームに高濃度入れたっていうのが、ロートさんが出しているアゼライン酸のクリームだったりで、本当にアゼライン酸を高濃度使いたいって言うんだったら、そういうクリームがおすすめですよみたいなお話をしたんですが、お水系のものには正直入れられないんですよ。 なんでこれ入れられたのかなっていうふうにいろいろお話を聞いていると、ピュアなアゼライン酸は入れてるんですけど、製剤の中でイオン化して溶けるようにしてるんだと思うんですよね。多分それじゃないとこの技術はできないと思うので、皮脂を抑制するっていうところと、あとはやっぱりシートマスクにそれを入れたいっていう思いでこういう処方にしたんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 ピュアビタミンCもアゼライン酸も刺激が強いものなので、あえては入れてるんだけれども、刺激で使えないっていうやつじゃなくって、ちゃんとしてるなっていうところはすごいなと。エビデンスを出してるところがすごいんですよね。なんでこれが効くのかっていうのを研究してるんですよ。 皮脂の中に含まれているステアリン酸っていうもの自体が肌に炎症を起こした時にはIL-8っていうものを出しているんですね。炎症が起こることによって毛穴が開いてしまうと、IL-8を抑えなくちゃいけないんですが、アゼライン酸を合わせることでIL-8っていうものをより強力に抑えることが分かったっていうことなんですね。 ピュアなビタミンCとアゼライン酸を入れることによって、皮脂の中のステアリン酸が原因のIL-8を抑えるのがロートさんの独自の組み合わせだったっていうところなので、組み合わせでエビデンスを出してきてるっていうところが素晴らしいところかなというふうに思います。さらにアゼライン酸を入れることで不安定だったビタミンCの安定感が高くなるらしいんですね。ピュアビタミンCの安定感っていうのはロートさんのお家芸なんですが、ベストパートナーだなっていうふうに思います。 皮脂による炎症で毛穴が開いてるっていう人にフォーカスを当ててるっていうところも素晴らしいなと思います。ただ何回も言うようにピュアビタミンCとアゼライン酸どっちも強力なものなので、まあ高濃度ではないとは思うんですけれども、やっぱり敏感肌の人とかは気をつけて使ったほうがいいかなと思うんですが、毛穴が開いているっていう人にはかなり向いてるシートマスクかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、クオリティファースト ダーマレーザー スーパーブラックになります。他のものももちろん使ったんですけれども、これだけ唯一開いてるのは、やっぱり私に向いてるなと思ったんですよ。聞いた時にあっちょっとすぐ使いたいと思って、もうすでに使っちゃってるんですけれども。 どういった人に向いてるかっていうと、年齢による毛穴のたるみですよ。あとは年齢によるくすみが気になる方。やっぱり大人になるとやっぱりいろんなところにくすみ感が出てくるんですよ。あとはとにかく高濃度でガツンとパワフルにいきたい方、忙しい方向けになっております。どう考えても私向けだなと思ったので、すぐに使わせてもらったんですけれども。 ダーマレーザーシリーズってプチプラの常識を超えたシリーズと言っても過言ではなくて、私が最初にダーマレーザー見た時に、何これっていうふうに思ったぐらい成分とか量がめちゃくちゃすごいんですよね。プチプラの最高峰というような位置づけで、この黒になってるみたいです。 何が入ってるかっていうと、ナイアシンアミドが10%入ってるんですよね。どうやって皮脂の分泌を抑えるかというと、肌の中のヒアルロン酸とかセラミドとかを増やすことによってバリア機能が整うことによって余分な皮脂が出なくなるんですよ。だから潤いの成分を増やすことによって余分な皮脂を抑えてるっていう感じなんですね。大人のインナードライの人だったりとか、潤い成分が少ないっていう人にはめちゃくちゃいいし、高濃度のナイアシンアミドっていうのはコラーゲンとかエラスチンも増やしてくれるので、シワにも真皮にもエイジングケアとしては素晴らしい効果があるんですよね。 ナイアシンアミドが10%入ってるだけじゃなくて、やっぱりこのダーマレーザーシリーズっていうのはやっぱりビタミンCですよね。いろんな種類入ってます。例えばAPPS、両親媒性なので深部まで行くっていうもの、テトラヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビルっていう油溶性のビタミンCなので、ゆっくりゆっくり行くものだったりとか、しっかり入ってるんですね。 なのでナイアシンアミドでケアしながら、独自の毛穴成分でコラーゲンとかエラスチンをしっかり増やしていくことによって、たるみ毛穴にフォーカスしていくし、プラスアルファはくすみケアもしていくんですよね。これ3分ケアって書いてあるのは、これがめちゃくちゃ高濃度に入ってるから、濃度が高いものと薄いものを置いておくと濃度が高いものから濃度勾配で入っていくので、短時間でガッといくんですよね。3分でいいんですよっていうのは高濃度入ってますよっていう証でもあるし、3分でパッという意味ではすごく時短にもなるし。 同じ毛穴なんだけれども、こっちは大人の毛穴、こっちは若い人の毛穴っていう全然違うなっていうふうに思います。高濃度でめちゃくちゃ攻めているので、肌が揺らいでるっていう方には不向きかもしれないんですけども、さっき言ったみたいに大人の方でガツンと効果出したいっていう方にはめちゃめちゃいいのかなっていうふうに思います。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I want to talk about sheet masks that everyone loves. Until now, sheet masks were basically just toners or serums soaked into a sheet, but recently sheet masks have become incredibly advanced. They've come out with sheet masks that could be called the crystallization of formulation technology. Today I'll introduce three of the latest sheet masks categorized by skin type, so if you want to use a sheet mask with the latest scientific knowledge, please watch until the end. Who are today's masks for? The first one is for people who are extremely dry, whose barrier function has declined significantly, and who want to cover that. The second is a sheet mask for people whose pores are enlarged. And the third is for people who have sagging pores due to age, along with overall dullness. I'll introduce each one according to skin concerns, but not all of them are good for everyone. This time the formulations are quite specialized, so please use this as a reference to figure out which concern applies to you. First, the Cure Cera High Moisture Cream Wrap Mask. This is targeted at people who get dry no matter what they do, or who have flaking skin—people leaning toward normal-to-inner-dry skin would suit this. The packaging looks like a regular sheet mask, but it's actually a cream wrap mask. The point is that cream is inside the sheet. When you open it, there's a thick white cream packed inside. What is the structure of barrier function? It's like layers of water and oil, like a mille-feuille. This is called a lamellar structure. Because of this lamellar structure, the barrier function is properly protected and external irritants can't get in. But when the barrier function breaks down, it means this lamellar structure itself has been damaged. So the idea was, wouldn't it be good to rebuild this lamellar structure? And they thought about whether this could be done with a sheet mask. The cream contained in the sheet mask itself has a lamellar structure. Putting that into a sheet mask is extremely difficult. When soaking liquid into a sheet, the viscosity needs to be relatively low, right? But without high viscosity, you can't form a lamellar structure. Achieving a lamellar structure properly while keeping low viscosity was the hard part. For dry skin people, applying water-based products can sting, or the skin gets waterlogged and barrier function declines, so they're told to use it for a short time. But even with short application of this sheet mask, moisture can evaporate along with it. So there was talk that cream packs containing oil would be better, but that was hard to achieve. Just accomplishing that alone shows how advanced the technology is. Not only that, but the ingredients inside are amazing too. Cure Cera is a brand where Rohto Pharmaceutical has done thorough ceramide research. It contains 8 types of natural ceramides. What's wonderful is that they've made these 8 types of ceramides extremely small so they penetrate the skin, and there are various types, but it seems like they've completed the whole set. Why is it good to include many ceramides? Ceramides can be broadly divided into about 4 groups, and what they do for you varies. For example, some fill in gaps, some create a foundation, some pull in moisture—there are various ceramides. So it's known that including each group properly and combining them raises barrier function more effectively than just one type. Another point is that the Cure Cera series contains something called fermented ceramide. What this is: a mixture of something called dihydroxycholestanoyl sphingosine (a bit of a tongue-twister) and Ceramide 62—this is called fermented ceramide, uniquely developed by Rohto Pharmaceutical. It not only supplements ceramide but also helps your skin produce its own ceramide—it's like a clever ceramide. They've nano-sized it to ensure proper penetration into the skin. Additionally, there are supporting peptides and anti-inflammatory dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. The key points: first, this sheet mask isn't water-based, it's cream. For people with dry or sensitive skin, water-based products can be irritating even for short applications, but because this uses cream that maintains a lamellar structure, the barrier function gets properly restored precisely because it's a sheet mask. It contains 8 types of ceramide, which are essential for barrier function, and one of them is fermented ceramide, which helps your body produce its own—I think it's a wonderful sheet mask. As a special care item, it says you can leave it on for 15 minutes, once or twice a week, so I think it's fine to apply it properly like that—I'd like people to try it once. It even says "intensive repair" on it. Conversely, if someone with very oily skin uses it, it might be too rich, so I think it's a rather specialized item. Next is this: Melano CC Plus AZ Mask. This time it's black. Since it's called Melano CC Plus, the regular Melano CC is pure vitamin C, but this seems to be the first in a series that adds various ingredients to Melano CC. This time they've added pure azelaic acid, and it's quite a specialized formulation for a sheet mask. This is for people who have a lot of sebum and enlarged pores—truly oily skin types, or oily skin types who also have inner dryness. For sensitive skin, it might not be very suitable. What's included first are pure vitamin C and azelaic acid. Everyone knows vitamin C for its antioxidant effects, sebum suppression, and whitening effects. At high concentrations, it's also expected to help with collagen production and melasma care. Additionally, there's vitamin E—tocopherol acetate. As sebum increases, inflammation and oxidation occur, so tocopherol acetate is included, along with anti-inflammatory dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and riboflavin, a vitamin B-type ingredient. Riboflavin itself is yellow, which is why this sheet mask is yellow inside. So I wouldn't really recommend wearing white clothes with this—it's really suppressing sebum from every possible angle. And azelaic acid is also included. Speaking of Rohto Pharmaceutical, there's Dermacept, which I introduced before—that contains about 15-20% azelaic acid, I believe. Rohto sells pore-focused creams. Azelaic acid is an acne treatment used overseas, suppresses sebum, and when you feel like a pimple might form, applying high-concentration azelaic acid cream can reduce it by the next day—I use it regularly too. The key point is that azelaic acid doesn't dissolve in water at all. Properly dissolving something that's hard to dissolve and putting it into a cream at high concentration is what Rohto's azelaic acid cream achieves. If you really want to use high-concentration azelaic acid, I'd recommend that kind of cream—that's what I said before, but honestly you can't put it into water-based products. So how did they manage to include it? From what I've heard, they include pure azelaic acid but ionize it within the formulation to dissolve it. I think that's probably the only way this technology could work. It's likely they formulated it this way both to suppress sebum and because they really wanted to include it in a sheet mask. Both pure vitamin C and azelaic acid are strong irritants, so rather than just barely including them in a way that's too irritating to use, the fact that they've made it properly usable is impressive. What's amazing is that they've provided evidence. They've researched why this works. Stearic acid contained in sebum, when it causes inflammation in the skin, releases something called IL-8. When inflammation occurs, pores open up, and IL-8 needs to be suppressed—and it's been found that combining azelaic acid more powerfully suppresses IL-8. So combining pure vitamin C and azelaic acid to suppress IL-8 caused by stearic acid in sebum is Rohto's unique combination—the fact that they've produced evidence for this combination is wonderful. Furthermore, adding azelaic acid apparently increases the stability of otherwise unstable vitamin C. Vitamin C stability is Rohto's specialty, so I think they make a great partnership. Focusing on people whose pores are enlarged due to sebum-related inflammation is also wonderful. But as I've said repeatedly, both pure vitamin C and azelaic acid are potent, so while I don't think the concentration is extremely high, people with sensitive skin should be careful when using it. But for people with enlarged pores, I think this is quite a suitable sheet mask. Next is this: Quality First Derma Laser Super Black. Of course I used the other ones too, but this was the only one that was already opened—I felt this one really suited me. When I heard about it, I wanted to use it right away, and I've already started using it. Who is this suited for? People with age-related pore sagging, and those concerned about age-related dullness. As you get older, dullness tends to appear in various places. It's also for people who want a powerful punch with high concentration, and busy people. I thought this was clearly meant for me, so I used it right away. The Derma Laser series could be called a series that exceeds the common sense of drugstore-priced products—when I first saw Derma Laser, I thought "what is this?"—the ingredients and amounts are incredibly impressive. It's positioned as the pinnacle of affordable skincare, and this black version seems to be that. What's inside? Niacinamide at 10%. How does it suppress sebum secretion? By increasing hyaluronic acid and ceramide in the skin, barrier function improves, which stops excess sebum from being produced. So by increasing moisturizing ingredients, it suppresses excess sebum. This is great for adult inner-dry skin types or people lacking moisturizing components, and high-concentration niacinamide also boosts collagen and elastin, so it has wonderful anti-aging effects on both wrinkles and the dermis. It's not just 10% niacinamide—this Derma Laser series is also rich in vitamin C. Various types are included. For example, APPS, which is amphiphilic so it penetrates deep, and tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, an oil-soluble vitamin C that works slowly—these are properly included. So while caring for the skin with niacinamide, their unique pore-care ingredients properly increase collagen and elastin, focusing on sagging pores, plus it also addresses dullness. The reason it says "3-minute care" is because the concentration is extremely high—when you place high and low concentration substances together, it moves in quickly due to the concentration gradient. Being okay in 3 minutes is proof of high concentration, and in terms of just 3 minutes, it's also a huge time-saver. Same pores, but this one addresses adult pores versus youthful pores—totally different, I think. Since it's very aggressive with high concentrations, it might not suit people whose skin is currently unstable, but as I said, for adults who want to see a strong effect, I think it's excellent. So, how was it? Depending on who it's for and the unique technology involved, these products are becoming quite specialized, so rather than just using anything that's available, the key point is to use something specialized that matches your own skin type and skin concerns.
