皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は2022年上半期のベストコスメ、プチプラ・ドラコス編になります。前回はデパコスのベストコスメを皆さんにご紹介しましたが、今回はプチプラとドラッグストアで買える化粧品でのベストコスメをご紹介しようと思います。プチプラは毎年出るわけではないんですけれども、今年もこれはすごいなと思うものがたくさん出ていたので、こちらでご紹介したいと思います。 では早速、洗顔から行きます。2022年のプチプラ・ドラコスのベストコスメはこちら、肌ラボ極潤ヒアルロン泡洗顔です。肌ラボシリーズの泡洗顔のリニューアルバージョンなんですね。もともと泡洗顔にはヒアルロン酸がしっかり入っていたんですけれども、ヒアルロン酸ってどうせ水に流せば流れていくものが多かった。それをしっかりと肌に吸着する、吸着型のヒアルロン酸を入れているというところが今回のリニューアルのポイントです。ちゃんと潤いを残しながら洗っていく。なのに800円くらいだったと思うんですけど、このお手軽さ。あとやっぱり泡洗顔って、このポンプのしっかりとした形状、泡がちゃんと出る形状というのも実はお金がかかるんですよ。なのに中身もいいし、このポンプもいいし、このプチプラなお値段は肌ラボさんにしかできないんじゃないかなと思います。洗い上がりも本当に取りすぎていない。だからといって、よくあるヒアルロン酸が入ってますみたいな、ぬめっとした感じもしないし、さっぱりはするんだけれどもちゃんと潤いが残っているという、優秀としか言えない洗顔です。こちらはダントツですぐにプチプラ部門が決まったという感じですね。 続いてクレンジングはこちら、カルテHD モイスチャークレンジングオイルジェルです。カルテHDというのはヘパリン類似物質が入っていることで有名だと思うんですけれども、このクレンジングオイルジェルには入っていないです。ですが、やっぱり敏感肌のためのクレンジングを作っている会社さんで、オイルジェルというところがポイントなんですよね。オイルってしっかり取れるんだけれども、ジェルというのは肌当たりもいい。汚れはしっかり落とすんだけど取りすぎない。だからといって肌に摩擦にならないように、きちんと厚みもあるジェルにして、しっかりとメイクは落とすんだけど潤いを残しながら肌に摩擦にならないようにという、絶妙な洗い上がりなんですよね。だから、オイルジェルという新しいジャンルを切り開いてくれたなというふうに思います。医薬部外品になっていて、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムもしっかり入っているし、保湿できるグリセリンやスクワランも入っているので、洗い上がりもしっとりしているし、敏感な人でも安心して使えます。このオイルジェルという新しいジャンルを切り開いてくれたなという感じもあるので、クレンジングはこちらを選びました。 続いて化粧水はこちら、オルビス ブライトローション Mです。このオルビス ブライトローションのポイントはビタミンCなんですけれども、このビタミンCに高圧処理をかけてしっかりと肌に浸透させていくということをしているものになるんですね。ビタミンCをしっかりと肌に入れるだけじゃなくて、ビタミンCのローションって結構ベタついたり刺激があったりすることもあるんですが、それが一切ないし、なんといってもこれ1980円なのすごくないですか？私、オルビスさんが値段を間違えたのかなと思うぐらいお安いし、大容量だし、プラスアルファ独自の技術でしっかりとビタミンCを入れていくというところがすごいなと思いました。一応しっとりタイプとさっぱりタイプがあるんですけど、私はしっとりタイプを使ったんですが、やっぱりビタミンCの化粧水はちょっと刺激があるかなと思っていたんですが、全くないし、スッと入っていくようなイメージですね。バシャバシャしっかり使えるので、大容量だから首まで使っていって透明感をアップしていくような感じがしているので、とっても優秀な化粧水だなと思って、プチプラ部門の化粧水はこれだなと思ってこちらを選びました。 続いて美容液はこちら、ザ・レチノタイム ホワイトホワイトニングエッセンスです。このレチノタイムシリーズはナイソウ商事さんとマツモトキヨシさんのドラッグストアが合同で作ったものなんですけれども、もともとレチノタイムというものがあって、そこから今回ホワイトニングが出ています。もともとレチノタイムというのはパルミチン酸レチノールという守りのレチノールとも呼ばれているレチノールが入っていたんですが、今回はパルミチン酸レチノール、そしてナイアシンアミド、そしてビタミンCという三大巨頭が入っているようなものになっています。プラスアルファ浸透技術もナイソウ商事さん独自の浸透技術を入れていて、これがドラッグストアで買えるんだというのが本当に私の中ではびっくりでした。プチプラではないんですけれども、この3つが入って浸透の技術もしっかりしていて、かつ使い心地もすごくいいんですよね。美容液なんですけども乳液タイプというかトロッとしているので、保湿もしながらアンチエイジングもしてくれる。だから、乾燥肌さんの人はこれだけでも意外といけるんじゃないかなというぐらいの保湿力もある。ザ・レチノタイム ホワイトホワイトニングエッセンス、これは本当にダントツ1位かなと思いました。 最後はクリームです。クリームのベストコスメはこちら、サナ リンクルタン 薬用コンセントレートクリームホワイトです。こちらのサナはノエビアさんが作っているプチプラのものになるんですが、プチプラなのになんとピュアレチノールが入っているんですね。さっきのレチノタイムにはパルミチン酸レチノールという守りのレチノールでしたけど、こちらはピュアレチノールで、よりアクティブに効いていくレチノールです。ピュアレチノールということはやっぱりしわ改善ということが言えるので、このお値段でそれが言えるってことはすごいなと。それだけじゃなくて、こちらにはナイアシンアミドも入っているんですね。なので、ナイアシンアミドでジワジワと肌に効かせながら、ピュアレチノールでガツンと効かせるという。プラスアルファ、このクリーム状になっているのでベタつきもしないし、もちろん部分使いでもいいし、全体的に薄く塗るということでもいいなと思います。なので、レチノールを始めたことないんだけれどもこれからちょっと始めたいよとか、プチプラぐらいで値段をとどめておきたいよという方には、すごく優秀なクリームなんじゃないかなと思いました。これもダントツ1位で決まったという感じですね。 ということで、2022年上半期プチプラそしてドラコスのベストコスメを発表しました。ドラコスとかプチプラとか、あまり悩まなかったかな。最近は成分で選ぶ方が多いので、成分をしっかりと全面的に推しながら、かつ独自のものを入れていくというのがトレンドなのかなと。なので、比較的選びやすくはなってきたかなと思います。ただ、やっぱりこの値段で大丈夫ですかという商品が多いので、本当に日本の化粧品会社さんってすごい技術と、そして良心的なんだなというのを、プチプラそしてドラコスを選んでみて改めて感動しました。なので、皆さんもプチプラでもドラコスでも、自分に合うものを探していただければなと思います。ということで、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'll be introducing the best cosmetics of the first half of 2022, focusing on affordable products and drugstore cosmetics. In the previous video, I introduced the best department store cosmetics, but this time I want to introduce the best affordable and drugstore cosmetics. Affordable products don't always come out every year, but this year there were many amazing ones, so I want to share them with you here. Let's start right away with facial cleansers. The best affordable/drugstore cosmetic of 2022 is Hada Labo Gokujun Hyaluronic Acid Foam Wash. This is a renewed version of the foam wash from the Hada Labo series. Originally, the foam wash already contained plenty of hyaluronic acid, but much of it would simply wash away with water. This renewal's key point is that they've added an adhesive-type hyaluronic acid that properly clings to the skin. It cleanses while leaving moisture behind, and yet it's only about 800 yen—such an affordable price! Also, with foam cleansers, the pump mechanism that properly dispenses foam actually costs money to make. Despite that, both the contents and the pump are excellent, and I think only Hada Labo could achieve this at such an affordable price. The finish after washing doesn't strip the skin too much. It's not like other products that claim to contain hyaluronic acid but leave a slimy feeling—it's refreshing yet leaves proper moisture. It's a cleanser I can only call excellent, so this was an immediate, clear winner for the affordable category. Next, for cleansing, it's Curel HD Moisture Cleansing Oil Gel. Curel HD is famous for containing a heparin-like substance, but this cleansing oil gel doesn't contain that. Still, this is a company that makes cleansers for sensitive skin, and the key point is the "oil gel" concept. Oil removes makeup thoroughly, but the gel texture is gentle on the skin. It removes makeup firmly without over-stripping the skin. To avoid causing friction on the skin, they've made it a properly thick gel that removes makeup thoroughly while leaving moisture behind and avoiding friction—it has an exquisite finish. I feel like they've pioneered a whole new "oil gel" category. It's classified as a quasi-drug and properly contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, along with moisturizing ingredients like glycerin and squalane, so the finish is moisturizing and safe even for sensitive skin. Because of this new "oil gel" category they've pioneered, I chose this as the cleansing product. Next, for lotion/toner, it's Orbis Bright Lotion M. The key point of this Orbis Bright Lotion is vitamin C. They use high-pressure processing to ensure the vitamin C properly penetrates the skin. Not only does it deliver vitamin C into the skin, but vitamin C lotions often feel sticky or irritating—this one has neither issue at all. And on top of that, it's only 1,980 yen—isn't that amazing? I even wondered if Orbis made a pricing mistake, it's that affordable, plus it comes in a large size, and the fact that they use their own unique technology to properly deliver vitamin C is impressive. There's a moisturizing type and a refreshing type; I used the moisturizing type. I expected vitamin C lotions to be somewhat irritating, but there was none at all—it has a smooth, absorbing feel. Since it's a large bottle, you can use it generously, even up to your neck, to boost radiance. I thought this was an excellently made lotion, so I chose it as the best affordable lotion. Next, for serum, it's The Retinotime White Whitening Essence. This Retinotime series was jointly created by Naris Cosmetics and Matsumoto Kiyoshi drugstores. Originally there was a Retinotime product, and this whitening version is a new addition. The original Retinotime contained retinyl palmitate, a gentler form of retinol also known as "guardian retinol," but this time it contains three major ingredients: retinyl palmitate, niacinamide, and vitamin C. On top of that, it incorporates Naris Cosmetics' proprietary penetration technology, and I was truly surprised that this is available at drugstores. It's not exactly cheap, but with these three ingredients combined with solid penetration technology, plus a wonderful texture—it's a serum, but more like a lotion type with a smooth, creamy texture that moisturizes while providing anti-aging benefits. People with dry skin might find this alone sufficiently moisturizing. I thought The Retinotime White Whitening Essence was truly the clear winner in this category. Finally, for cream, the best cosmetic is Sana Wrinkle... Medicated Concentrate Cream White. This Sana product is made by Noevir, and it's an affordable product—yet amazingly, it contains pure retinol. The Retinotime mentioned earlier contained retinyl palmitate, the "guardian" retinol, but this one contains pure retinol, which works more actively. Pure retinol means it can address wrinkle improvement, and the fact that this can be said at this price point is amazing. Not only that, it also contains niacinamide. So it works gradually with niacinamide while delivering a strong effect with pure retinol. Additionally, since it's in cream form, it's not sticky, and you can use it either as a spot treatment or apply it thinly all over. So for those who have never tried retinol before but want to start, or those who want to keep the price affordable, I think this is an excellent cream. This one was also a clear, decisive winner. So, that concludes my announcement of the best affordable and drugstore cosmetics for the first half of 2022. I didn't really struggle much between drugstore and affordable categories this time. Lately, more people are choosing products based on ingredients, so I think the trend is to firmly highlight ingredients while also incorporating unique proprietary elements. This makes it relatively easier to choose products. However, there are many products where you wonder "is this price really okay?"—and choosing these affordable and drugstore products made me once again feel impressed by the amazing technology and genuine goodwill of Japanese cosmetics companies.
