皆さんこんにちは、皮膚科医の友利新です。今日は前回に引き続き、ハンドクリームのお話をしたいと思います。前回は乾燥や痒みなどの症状がある方に、医薬部外品や医薬品のハンドクリームをご紹介しました。今日はそうなる前の段階で、基本的に手のエイジングケアに効果的なハンドクリームをご紹介したいと思います。 前回もお話ししましたが、手のひらには肌のバリア機能を担う皮脂腺がないため、手を洗えば洗うほど乾燥しやすくなっています。手は年齢が非常に出やすい部位ですので、基本的には手を洗ったらハンドクリームを塗っていただきたいのです。そこにエイジングケアのプラスアルファがあれば、顔と同じようにエイジングケアができると思います。今日はそういった商品を3つご紹介します。 **1つ目：アルビオン エクシア エール グランドエターナル ハンドクリーム** 私が結構愛用しているハンドクリームです。アルビオンといえば美白のイメージが強いと思いますが、まさにその美白ブランドらしく、このクリームには「麹酸」という美白成分が配合されています。麹酸は、お酒造りで麹を素手で扱う方の手が白くなることから発見された美白成分です。手はシミができやすい部位でもありますので、このクリームで美白ケアをしていただくのがおすすめです。さらに保湿成分として「1,3-ブチレングリコール」も配合されており、使用感がさっぱりしているため、ハンドクリームのベタつきが苦手な方にも非常におすすめです。 **2つ目：シャネル ル リフト クレーム マン ハンドクリーム** 誕生日プレゼントなどでいただくことも多い、プレゼントにも最適な一品です。ハンドクリームとしてはやや高価ですが、その価値は成分にあります。このシャネルのハンドクリームには、美容液と同じ成分が配合されています。それはシャネルが独自開発した「3.5DA」という成分で、老化を促進するタンパクの働きを抑制する複数の因子に着目し、それらを不活性化することで、老化を防ぐタンパクの働きを活性化するというものです。つまり、抗老化作用のある成分が配合されたハンドクリームです。ふっくら感やハリを引き出すエイジングケア効果が期待できます。さらにワセリンやグリセリンなどの保湿成分もしっかり配合されており、ベタつきにくい使用感で美容液レベルのエイジングケアが叶います。 **3つ目：SUQQU センティッド モイスチャライジング ハンドクリーム GC** これからの季節に特におすすめのハンドクリームです。このクリームの特徴は、SPF25・PA++++という日焼け止め効果があること。先ほども触れましたが、手の甲はシミができやすい部位でありながら、顔と異なりレーザー治療でもシミが取れにくい場所です。ハンドクリームを塗りながら紫外線対策もできる、珍しい一品です。保湿成分として「トリエチルヘキサノイン」というエステル系オイルが配合されており、肌の保護効果もしっかりあります。紫外線が気になる時期はこまめに塗り直していただくことをおすすめします。なお、室内にいても窓から紫外線は入ってきますので、窓際にいる場合はしっかり塗っていただければと思います。 いかがでしたか？美白・抗老化・日焼け止め効果など、さまざまなエイジングケアハンドクリームをご紹介しました。ご自身がどのような手肌を目指したいかに合わせて、ぜひ選んでみてください。このチャンネルでは美容や健康に関する情報を発信しています。よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。

In the previous video, I introduced quasi-drug and medicated hand creams for people experiencing dryness or itchiness. Today, I want to focus on hand creams ideal for aging care — before those issues even arise. As I mentioned before, the palms of our hands have no sebaceous glands to maintain the skin's barrier function, which means the more we wash our hands, the more moisture we lose. Our hands are one of the first places to show signs of aging, so ideally you should apply hand cream every time you wash your hands. If that routine also includes anti-aging ingredients, you can care for your hands just as you would your face. Today, I'll introduce three such products. **#1: ALBION EXCIA AL Grand Eternal Hand Cream** This is one of my personal favorites. ALBION is known for its whitening products, and true to that reputation, this cream contains kojic acid, a well-known brightening ingredient. Kojic acid was discovered when sake brewers who kneaded koji by hand noticed their hands became lighter — and that same ingredient is in this cream. Since the backs of the hands are prone to dark spots, this cream is a great choice for brightening care. It also contains 1,3-butylene glycol as a moisturizing agent, and has a light, non-greasy texture — perfect for those who dislike the sticky feel of typical hand creams. **#2: CHANEL La Crème Main Hand Cream** This is a hand cream I often receive as a birthday gift from friends — and for good reason. While it's on the pricier side for a hand cream, and of course it's CHANEL, it also makes for a beautiful gift. But beyond its packaging, this cream actually contains the same ingredients found in CHANEL's serums. Specifically, it features a proprietary complex called 3.5DA, which targets proteins that promote aging and suppresses their activity, effectively activating the proteins responsible for keeping skin youthful. In short, it contains anti-aging ingredients that help restore plumpness and firmness to the skin. It also contains moisturizing ingredients like petrolatum and glycerin, which provide hydration without stickiness — delivering serum-level anti-aging care in a hand cream format. It's truly a gift that anyone would be happy to receive. **#3: SUQQU Scented Moisturizing Hand Cream GC** This one is especially recommended for the upcoming season. What makes it unique is its sun protection: SPF25 and PA++++. As I mentioned earlier, the backs of the hands are highly susceptible to sun damage and dark spots, and unlike the face, spots on the hands are notoriously difficult to treat even with laser therapy. This cream offers the rare combination of hand cream moisturization and reliable UV protection. It contains triethylhexanoin, an ester-type emollient that provides a protective barrier for the skin. During high-UV seasons, reapply frequently throughout the day. And remember — UV rays can penetrate through windows, so even when you're indoors near a window, don't skip the sunscreen.
