シミが、ADMと言われて急、スイッチレーザーはしてみましたが少しなりませんでした。何か良いレーザーや日頃からできるスキンケア系はありますかということですが、ADMは1回では消えないんですよね。だから何回かやってみたほうがいいと思います。肌荒れ対策もしたい、美白もしたい、エイジングもしたい。優先順位並びます。肌荒れをしているんだったらまず肌荒れを直すことが最大のアンチエイジングだと思いますというのも、肌荒れっていうのは肌のバリア機能が低下しているということで、そうすると肌のちゃんとした機能があのうまく働いてないということなので、まずは一番を肌荒れを直すことだと思いますね。 質問です。首イボで液体窒素治療を1回したら色素沈着してしまいました。薄くするにはどうしたらいいですか。もうこれは日焼けをしないことと保湿をして美白剤を塗るしかもう方法はないし、あと必ず式あの炎症性の色素沈着なので、まあ年退にはなるかもしれないですけど色は必ず薄くなると思います。 現在妊娠中でつわりがひどく肌もニキビがすごく、くすみも酷いです。普段はスキンケアが好きで丁寧にするのですが今そんな気にもなりません。向こう療で肌のとのおすすめのスキンケアなどありますか。それだったらカルテHDさんのあのオールインワンというかを使えと一番なんか、まあ由来出てもいいし、向こう療だしいいんじゃないかなぁとは思います。 レーザーとフォトやりすぎたせいか、剥離がある気がします。どちらかセーブした方がいいでしょうか。どこにどれぐらいの大きさの剥離なのかによってレーザーを止めるべきかフォトを止めるべきかが変わってくるので、必ず主治の先生に確認した方がいいと思います。 先生いろんなスキンケアを使われると思うんですが、変えるタイミングを教えてください。変えるタイミング、そうですねまぁ私の場合は本当に正直言うと使いきれないぐらいのコスメを試さなきゃいけないんですよ。だから全部使う コスメと全部使わないコスメがあります。というのももう今はちょうど1月売り、2月売り、3月売りぐらいまで全部もう今ほぼほぼ手元にあるんですよね。で、まあ私の場合はこうどういったものかという製品説明みたいにリリースというんですけども、全成分だったりとかどういうコンセプトで作られているとかどういうまあ結果が出ているとかも全部読んで、そこから使いたいなっていうものをあのなんとか選んでそこから使っていくんですけれども、あのまあ成分とかテクノロジーから入るのであちょっとテクスチャ違うなぁとかっていうのも正直あるし、逆にあのすごくテクノロジーは微妙だったけれども、あのテクスチャ良かったなというところもあるのでまずは全部こう、どういうものかを考えて使い始めて、まあ12週間ぐらいで変えるときもあるし、あうっかり全部使っちゃうときもあるしっていう感じ。あんまり決めてはないですね。 自宅用のダーマローラーは私はあんまり、ちゃんとあのエミロンとかみたいにちゃんと専用のクレンザーみたいなものがあればいいと思うけど、いいかもしれないんですけどもあんまりそうじゃないんだったらお勧めはしないです。 先生の今一番の肌悩みは何ですか。やっぱりそうだなメイクさんにちゃんとメイクしてもらったら、正直毛穴のあの夕方になってファンデーションが毛穴落ちをするということはないんですけど、自分でメイクすると夕方になると毛穴落ちしちゃうので、やっぱりその辺の毛穴のこの辺のコントロールがまだできてないなーっていうのと、あとはやっぱりたるみですよね。日々たるみとの戦い。なんかこうやっていつもこうやったら可愛いなぁ、私こうしたらっていつも持ってます。はい。 こけた肌をふっくらさせたいんですが施術するならヒアルロン酸ですか。お顔を見てないので何とも言えないんですけれども、また手っ取り早くっていう意味だったらヒアルロン酸かなぁ。 新しいエリクシールでツヤのツヤ玉が出ました。いいですね素晴らしい。 ニキビ跡の大きなクレーターがあります。ポテンツァやフラクショナルで改善しても一時的なものでまたクレーター元に戻るのでしょうか。クレーターを治療したら元に戻ることはないです。ただ正直クレーターを全く何もなかったようにするのは難しいので戻ることはないですけれども真っすらになるというのも難しいです。 先生こんばんは質問です。化粧水を2個使いする時の順番が知りたいです。保湿系でカルテHGとアンチエイジングでエリクシールを使ってますがカルテHGとメラのCCの時もあります。どっちを先でもいいんですけれども、まあなんだったとしたら、カルテHDはめちゃめちゃ保湿なので最後がいいかな。まあ2番目の方がなんでメラネCC、カルテ、エリクシール、カルテの方がいいかなぁと思います。 先生は一晩のスキンケア何種類ぐらい使いますか。化粧水、美容液以上の時もあるし、化粧水美容液。あ、化粧水美容液アイクリームが基本。でもめっ最近本当に暖房をつけるようになってきて家が乾燥してきたから、化粧水美容液クリームアイクリームかな。 生徒の新しいヒアルロン酸の美容器はめちゃめちゃいいですよ。深掘り見てください。本当に私はすごいいい化粧品だなぁと思います。あの本当に分子量をちっちゃくして内側から大きくするっていうも、こんな技術が世の中の貴重にでできるなんても夢のようだ。素晴らしいし、あとやっぱり感も出るし、あと聞いたのはあの手に使ってるって美容ジャーナリストの方がいました。すごいなと思って、やっぱり手ってほらゴツゴツしてくるじゃないですか。だから手に使ってますという人もいて、さすがって思いましたね。 オールインワンや化粧水代わりのフェイスマスクがありますが本当にそれで代用できるんでしょうかっていうのは、化粧、すっごめんなさい。私ちょっと分かってフェイスマスク、オールインワンや化粧水代わりのフェイスマスク、それだけやってくださいということ、その後には何もしなくていいというものなのかしら。まあなくはないけど、してかさんだったらいいけど、乾燥肌の人だったらなんかもうちょっと蓋するものを入れた方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。 チョコラBBやトランシーノなどシミ予防のサプリのみすぎは白髪の芸人はこれですごくよく聞かれるんですけど、今の時点ではというか今の現状を私が知っている限りではないと思います。基礎的にね。ただわかんない。将来的にこういうことがありましたって言われない、言われたらごめんなさいですが、今の時点で皮膚科の先生だったりとかいろんな先生の見解としてはないと思います。 ヒアルロン酸のサプリは意味があるんでしょうか。そのものによりますね。全部が全部意味があるとは思いません。ただやっぱりきちっと吸収だったりとかを考えて作っているとファンケルさんとか指定同産のやつとかはあると私は思いますエビデンス的に。ただ他のものはちょっと見てないのかわかんないですね。 カンパンには内服薬が一番いいですか。まあカンパンの内服はトラネキサム酸ビタミンCっていうのですがこれもねよくあるんですが、万全と飲んでいる人1年とか2年とか飲んでる人いるんですがそれはちょっとやめたほうがいいと思います。やっぱり3ヶ月半年ぐらい飲んで1回休薬するっていうのがいいし、やっぱり長期間それを内服するとリスクもあるから、私は内服だけじゃなくってやっぱりスキンケアもそうだし、あとはトーニングのようなあの施術も組み合わせていったほうがいいと思います。 シュウシュウ先生とよくお話しされますか。実は私と曜日が違うんですよね。だからあんまりお話というか毎週あってますという感じじゃないんですけども、たまに一緒になるときにはよくしゃべります。すごく、あのなんていうのかな、こんなこと言ったすっごく失礼なのかもしれないんですけどお会いするまではなく芸人さんっていうからチャラいい感じの先生をまだお若いしね。かんでアイドルと結婚してるし、そうよ。だからちょっとチャラいのかなと思ってたんですが、もうなんていうんだろう、心がしっかりしてるし、どちらかというと私なんかよりも断然しっかりしている。素晴らしいなと思います。
