【エイジングケアはプチプラでいいんです】皮膚科医がおすすめする安いけど高性能なアイテムを教えちゃいます。

皆さん、こんにちは。友利新です。今日はですね、もうちょっとワンランク上というか、プチプラっていうとなんというか、エイジングケアよりは「守り」みたいなイメージだったんですけれども、攻めながらエイジングケアができるプチプラのアイテムを見つけたので、お姉さん世代だけれどプチプラでなんとかしたいっていう方はですね、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速どのアイテムかっていうとですね、じゃじゃん、こちらです。サナ リンクルターンアドバンスとになります。このリンクルターンと言えば、確か2年前だと思うので2023年ですね、に「コスパ最強のものを見つけました」という、あの動画をここに貼っておくんですけれども、最初にリンクルターンが出た時にも私はすごく感動して動画を上げたんですが、そこからまあ数年経って、その時よりももうちょっとエイジングケアに寄ったアイテムが今回発売になってたんですね。あの時には確か美容液とクリームだったと思うんですけど、今回は化粧水と美容液っていうこの2つのアイテムが発売になっています。 私最初はこれ、エイジングケアっていうよりはなんか敏感肌寄りなのかなぁと思ったっていうところがあって、なぜかっていうと、有効成分がですね、ナイアシンアミドとあとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムなんですね。ナイアシンアミドで美白、皺改善というもので処方を下ろしていて、あとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが肌荒れ防止として入っているので、まあダブルの有効成分というものになっているんですね。ナイアシンアミドもシミだったりとかは美白の有効成分であったり皺改善だったりするんですが、それ自体も肌荒れ防止という効能もありますから、ナイアシンアミドとグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムでちょっと炎症も抑えながらというものなんだなぁというふうな印象なんですね。 よくよく考えてみたら、大人ってどうしても肌が揺らぎやすいんですよ。大人になるとですね、肌のターンオーバーが低下してきます。肌のターンオーバーが低下するっていうのは、肌がちゃんと成長できないんですね。私たちの肌っていうのは、ターンオーバーをしながらバリア機能に大切なセラミドだったりとか、細胞間脂質っていうものを作りながら成長していって、最後は角層となってバリア機能がそこにしっかり担保されているっていうところなので、年齢を重ねてターンオーバーが低下しちゃうと、どうしてもこのセラミドだったりとか細胞間脂質を作りながら上がっていくこれがちょっと乱れちゃうので、角層自体のバリア機能っていうのが低下しやすいんですね。そうなるとやっぱり外的刺激からの炎症がまた起こる、それがまたターンオーバーを乱してしまう、またそれによってバリア機能が低下しちゃうというこの負のループに入っていくんですよ。敏感肌とか揺らぎ肌っていうのと同じ構造なんですね。 でも、もともとその揺らぎ肌の人ではなかったとしても、ある程度年齢がいくとですね、そういう揺らぎ肌に近づいて、エイジングのサインがシミ・シワ・タルミっていうものになっていくんですね。なので、もちろんどんどんエイジングに対する成分を入れていってもいいんですけれども、まずはこの土台となるようなこのバリア機能っていうものをしっかりと担保させて、しっかりと強くさせて、プラスアルファそこで肌荒れをしないようにしながらエイジングのものを入れていくっていうのがいいんだっていうことの考え方なんだと思います。 その考え方に私もすごく賛成で、やっぱり与えすぎるというよりは土台を直してというか、土台を根本的に立て直して、まずはバリア機能をしっかりとさせて、炎症を起こさせないようにして、そこからエイジングケアを入れていくということがまあいいんじゃないかなと。それにはやっぱりナイアシンアミドっていうのはすごくぴったりですし、炎症を抑えるという意味ではグリチルリチン酸もすごくいいなというふうに思います。 あとですね、化粧水の方なんですが、そこには乳酸が入っているんですね。乳酸っていうともちろんピーリング効果があります。ただそのピーリング効果も他のものに比べてそこまで刺激が強いわけではないので、ターンオーバーがこう乱れがちになっていうか遅れがちな大人世代には、その乳酸でちょっとこの角層を柔らかくしてあげて、いい意味でちゃんとターンオーバーができるようにスイッチを押してあげるっていうこと、すごく大事なので、毎日化粧水で入れてあげるっていうのはターンオーバーをちゃんとしてバリア機能を整えたいという意味には理に叶っているなというふうに思います。 そして美容液ですよ。この美容液にはですね、さっき言ったグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムやナイアシンアミドもそうなんですが、ビタミンCの誘導体、そしてビタミンAの誘導体も入っています。ビタミンCの誘導体はですね、水溶性のビタミンCなんですけれども、エイジング効果もありますし、ビタミンAの誘導体というのはビタミンA油と言って植物由来のビタミンA、ですねレチノールを油に溶かしているようなものになるので、肌の中に入っていってレチノールに変換していくようになるので、通常のピュアレチノールよりもですね刺激も少ないですし、しっかりとお肌に貯金していくことによって肌荒れ防止にもなりますので、そういった意味ではビタミンC誘導体とビタミンAの誘導体のダブルのエイジング効果というものが期待できる。そこに有効成分であるナイアシンアミドとグリチルリチン酸というような形が一番分かりやすい設計なのかなというふうに思います。 結構容器もこだわっていて、カチッとやるとここが上に伸びるんですね。開けると1回分がちゃんと入るような仕組みになっているんですよ。プチプラで結構こういうのって珍しくないですか。素晴らしいなと思いますね。本当に手だと結構伸びていくんですよ。なのでお顔全体にさっきの1回のワンプッシュでいけるなっていう、回していくとほら、また1回分が出てくる。プチプラなのにここまできちっと考えられているのがすごいなぁというふうに思います。 まとめるとですね、大人のちょっとターンオーバーが低下して、それによってバリア機能が低下するというような負のループになってエイジングが進んでいくような大人には、かなりいい化粧水と美容液なんじゃないかなと思います。潤いっていう意味では、もしかしたらちょっと足りないっていうふうに思う方もいらっしゃるのかなと思うので、そういった場合は手持ちのクリームだったりとか使っていただいてもいいですし、私ぐらい結構さっぱり系というか、ベタベタしたものが好きじゃないっていう方はですね、これだけでも潤いはあります。 この化粧水が税込みで1900円ぐらいかな。美容液の方が税込みで、エイジングでお悩みなんだけれども、そこまでちょっとデパコスとかはまだまだ敷居が高いなっていう人にもすごくいいアイテムなんじゃないかなと思うので、ぜひ探してみてください。リンクルターンはですね、サナっていうブランドなんですけれども、大手化粧品会社さんなので、めちゃめちゃちゃんとした研究だったりとか材料だったりとか、そういったものも入ってると思うので、安心なプチプラアイテムなんじゃないかなと思いますので、ぜひ気になる方は探してみてください。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。今日ですね、またまたねすごいプチプラが出ましたので、そちらをご紹介しました。皆さんもね「先生、このプチプラ出てますよ」とか「これ深掘りしてほしい」みたいなことがありましたら、ぜひですねコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Today I want to talk about something a bit more upscale — well, when you say 'affordable,' it usually has more of a 'protective' image rather than an anti-aging one, but I found an affordable item that lets you do active anti-aging care. So if you're in the 'older sister' generation but want to do something about your skin with affordable products, please watch until the end. So, right away, let's get to the item — ta-da, here it is: SANA Wrinkle Turn Advance. Speaking of Wrinkle Turn, I think it was about two years ago, in 2023, when I made a video saying 'I found the best cost-performance item.' I'll link that video here. When Wrinkle Turn first came out, I was so impressed that I made a video about it, but now, a few years later, they've released an item that leans even more into anti-aging care than before. Back then, I believe it was a serum and a cream, but this time, they've released two items: a lotion (toner) and a serum. At first, I thought this seemed more geared toward sensitive skin than anti-aging, and the reason is that the active ingredients are Niacinamide and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate. Niacinamide is formulated for whitening and wrinkle improvement, while Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate is included to prevent skin irritation — so it's a double active ingredient formula. Niacinamide is indeed an active ingredient for whitening (like reducing spots) and wrinkle improvement, but it also has an anti-inflammatory effect for preventing skin troubles. So the impression I got is that Niacinamide and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate work together to calm inflammation. When you think about it, adult skin tends to become unstable more easily. As we age, the skin's turnover rate slows down. A decline in turnover means the skin can't properly regenerate. Our skin grows through turnover, producing important barrier components like ceramides and intercellular lipids, and finally forming the stratum corneum, which secures the barrier function. But as we age and turnover slows, the production of ceramides and intercellular lipids becomes irregular, and the barrier function of the stratum corneum tends to weaken. This makes the skin more prone to inflammation from external stimuli, which further disrupts turnover, which in turn weakens the barrier function even more — creating a negative cycle. This is the same structure as sensitive or unstable skin. Even if you didn't originally have sensitive skin, as you age, your skin starts to resemble that unstable type, and signs of aging like spots, wrinkles, and sagging appear. So, of course, it's fine to keep adding anti-aging ingredients, but the idea is that you should first strengthen the foundational barrier function, prevent skin troubles, and then introduce anti-aging ingredients on top of that. I really agree with this approach — rather than just piling on ingredients, it's better to rebuild the foundation from the ground up, strengthen the barrier function, prevent inflammation, and then bring in anti-aging care. For that purpose, Niacinamide is a perfect fit, and Glycyrrhizinic acid is also great for its anti-inflammatory properties. Also, the lotion contains lactic acid. Lactic acid, of course, has a peeling effect. However, compared to other ingredients, its irritation is not that strong, so for adults whose turnover tends to be delayed or disrupted, using lactic acid to gently soften the stratum corneum and press the 'switch' for proper turnover is very important. Using this lotion daily to support turnover and maintain barrier function makes a lot of sense. And then there's the serum. This serum contains, as mentioned, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate and Niacinamide, but also Vitamin C derivative and Vitamin A derivative. The Vitamin C derivative is a water-soluble form of Vitamin C with anti-aging effects, and the Vitamin A derivative is what's called 'Vitamin A oil' — plant-derived Vitamin A (retinol) dissolved in oil. This allows it to penetrate the skin and convert into retinol gradually, causing less irritation than pure retinol while still 'banking' retinol in the skin, which also helps prevent skin troubles. In that sense, this serum offers a double anti-aging effect from both Vitamin C and Vitamin A derivatives, combined with the active ingredients Niacinamide and Glycyrrhizinic acid — a very clear and well-thought-out formulation. The container design is also quite elaborate. When you click it, the top part rises up, and opening it dispenses exactly one application's worth. Isn't it rare to see this kind of design in an affordable product? I think it's wonderful. It really spreads well on the skin — one push is enough to cover your whole face. When you twist it again, another dose comes out. It's amazing how well thought out this is, even for a budget-friendly product. To sum up, for adults experiencing that negative cycle where turnover slows down, barrier function weakens, and aging progresses, this lotion and serum could be a really good choice. In terms of moisture, some might feel it's not quite enough, in which case you could use your own cream on top. But for those like me who prefer a lighter, non-sticky texture, this alone provides enough moisture. The lotion costs around 1900 yen including tax, and the serum is also reasonably priced. For those who are concerned about aging but still feel that department store cosmetics are a bit out of reach, this could be a great option. It's worth looking into.
