Introducing '1 by KOSE Serum Shield.' This product contains 'Rice Power No. 11,' which was approved in June as a new active ingredient for wrinkle improvement. Rice Power No. 11 was originally discovered by Yushin Shuzo, a sake brewery. The ingredient in this Serum Shield is an upgraded version called 'No. 11 Plus.' But once you apply it to your skin and smooth it out... look, it's already transformed into water! It might be hard to tell on video, but the surface doesn't feel sticky at all.
