5月に出会って良かったアイテムを14個紹介します

皆さん、こんにちは。とおり新田です。今日は5月に購入して、そして使って良かったものをご紹介したいと思います。私にとって5月はすごく忙しい月だったので、癒し系のアイテムや、新発売ではないけれど改めて使いたくなったもの、そしてマスクを外す機会が増えてメイクを楽しめるようになったので揃えたリップなど、色々とご紹介します。気になる方は最後まで見ていただければと思います。 ではまずスキンケアからです。今回ご紹介するのは新発売ではありませんが、5月に特に良かった2つのアイテムです。 1つ目は「エンオーガニック ホワイトメラノリーチエッセンスマスク」です。もともとホワイトニングシリーズがあり、そのシートタイプになります。有効成分にはアルブチンが配合されていて、美白効果が期待できます。また、サクラノハ抽出液が入っていて炎症を抑えながら透明感を上げてくれます。私が一番気に入ったポイントは香りです。エンオーガニックさんは香りがとても素晴らしいブランドで、7種類の天然オイルが配合されています。これをつけてスキンケアをした後に眠ると、驚くほどぐっすり眠れる気がするんです。これはあくまで個人の感想ですが、5月は出張が多く、夜遅くまでの仕事や朝早い仕事が続き、睡眠の質が落ちていると感じていました。それでも肌荒れするわけにはいかないので、色々なシートマスクを試した中で、これが一番よく眠れた気がします。よく眠れた翌日は肌も明るくなりますよね。これからの季節はアルブチン配合なので紫外線対策としても良いですし、寝苦しい夜が続くこれからの時期も使い続けたいと思っています。 続いては「ブランシック スイッチショット」です。これは瓶に粉末の美容液が入っていて、専用の液体と混ぜて使うタイプです。10日間で使い切るというアイテムです。粉末はマイナス40度で凍結乾燥させたAPPSで、ビタミンC誘導体の中でも浸透力と即効性に優れ、真皮まで働きかけてくれる優秀な成分です。配合すると酸化してしまうため、使う直前に溶かすことで高濃度を保てるという仕組みです。実はブランシックはファンケルの子会社ブランドで、以前ご紹介したチオレドキシンという肌の張りをアップさせる成分に加えて、APPSが真皮のコラーゲン再生を促進します。さらにパルミトイルペプチドという成分も配合されていて、線維芽細胞のコラーゲン再生を促し、APPSとの相乗効果が期待できます。美白だけでなく、たるみ予防や張り感を出したい方におすすめの美容液です。年齢とともに気になるたるみ、そして紫外線ダメージによる肌の弾力低下が気になっていたので、この1本でチオレドキシン・APPS・コラーゲンペプチドが全て摂れるのは魅力的です。10日間で使い切るのでいつも新鮮な状態で使えるのも嬉しいポイントで、たるみが気になるこの季節にまた使い始めました。 続いてボディケアのアイテムを3つご紹介します。 1つ目は「クナイプ スクラブボディウォッシュ」のラベンダーとユーカリです。シリカスクラブが配合されていますが、そこまでゴワゴワした感触ではありません。泡立てて洗うとスクラブが角質ケアをしてくれます。何より香りが素晴らしく、ユーカリはスッとした爽快感、ラベンダーは高級感のある上質な香りです。ユーカリは朝、ラベンダーは夜に使うと気分のリフレッシュにもなります。難点は蓋が締まりにくいことで、気づくと開いていて中身がこぼれていることがありますが、それを差し引いても価格もそれほど高くなく薬局でも購入できるのでおすすめです。夏はユーカリを使いたいと思っています。 続いて「クラランス マスベルトアドバンスト」です。クラランスといえば引き締めケアで有名ですよね。私は冬場はアンティオーというオイルでマッサージをすることが多く、クラランスのボディフィットもよく使っていましたが、今期新しく発売されたのがこちらです。ボディフィットはさらっとしたテクスチャーですが、こちらはコクのあるクリームタイプでマッサージがしやすいです。これまでオイルとボディフィットを併用していましたが、夏はこの1本でも良いかもと思うほどです。私は二の腕よりも太ももやお尻に使うことが多いので、ベタつきが気になるオイルの代わりに夏はこちらに切り替えようと思っています。 続いて「イトリン エレメンタリー エッセンシャルネイルセラム」です。これはネイル専用の美容液で、少し赤みがかった液体が特徴的です。塗った部分に赤みがつくわけではなく、ささくれなど気になる部分に塗るタイプです。私は仕事柄ネイルを楽しめず、爪を短く切っているのでささくれが目立ちやすいのですが、このアイテムはオイルのようなベタつきがなく、しっかり浸透して爪が丈夫になる気がします。大人になると出てくる二枚爪も気にならなくなりました。また香りが本当に素晴らしく、リフレッシュにもなります。寝る前に塗って眠ると、翌朝爪が綺麗で丈夫になっている感じがするので、地爪をきれいに保ちたい方におすすめです。 続いて歯ブラシです。名前は「奇跡の歯ブラシ」といいます。真ん中が山切りになっていて二重構造になっているのが特徴で、歯にしっかりフィットしやすい形状です。通常よりも歯がキュッキュッと綺麗になる感じがします。さらにこちらはサブスクリプションサービスなんです。私の姉が歯科医師で、歯ブラシは1ヶ月に1回は交換するように言われているのですが、なかなか自分で定期的に変えるのは億劫になりがちです。サブスクなら定期的に届くので、古いものを自然と捨てる習慣になります。我が家は5人家族なので子供用・大人用が届くのも助かっています。日本人は口腔衛生への意識がそれほど高くないと言われていて、歯周病が進行すると女性の場合は早産のリスクが上がったり、糖尿病などの生活習慣病が悪化することも指摘されています。スキンケアだけでなく口腔ケアもしっかり行ってほしいと思うので、こちらのアイテムもご紹介しました。 続いてリップです。まず「フジコ ミナミの粘膜ピンク」です。以前ポーチェのフロックだったものが正式に発売されたので購入しました。5月16日の発売日、私はちょうど健康診断を受けていて、気づいた時にはお昼の12時。携帯を持ち歩けなかったので、慌てて公式サイトを確認したらすでに売り切れていました。Amazonでは高額転売もされていて、それは嫌だなと思っていたところ、プラザではまだ購入可能だったので、限定発売という言葉につられて2つ購入してしまいました。まんまと乗せられた感はありますが、以前のフロックも、メーカーさんからいただいたサンプルも良かったので、ポーチに1つずつ入れておいても良いかなと思っています。 続いても リップで「ボビイ ブラウン エクストラリップティント」です。パッケージはビビッドな色ですが、実際に塗るとかなりシアーな発色になります。618番のベアブラックベリーと813番のベアチェリーを使ってみました。塗った通り色味はシアーで、元々の唇の色が綺麗に見えるような、粘膜から美しいような印象を与えてくれます。またケア効果も高く、唇の縦じわが気にならなくなるほどぷっくりするので、リップクリーム代わりにたっぷり使えるアイテムです。他にも色々な色がありましたが、私はこの2色を選びました。 続いてアイシャドウです。定番品を改めて購入しました。「ルナソル スキンモデリングアイズ」の02番、昔からある王道のベージュカラーです。最近改めてベージュの良さに気づいて、他にも「エクセル リアルクローズアイシャドウ」のCX01番や、ジバンシィの「ル・ヌフ・ドゥ・ジバンシィ」09番（ベージュとピンクのグラデーション）を購入しました。以前は赤系のメイクに惹かれていましたが、口紅を楽しむようになり、マスクを外してリップメイクを楽しめるようになったことで、目元よりも口元を強調したいと思うようになりました。そこで目元は改めてベージュに原点回帰しています。色々なブランドのベージュをチェックしながら、ベージュといえばルナソルというド定番、プチプラでも優秀なエクセル、そしてこれ一つで完結するジバンシィなど、王道アイテムを最近使っています。 最後は「マキアージュ ドラマティックエッセンスベール ルースパウダー」です。ラベンダーがかった色をしていて、袋から粉を出して使うタイプで面白いパッケージです。もともとテカリ防止のパウダーですが、ラベンダーカラーでくすみを飛ばしてくれます。今回新しく、パウダーの一粒一粒に美容液効果のコーティングが施されていて、化粧崩れを防ぎながらもパサつかないのが特徴です。崩れ防止系のパウダーは皮脂を吸着する分パサつきやすいのですが、こちらは意外とパサつかず、顔全体を明るく見せてくれます。またグリシルグリシンという毛穴ケア成分が配合されていて、日中も予防的な美容効果が期待できます。皮脂を吸着しながらも保湿成分でうるおいをキープし、くすみも飛ばしてくれる、まさにわがままな私の肌にぴったりのアイテムです。 以上、5月に購入して使って良かったものをご紹介しました。5月は本当に疲れる月だったので、癒し系アイテムを多く選びました。また例年に比べてかなり暑かったので、汗やボディケアの対策も例年より早めにスタートした気がします。これから夏に向けてスキンケアも少し変えていきたいと思っているので、6月も良かったものをまたご紹介できればと思います。今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tori Nita. Today I'd like to share the items I purchased and loved using in May. May was an extremely busy month for me, so I gathered some soothing, comforting items, as well as things that aren't new releases but that I wanted to revisit, and lip products since I've been able to enjoy makeup more now that masks are optional. If you're interested, please watch until the end. Let's start with skincare. Neither of today's picks are brand new releases, but these two were standouts for me in May. First is the Eno Organic Whitening Melano Rich Essence Mask. This is a sheet mask version of their existing whitening line. It contains arbutin as an active ingredient for brightening, along with cherry leaf extract to calm inflammation while boosting radiance. What I loved most, though, was the scent. Eno Organic is known for their wonderful fragrances, and this mask contains seven types of natural oils. After using it as part of my skincare routine before bed, I found I slept remarkably well—though this is just my personal experience. May was packed with business trips, late nights, and early mornings, so my sleep quality had really suffered. But I couldn't afford to let my skin break out, so I tried various sheet masks, and this one gave me the best sleep. And when you sleep well, your skin naturally looks brighter the next day. With arbutin included, it's also great for UV protection going forward, and I plan to keep using it through these sleepless, humid nights ahead. Next is the Blanc:Chic Switch Shot. This comes as a powder in a small bottle that you mix with a liquid essence right before use, meant to be used up within 10 days. The powder is freeze-dried APPS (a vitamin C derivative) frozen at minus 40 degrees Celsius—known for its excellent penetration, fast-acting properties, and ability to reach the dermis. Since it oxidizes once mixed, dissolving it right before use allows for maximum concentration. Interestingly, Blanc:Chic is a subsidiary brand of Fancl, and this product combines thioredoxin (which I covered in a previous video for boosting skin firmness) with APPS, which promotes collagen regeneration in the dermis. It also contains palmitoyl pentapeptide, which stimulates fibroblasts to regenerate collagen, working synergistically with APPS. This isn't just about brightening—it's really more of a firming essence for sagging skin. With aging and sun exposure both affecting elasticity, having thioredoxin, APPS, and collagen-boosting peptides all in one product felt like the ultimate solution. Since it's meant to be used within 10 days, it stays fresh throughout, and I've started using it again now that sagging skin is on my mind this season. Next, let's move to three body care items. The first is Kneipp Scrub Body Wash in Lavender and Eucalyptus. It contains silica scrub particles, though they're not too rough. When lathered up, the scrub gently exfoliates. But honestly, the scent is the real star—eucalyptus is refreshingly cool, while the lavender has a luxurious, high-quality fragrance rather than a cheap floral smell. I like using eucalyptus in the mornings and lavender at night for a mood refresh. One downside is that the cap doesn't close tightly, so I sometimes find it's popped open and leaked. But even accounting for that, it's reasonably priced and available at drugstores, making it a great pick—I'm looking forward to using the eucalyptus scent this summer. Next is Clarins Body Fit Advanced (Contouring Expert). Clarins is famous for firming and body care. In winter, I usually massage with their Tonic Body Treatment Oil, and I've also used their original Body Fit product, which has a lighter, smoother texture. This new version has a richer cream texture that's great for massaging. While I used to use both the oil and Body Fit together, I feel like this one product could work well on its own for summer. I tend to use it more on my thighs and hips than my arms, and since oil can feel too sticky in summer, I plan to switch to this cream during the warmer months. Next is Ettusais Elemental Essential Nail Serum. This is a nail-specific serum with a slightly reddish tint, though it doesn't actually leave color on your skin—you apply it to areas like hangnails that need attention. Because of my job, I can't wear nail polish or grow my nails long, so I keep them trimmed short, which makes hangnails more noticeable. Unlike oil, this serum absorbs well without leaving a greasy feel, and my nails seem to have gotten stronger. The peeling and splitting that can develop with age has also improved. The scent is wonderful too—truly refreshing. I apply it before bed, and by morning my nails look cleaner and feel stronger. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who keeps their natural nails and wants to maintain their health and appearance. Next up is a toothbrush called the "Miracle Toothbrush." Its bristles have a unique double-layered, zigzag design that fits the teeth more effectively, giving a squeaky-clean feeling after brushing. What's really special, though, is that it's a subscription service! My sister is a dentist and always tells me to replace my toothbrush every month, but honestly, remembering to do that regularly can feel like a hassle. With a subscription, new brushes arrive automatically, making it easy to toss the old ones. Since there are five people in my family, having both kids' and adults' brushes delivered regularly is really convenient. Oral hygiene awareness in Japan tends to be lower compared to other countries, and gum disease has been linked to risks like premature birth in women and worsening of lifestyle diseases like diabetes. I really believe oral care deserves the same attention as skincare, which is why I wanted to share this. Now, let's move on to lip products. First is Fujiko's Minami no Nenmaku Pink. This was previously a limited "Bocchi" flavor that became a permanent product, so I made sure to get it. On the release day, May 16th, I happened to be having a health checkup and couldn't check my phone until noon. By the time I checked the official site, it was already sold out! I even saw it being resold at inflated prices on Amazon, which I didn't want to support, so I checked PLAZA and found it still in stock. Tempted by the "limited edition" label, I ended up buying two. I admit I fell for the marketing a bit, but since I loved the original Bocchi version and a sample I received from the brand, having one for each of my makeup pouches felt justified. Another lip item I loved is Bobbi Brown Extra Lip Tint. The packaging shows a vivid color, but once applied, it's actually quite sheer. I used shade 618 Bare Blackberry and 813 Bare Cherry. As expected, the color payoff is sheer, giving the impression that your natural lip color is just naturally beautiful—almost like it's coming from healthy, pretty mucous membranes. It also has great care benefits, plumping lips so much that vertical lip lines become less noticeable, making it perfect to use generously like a lip balm. There were many shades available, but these two were my picks. Next, eyeshadow. I went back to a classic staple: Lunasol Skin Modeling Eyes in shade 02, a timeless beige tone. I've recently come to appreciate beige all over again, so I also picked up Excel Real Closet Eyeshadow in CX01 and Givenchy's Le Nu De Givenchy in shade 09 (a beige-pink gradation). I used to gravitate toward red tones, but now that I enjoy wearing lip color again with masks optional, I find myself wanting to emphasize my lips more than my eyes. That shift led me back to classic beige eye looks. After comparing beige shades across various brands, I've settled on these: Lunasol as the definitive beige choice, Excel as an excellent affordable option, and Givenchy as an all-in-one palette that completes the look beautifully—true, timeless staples. Lastly, Maquillage Dramatic Essence Veil Loose Powder. It has a lavender tint and comes in a unique pouch where you shake the powder out, which I found fun. Originally designed to control shine, the lavender tone also helps cancel out dullness. What's new this time is that each powder particle is coated with a serum-like formula, so it controls oil without drying out the skin—something many mattifying powders tend to do. It also brightens the complexion. Additionally, it contains glycyrrhizin (diglycine), which helps care for pores throughout the day as a preventive measure. It absorbs oil while still providing hydration, brightening dull skin at the same time—truly a perfect match for my demanding, high-maintenance skin. That wraps up my favorite purchases and must-use items from May! Since May was such an exhausting month, I gravitated toward comforting, soothing products. It was also unusually hot compared to typical Mays, so I found myself starting my sweat and body care routines earlier than usual.
