【2024上半期ベスコス予想後編】美容液・乳液・クリーム15選を友利新が本気で選んでみた！

みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日は前回に引き続き2024年上半期のベストコスメ予想をやっていきたいと思います。前回は洗顔、クレンジング、あと化粧水までやったので、今日は美容液、乳液、そしてクリームまでやっていこうと思いますので、楽しみに最後までご覧ください。では早速、ベストコスメの予想する前にですね、今回の美容液、乳液、クリームの中の全体的な流れで言うと、もちろん美容液は美白ものが例年通りいっぱいあったんですけれども、それと別でですね、エイジングケアの美容液だったりとか、毛穴に特化した美容液だったりとか、上半期では珍しいなというものも結構あったので、そこもすごく面白かったなと思いますし、あとはクリームですね。クリームがすごいたくさん出た。通常クリームが出るのって、秋冬が多いんですよね。でも今期はですね、なぜかクリームがめちゃくちゃ多かったし、皮脂肌だからクリーム苦手苦手言ってたんですが、皮脂肌の人でも大丈夫ですよっていうようなテクスチャーのものだったりとか、春夏だからか、しっかりと保湿はするんだけどベタベタしないっていうようなクリームもたくさん出たので、その辺をセレクトのものにしていきたいなとは思っております。では行ってみましょう。まず美容液からになります。では美容液はこちらになります。こちらの6品をノミネートに私は挙げています。まず美白で言うとこちらの3つ。やっぱりテクノロジー的に素晴らしいなと思ったのはこちら。ポーラのホワイトショットですね。ホワイトショットも本当に毎年毎年素晴らしい知見を出してくるんですが、今回は真皮に落ちたメラニンに対するアプローチ。もちろん私たちも真皮にメラニンがいるっていうところが皮膚科医もわかっていて、ただそれが厚めのシミみたいに見えるので、それに特化してレーザーとか打つんですが、まばらにパラパラっとあるとですね、あんまり気にしてなかったんですが、やっぱりなかなか取りづらい肌のくすみにもつながっているということで、真皮に落ちたメラニンのケアまでしていくっていう、もう本当これも深掘り動画を見ていただければいいと思うんですが、そういうテクノロジー、本当に美容医療の領域も超えてきているぐらいのテクノロジーを入れているっていうのはもうこのポーラは本当に素晴らしいなというふうに思いました。ただ結構美容家さんだったりとかの人気が高かったのはこちらなんですよね。アルビオンのセルフホワイトニングエッセンス。これもね深掘りをしているので、それをぜひ見てもらいたいんですが、アルビオンっていうのは元々肌の白さとか透明感を研究していて、肌の自由水っていうものをフォーカスを当てているんですね。肌の自由水が多ければ多いほど肌の透明感とかがアップするということで、この自由水を増やすようなものを入れてますし、あと有効成分としてはトラネキサム酸と油溶性ビタミンCが入っているので、美白と透明感、くすみを改善するっていうような感じで、多角的なアプローチをしているっていう意味では美容家さんとかはすごくこれを大好きだっていう方も多いです。塗るとなんかこうパッと顔が明るくなるんですよね。なんで私はちょっと贅沢な使い方かもしれないんですけど、最近顔と首にこれを塗ると、なんか特に首ってシワもそうですけど首と顔の色が違うとなんかちょっとおばさんっぽく見えるじゃないですか。なのでやっぱり速攻性が高いということもあって朝は首にも必ずこちらを塗っているので、これも本当に素晴らしかったなというふうに思います。続いてはこちら、オルビスのアドバンストブライトニングセラムです。こちらの有効成分というのはデクスパンテノールですね。これやっぱりオルビスグループの独自のものでメラニンの排出を促すっていうものなんですが、それにプラスアルファして今回のオルビスさんはシミを作るのを抑制する遺伝子というものに着目して、それが多いとやっぱりシミができづらい。でもその遺伝子っていうのは年を取るとだんだんスイッチがオンにされていかないので、そのスイッチをオンにするものの植物エキスを入れている。要は遺伝子のスイッチを入れているということなので、メラニンの活性というものも遺伝子のスイッチで抑えつつ排出もしていくということになるので、メラニンっていうそのものだけで言うと本当に抑制と排出ってどちらもバランスよく入っているかなと思っております。あとはお値段がやっぱりオルビスって本当お手頃価格なので、そういった意味でも本当にこちらも素晴らしい美白の美容液だったかなというふうに思います。あとはですねちょっと変わり種としてはこちら、ワンバイコーセーのクリアピールセラムです。こちらも深掘りをしているのでぜひ見ていただきたいんですが、これは拭き取りの美容液で角栓が作られるメカニズムをコーセーさんがまた新しく見出して、なので角栓を除去するだけじゃなくて作りにくくする、元から直していくっていうようなイメージの美容液なんですね。拭き取りって言うと皆さん摩擦がとか肌に刺激なんじゃないかって思うんですが、全然摩擦とかにもならずにさっぱりとして仕上げられるっていうことなので美白とかっていうものじゃないんですけれども、やっぱり角栓とか毛穴のものって気になるじゃないですか。それが改善されるだけで肌のクリアな透明感というのもアップするので美白というアプローチではないんですけれども、春夏には本当にピッタリだったし、そもそも取り去るだけじゃなく作りにくくするっていう角栓の作られ方っていうところからもう一度新たに研究をしたっていうところはもう本当に素晴らしい美容液だったなというふうに思っています。そしてエイジングケアものが多かったっていうのでこちらの2つですね。まずはディオールのキャプチュール トータル ル セラムです。これは私はもう研究者の人から直接お話を聞いてもう本当にすごいテクノロジーというかが入ってるなっていうのは真皮のケアっていうところでいくとちょっと似てるのかなと思うんですね。方向性としては。どちらもですね、基底膜に穴が開くことによってメラノサイトが落ちていく。それをケアするのがこのポーラのホワイトショット。基底膜が破れてヒアルロン酸が出ていってハリがなくなるっていうところにフォーカスをしたのがこのキャプチュール トータル セラム。もともとキャプチュールっていうのは基底膜のケアっていうことを前の美容液でもやっていて、今回はそれを基底膜のケアをするっていうものではロンゴザっていうエキスも一緒に入れてるんですが、それで漏れを抑えるプラスやっぱり2種類のヒアルロン酸を入れることによってヒアルロン酸のハリ感の速攻性ですね。これをすることによってヒアルロン酸の注射の持ちがなんか良くなったっていう方も聞いたりするぐらい艶やかさだったりとかふくら感っていうのも本当に速攻性が結構これはあるなっていうふうに思います。今まで基底膜に穴が開いてヒアルロン酸が漏れ出るなんていう論文とかも2020年前後ぐらいから出てきた考え方でそれをいち早く化粧品に取り込んでいくっていうのはやっぱさすが先端の技術を研究者がいるブランドさんだなと思って。プラスアルファそこに速攻性という意味では化粧品のテクノロジーも入れていって本当にザ・テーラーコスなんですがこちらも本当に素晴らしい美容液だったなというふうに思います。もう一つエイジングケアで忘れちゃいけないのがこちらソフィーナIPのシワ改善泡セラムです。ソフィーナIPといったらこの泡の土台の美容液が有名なんですが、もっと炭酸の濃度を濃くしてナイアシンアミドを入れているというものになります。ナイアシンアミドと泡をかけることによってよりナイアシンアミドの効果も高くなるし、高濃度の炭酸というものがコラーゲンとかエラスチンの活性を促すことによって真皮なハリ感を出していくというもの。ナイアシンアミド自体もシワ改善の有効成分として認められているので、それのダブルのアプローチで本当にふっくらハリ感という感じなんですよね。泡剤でしか高濃度の炭酸ということはありえないので、そういった意味では唯一無二のハリ、シワ改善の泡セラムなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。春夏って結構美容液を紹介するときって美白を中心になるんですけれども、エイジングケアだったりとか毛穴系だったりいっぱい美容液が出て美白だけじゃなくて選ぶものがたくさんあって本当に今期はすごくワクワクしたなと思います。皆さんどれがお好きでしたか?続いては乳液になります。乳液といったらやっぱり今期はもうこれが一番すごい私は良かったかなと思うんですが、これコスメデコルテさんのアプソリュートエマルジョンブライトになります。美白じゃないものも先シーズン出てそれも素晴らしかったんですが、そこにコウジ、コウジ菌を入れることによって美白ということなんですが、それだけじゃなくてストレスから来るシミですね。それに対する酵素の予防というものも入れています。何といってもこれ先行乳液なんですよ。通常だったら化粧水乳液みたいな感じなんですが、こちら一番最初肌を洗った時に乳液を入れていくんですね。一番最初に油分もあるような乳液を入れたら次の化粧水の入りが悪くなるんじゃないですかという方はいらっしゃると思うんですが、それは肌質によるんですよ。油分が多い人が先行乳液はちょっとトゥーマッチなところはあります。ですが乾燥寄りの人というのは先行乳液をやることによって次の化粧水だったり特に美容液だったりの入りが良くなるということもあるので、それの絶妙なバランスを整えているのがやっぱりこのコスメデコルテさんだなというふうに思います。なので正直自分というよりは乳液としてのテクノロジーのすごさだったり、油分と水分をちゃんと乳化できているという化粧品としてのクオリティの高さですね。ドンピシャに合えば本当に素晴らしい。美白もできるという乳液なのでこちらがすごく良かったかなというふうには思います。個人的にというとこの2つが本当に良かったなと思うのはファンケルのバランシングミルクとドクター365のドリップスターエマルジョンCになります。このファンケルの方は化粧水と同じように質を変えていくというところになるので両方使うことによって皮脂の質を変えていくというもの。もう一つこのドクター365はビタミンCをメインに入れているんですが、基底膜のケアをドクター365さんの独自の成分で入れているんですよね。なので皮膚が落ちくぼむことによって起こってくるたるみ毛穴に対するアプローチも本当に素晴らしかったですし、もともとドクター365自体が毛穴に特化しているのでエマルジョンなんですけどベタつきもない。なので私みたいな毛穴も気になるしだけれどもちょっと油分も入れていかないと最近しぼんじゃうんだよねみたいな人には結構ピッタリだったので個人的には結構これは大好きな乳液になります。ただ万人受けっていうのとあとは買いやすさだったりあと春夏で美白っていう意味だったらこちら。アクアレーベルのトリートメントミルクブライトニングですね。これも何回も深掘りしているのでその深掘り動画を見ていただければと思うんですが、資生堂独自の4MSKが入ってジアミノさんといって基底膜のケアだったりをしてくれるような有効成分もしっかり入っているので、エイジングケアをブライトニングもしながら価格帯でも素晴らしいっていうアクアレーベルは資生堂さんなか慈善活動みたいなイメージが私にはあるんですけど、そういうぐらい本当に素晴らしい。一番皆さんが手に取りやすいんじゃないかなということでこちらもノミネートしました。続いてクリームはこちらの5品をノミネートしています。冒頭でもお話ししたようにやっぱり今年はクリームが本当に多かった。正直私は今までクリームの良さがあんまり自分で実感したことがなかったんですが去年から私はクリームの良さに開眼していて、ただやっぱり私みたいな皮脂肌代表みたいな人だとクリームって本当にテカリだったりとかニキビの元になったりするんですが、今年はクリームの中でもそういう風なものになりにくいものが結構多かったかなというふうに思います。その代表でいうとやっぱりこちらですよね。ラロッシュポゼのシカプラストリピアクリームになります。去年フランスにいた時にこれを使って本当に肌が健やかになったので今でもやっぱりちょっと肌が疲れたなというときは化粧水とこれだけで終わらせることもあるし、朝はこちらを塗ることによって化粧のノリが逆に良くなるっていう不思議なクリームなんですよね。ノンコメドジェニックにもなっているのでやっぱりニキビの元にもなりづらいのかなというふうに思っていて、皮脂肌さんでツヤが欲しいし化粧ノリも良くしたいという人は絶対使ってほしい。個人的には一番好きなクリームになっています。あと皮脂肌さんでも安心だよっていうかテクスチャー的にもですしアプローチ的にもそうなのが実はこの2つなんですね。ザ・デパコスの2つでしょ。こちらがラメールのザ モイスチャライジング フレッシュ クリームになります。こちらがエスティローダーのラディアント ネチュール サプリーム クリームなんですけどもこれは夜用のクリームなんですね。まずこのラメールのクリームですね。成分として一緒なんですけれどもフレッシュクリームっていうぐらいなので本当にテクスチャーがみずみずしい感じです。なので今までのラメールのクリーム好きなんだけどやっぱりちょっと固くてベタっとした感じが油分が多めだなって思った人はこのフレッシュクリームにすると本当にベタベタ感なくてスッと入っていくんですね。ラメールといったらアルゲエキスですよね。このアルゲエキスっていうのが本当に肌のエイジングケア、高炎症を抑えることによって肌のエイジングケアをしていくっていうものなので、その恩恵はしっかりとありつつもクリームが苦手っていう人にもラメールが使えるようになったっていう意味ではこれもすごく良かった。こちらのエスティローダーのシュプリーム プラスの夜用のクリームなんですがコラーゲンの合成も夜ピークになるんですがコアスっていうのも夜ピークになるんですね。なのでそちらどちらにもアプローチしていくペプチドを結構数種類入れてるんですね。なのでどちらかというとこれは肌のハリ感が少なくなってきたとかフェイスラインのもたつきがっていう人にはすごくいいアプローチの方法もコラーゲンの合成は促すし、損傷コラーゲンの分解酵素は低下させるしっていう本当にアプローチが素晴らしいんですよね。ですがそういう系のものって結構ニキビの元になりやすかったりベタつくっていうことがあるんですが皮脂にもアプローチしてくれて、大樹種子エキスっていうものが入ってるんですよ。これ自体がやっぱりエストロゲン様の働きをするんです。エストロゲン自体が皮脂の分泌を抑制してくれるっていうこともあるのでクリームなんだけれども皮脂の開きっていうところにも少しアプローチができるよっていうことになります。最近本当にこのもたつきが気になっているのでそういったもたつきにもアプローチするんだけれどもテクスチャーも一瞬しっとりするかなっていう感じでベタつき全然なくて、プラスアルファ毛穴の開きも抑えてくれるというエイジングが気になる皮脂テカ世代にはめちゃめちゃいいなっていうのがこちらになっています。あと美白でいくとこの2つですね。まずはアスタリフトのホワイト アドバンスド クリーム。こちらですね角層を表皮真皮にそれぞれアプローチして表皮では角層のケアでしょ。であと糖化・カルボニル化・メラニンのアプローチっていうのもしていてなんか透明感を作るコンプリートしてくれるようなクリームになっています。くすみも気になるメラニンのケアもしたいでも乾燥もするみたいな人には本当にぴったりなクリームかなというふうに思います。ライターさんとか美容家さんが好きっていう方が多かったのが資生堂のバイタルパーフェクション クリームになります。これはですね資生堂の血管の研究から生まれているベニバナレッドっていう成分が入っているんですけどもそれによって肌の代謝を良くしたりとか、ハリ感を良くしたりあとは美白っていうこともしていくのでなんか全方位でいいみたいなクリームなんですよね。なので結構今年の一押しクリームっていうものでノミネートされるのが結構多いかなというふうには思います。個人的にはですねやっぱりこのラロッシュポゼのシカプラストとこのエスティの薬用ナイトクリーム、これは結構良くて朝こっち夜こっちみたいな自分としては使ってるんですが、テクノロジーっていうふうに考えるとこっちもありなのかなと本当に私クリームでこんなに悩むっていうことは人生でそこまでなかったし、逆に言うとクリームが私みたいな皮脂肌にも寄り添ってくれるようになったかなと思うので今までクリーム苦手だったよっていう方はですね、今季ぜひクリームデビューしていただきたいかなと思います。はいということでこれで2024年の上半期のベストコスメの予想というものを出してみました。前半でクレンジング洗顔そして化粧水で、今日の後半で美容液乳液クリームまでやってみました。皆さんが使っているものだったりいいなと思っているものがあったでしょうか。もう少ししたら全部ね美容雑誌からベストコスメの発表になると思うので今日の動画見ながらどれがノミネートされるかなとか、あと自分があった買ってたものとか使っているものがやっぱり良かったかなというふうに答え合わせをしていただければなと思います。ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone. This is Arata Tomotoshi. Today, following up on last time, I would like to continue with my 2024 first half best cosmetics predictions. Last time, we covered cleansing, makeup removal, and toner, so today I would like to continue with serums, emulsions, and creams, so please watch until the end as we have a lot to cover. Before making best cosmetics predictions, let me give you an overview of serums, emulsions, and creams this season. Of course, there were many whitening serums as usual, but separately from that, there were also anti-aging serums and pore-targeting serums, which are quite rare for the first half of the year, so I found that very interesting. And regarding creams - there were a lot of creams released this season. Normally, creams come out more in autumn and winter, but this season there were surprisingly many creams, and although I used to say I wasn't suited for creams because of my oily skin, there were textures that work even for oily skin types, and because it's spring/summer, there were many creams that provide solid moisturization without being sticky. So I'd like to select those kinds of products. Let's get started. First, let's talk about serums. These are the 6 products I've nominated. First, for whitening, these 3 products. The one I thought had particularly impressive technology is this one - Pola's White Shot. White Shot really comes out with wonderful innovations every single year, but this time it's focused on melanin that has dropped into the dermis. Of course, we skin specialists know that melanin exists in the dermis, and because it looks like a thick stain, we normally use lasers targeting it specifically. But when there are scattered patches, I hadn't paid much attention before, but it turns out this scattered melanin also contributes to skin dullness that's quite difficult to address. So they're providing care even for melanin that has dropped into the dermis - this is really a deep-dive video topic, but the fact that Pola is incorporating technology that has essentially surpassed even aesthetic medicine is truly remarkable. However, what was actually quite popular among beauty professionals was this - Albion's Self Whitening Essence. This is also covered in a deep-dive, so please watch that. Albion originally researched skin whiteness and transparency, focusing on something called skin free water. The more free water in the skin, the more transparency and luminosity increase, so they've incorporated ingredients that increase this free water. They also included tranexamic acid and oil-soluble vitamin C as active ingredients, so they're taking a multi-faceted approach to whitening, transparency, and dullness improvement. Many beauty professionals really love this because of that multi-angled approach. When you apply it, your face just brightens up instantly. I might be using it a bit lavishly, but lately I've been applying this to both my face and neck because especially the neck - just like wrinkles, if the neck and face are different colors, it can look a bit matronly, right? So because of its quick-acting nature, I definitely apply this to my neck in the morning too. This was really wonderful. Next is this - Orbis Advanced Brightening Serum. The active ingredient here is dexpanthenol. This is unique to the Orbis group and promotes melanin expulsion, but additionally, Orbis this time focused on the genes that suppress melanin formation. Having more of these genes naturally means fewer spots form. However, as we age, these gene switches gradually turn off, so they've included plant extracts that turn these switches back on. In essence, they're including gene switches, so they're both suppressing melanin activity and promoting its expulsion through these genetic switches. So in terms of melanin alone, I think they have a good balance of both suppression and expulsion. Plus, Orbis is really reasonably priced, so this is truly a wonderful whitening serum. Also, as a bit of a different option, there's this - Kosé One by Kosé's Clear Peel Serum. This is also covered in a deep-dive, so please watch that. This is a cleansing serum, and Kosé has discovered a new mechanism of how comedones form. So rather than just removing comedones, it makes them less likely to form in the first place - addressing the root cause. When people think of cleansing, they worry about friction and irritation, but this doesn't cause any friction at all and leaves skin feeling refreshed. So while it's not exactly a whitening approach, we all care about comedones and pores, right? Just by removing them, skin's clear luminosity improves. So while not a whitening approach, it was perfect for spring/summer, and the fact that they researched how comedones form from scratch rather than just removing them makes this a truly wonderful serum. Then, because there were many anti-aging products, these 2 stand out. First is Dior's Capture Totale Le Serum. I heard directly from the researchers about this, and the technology is really incredible. I think the direction is somewhat similar to the dermis care approach. Both approaches are similar in that when the basement membrane develops holes, melanocytes fall. Pola's White Shot addresses this, while Dior's Capture Totale Serum focuses on the basement membrane breaking and hyaluronic acid leaking out, causing loss of firmness. The Capture line previously provided basement membrane care, and this time they're including Longoza extract along with it, which suppresses this leakage. Plus, by including two types of hyaluronic acid, it provides quick firmness and plumpness effects - I've even heard from people that hyaluronic acid injections last longer after using this. The glossiness and plumpness effects are quite immediate. The idea of the basement membrane developing holes and hyaluronic acid leaking out is a relatively recent concept from papers around 2020, and the fact that Dior quickly incorporated this into cosmetics shows the strength of having researchers at the brand. Plus, adding quick-acting cosmetic technology to that makes this truly the hallmark of a high-end cosmetic. This is really a wonderful serum. Another important anti-aging product is this - Sofina IP's Wrinkle Improvement Foam Serum. Sofina IP is famous for their bubble serum base, but this one has a higher concentration of CO2 plus niacinamide. By combining niacinamide with the bubble effect, the niacinamide works even better, and the high-concentration CO2 promotes collagen and elastin activity, creating profound firmness. Since niacinamide itself is recognized as an active ingredient for wrinkle improvement, this double approach gives you real plumpness and firmness. You can only get high-concentration CO2 through the foam format, so in that sense, this might be the unique foam serum for firmness and wrinkle improvement. Spring/summer serum introductions usually focus on whitening, but this season there were so many anti-aging and pore-focused serums that there were lots of options beyond just whitening. I was really excited this season. Which ones did you like? Next is emulsions. When it comes to emulsions, I think this one was the most impressive this season - this is Cosme Decorté's Absolute Emulsion Bright. Non-whitening versions came out in the previous season and were wonderful too, but adding koji to it makes it whitening-focused. But beyond that, it also includes prevention against stress-induced spots. Most importantly, this is a lead-in emulsion. Normally it's toner then emulsion, but this one applies emulsion right after cleansing. Some people worry that applying an oil-based emulsion first would prevent subsequent toner absorption, but that depends on skin type. For oily skin, a lead-in emulsion might be too much. However, for drier skin types, using a lead-in emulsion actually improves absorption of subsequent toner and especially serums. It's the delicate balance that Cosme Decorté manages so well. So honestly, it's more about the technology and quality of the emulsion itself - the proper emulsification of oils and water. If it suits you perfectly, it's truly wonderful, and it also provides whitening, so I thought this was really great. Personally, these two were really wonderful - Fancl's Balancing Milk and Dr. G R.E.D Blemish Clear Emulsion C. The Fancl one works similarly to their toner, changing the quality of sebum as you use both. The Dr. G R.E.D one mainly contains vitamin C, but they're addressing basement membrane care with their proprietary ingredients. So for sagging and enlarged pores caused by skin sagging, the approach is really excellent. Since Dr. G R.E.D specializes in pores anyway, even though it's an emulsion, there's no stickiness. For people like me who care about pores but need some oil to prevent my skin from deflating lately, this fits perfectly. Personally, I really love this emulsion. But for universal appeal and accessibility, for whitening in spring/summer, there's this - Aqualabel Treatment Milk Brightening. I've done deep-dives on this before too, so please watch that. Shiseido's unique 4MSK is included, and amino acids that provide basement membrane care are properly included too. So while providing brightening and anti-aging care with a great price point - Aqualabel is made by Shiseido, but to me it feels like they're practically doing charity work. It's truly wonderful, and it's probably the most accessible option for everyone, so I nominated this too. Next, creams - I've nominated these 5 products. As I mentioned at the beginning, there were really so many creams this season. Honestly, I never really felt the benefits of cream before, but starting last year I've come to appreciate cream. But for someone like me with very oily skin, creams usually cause shine and can lead to breakouts. However, this season there were quite a few creams that didn't have those problems. The prime example is this - La Roche-Posay's Cicaplast Baume B5. When I was in France last year, using this really made my skin healthy, so even now, when my skin feels tired, I sometimes just finish with toner and this. And when I apply this in the morning, it actually improves makeup adhesion - a mysterious cream. It's also non-comedogenic, so I think it's less likely to cause breakouts. For oily skin types who want shine and good makeup application, you absolutely should use this. Personally, it's my favorite cream. Also, creams that are safe even for oily skin types - both in texture and approach - are actually these two from luxury brands. This one is La Mer's The Moisturizing Fresh Cream. And this is Estée Lauder's Radiant Nature Supreme Cream, which is a nighttime cream. First, La Mer's cream - the ingredients are the same, but because it's called fresh cream, the texture is really refreshing and watery. So if you liked previous La Mer creams but found them a bit heavy and sticky with lots of oil, switching to this fresh version feels really non-sticky and absorbs smoothly. La Mer is known for its algae extract, and this extract really provides anti-aging benefits and reduces inflammation, supporting skin aging care. So while still getting the benefits, La Mer became usable even for people who don't like creams. This was really great. This Estée Lauder Supreme Plus nighttime cream - collagen synthesis peaks at night, and same with something called core substance. So they've included several types of peptides that approach both. So this is better for people who've noticed decreased skin firmness or jawline sagging. They promote collagen synthesis while reducing degradative enzymes - the approach is truly excellent. But products like this often cause breakouts or stickiness, yet this one addresses sebaceous glands too. It contains something called tamarind seed extract, which mimics estrogen. Since estrogen itself suppresses sebum secretion, even though it's a cream, it slightly addresses sebaceous pore openness. Lately I've really noticed sagging, so it addresses that while the texture is just slightly hydrating without any stickiness. Plus it suppresses pore openness - for the anti-aging, oily skin demographic, this is incredible. This is what I'm talking about. For whitening, there are these 2. First is Astaxanthin's White Advanced Cream. This addresses both the stratum corneum and dermis - at the epidermal level it's stratum corneum care, and it also addresses glycation, carbonylation, and melanin. It provides complete transparency, so it's really perfect for people concerned about dullness who want melanin care but also need hydration. What was popular among writers and beauty professionals was Shiseido's Vital Perfection Cream. This contains benefiber red, a component from Shiseido's blood vessel research, which improves skin metabolism, firmness, and provides whitening - basically it's good from all angles. So I think it was nominated as this year's must-have cream quite often. Personally, La Roche-Posay's Cicaplast and Estée Lauder's medicinal night cream are both really good - I use one in the morning and one at night. Technology-wise, the other is also an option. I've never really worried this much about cream in my life, and conversely, creams now seem to accommodate even oily skin like mine, so if you've said you don't like creams before, I really hope you'll try cream this season.
