みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。今日はですね、2024年上半期これはやってよかったっていう美容医療と、いやこれはちょっとやらなきゃよかったっていう美容医療 どちらもご紹介していきたいと思います。私自身はスキンケアも大好きで、スキンケアのこといろいろやるんですけれども、職業からいろいろな美容医療も試しています。 特に機械系はですね、新しい機械が出るとなるべく自分の顔でね試してみて、良ければクリニックに採用したりとかしているので 今回はですね、そういった機械系のものがメインなんですけれども、やってよかったものと、やらなきゃよかったなっていうものをご紹介していきたいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 では早速、2024年やってよかった美容医療、一つ目はExcel V プラスという機械です。Excel Vっていうのは元々1064とあとは532という2つの波長のレーザーが出るものになります。 Excel Vを聞いたことない方でもですね、ジェネシスっていうレーザーは聞いたことがあると思うんですね。 1064というマロングプラスのヤグレーザーになるんですけれども、それがちょっと皮膚の奥の方に行ってハリ感を出したりっていうところになってたりとか、532は赤いものに効くので、それをですね一緒に組み合わせることによってニキビの赤みだったり、開いた毛穴というよりはたるんだ毛穴みたいな感じ、ハリ感が出るので、 それで私は元々ジェネシス好きだったんですが、Excel V プラスはですね、このジェネシスのモードにプラスアルファリフトアップ効果のあるモードがついてるんですね。 詳しくやるとジェネシスって空中でパパパパパパって当てたんですけれども、Excel V プラスになるとそれをハンドピースで一個一個ポンポンポンと押し当てて当てられるようになったので、 より肌の奥だったりや肌の表面に熱をしっかり加えることができて、それによってもちろんメラニンだったりとか赤みだったりもそうなんですけど、よりリフトアップ効果も出てくる。 とはいっても痛みがあるRFとかサーマクールとかハイフとかみたいに痛くはないけれども、ハリ感が出るよっていうので、このExcel V プラスはかなり私の中でいい機械だなと思っています。 あとハリ感だけじゃなくて、肌の透明感もかなり出るなっていうふうに思うんですね。 っていうのは、今私すごくシミがあるわけではないんですよ。 ただどうしてもトーンがアップしてくると透けてきて赤みが出てきたり、紫外線が当たったりとか年齢が当たると血管の中のヘモグロビンが酸化してしまったりとかっていうので、茶色っぽい黄ぐすみみたいなものが起こってくるんですね。 これに効くのがやっぱり532の波長のレーザーになってきます。 もうシミがないから透明感上がってきたなと思っても、この532のレーザーを口中のものとタッチでやるものとどっちもやっていくとですね、またさらにトーンがアップするんですね。 例えばレーザーフェイシャルだったりとか、あとは乾燥肌のためのトーニングだったりとか光治療のIPLだとかそういったものをある程度やっていて、 ただこんな感じであまりにも感動したのでですね、私が勤務するモデルさんのスキンクリニックもExcel V プラスを導入して、これはもう私がやりたいからっていうだけになるんですけれども、 満足度もすごく高くてニキビの赤みが気になっている方だったり、肌の輪郭っていうものを変えていきたいっていう方もいるので、ニキビの赤みだったりとかニキビで毛穴が開いている人、 透明感を出したい人、ハリ感を出したい人、結構いろんなモードの組み合わせでいろんな治療ができるので、私としては本当に素晴らしい機械だなぁと思っています。 続いて2つ目なんですが、これはちょっと組み合わせになります。どういうものかというと、私顔がちょっと丸いじゃないですか。 軽みがあって脂肪がこの辺についているということもあるので、ちょっと小顔にしたいなということがあったので、デオリポっていう脂肪溶解注射をした後に、 うちではダイヤモンドチップっていうRFの機械があるので、それを組み合わせる小顔治療になります。 これは私が勤めている表参道スキンクリニックっていうところでやっている治療で、前から結構患者さんには好評をしていたんですけれども、 私自身はなんとなく自分のこの辺の脂肪に関しては、ちょっと熱を加えるだけで引き締めていきたいな、どうしても脂肪っていうのはあった方がいいんじゃないかなっていうふうに思っていたんですけれども、 前に韓国の先生と対談をした時に、やっぱり私のここの脂肪っていうのは一回脂肪溶解だとかで溶かした方がいいよっていうようなことを、その先生にもアドバイスを受けたので、 確かにそうだよなぁと思って、私のクリニックにあるデオリポっていう脂肪溶解注射を注射して、それから1週間後くらいに熱を加えるっていうのを大体2回から3回セットで私のクリニックではやっていることが多かったので、まずそれをやってみたんですね。 そしたらもちろん劇的にちっちゃくなったっていうよりは、この辺のもたつきっていうのがかなり縮小されたかなっていうふうに思います。 私としては今2回やって、本当は3回でワンクールなんですけど、かなり自分としては満足度が高いので、最初やった時には昔からこの脂肪溶解注射ってあるんですけども、最初の初期の頃のお薬をやった時には効果が感じられなかったんですね。 なんですけども脂肪溶解注射もどんどんどんどん進化していって、今回のデオリポに関しては配合の成分はデオキシコール酸っていうものになるんですが、それが従来よりもかなり濃度が濃くなっていて、かなり効果も出やすいよっていうふうには言われていたので、本当に今までやった薬剤よりは1回目でもあれちょっと効いたかもみたいに思って、2回やるとかなりシュッとしたなっていうイメージがあるので、 もちろん入れ方だったり入れる場所ね、あんまりにも入れちゃうとやっぱりこの辺はしっかりと脂肪を置いておいて欲しいところなんですけど、こういうちょっと笑った時のこの段ができるような老化性のところだったり、あとはこの辺のもたつきですね。 なので入れる場所っていうのはその人その人によってデザインをしっかりしなきゃいけないんですけれども、入れることによって脂肪を小さくということはできるんじゃないかなというふうに思いました。 脂肪がなくなっていくとやっぱり皮膚が余ったりするので、やっぱり引き締めるということはすごく大事だし、RFっていう引き締めの機械と、あとはこのデオリポっていうのはワンセットでやるとすごくいいんだなっていうのはかなり思いました。 今まではこうね引き締めのレーザーだけやっててもその時にはいいんですけど、またやっぱりたるんだように見えるのは余分な脂肪があったからなんだなと思って、最近は患者さんにもおすすめすることが結構あります。 なのでRFの機械だったりとかハイフとかやっててもあんまり感じなかったっていう人はもしかしてこの脂肪のもたつきがあるからということもありえますし、あとは本当に私みたいに顔がちょっと丸くてパツッとしているような人は脂肪溶解注射かなり効く薬剤もあるので、一度ね相談していただけるといいかなと思います。 私自身は本当に2024年上半期一番やってよかったなって思う施術かもしれないです。 続いてはちょっとやらなければよかったなっていうようなものになります。 それがですねインモードっていうRFの機械になります。 インモードはさっきお話ししたダイヤモンドチップと同じ高周波の機械ですね。 熱を加えることによって脂肪だとかを分解したりとか皮膚の張り感を出していくっていうようなものになるんですが、ダイヤモンドチップとかサーマクールってこのままパツンパツンって当てるんですけれども、 インモードというのは一回吸引するんですよ。 吸引したところでRFが出ていくので、この皮膚のたるみだったりとか、あとは脂肪に効くっていうことでこの辺のフェイスラインのもたつきにはかなりいいですよって言われて、 私の知り合いの先生だったりもかなりこのフェイスラインがシュッとするよとか、この二重顎がかなり良くなるよっていうことも言われたし、 あとはいろんなインフルエンサーさんもやってよかったみたいなことを言ってたので、うちのクリニックにも入れようかなと思ってデモ機をお願いしたんですね。 正直効果はめちゃくちゃあると思います。 特に脂肪があるっていうよりは皮が余ってるような人っているじゃないですか、そういう人にはやっぱりしっかり吸引をしながらやるので、 通常にただ当ててるだけのものよりはかなり効果はあると思うんですけど、ちょっと私はうーんっていうところがあったんですね。 っていうのは終わった後にすごい内出血になるんですよ。吸引しただけでもあざみたいになって、それを何往復かするので、この辺がざーっと真っ青になってしまって、 私は片方だけやってもらったんですけれども、2週間くらいコンシーラーをしっかり塗らないとあざが消えなくて、正直効果としてはいいかなと思ったんですが、 これを大体2週間に1遍から1ヶ月に1遍くらいを3、4回やらなきゃいけないっていうことで、私自身2週間くらいあざが続くので、 3回やるとしたら3、4ヶ月はずっとあざができたまんまだなと思っていたら、正直これを継続するのは難しいなと。 それは私自身がこうやって発信してるとか、あとは患者さんに会ったりとか、いろいろ人の前で出なきゃいけないので、 毎回毎回しっかりコンシーラー塗るっていうこともめんどくさいなって思う時もあったので、効果としてはすごくいいと思うんですけれども、 正直私のライフスタイルには合わないなと思ったので、当クリニックで入れることは見送ったんですけれども、 内出血しても全然いいよと、そんなこと全く大丈夫ですみたいに思う方はかなりいい機会かなとは思うんですけれども、 やっぱり私は2週間ぐらいのあざっていうのはちょっと許容ができなかったので、やらなかったらよかったなというふうに思いました。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。2024年上半期やってよかった美容施術とやらなければよかったという美容施術のお話をしました。 今までご紹介した光治療だったりとかボトックスも今も継続してはやってるんですけれども、 最近本当に2024年上半期やってよかったなっていうようなものをご紹介しました。 本当にレーザーってどんどん進化しているように見えて意外とベーシックだったりとか、 使い方だったりモードだったり組み合わせだったりということでどんどん変わるので、 あくまでも私がやってよかったなので絶対というわけじゃないので、 レーザーとかたるみ治療の機会をやる場合はですね、その人のお顔に合ったレーザーの出力だったりレーザーを色々選択しなきゃいけないので、 私が言ったから絶対これっていうわけじゃなくて、なんか気になるなと思う方はですね、 お近くのクリニックもしくは私が勤めているようなクリニックに来ていただければご相談にはなりますので、 ぜひ参考にしてみてください。ということで今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。 今ですね月額90円でメンバーシップを開始しています。 毎週水曜日にメンバー限定のYouTubeライブをしているんですが、 その中でも私がやった美容施術だったりとか、今の最新の美容の情報というものをライブでお話ししています。 水曜日参加するの難しいよという方もですね、メンバー専用のアーカイブを残しておりますので、 よかったら月額90円になりますが、メンバーシップ入っていただいていると嬉しいです。 ということでまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。 チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします。

Hello everyone. I'm Shin Tomotoshi. Today, I'd like to introduce cosmetic medical treatments from the first half of 2024 that I'm glad I did, as well as ones I wish I hadn't done. I love skincare and try various skincare routines, but through my profession, I also test various cosmetic medical treatments. Particularly with machine-based treatments, whenever new machines come out, I try them on my own face as much as possible, and if they're good, I adopt them in clinics. This time, I'll focus mainly on machine-based treatments, introducing both ones that went well and ones that didn't work out, so please watch until the end. Let me start with the first cosmetic treatment I'm glad I did in 2024: the Excel V Plus machine. Excel V originally emits lasers at two wavelengths: 1064 and 532. Even if you haven't heard of Excel V, you've probably heard of Genesis laser. The 1064 is a Nd:YAG laser that penetrates deeper into the skin to provide firmness, while 532 is effective on red tones. By combining these, it addresses acne redness and sagging pores to provide firmness. I originally liked Genesis, but Excel V Plus adds a lift-up mode to the Genesis mode. With the original Genesis, the laser was applied in sweeping motions in the air, but with Excel V Plus, the handpiece allows me to apply the laser point by point with pressure. This allows heat to be more effectively applied to both the deeper layers and surface of the skin, resulting not only in reduced melanin and redness but also improved lifting effects. Unlike painful RF, CoolSculpting, or HIFU treatments, it doesn't hurt much but does provide firmness. I think Excel V Plus is quite an excellent machine. Beyond just providing firmness, it also noticeably improves skin clarity. The reason is that I don't have a lot of age spots currently, but as tone brightens, redness can show through, and with UV exposure and aging, hemoglobin in blood vessels oxidizes, creating brownish, yellowish dullness. The 532 wavelength laser is effective against this. Even when tone improves and I think clarity has increased, using both the 532 laser's continuous mode and touch mode further boosts the tone. For example, after doing laser facials, dryness-treatment toning, light therapy IPL, and similar treatments to a certain degree, I was so impressed that the skin clinic where I work also adopted Excel V Plus—purely because I wanted to use it. Patient satisfaction is very high, and this machine can treat various conditions through different mode combinations: acne redness, open pores from acne, lack of clarity, lack of firmness. I think it's truly an excellent machine. Next is the second treatment, which is actually a combination approach. The issue is that my face is somewhat round with fullness and fat in certain areas. I wanted a slimmer face, so after Deolipo fat-dissolving injections, I combined it with our Diamond Chip RF machine for facial contouring treatment. This is a treatment we do at Omotesando Skin Clinic where I work, which has been quite popular with patients. Initially, I thought I should just use heat to tighten this area since fat has some benefit. But when I had a consultation with a Korean doctor, he advised that I should dissolve this fat first. I agreed and tried the Deolipo injections at my clinic, then applied heat about a week later. We typically do 2-3 sessions as a set, so I started that course. The result wasn't dramatically smaller, but the puffiness in that area significantly reduced. After two sessions, I'm quite satisfied, and while one full course is three sessions, my satisfaction is already high. Previously, I didn't feel effects from earlier fat-dissolving drugs, but these injections have evolved significantly. With Deolipo, the active ingredient is deoxycholic acid, which has a much higher concentration than before, making effects more apparent. After the first session, I thought it might be working, and after the second, I noticed a clear difference. Of course, injection placement and volume are crucial. You don't want to inject too much and lose necessary facial fat, but targeting areas like expression lines when smiling or general puffiness can be effective with proper design. I realized that as fat diminishes and skin excess occurs, firming becomes very important, and RF tightening combined with Deolipo works wonderfully together. Previously, just doing firming lasers alone helped temporarily, but I now realize that apparent sagging often results from excess fat. Recently, I frequently recommend this combination to patients. If someone doesn't feel results from RF or HIFU treatments, it might be due to fat fullness. For people like me with rounder, fuller faces, fat-dissolving injections with effective formulas can work very well. Personally, this might be my most gratifying treatment of the first half of 2024. Next, something I wish I hadn't done: the InMode RF machine. InMode is the same radiofrequency technology as the Diamond Chip I mentioned. By applying heat, it breaks down fat and creates skin firmness. While Diamond Chip and Thermage apply directly with pressure, InMode first sucks in tissue, then applies RF energy. This is supposed to be excellent for sagging skin and fat, particularly for jawline puffiness and double chins. College doctors told me it significantly firms the jawline and improves double chins, and various influencers also said it worked well. So I requested a demo unit for my clinic. Honestly, the effect is tremendous. For people with excess skin rather than fat, the suction combined with RF is more effective than simply applying heat. However, I had reservations. The after-effects are severe bruising. Just the suction creates bruise-like marks, and with multiple passes, the entire area becomes very dark blue. I only did one side, and the bruising didn't fade for two weeks without heavy concealer use. While the effect was good, this requires 3-4 sessions every two weeks to monthly. Since I bruise for about two weeks, three sessions means 3-4 months of continuous bruising. Combined with my work where I'm constantly on camera and meeting patients, constantly applying heavy concealer seemed impractical. While the effect is excellent, it didn't match my lifestyle, so I decided against adopting it at my clinic. However, for those who don't mind bruising at all, it could be an excellent option. But I couldn't tolerate two weeks of bruising, so I wish I hadn't done it. So, how was that? I've discussed cosmetic treatments I'm glad I did and ones I wish I hadn't in the first half of 2024. While I still continue with light therapy and Botox, I introduced ones I'm most grateful for in 2024. Lasers continue evolving, though their essence remains basic—it's the usage, modes, and combinations that change. This is just my personal experience, not absolute truth. When considering laser or sagging treatments, you need to select appropriate laser power and type suited to your individual face.
