【速報】美容のプロが選び抜いた「2024年上半期に本当に買ってよかったモノ」

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は2024年上半期使ってよかったものをご紹介したいと思います。2024年の上半期といえば、まあ美保さんのベストコスメだったりとか、ドラッグストアのベストコスメだったりとコスメ系が結構多かったんですけれども、コスメ以外だったり、あとベストコスメって結構今年発売のものじゃないですか。意外と前から売ってたんだけど、やっぱり使ってよかったなぁとか、そういったものも合わせて、いろんな幅広いグッズを皆さんにご紹介したいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 では早速2024年上半期使ってよかったもの。まず一つ目がこちら、有心酒造さんのハリケア101っていうライスパワーナンバー101番が入ったドリンク。粘膜のケアっていうようなものなんですよね。ダイレクトに飲むライスパワーエキスって書いてあって、一番最初に私がこれを知ったのは去年かな。有心酒造さんのロケに行った時にいただいたんですけれども、その後にいろいろ論文だとかを読んでいくと、やっぱり粘膜のケアらしいんですね。こう見えてもちょっと繊細というか、たまに悩む時があって、そういう時ちょっと胃がね痛いなぁとか、食べすぎちゃって胃がもたれるなという時があるんですが、そういう時に胃薬を結構飲んでたんですけども、粘膜ケアって言ってたなぁと思って、これを飲んでみたら結構胃がすっきりしたっていうのがあって。もともとライスパワーナンバー101で米発酵エキスなわけじゃないですか。で、保存料とかも無添加だし、何だったら国産米100%でできているので安心ということで、今年上半期は結構これにお世話になったかなと思っているので、胃があんまり強くないよとか、そういった方にはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、マイトレックスのシャワーヘッドになります。私今までシャワーヘッドってなんで皆さん買えるのかなって若干疑問に思ってた時があるんですね。以前私脱毛器でマイトレックスさんご紹介した時にこのシャワーヘッドも頂いたんですね。使ってみたんですけども、まずなんといってもミストの細かさなんですよ。毛穴よりもちっちゃいんじゃないみたいなこのミストで顔を洗うと、顔を他のシャワーでは当てたくないぐらい本当に優しく洗ってくれるし、優しいからといって汚れが落ちにくいとかではなく、逆に本当に細かいからこそ、圧をかけずに洗浄力がもう想像以上。肌当たりも優しいんだけれども、本当にミストが細かいから、肌に負担なくスルッと落としてくれるっていう感じで、これ以外で顔を本当に洗いたくなくなったっていうのがまず一つなんですね。 ただ多分そういうもので、正直他にもあるんじゃないかなとは思うんですけど、もう一つすごいなぁと思ったのが、マイクロカレントっていう本当に弱い電流が流れる、マイクロカレントっていうものがこれモードがあって、通常モード、ミストモード、マイクロカレントモードみたいな、感じでここで切り替わるんですけども、マイクロカレントは水道みたいな形でバーって当たるんですね。体の中に働きかけて、アスリートさんがその筋肉の疲労を取ったりっていうような治療法でも、使われているのがマイクロカレントなので、お顔も、もちろんね、お風呂に入ってるから血流はいいと思うんですけど、マイクロカレントで、まぁ、電流を流すことで、なんかスッキリしたような形があるので、正直美顔器ってなんか取り出したりとかして継続するの難しいんですが、お風呂は必ず入るし、シャワーは絶対じゃないですか。もう、だからそういう意味では毎日気軽に、利用ができている感じがするし、シャワーヘッドで大事だなって感じだっていうことになります。 続いてはこちら、ウィークエンドホテルっていうところが、山田ゆうちゃんとのコラボなのかなって出していた、要は帽子とメッシュのアイテムなんですけど、これね何がすごいかってちょっとやってみますね。はい、皆さんタモリでございます、どうでしょうか。完璧な紫外線カットになっております。以前ですね、焼き犬っていうものをご紹介したことあると思うんですが、焼き犬はですね、メッシュじゃないので若干息苦しかったりとか、暑かったりするのと、後ろにもこれついているのわかります。帽子かぶるときって首のね日焼けっていうのも気になるわけですよ。見てください、360度どこからも焼けません。メッシュが涼しいし、もちろん普通にこれを外せば普通の帽子にもなりますから、紐がついているところもトイレとかで飛ばされないし、自転車乗ったりとかする人にはね、めちゃくちゃ良いと思います。 続いてもまぁちょっと着るものっちゃ着るものなんですけど、こちらです。オルビスのサイトで見つけた着圧ソックス。足のむくみとかを予防してくれる、靴下なんですけども、だいたいそういう靴下って黒とかばっかりじゃないですか。これね、チャコールグレーとブラウンなんですよ。私が買った時にはこの2つが、あって、私が移動するときに、やっぱ着圧ソックスとか履くんですけど、色がめちゃくちゃ、可愛くて、しっかりと圧もかけてくれるので、足のだるさがまず少なくなるんですよね。クリニックとかでも最近は履くようになって、着圧ソックス履いてますみたいにならないので、おしゃれな着圧ソックスっていう感じです。 次はコスメ系に行きます。ファンデーションなんですよ。まず一つ目がこれ、吉田あかりちゃんが作っているビーアイドルのファンデーションが今年出たんですよ。ベストコスメで選んだのはエスティローダーなんです。ドラッグストアとか、ああいうバラエティショップで買える、ファンデーションで、私これすごいって思ったのって、実はそんなになかったんですけども、ビーアイドルのファンデーションはデパコスにもなんか負けないぐらいの、まあ仕上がり感、すごくいいなぁと思ったんですよ。だからベストコスメには選ばなかったけれども、そのお値段以上だなと思ったので、使ってよかったなっていうのと、もう一つがこちら、エスティローダーのダブルウェア。これはもう、ロングセラーというか、もう崩れないファンデーションといえば、っていうと、このダブルウェアだと思うんですね。何年も前からあるものなんですが、実は久しぶりにちょっと外でロケをすることが、あってめちゃくちゃ暑かったんですね。その時に私あんまり汗をかかないし、顔も、崩れたりはそんなにしないタイプなんですが、その時はさすがに汗がをかいてたんですね。崩れちゃったかなと思ったんですが、これをメイクさんが使ってくれたんですよ。そしたら背中とかは結構滝汗じゃないですけど、汗をかいて、衣装さんにごめんなさい、みたいな感じだったんですけど、顔は全然崩れてなくて、やっぱダブルウェアってすごいなと思ったので、また新しく自分に合う色をピックアップして、本当今更ながらですけど、すごいなっていうふうに、また改めて思ったので、これも、ちょっと上げてみました。 そしてもう一つがこれ、限定なのでちょっと今あれかなと思ったんですけれども、こちら、ラネージュのリップスリーピングマスクなんですが、これだけだとちょっとわかんないと思うんですけど、こうしたらわかりますかね。ウォーターメロン、そう、スイカバージョンなんです。あまりにも可愛くて、箱もとってあるんですけれども、見て、スイカなんです。だからこうしたらわかるかな。スイカでしょ、中は真っ赤のやつで、通常バージョン、これでミニを韓国で買ったものなんですけど、こういう普通のね、いつもの色なんですが、限定のやつはウォーターメロンで、スイカの香りがするので、やっぱ赤でパッケージに惹かれて、これはもう、めちゃくちゃ、スイカ好きとしては本当に手に入れて良かったなぁと思っております。 続いてはモバイルバッテリーなんですけれども、こちらです。スナップグリップっていう風に書いてあって、友利美保さんに紹介してもらいました。美保さんと同じに出張の先があってそこで見ようと思ってたんですよ。これ何って言ったら、これすごく使いやすいからあたちゃんも買いなよ、みたいな感じで、わざわざサイトまで教えてくれて、これ充電器なんですけども、ここがグリップで持てて、ここに、シャッターがあるんですよ。だから自撮りをする時に持ちやすい、カシャッカシャって取れるし、立たせられるっていうのスマホスタンドにもなるんですよ。めちゃくちゃお利口さんじゃない？プラス充電もできるの。いろんな用途に使えるので、買って良かったなぁと思っております。 続いては最近ハマっているお茶というか、なんですけれども、こちら、カカオティなんですけれども、あの出雲チョコレート工場さん、というところから、私は取り寄せている、カカオティになります。たまにコーヒーとかを休憩時間に飲むっていう感じだったんですね。なんですけど、最近、やっぱちょっとコーヒーを控えようかなというふうに思っていて、試飲品として飲むお茶っていうのがないかなぁと思ってた時に見つけたのが、このカカオティなんですね。カカオティなので、カカオの香りがするんですよ。これに、ちょっとオーツミルクとかを入れて、アイスコーヒーみたいな感じに飲めるんですけれども、カフェインが入ってないだけじゃなくて、そこまで濃くないので、飲んだ時の口当たりが優しいなぁと思っていて、チョコレートを作る時に、カカオの外の殻が邪魔になるものを、カカオティにしてるっていうものなので、ほんのり甘い香りがするっていうので、本当に1日いっぱい、ぐらいホッとしたい時に飲むっていう感じです。 続いてはこちら、「科学的根拠に基づく最高の勉強法」です。これは私、知り屋の安川先生っていう、アメリカの大学の先生が書いたんですけど、安川先生が今までどういうふうな勉強をしてきたか、もちろん科学的根拠があるから、先生だけに当てはまるんじゃなくて、万人に、学びたい人に、どうやったら勉強って楽しく効率よく覚えられるかとか、学べるかっていうのを書いてあるんですね。いろんな勉強をもちろんしてるんですけども、私が今までやってきたことって、ここはあってたけど、ここはあんまり良くなかったんだなっていうことがすごく知れて、闇雲に勉強ってすればいいんだじゃなくて、効率的にやっていくことで、しっかりと覚えられたりとか、身について、それがまた楽しくなるから、また勉強していくんだなっていうことが分かったので、また子供たちには、ちょっと早いとは思うんですけども、中学生ぐらいになったら多分読めると思うので、読んで欲しいなぁ、なんていうふうに思ってますし、今新しく勉強をね始めてるとか、学び直したいと思っている人に、すごくおすすめの本だなというふうに思います。 はい、ということで、いかがだったでしょうか。2024年、使ってよかったっていうものを、新しいものからロングセラーのものまで、一気にご紹介しました。もちろんね、コスメだけじゃなくて、いいなと思ったもの、今年の上半期もたくさん出会ってきたので、下半期もね、きっといろいろあると思うんですけれども、良いものが出会ったら、皆さんにご紹介したいと思います。ということで、今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。 月額90円でメンバーシップを開始しています。メンバーシップはですね、毎週水曜日にメンバー限定のYouTubeライブを配信しています。ライブに参加できなかったとしても、メンバー専用のアーカイブが残りますので、月額90円ですけれども、よかったらメンバーシップ入ってみてください。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Atarashii Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce items that I really loved using in the first half of 2024. In the first half of 2024, there were many beauty-related best products like those from Miho and drugstores. However, I want to introduce a wide variety of products, not just cosmetics, and also some items that have been on the market for a while but have proven their worth. So please watch until the end. Now let me introduce items I loved using in the first half of 2024. First, we have Harikea 101 from Yushin Sake Brewery, a drink containing Rice Power Number 101, which is for mucous membrane care. I first learned about this during a location shoot with Yushin Sake Brewery last year. After reading various papers, I discovered it's really effective for mucous membrane care. Although I appear healthy, I sometimes have delicate moments and occasionally experience stomach discomfort or bloating after eating. I used to take stomach medicine frequently, but after trying this product, my stomach felt much better. Since it's made with Rice Power Number 101 and fermented rice extract, contains no preservatives, and is made with 100% domestic rice, it's safe. So I relied on this quite a bit in the first half of this year. I think it would be good for people with sensitive stomachs. Next is the showerhead from Mytrex. I used to wonder why everyone buys showerheads. When I introduced Mytrex's massage device before, I received this showerhead as well. What impressed me most was the fineness of the mist. The mist is so fine that it's smaller than pores. When washing your face with this mist, it's incredibly gentle, yet despite being gentle, the cleansing power is beyond imagination because of how fine it is. Your skin feels no burden, and the dirt just slips off. So I really don't want to wash my face with any other showerhead. But what really amazed me was the microcurrent feature, which delivers a very weak electrical current with different modes: normal, mist, and microcurrent. In microcurrent mode, water flows strongly. Since athletes use microcurrent treatment for muscle fatigue recovery, my face benefits from the electrical current as well. Even though blood circulation is good in the bath, the microcurrent makes me feel refreshed. Unlike beauty devices that are hard to use consistently, I use this shower every day, so I'm using it regularly without effort. That's why I think this showerhead is really important. Next is a collaboration item from Weekend Hotel and Yamada Yuu—it's a hat and mesh item. What's amazing about this is let me demonstrate. Yes, hello everyone, I'm Tamori. How is it? It provides perfect UV protection. I previously introduced something called Yaki Inu, which isn't mesh, so it felt slightly suffocating and hot. And you can see this mesh covers the back too. When wearing a hat, neck sun damage is also a concern. Look at this—360 degrees, you won't get burned anywhere. The mesh is cool, and you can take it off to use as a regular hat. The string keeps it from flying off at the toilet or while cycling, so I think it's great for people who bike. Next is compression socks from Orbis that prevent foot swelling. Usually these socks only come in black or similar colors, but these come in charcoal gray and brown. When I bought them, these were the two options. I wear compression socks when traveling, and I love the colors. They provide good compression, so my feet feel less fatigued. I even wear them at clinics now. They're stylish compression socks that don't look like medical wear. Next, let's talk about cosmetics. First, a foundation. B.I.D.O.L. foundation by Akari Yoshida came out this year. I chose Estée Lauder as my best product. I've never thought regular drugstore foundation brands were particularly great, but B.I.D.O.L.'s foundation finish is comparable to department store cosmetics. Although I didn't choose it for best product, I thought it exceeded its price point, so I'm glad I used it. Another one is Estée Lauder's Double Wear. This is the ultimate long-selling, unbreakable foundation. Although it's been around for years, I recently had to do an outdoor location shoot in extreme heat. Even though I don't usually sweat much and my makeup doesn't break easily, I was sweating profusely that day. I thought my makeup would break, but the makeup artist used this, and even though I was sweating heavily down my back, my face stayed completely intact. Double Wear really is amazing, so I picked up my shade again and was impressed anew. Another one is limited edition, so I was hesitant to mention it, but this is Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask. You probably can't tell from this alone, but if I do this... watermelon! Yes, it's the watermelon version! It's so cute I kept the box. Look, it's watermelon. Does this make it clearer? Watermelon, right? The inside is bright red. This is the regular version—I bought a mini in Korea, the usual color. But the limited version is watermelon flavored and scented. As a watermelon lover, I was so drawn to the red packaging that I'm really glad I got it. Next is a mobile battery. It's called Snap Grip. Tomori Miho introduced it to me. When I was going to a business trip location with Miho, she suggested I get this. She actually gave me the website link because she said it's really easy to use. This is a charger, but here you can grip it, and here's the shutter button. So when you take selfies, you can hold it easily, it goes click-click, and it can even stand up as a smartphone stand. Isn't it clever? And it charges too. You can use it for so many different purposes, so I'm glad I bought it. Next is a tea I've been obsessed with lately: Cacao Tea. I get it from Izumo Chocolate Factory. I used to drink coffee during breaks, but recently I thought I should cut back on coffee. I was looking for a beverage option to drink instead, and I found this Cacao Tea. Since it's cacao tea, it has a cacao aroma. I can drink it like iced coffee by adding oat milk, and not only is it caffeine-free, but it's not too strong, so it has a gentle mouthfeel when drinking it. Cacao Tea is made from the outer shell of cacao that gets in the way during chocolate making, so it has a subtle sweet aroma. I drink it when I want something warm for a bit during the day. Finally, this is "The Most Scientific Study Method." It was written by a professor named Yasukawa from an American university. The book covers how to study in an enjoyable and efficient way to help everyone, not just the professor. Although I study various things, I learned that some of my previous methods were good, but others weren't optimal. Rather than studying blindly, studying efficiently helps you remember better and learn more effectively, which then makes studying enjoyable, and you continue studying. For my children, they're still a bit young, but I think they could read this in middle school. I really recommend this book for anyone starting to study something new or wanting to learn again.
