スネコス注射を受けてきたので施術やダウンタイムの様子をお見せします。

みなさんこんにちは、トモリです。今日は緊急で動画を撮っています。悲しい出来事が年始にありまして、今日は目の下の治療をしたいと思ってこの動画を撮っています。今日は1月20日、5時過ぎです。渋谷さんとスキンクリニックにいます。 今年明けてすぐ、事務所に新年の挨拶に行ったんです。その時は誰にも会わないと思ってマスクをしてほぼすっぴんだったんですね。そしたら事務所の社長に会って、小さいお部屋に連れて行かれて、耳元で「お前、年末オペしただろ」って言われたんです。「え？」と思って「いや、何もしてないです」って言ったら、「俺だけには言っていいから。誰にも言わないから、オペしたならしたって言いなさい」って。本当にしてないんですけどって言ったら、「ここの目の下が青いぞ、内出血してるじゃないか。目の下の脱脂、今流行りのやつをやったんじゃないか」って言われました。 確かに目の下が薄くて、クマもあって、青いんですよ、特に右側が。普段はもっとコンシーラーをしっかりつけてるので目立たないんですけど、言われてみれば確かに、ずっと内出血してる人だと思われていたのかと思ってショックでした。 アイクリームなどは色々つけているんですが、目の下は皮膚が薄いのでなかなか治療法がなくて。ヒアルロン酸を入れるのも治療法の一つですが、皮膚が薄いとヒアルロン酸が透けて見えてしまう「チンダル現象」が起きることがあり、私のように皮膚が薄くて青グマが目立つタイプにはなかなか向いていませんでした。 そこで最近、去年の最後のYouTubeでも「来年やりたい」と話していた「スネコス」という新しいヒアルロン酸を試すことにしました。ざっくり言うと、埋めるのではなく肌にハリや厚みを出すヒアルロン酸です。本当はもう少し後でやろうと思っていたのですが、社長にあそこまで言われてショックだったので、今日、渋谷さんに施術してもらうことにしました。 注射をするので赤みや内出血は絶対に出ます。明日はインスタライブもあるし、月曜日には撮影もあるのでちょっと不安ですが、内出血してもいないのに疑われるくらいなら、もう本当に内出血してもいいかなと思いました。今日のことはYouTubeで公開して、次の撮影の時には「もうやりました」と公言しようと思います。 渋谷さん、絶対に内出血させないでくださいね。（渋谷さん「頑張ります」） 施術前に患部をアップで撮影。「結構目立つよね」「血管の走行にも見えるし、内出血にも見える」「内出血と言われたら内出血に見えるし、老化と言われたら老化に見える」なんて話しながら、麻酔クリームを塗って準備をしました。 渋谷さんが慎重に注射を打っていきます。「痛くない？」「大丈夫」「今のところ内出血はしてないと思う」「膨れてる感じはする」など会話をしながら進みました。細かく何度も刺していくのが特徴で、涙袋の下からゴルゴラインにかけて丁寧に注入していきます。 先生によると、今回使用したのはスネコス200というタイプ。手の甲のシワなど、重度のシワには「スネコス1200」という濃いタイプを最初に打ってからブーストをかけると、より厚みが出てふっくらしやすいそうです。スケジュールとしては1週間〜10日おきに3回打つのが基本とのことでした。 施術後、腫れは見られましたが、マスクを上げれば目立たない程度でした。「これなら電車に乗っても気づかれないと思う」とのことで、2時間後にもう一度撮影することにしました。 【2時間後】 腫れの様子を確認。マスクをすれば分からないくらいでした。 【翌朝】 自然光・ノーフィルターで撮影。針穴の跡や血管の透けが見えるものの、遠目で見るとそこまで目立たない印象。皮膚に少し厚みが出た感じがあり、腫れているというよりむしろ良い状態に見えました。この日はインスタライブがあったため、メイクさんにコンシーラーでしっかり隠してもらい、問題なく仕上がりました。 【5日目】 注射から5日目、これまでにインスタライブ、雑誌撮影、生放送出演などをこなしましたが、コンシーラーでしっかりカバーできて誰にもバレませんでした。コンシーラーを落として見せてもらうと、内出血特有の赤み〜青み〜黄色みが見られましたが、「意外と目立たない」「日常生活には支障なかった」とのこと。 愛用のコンシーラーとして、コスメデコルテのトーンパーフェクティングパレット00番（赤みが強い初期の内出血向け）と、ディオールのリキッドコンシーラー0N＋1N（青黄色が混ざった内出血向け）を紹介。チップを使って丁寧にぼかすと、かなり自然にカバーできるとのことでした。 【8日目・2回目施術】 2回目のスネコス注射を実施。前回よりも内出血は少なく、笑った時にできていたシワや、社長に指摘された血管の青みもかなり改善されたと実感。ゴルゴライン部分にも追加で注入しました。 【3回目施術から5日後】 3回目を終えて5日が経過。相変わらず注射後は内出血が出ますが、5日も経てばファンデーションだけでほぼ目立たなくなるとのこと。3週間近くずっと軽い内出血がある状態が続いていたにもかかわらず、コンシーラーでカバーできていたため、誰からも指摘されることはありませんでした。 むしろ施術前より青グマが薄くなったと実感しており、コンシーラーの使用量も減ったとのこと。 スネコスの仕組みについて改めて説明：これは「非架橋型」のヒアルロン酸で、通常のヒアルロン酸のようにボリュームを出して膨らませるタイプではなく、アミノ酸（6種類）を配合することで、肌自身のコラーゲンやエラスチンの生成を促進し、自然にハリやボリュームを引き出すというもの。即効性があるわけではなく、3回のワンクールを終えてから1〜2週間かけて徐々に効果が出てくるタイプの治療とのことです。 効果の持続期間はおおよそ半年〜1年と言われており、今年の年末にはまた同じ施術を受けようかと考えているとのこと。効果がどれくらい持続するかについても、今後の動画で報告していきたいとのことでした。 目の下の脱脂やたるみ取りが流行っている中で、「そこまでではないけれど、皮膚が薄くて青グマが気になる」という方には、スネコスも治療の選択肢としておすすめとのことです。 それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomori. Today I'm filming an urgent video. Something sad happened at the start of the year, and today I want to get treatment for the area under my eyes, so I'm filming this. It's just past 5 PM on January 20th, and I'm at the skin clinic with Shibuya-san. Right after the New Year began, I went to my agency to give New Year's greetings. Since I didn't expect to see anyone, I was wearing a mask with almost no makeup. Then I ran into the company president, who pulled me into a small room and whispered, "You had surgery at the end of the year, didn't you?" I was shocked and said, "No, I didn't do anything." He said, "You can tell me, just me — I won't tell anyone. If you had surgery, just admit it." I insisted I really hadn't, but he said, "The area under your eyes is blue — that's a bruise. Didn't you get that trendy under-eye fat removal procedure?" It's true that the skin under my eyes is thin, I have dark circles, and it does look bluish, especially on the right side. Normally I apply concealer more heavily so it's not as noticeable, but hearing this made me realize people might have thought I always had bruises — which was pretty shocking. I use various eye creams, but because the skin under the eyes is so thin, treatment options are limited. Hyaluronic acid fillers are one option, but with thin skin, the filler can show through — something called the "Tyndall effect" — so it hasn't really been suitable for someone like me with visible blue circles. So I decided to try a new type of hyaluronic acid treatment called "Sunekos," which I mentioned wanting to try this year in my last YouTube video of last year. Simply put, instead of filling in volume, it's designed to add firmness and thickness to the skin. I originally planned to do this a bit later, but after being so shaken by what the president said, I decided to have Shibuya-san perform the treatment today. Since it involves injections, some redness and bruising is inevitable. I have an Instagram Live tomorrow and a photoshoot on Monday, so I was a little worried — but I figured, if I'm already being suspected of having bruises when I don't, I might as well actually have some. I'm going to share today's experience on YouTube, and by the time of my next shoot, I'll openly tell people I had the treatment done. I told Shibuya-san, "Please make sure I don't get any bruising!" He replied, "I'll do my best." Before the procedure, we filmed a close-up of the area. "It really does stand out," "It could look like a blood vessel or a bruise," "If you call it a bruise, it looks like a bruise; if you call it aging, it looks like aging" — we joked around while applying numbing cream to prepare. Shibuya-san carefully began the injections. We chatted throughout — "Does it hurt?" "No, not really," "So far, no bruising," "It does feel a bit swollen" — as he injected in small increments across the under-eye area and down toward the tear trough and nasolabial fold area. According to the doctor, they used Sunekos 200 this time. For deeper wrinkles, like those on the back of the hands, a stronger version called Sunekos 1200 is used first as a "boost," which helps create more thickness and plumpness. The typical treatment schedule is three sessions spaced 1–10 days apart. After the procedure, there was some swelling, but it wasn't very noticeable once the mask was pulled up. "I don't think anyone would notice even on the train," we said, and planned to film again two hours later. [Two hours later] Checking the swelling — with a mask on, it was barely noticeable. [The next morning] Filmed in natural light with no filter. There were small needle marks and some visible blood vessels, but from a distance it wasn't too noticeable. The skin looked like it had gained some thickness, and rather than looking swollen, it actually looked improved. Since there was an Instagram Live that day, the makeup artist covered it well with concealer, and everything turned out fine. [Day 5] Five days after the injection, despite doing an Instagram Live, magazine shoot, and live TV appearance, nothing was noticeable thanks to concealer. When the concealer was removed, you could see the reddish, then bluish, then yellowish tones typical of bruising — but it was "surprisingly unnoticeable" and "didn't cause any problems in daily life." As for concealers, I introduced Cosme Decorte's Tone Perfecting Palette No. 00 (for early reddish bruising) and Dior's liquid concealer in shades 0N and 1N mixed together (for bluish-yellow bruising). Using a brush to gently blend it out achieved a very natural finish. [Day 8 – Second Treatment] Had the second Sunekos injection. There was less bruising than the first time, and I noticed real improvement — the wrinkle that used to form when I smiled had lessened, and the blood vessel visibility that the president had pointed out had also faded quite a bit. We also added injections around the tear trough/nasolabial area this time. [Five Days After the Third Treatment] Five days after the third session. As always, there was some bruising right after the injections, but by day five it was barely noticeable with just foundation. Despite having mild bruising on and off for nearly three weeks, concealer covered it well enough that no one ever pointed it out. In fact, I noticed the dark circles had become noticeably lighter than before starting the treatment, and I was using less concealer overall. Regarding how Sunekos works: it's a "non cross-linked" type of hyaluronic acid. Unlike regular hyaluronic acid fillers that add volume by plumping the area, Sunekos contains six types of amino acids that stimulate the skin's own production of collagen and elastin, encouraging the skin to naturally regain firmness and volume. It's not an instant fix — after completing three sessions, the effects gradually build up over the following one to two weeks. The results are said to last about six months to a year, and I'm planning to redo this treatment again at the end of this year. I'll also update everyone on how long the effects last in a future video. While under-eye fat removal and sagging treatments are trendy right now, if you're someone whose issue isn't quite that severe — but you have thin skin and visible blue dark circles that are hard to treat — I'd definitely recommend considering Sunekos as an option.
