2021年下半期 友利新的ベストコスメ プチプラ編をご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日は「2021年下半期プチプラベストコスメ」を皆さんにご紹介したいと思います。前回はデパコスの2021年下半期ベストコスメをシェアしましたが、今回はプチプラ編です。プチプラも今年はすごいものが出ましたので、しっかりシェアしていきたいと思います。 では早速本題に入っていきます。今回は私が実際に使った感想も一緒にシェアできたらと思います。 【1】肌ラボ 極潤 薬用ハリ化粧水 どの雑誌のベストコスメにもラインナップされているのが、この肌ラボ 極潤 薬用ハリ化粧水です。「ハリ化粧水」と書いてある通り、肌にハリ感を出す化粧水で、有効成分はナイアシンアミドです。 これまでナイアシンアミドは、シワ改善目的で部分使いの美容液に配合されることが多かったのですが、肌ラボの価格帯で化粧水として取り入れてきたのは本当にすごいことだと思いました。 ナイアシンアミドは表皮にも真皮にもアプローチできる優秀な成分です。表皮のターンオーバーを促進し、メラニンの排出を促すことで美白効果が期待できます。さらに真皮ではコラーゲンやエラスチンの生成を促し、シワ改善やハリ感アップに繋がります。 角層の奥まで水分をしっかり届けたうえで、こうした効果成分も届けてくれる、本当に素晴らしい化粧水だと思いました。ロート製薬さんならではのプチプラだなと感じましたし、私自身もプチプラベストコスメの1位に選んだ一本です。価格も手に取りやすく効果も実感しやすいので、デパコスに手が出しにくい方にもぜひおすすめです。 【2】アクアレーベル マルチアクアバーム 今年アクアレーベルから新たに登場したのが「アクア」シリーズです。従来のアクアレーベルは黄色・赤・青などのラインで、ジフェニルアラニンという肌のバリア機能を整えるアミノ酸と、パルミチン酸レチノールやトラネキサム酸など、目的別（抗炎症・美白・ハリなど）の成分を組み合わせていました。 今回のアクアシリーズは、そうした化学的なアプローチではなく、日本古来の植物由来・発酵由来のアミノ酸をしっかり配合しているのが特徴です。アミノ酸には表皮の水分量を増やす働きがあることが分かっており、「アクア」という名前の通り、お水で満たすような潤いを与えてくれます。 このマルチアクアバームはテクスチャーがとても面白く、塗るとやや固めなのですが、伸ばしていくとお水のように変化していきます。ベタつきが全くなくスーッと馴染み、シャワーの後のようなお肌の質感になるんです。全身に塗りたくなるほどで、ボディクリームのようなベタつきがありません。 無香料で敏感肌の方にも使いやすいと思います。化粧水・乳液・バームのラインが出ていますが、私が特に一押しなのはこのバームです。 【3】ファンケル マイルドクレンジングオイル 11月にリニューアルされた一品です。今回はキリンさんと共同開発し、ホップを配合することで角栓へのアプローチも強化されています。 コンビニでも購入できるこのクレンジングオイルは、スルッとした使用感でメイクをしっかり落としつつ、マツエクも大丈夫という、多くの方に使われてきた定番アイテムです。今回のリニューアルでは、毛穴だけでなく角栓にまでアプローチしてくれるようになりました。日本を代表する企業同士のコラボということで、個人的にもワクワクしました。 実際に使ってみましたが、マツエクをつけていても取れることはなく、摩擦をせずに顔に塗って水で流すだけでスルッとメイクが落ちます。クレンジング力はありながら、洗い上がりも突っ張り過ぎません。 私は44歳でオイリー肌ではありますが、部分的に乾燥も気になる年頃です。そんな私でも突っ張り感がなかったので、プチプラながら本当に優秀だと感じました。 【4】キュレル 保湿マスク キュレルのセラミド技術がたっぷり詰まったシートマスクです。プチプラながらシートマスクとしては完璧な仕上がりだと思います。 感染対策でマスクを着用する生活が続き、肌が乾燥したりバリア機能が低下したりしている方も多いと思いますが、こちらは抗炎症作用による肌荒れ対策とセラミドケアが同時に行え、バリア機能アップとセラミド補充の両方が期待できます。 さらに、切り取れるタグのような設計になっていて、鼻の脇や目の下、際の部分にも使える工夫がされています。隙間までカバーできるシート設計も面白いと思いました。プチプラながらデパコスに負けない保湿力のシートマスクです。 【5】専科 ビューティクリア ブラックパウダーウォッシュ もともと洗顔として人気のあった「専科」の酵素洗顔に、今回は炭を配合し吸着力をアップさせたアイテムです。 私はもともと酵素洗顔が好きで、以前は旅行の際にも必ず持っていくほどでした。今は毛穴の黒ずみはそこまで気になりませんが、マスク生活で顔に黒ずみの元のようなものができやすくなっていたので試してみました。 泡立ちは非常に良く、しっかりとした泡が作れます。私は顔全体ではなく、鼻や顎先など部分的に使用していますが、使い続けることで黒ずみの元のようなものが少なくなり、たまりにくくなっているように感じます。 私のように部分的にテカリと乾燥が混在するタイプは部分使いがおすすめですが、皮脂が多い方は顔全体に使ってもよいと思います。酵素洗顔としての技術の高さを感じるアイテムでした。 【番外編】マイ肌 ライスパワージュレ 最後は番外編として、今年のインナーケアアイテムをご紹介します。コーセーさんのブランドで、「ライスパワー」という成分が使われています。ライスパワーにはナンバーごとにさまざまな種類があり、皮脂抑制や保湿力アップ、洗浄力アップなど、それぞれ異なる効能があります。 この商品には、食べることで吸収されやすいとされる「ライスパワーNo.103」が配合されています。体内に取り込むことで肌の水分量を高める効果が期待できる成分です。さらにコラーゲン、ビタミンC、大麦発酵液由来のGABA、ザクロエキスなども配合されています。 季節的に肌だけでなく体全体が乾燆しやすい時期ですが、外側からのボディクリームなどのケアに加えて、インナーケアとして1日1個食べるタイプのジュレです。少し酸味がありますが美味しく、体の乾燥が気になる方はぜひ試してみてほしいアイテムです。 【まとめ】 今回ご紹介したプチプラベストコスメは、 ・肌ラボ 極潤 薬用ハリ化粧水 ・アクアレーベル マルチアクアバーム ・ファンケル マイルドクレンジングオイル ・キュレル 保湿マスク ・専科 ビューティクリア ブラックパウダーウォッシュ ・（番外編）マイ肌 ライスパワージュレ の6つです。それぞれプチプラとはいえ、成分・製法・技術がしっかり詰め込まれた、お値段以上のアイテムだと思いますので、ぜひ参考にしてみてください。 また前回もお話ししましたが、マキア・美的・VOCEといった美容三大雑誌にも、それぞれの下半期ベストコスメが掲載されています。私もすべての雑誌で審査員として参加していますので、よろしければそちらも参考にしてみてください。 今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Last time I shared my picks for high-end (department store) cosmetics, so this time it's the drugstore edition. Some truly amazing drugstore products came out this year, so I want to share them properly. Let's get right into it. I'll also share my actual experience using each product. 【1】Hada Labo Gokujun Medicated Hari Lotion This lotion appears in the best cosmetics lists of every beauty magazine. As the name "Hari Lotion" suggests, it's designed to give skin firmness, and its active ingredient is niacinamide. Until now, niacinamide was mostly used in targeted serums for wrinkle improvement, so incorporating it into a lotion at Hada Labo's price point is truly remarkable. Niacinamide is an excellent ingredient that works on both the epidermis and dermis. In the epidermis, it promotes cell turnover, helping to expel melanin buildup for a whitening effect. In the dermis, it supports the regeneration of collagen and elastin, helping to improve wrinkles and boost firmness. This lotion delivers moisture deep into the stratum corneum while also delivering these beneficial ingredients—it's truly an outstanding lotion. I felt this was a drugstore product only Rohto Pharmaceutical could create, and it's actually the product I ranked #1 among my drugstore picks. It's affordable and the effects are easy to notice, so I highly recommend it even for those hesitant to try department store brands. 【2】Aqualabel Multi Aqua Balm This year, Aqualabel launched a new "Aqua" series. Traditionally, Aqualabel's lineup (yellow, red, blue lines) combined diphenylalanine—an amino acid that strengthens the skin's barrier function—with targeted ingredients like retinol palmitate or tranexamic acid for anti-inflammatory, whitening, or firming effects. This new Aqua series takes a different approach, focusing on amino acids derived from traditional Japanese plants through fermentation, rather than synthetic ingredients. Amino acids are known to increase water content in the epidermis, and true to the name "Aqua," this product gives skin a water-like hydration. The texture of this Multi Aqua Balm is fascinating—it feels firm when applied, but as you spread it, it transforms into a water-like texture. It absorbs smoothly with no stickiness at all, leaving skin feeling like it just came out of a shower. It's so pleasant that I wanted to apply it all over my body, unlike body creams that often leave a sticky residue. It's fragrance-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin too. The line includes a lotion, emulsion, and balm, but this balm is definitely my top recommendation. 【3】Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil This was renewed in November. This time, it was co-developed with Kirin, incorporating hop extract to target clogged pores (sebum plugs) as well. This cleansing oil, available even at convenience stores, has long been a staple loved for its smooth texture, thorough makeup removal, and compatibility with eyelash extensions. With this renewal, it now also addresses clogged pores. As a collaboration between two representative Japanese companies, I was genuinely excited to try it. After testing it myself, I found that it doesn't loosen eyelash extensions, and simply applying it to dry skin and rinsing with water removes makeup effortlessly without any rubbing. Despite its strong cleansing power, it doesn't leave skin feeling overly tight afterward. At 44, I have oily skin but also experience some dryness in certain areas. Even for me, there was no tightness after use, so I think this is an excellent product despite its affordable price. 【4】Curel Moisture Mask This sheet mask is packed with Curel's signature ceramide technology. Despite being a drugstore product, I think it's a perfect sheet mask. With many of us wearing masks for infection prevention, skin can become dry or experience weakened barrier function. This product addresses both anti-inflammatory care for irritated skin and ceramide replenishment, helping to both strengthen the skin barrier and restore ceramides. It also has a clever design with tear-off tabs, allowing you to use portions around the nose, under the eyes, or in tight areas. The design that covers even small gaps in the face is quite thoughtful. It's a drugstore sheet mask that rivals department store brands in hydrating power. 【5】Senka Perfect Whip Beauty Clear Black Powder Wash Senka's enzyme wash has long been popular, and this version adds charcoal for enhanced absorption power. I've always loved enzyme washes and used to bring this exact product on trips just for that purpose. These days, I don't worry as much about clogged pores, but with mask-wearing, I noticed something like the beginnings of blackheads forming on my face, so I decided to try it. The lather is excellent, creating a rich foam. I use it mainly on my nose and chin rather than my whole face, but with continued use, I feel like the buildup that leads to blackheads has decreased and become less likely to accumulate. For those like me with a mix of oily and dry areas, partial use is recommended, but those with oilier skin overall might use it on the whole face. This product really showcases the high level of technology behind enzyme cleansers. 【Bonus】My Hada Rice Power Jelly Finally, as a bonus, I want to introduce an inner care item I tried this year. This is a Kose brand product featuring "Rice Power" ingredients. There are various types of Rice Power ingredients, each numbered differently, with effects ranging from sebum control to enhanced moisture retention or cleansing power. This product contains "Rice Power No. 103," which is said to be best absorbed when consumed orally. It's known to increase skin's water content when taken internally. The product also includes collagen, vitamin C, GABA derived from fermented barley extract, and pomegranate extract. As the season brings dryness not just to the skin but to the whole body, in addition to external care like body creams, this jelly offers an inner-care option—one piece a day, meant to be cut open and eaten directly. It has a slightly tart taste but is quite delicious. I recommend it for anyone concerned about overall body dryness. 【Summary】 The drugstore best cosmetics I introduced today are: ・Hada Labo Gokujun Medicated Hari Lotion ・Aqualabel Multi Aqua Balm ・Fancl Mild Cleansing Oil ・Curel Moisture Mask ・Senka Beauty Clear Black Powder Wash ・(Bonus) My Hada Rice Power Jelly Even though these are all affordable drugstore products, I feel they truly deliver value beyond their price in terms of ingredients, formulation, and technology.
