今日のリップはね、今度コスメデコルテから、多分皆さんあのもう見てると思うんですが12日に出たばっかりのあのコスメデコルテのリッププランパー。リッププランパーって言わないのか。コスメデコルテのやつはこれなんて言うんだろう。コスメデコルテ ブランピングリップセラムのこれは、えもうなんて書いてある。03番ブラック、ブラック、ブラック、キャロットなのかな違うな。なんかこの色です。03番。これをもうちょっと時間がなかったのでこんな感じで近に塗ってます。 半袖じゃないですね。長袖、長袖というか七分丈というのかな。なんかちょっと短めのこんな感じのものになっています。コスメデコルテ買いました。チークはバレリーナホップじゃなくって、もうすぐなくなりそうこれです。今日はこのチークに確かにちょっとバレリーナホップを少しだけベースにこのStayDのペーパーライトクリームアイカラーのOR707をやってからちょっと足しましたね。これクリニックのバレリーナホップ、ブラックカシスか違う、ブラックカシスと書いてないんだよね。愛用のチークはだいたいこのStayDのペーパーライトクリームアイカラーをベースに塗ってそこからあのマジョマジョ合わせたりとか。今日何合わせたっけ。ルナソルのルナソルのチークコンパクト。これ何番なんだっけ。なんかこの豚ちゃんピンク、これ何番か分かんないなぁ。これ何番か後でちょっと調べて調べますね。こういうちょっと前のチーク。なんですよね、これ。ルナソルのチークってちっちゃくて持ち運びやすいのでベース、これ塗ってこっちを今日は持ってきました。で朝はこっち塗っててその上から今日こっちを重ねたのでちょっと違うかも。いつにも増して先生感が漂って、まぁ一応ね。今日先生してきたんで。 はい。えっと、コスメデコルテ買いましたという方、リアイドルのファンデーション使いました。よめちゃくちゃ良かったなんだろうな。あのやっぱり吉田かりちゃんがすっごくこだわって作ったっていうだけあってやっぱりツヤ感はあるんですけれども隠蔽感はない。すごく使いやすいファンデーションだなって思いました。 スプレータイプの日焼け止め。あのスプレータイプはそれだけであのコンプリートしようと思わないことですね。なぜかというとスプレータイプってやっぱりどうしても塗りムラが出ちゃうんですよ。シューってやるからあの全部に綺麗に均一になることってないので、ベースに日焼け止め塗ってそこからあのなんていうの、まあダメ押しみたいな感じかなと思います。なのでこの方はあのアネッサから出てますよね。スプレータイプのやつがね。なんでそれがいいかなと思いますが、基本はあのベースを塗ってからやるっていう形の方がいいと思います。 あ、ボーチェにワクワクします、嬉しい。ありがとうございます。昨日の動画見ていただけましたか。あのボーチェのあのことをちょっと詳しくね解説してあるものです。夏も、クロカネボーの、あ、夏も、っていうか夏こそじゃない。クロカネボーの化粧水。あ、どこ行っちゃったかしら、目の前にない、わね。あった。もう私1本は使い切ってます。まだちょっと残ってるけど。で、ベース、私最近あのアスタリフトがアスタリフトの化粧水を、これだ。ごめんなさい、あの中身があっちに置いてあるんですけど大丈夫。中身があのあれなんですけど、このアドバンストのやつ使ってからこっちっていうこともあるので。なんか、あとはえっとドクター系の化粧水を全体的につけてこっちをお花だけとかなんかねなんか2本使いするんですけども、基本的にこっちはお花のところとかっていうあと顎、ここをこの辺に塗りたいのでベース、さっきのアスタリフト塗ってかもしくはドクター系、その日になんかその日の気分かなどっちも、やっぱり抗酸化作用が入っている水。ビタミンCも入っているし、あのビタミンC系も入ってるし。やっぱり毛穴の開きとかにどっちもいいのでそれを使ってっていう感じ。ちょっと由来で、なんかバリア保水保湿したいなという時にSTを使ったりもしますね。STはこれね。マイクロエッセンスローション。あのブロックのにもついてる。あ、マジョマジョのチークお気に入りで毎日使ってます。私も毎日使ってます。これ、S、マイクロエッセンスローション。これはもう本当に発光の力でバリア機能をアップしてくれるっていうものになるので。マジョマジョのチーク、この中に入っていない、ないな。あれ、私マジョマジョのチーク持ってきたと思ったんだけど、どこに行ったかな。猫のクリニックのこれ。いっぱいいろんなところにものが浮いてやるからわかんなくなっちゃう。よいしょ、大丈夫です。ありがとうございます。 STローダーのローション気になってますっていう。青春金曜日、伊勢新宿、伊勢丹のプラダに行ってきました。プラダね。もう本当に今大人気ですよね。私もあの買ってからすごく使ってマットリップなんですけど、あんまマットになりすぎないような感じがやっぱりいいですね。 すごく今日のお花をご紹介しておきますね。今日はデルフィニウムっていうお花。これかこれですね。デルフィニウムってお花ですね。と、これこれこの青いやつ。でえっとこのすごい見て水色で染めているダリア、ダリアと水色のインクを吸わせて染めてあるんだっ。これがビバーナムスノーボールです。 今日もケイトローズさんに的にアレンジしてもらいました。なんかね、先週はあのピンク系だったから今日はまた綺麗にあの日からも釈約がすごい。先週釈約だったんでずっと1週間釈約を楽しめて、今日はまたブルー。すごく素敵な感じになって嬉しいなぁと思っています。 もう日傘さしてますねー。やっぱもうあの5月から結構日焼けを対策をね皆さんされる方も多いんですけども、今日とかすごく日差しがね強かったのでもしっかりやってますよ。 喋りすぎると声が枯れてしまいます。私はね、声が丈夫なのか、私は毎朝マヌカハニーをストロングマヌカハニーを食べてもう3年、いやもっとか4年、4、5年か。だからか、私全然声が枯れないんですよ。風邪ひいたりとかは、たまにあるんですけど、ずっと喋りすり付けてもね、そんなにあんまりないですね。 先生が紹介されたスックの美容液洗顔買いました。洗った後とってもしっとりします。ありがとうございます。いや、なんかコメントであんな高い洗顔誰も買わないよ、みたいなもっとなんかプチプラで紹介してくださいみたいなちょっとクレームがたくさんたくさんというか結構あったので、私結構ショックで。いや、あの、もちろんプチプラもすごいものあるけど、でもねそういうプチプラじゃないところに技術が入っていることもあるので、それを紹介したかったんですけど。でもそうやって買って使ってくれている方がいたら良かったです。なんかスックさんに逆になんかディスになっちゃったかなぁとか思って心配してたんですけど、そうじゃなさそうなので良かったです。でもすごい気持ちいいよね、あれね。もちろんほんと1万円だから、毎日本当に使えるんだったら使った方がいいかもしれないけど、なかなか使えないという方もいらっしゃるけど。でも、ああいう技術がないと、そういう技術をまずはああいうね、あの高いものに入れて、そこからだんだん広まっていくとかじゃないと、なかなか降りていかないかなと思うので、すごく嬉しいです。 乳液洗顔とミルククレンジングって何だろう。乳液で洗顔するの。乳液には界面活性剤が入ってないから、その汚れはそんなに落ちないと思いますけどね。 あと、森あなたが本気で作ったプロテイン買いました。ありがとうございます。 質問：ボトックスを検討中です。クリニックと先生方はどのような観点でどの薬剤がいいですか。また、韓国製の安い薬剤を選んでも問題ないでしょうか。 韓国製のやつも問題はないですけど、持ちがあんまり良くない印象ですね。やっぱりボトックスのあの方が、A、なんか私の感覚患者自分もそうだ。自分は絶対ボトックスを打つから韓国製のものは打たないんですけども、それは持ちが長いのと体制ができにくいっていうのはやっぱり言われているので。やっぱりまあ私はボトックスはずっとあのやっていくことにしているので、体制付いてやだなぁと思っているので、私はボトックスは、あごめんなさい、ボトックスはアラガン社のボトックスを必ず使ってます。 で先生をどうやって選ぶかは、その先生のお顔が不自然じゃないかかな、とかあとやっぱりも症例数とかだと思いますが、ぶっちゃけボトックスは必ず切れていくので蓄積されたりはしないので、あちょっと違うなと思ったら変えてもいいのかなぁと思います。 先生、ルナソルのファンデーションを使いたいんだけど下地はどんなのがいいですか。 私はなんか下地はあの、もうラロッシュのあのトーンアップローズがした、事件、UV。なんですよ。特にこれからの時期も暑いから、日焼け止めを塗って下地塗ってファンデーション、って言うと、私絶対崩れるので、私はね下地兼日焼け止めっていうことでやってます。 アルビオンの洗顔も最高でしょ。いや、私ほんとスックはスックでしっとりで好きなんだけど、アルビオンのこのエクシアのジェリーウォッシュ。エクシア アンベアージュ ジェリーウォッシュ。これ最高なんですよ。お値段だけかわいくないのは11,000円だけど、私は大人の肌捨て家さんにはもう確実にこれだと思う。なんか肌のトーンが上がるんだよね。すっごい大好き。 私もデパコス、プチプラ、色々知りたいので、ありがとうございます。先生のおすすめのコステコパウダー07番買いました。 07もいいよね。やっぱり102だけが人気だったり、00が人気だったりするけど、私は結構サラッとさせたかったら07もいいかなと思います。 私訪問看護師なんですが素晴らしい。本当に素晴らしいご職業。その周りからの汗かき、汗かき仕事です。今年はアネッサとおばじBBクリームで夏を超えようと思っていますが、おばじの良さ吸収できませんか。 アネッサ塗ってBBクリームか。そうね。まぁでも、アネッサがやっぱり防御しているような気はしますね。逆にそうだったら、ビタミンC塗ってからアネッサ塗ったら、おばじのビタミンCを火傷めでじゃなくて、そっちの方がいいかも。 飲む日焼け止めは日焼け止めを日焼けを止めているわけじゃないのであの、1普通の日焼け止めと一緒に飲むんであればいいんだ。の一緒、日焼け、普通の日焼けでも塗ってから飲むんだったらいいですけど、飲む日焼け止めだけで日焼け止めしてるわけじゃないです。 デリーボスめっちゃいいです。贅沢だけど週末にご褒美として使ってます。嬉しい、ありがとうございます。 プチプラのまつ毛美容液からくれどぼうぼう、てのラクレムまでいろいろ使えます。わー、それは素晴らしい。 ポーラの洗顔料も感動しました。乾燥しなくて、肌が赤くならず、朝使っても肌が乾燥しない、素晴らしい洗い上がりでした。肌が乾燥しなくて、肌が柔らかくなる、素晴らしい洗顔でしたってね。やっぱり洗顔もさ、もともとプチプラの洗顔も昔のドラコスじゃなく、昔のミドルクラスぐらいの洗顔フォームだったり、クレンジングぐらいまでレベルはアップしてるんですよ。でもそしたらやっぱりデパコスはもう何か突き抜けちゃう感じ。だって洗ってさ、肌が柔らかくなるとか、洗って肌が明るくなるとか、あんま普通なら乾燥するじゃない。だけどそれがしっとりするってほんと、あんまないですよね。ほんと素晴らしい。 コスメデコルテの永遠の新しくなるクレンジングはいかがでしたか。あのね、届いてはいたんだけど、まだね、使えてないんですよね。私の中で洗顔が、もう本当に、このアルビオンが好きすぎて、あとアルビオンと同じように、あの、クレスキンの洗顔がすごく良くて。クレスキンの洗顔、すごいね、私の中でヒットで。どっか洗面台にあるか。あった、目の前にある。よいしょ。これ、クレスキンの洗顔も、すごく良くて、何か、どっちもね、すごく、あの、私にとっては、こっちは敏感肌の方でも大丈夫っていうもので、敏感肌の方でも毛穴をケアをしてほしい人は、こっちの方がいいと思いますね。 粉瘤は美容皮膚科では処置はしないので、どちらかというと形成外科とかに行った方がいいと思います。美容皮膚科だと、要は保険が使えないので、保険が使えなかったら、お金が結構高くなるので、粉瘤は保険治療でできますから、あの、綺麗に傷口が、と思うんだったら、形成外科の先生にやってもらった方がいいと思います。 赤顔に赤いほくろみたいなのが、最近できました。えっと、ほくろとかだったら、美容液とかでは、あの、ちょっと、どうにもならないので、やっぱり、それ赤い血管種っていうものかもしれないので、そうしたら、レーザーじゃないと取れないですね。はい。 今透明感コンプリート、コンプリートボックス予約しました。でも、オルビスはブラインドで買いました。とんでもない、ぜひぜひですね。 A. 目の下のたるみを目立たない、目立たさない、目立たなくするために、ヒアルロン酸注入するのは危険っていうか、人によるんですけど、結構目の下って、すっごい皮膚が薄いから、ヒアルロン酸入れると、なんか、チンダル現象って言って、ヒアルロン酸、透けて見えちゃう感じになって、ちょっとあんまり綺麗に仕上がらないんですよ。本当に入れて綺麗になる症例って、すごく私は少ないなって思っているので、そうじゃない方が、私はいいんじゃないかなと思います。ただ見てないので、わかんないです。見てみたら、それがあの適応なお顔なのかもしれないので、そこは本当に見ていただいた方がいい。あの診察させてもらわないと、わかんないんですけども、あんまり目の下に、要は膨らませる系のヒアルロン酸っていうのを入れるの、私はおすすめじゃなくて、同じヒアルロン酸でも非架橋のヒアルロン酸って言って、ヒアルロン酸が膨らませるんじゃなくて、自分のヒアルロン酸とかコラーゲンとかエラスチンを作ってくれるような、ECM製剤って言うんですけれども、そういったものを、スネコスとか、そういった系を入れていくの方が、私は目の下はいいと思いますね。 私は、ちなみに、スネコスを年末2回入れて、本当はね、あと2回ぐらい入れたいなと思っているんですけど、今のところ、私は満足。本当は、ゴールデンウイークに1回、もう1回入れようかなと思ってます。なので、ちょっと、ゴールデンウイーク入れて、ちょっと青くなるかもしれないですね。はい。 デメランクリームがわかんない、ごめんなさい。自由な鳥さん。 虫刺されみたいなものができて、痒いのですが。湿疹、痒いんだったら、多分湿疹だと思うんですよね。病院でお薬もらった方がいいと思います。そうなんですよ。やっぱり、痒いってことは、炎症が起こっているというサインなので、その時に何か化粧水とか塗っちゃうと、もしかしたら、ヒリヒリしちゃうかもしれないですね。 ヒアルロン酸以外に膨らます。あとは、ベビーコラーゲンとか、まだこっちは、ベビーコラーゲンとかの方がいい気がしますね。その、クイーンがわかんないな。 スネコス痛いですか。針を刺すので、痛い。スネコスが痛いというより、針を刺すのが痛い。 薄毛で悩んでいます。サプリ、良いものでシャンプーとか。男性なのかな、女性なのかな。最近、アヴェダのシャンプーを使わせてもらう機会があって、私の中で、アヴェダって優しい系だから、そんなに、何か期待してなかったら、怒られるかな、なんですけど、アヴェダの、それこそボリュームアップ系のやつを、最近使わせてもらったら、めちゃくちゃ良くて、私、もともと別に、そんなに髪の毛薄いわけじゃないんですけど、ボリュームが、ちょっとペタってなってくるじゃないですか。それが、すごく良くて。あと、本当に昨日も出張に良すぎて思ってたんですけど、すごい、何か、髪の毛自体も、サラサラになるし、ボリュームがあるんだけど、まとまりやすい髪になるので。アヴェダの紫のシリーズなんていう名前だっけ。紫のシリーズが、何ていう名前だったか。インバイトアルトラアドバンスとエクスフォリエイティングシャンプーですね。が、私の中で、結構最近推してます。 バイタリズムのシャンプーも、すごく私は好きで、ずっともう10年ぐらい自分が開発に携わってきたので、あんまりシャンプー浮気することがなかったんですけれども、やっぱり、バイタリズム以外も使ってみようかなと思って、ご紹介いろいろいただくんですけれども、ちょっと、アヴェダ使ってみようと思ったら、めちゃくちゃ良かったですね。 いろいろお話を聞かせてもらおうと思ったら、やっぱり、アヴェダ自体も、その植物学っていうものをベースに、いろいろ、ケミカルじゃないアプローチで、どう商品開発にアプローチするか、というのをやっていて、私も、バイタリズム開発した時には、やっぱり、どういう成分がいいか、というのも、いろいろ見て、すごく、それを入れるのが大変、っていうのを知っているので、アヴェダさんって、もう自分たちで、これは使わない、使わない、使わない、っていう、ケミカルなものは使わないとか、シリコンは使わないとか、全部してて、これか、すごいなって、ちょっと思いました。はい。 白髪に対して、私前、白髪の動画を撮ったんですよ。美容、その頭皮のやつで、そのうち2本は使い切ったんですけど、ぶっちゃけ、あんま変わってないですね。あと2本余っているから、それをやろうかなと思ってるんですけども、正直、あんまり、というか、この辺が気になるんですね。
