皆さんこんにちは、ともに新たです。今日は私のおすすめのリップクリームを3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 以前もプチプラのリップクリームをご紹介しましたが、今回は新たに「これはいい」と思うものを見つけてきましたので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。今回はタイプ別に、「こういう人にはこれがいいんじゃないか」という視点で選んできましたので、気になっている悩みに合わせて参考にしてみてください。 ■ そもそも唇はなぜ荒れやすいのか 唇は基本的に肌と同じ構造をしていますが、角層がとても薄く、皮脂腺が全くありません。そのため水分を維持する能力が非常に低い上に皮脂もないため、非常に乾燥しやすい部位です。外気の乾燥や、自分で舐めてしまった唾液が蒸発する際に水分を持っていかれることも、乾燥を加速させる要因になります。 赤ちゃんや子供でも、他の肌は乾燥していないのに唇だけ乾燥しているのを見かけることがあると思いますが、これは唇の構造上仕方のないことです。小さいお子さんにも、乾燥したらリップクリームを塗ってあげてほしいと思います。 ■ 唇の弾力性について 唇も他の肌と同様、真皮にコラーゲンやエラスチンがあり、それが若いうちはぷっくりとした唇を作っています。しかし年齢とともにコラーゲンやエラスチンの産生が低下したり、繊維が壊れたりして、唇のボリュームは徐々に小さくなっていきます。 私自身、小さい頃は下唇が厚くコンプレックスでしたが、年齢とともにボリュームが落ち着いてちょうど良い感じになってきました。もともと唇が厚い方はボリュームが下がるとちょうど良くなるかもしれませんが、もともと薄い方はさらにボリュームが減り、口元が貧相な印象になってしまう可能性があります。だからこそ、リップケアはとても大切です。 最近は唇専用の美容液も出ており、夜寝る前に使うのも良いと思います。私自身も少し値の張るものを夜に使っていますが、日常的なこまめな保湿も大切です。リップクリームを忘れたときにコンビニや薬局でサッと買えるということも重要なポイントなので、今日は手に入りやすい3つをご紹介します。 ■ 1. 佐藤製薬「ユリアージュ モイストリップ」 原産国はフランス。ユリアージュシリーズは温泉水をベースにした化粧品ブランドですが、このリップクリームには温泉水ではなく、油分系の成分がメインで配合されています。 唇には皮脂腺がないため、水分の蒸発をいかに抑えるかがポイントになります。今回ご紹介する3つの製品はいずれも油分がメインで、こちらにはミネラルオイル、パラフィン、マイクロクリスタリンワックスが配合されています。 ミネラルオイルは石油由来の成分で、以前は精製技術が低く不純物が含まれていたため肌への影響が懸念されていましたが、現在は精製技術が向上し、敏感肌の方でも安心して使用できるようになっています。そこに植物性オイルも加えることで、化学的に精製された油と天然由来の油を組み合わせ、しっかりと膜を張って水分の蒸発を防いでくれます。 乾燥してカサカサしがちな方には特におすすめです。パラベンフリー、無着色、無香料で、実際に使ってみるとサラッとした使用感で、リップの下地としても良いと感じました。 ■ 2. セラミド配合リップクリーム こちらもベースはワセリン、パラフィン、ミネラルオイルと、基本的には石油由来の成分で構成されていますが、硬さの違いによって使い分けられています（パラフィン、ワセリン、ミネラルオイルの順で硬さが異なります）。 この製品の良いところは、これらに加えてセラミド2、セラミド3、セラミド6という水分保持成分が配合されている点です。ミネラルオイル系で膜を張りながら、セラミドで水分を抱え込むことで、乾燥はもちろん、ふっくら感も出したい方におすすめです。 また、角層に水分が入ると肌色が明るくなる効果もあるため、唇の色味も改善したい方には良いのではないかと思います。さらにUVカット機能も付いており、紫外線による光老化で唇のボリュームが低下するのを防ぐ点でも優秀な製品です。 ■ 3. マツキヨオリジナル「ザ・レチノタイム リンクルリップエッセンス」 こちらは「レチノタイム」という名前からもわかる通り、パルミチン酸レチノールとナイアシンアミドが配合されています。唇のボリュームアップやハリ感を求める方にぴったりの製品です。 成分としてはまずワセリンと水添ポリイソブテンが配合されており、これらも膜を張って水分の蒸発を防ぐ働きをします。加えて加水分解ヒアルロン酸が配合されているため、ヒアルロン酸によるふっくら感と、膜による保湿の両方が期待できます。 ナイアシンアミドは美白目的というよりも、真皮のコラーゲンやエラスチンの分解を抑える目的で配合されていると考えられます。「レチノCPX」というのはパルミチン酸レチノールとツボクサエキスの複合成分だそうです。 パルミチン酸レチノールは私が「守りのビタミンA」と呼んでいる成分で、じわじわとゆっくり効いていくタイプです。急激な変化やビフォーアフターのような劇的な効果はありませんが、使い続けることで真皮のコラーゲンやエラスチンの分解を抑えたり、表皮の水分量を高めてぷるっとした肌へ導いてくれます。 唇に使うことで、徐々に薄さを改善する効果が期待できるのではないかと感じました。パルミチン酸レチノール配合ということで荒れないか心配していましたが、私は今のところ問題なく使用でき、少しハリ感が出てきたように感じています。唇の薄さが気になる方、よりぷるんとした唇を目指したい方は、ぜひチェックしてみてください。 ■ まとめ 今日は3つのリップクリームをご紹介しましたが、共通して言えるのは、リップクリームは水分の蒸発を防ぐ「膜を張る成分」が主体になっているということです。そこに保湿成分や美容成分をプラスすることで、それぞれの製品の特徴が生まれています。ご自身の悩みに合わせて選んでいただければと思います。 今日の動画が参考になれば嬉しいです。最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

I've introduced affordable lip balms before, but this time I found some new ones that I think are really great, so please stick around. I've chosen these based on different types of concerns, so please use this as a reference depending on what's bothering you. ■ Why Lips Get Chapped So Easily Lips have basically the same structure as skin, but the stratum corneum (outer layer) is much thinner, and there are no sebaceous glands at all. Because of this, lips have a very low ability to retain moisture and no oil to protect them, making them extremely prone to dryness. Dry air and the evaporation of saliva after licking your lips can also take moisture away, accelerating dryness even further. You may notice that even babies and children, whose skin isn't dry at all, often have dry lips—this is simply due to the structure of the lips. I hope you'll apply lip balm to children's lips whenever they get dry too. ■ About Lip Elasticity Like other skin, the dermis of the lips contains collagen and elastin, which give lips their plumpness when we're young. However, as we age, the production of collagen and elastin decreases, and the fibers break down, causing the volume of the lips to gradually decrease. When I was little, I actually had a complex about my thick lower lip, but as I've aged, the volume has settled into a more balanced look. If your lips were originally thick, losing some volume might actually result in a nicer balance. But if your lips were originally thin, losing more volume can make your mouth area look less full. This is exactly why lip care is so important. These days, there are even lip serums designed specifically for nighttime use, and I personally use a slightly more expensive one before bed. That said, daily, consistent moisturizing is just as important. Being able to quickly grab a lip balm at a convenience store or drugstore when you've forgotten yours is also key, so today I'll introduce three easily accessible options. ■ 1. Sato Pharmaceutical's "Uriage Moist Lip" Made in France. The Uriage line is known for skincare products based on thermal spring water, but this particular lip balm mainly contains oil-based ingredients rather than thermal water. Since lips have no sebaceous glands, the key is how well the product prevents moisture from evaporating. All three products I'm introducing today are oil-based, and this one contains mineral oil, paraffin, and microcrystalline wax. Mineral oil is derived from petroleum. In the past, there were concerns about mineral oil due to impurities from lower refining technology, but nowadays refining techniques have improved significantly, making it safe even for sensitive skin. This product also blends in plant-based oils, combining chemically refined oil with natural oil to form a protective film that locks in moisture. This is especially recommended for those with very dry, flaky lips. It's paraben-free, has no added color, and no fragrance. When I tried it, it felt light and smooth, and I thought it also worked well as a lip base. ■ 2. Ceramide-Infused Lip Balm This one is also based on petrolatum, paraffin, and mineral oil—fundamentally petroleum-derived ingredients—though they differ in texture and hardness (paraffin, petrolatum, and mineral oil, in order of hardness). What makes this product stand out is that it also contains Ceramide 2, Ceramide 3, and Ceramide 6, which help retain moisture. While the mineral oil-based ingredients form a protective barrier, the ceramides help draw in moisture, making this a great option for those who want both hydration and a plumper look. Additionally, when moisture enters the stratum corneum, it can brighten the skin tone, so this may also help improve lip color. It even includes UV protection, which helps prevent photoaging that can reduce lip volume over time—making it an excellent all-around product. ■ 3. Matsukiyo Original "The Retino Time Wrinkle Lip Essence" As the name "Retino Time" suggests, this product contains retinyl palmitate and niacinamide. It's ideal for those looking to boost lip volume and restore firmness. In terms of ingredients, it starts with petrolatum and hydrogenated polyisobutene, both of which help form a protective film to prevent moisture loss. It also contains hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid, providing both plumping effects from the hyaluronic acid and moisture retention from the protective film. Niacinamide isn't included for whitening purposes here, but rather to help suppress the breakdown of collagen and elastin in the dermis. "Retino CPX" is described as a complex of retinyl palmitate and Centella asiatica (tsubokusa) extract. I often refer to retinyl palmitate as a "gentle guardian form of vitamin A." It works slowly and gradually, without causing retinoid reactions or dramatic before-and-after results, but with continued use, it helps suppress the breakdown of collagen and elastin in the dermis and significantly boosts moisture levels in the epidermis, leading to plumper-looking skin. Using this on the lips could gradually help improve thinning lips over time. I was a little worried about irritation since it contains retinyl palmitate, but so far I haven't experienced any issues, and I do feel like there's a bit more firmness now.
