カルテHDモイスチュアローション そして カルテHDモイスチュアエマルジョンです カルテHDといったらポイントはヘパリン類似物質ですよね。もともとヘパリン類似物質というのは医療用の保湿剤でも使われている、まぁ安心で、そして保湿効果が高い成分になっています。水分を引き込んで、そこで溜めておくという力が多いんですね。なので基本的に肌というのは乾燥させないということがポイントになるので、やっぱりとりあえず迷ったら保湿アイテムをメインに使っておくというのがポイントになっています 資生堂のエリクシールといったら、どこのドラッグストアに行っても全部ありますよね。エリクシールにはいろんなカテゴリーがあって、例えばエリクシールシュペリエルとか、アドバンスとか、このホワイトとか、あとはルフレだったかなという感じで、結構いろんな種類があるんですけれども、今回はエリクシールの中でもホワイトの方をご紹介します エリクシールというと資生堂を代表するブランドになるんですけれども、多分私が思うに資生堂が何か新しい発見をしたりすると、大体エリクシールに入れてくるんですよね。もちろんね、高級ラインのクレドポーとかにも入れてくるんですけれども、なんとなくのイメージですけれども、一番最初に研究の成果だったりを入れてくるのはエリクシールなのかな。なので、エリクシールって実は地味なんですけれども、資生堂のブランドになってます いろんなさっき言ったシュペリエルとかルフレとかある中で、今回このホワイトを選んだのは、とりあえず何使っていいかわかんないだけれども、美白もしたいし、なんとなくアンチエイジングもしたいという方には、めちゃめちゃコスパがいいなと思ったので、選んでみました というのも、このエリクシールホワイトには美白の有効成分が入っています。それが4MSKといって資生堂さん独自の美白有効成分なんですね。この4MSKというのは、例えば紫外線が当たってメラノサイトがメラニンを作って細胞に受け渡したとするじゃないですか。それをいっぱいあると、やっぱりくすみとかシミのもとになるので、皮膚のターンオーバーを促して、メラニンが受け渡されてしまった細胞が早く外に出てくれるようにしてくれるんですね。なので、すごくシミに悩んでるというより、これからさきの透明感を出したいというような方にはポイントかな プラスアルファ、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムというものも入っているので、紫外線が当たった時の炎症も抑えてくれるし、あとは肌荒れ防止、いいということも言えます プラスアルファ、資生堂さんの研究の成果がギュッと詰まっているよっていうことなんですが、これね、エリクシール自体が艶玉というものをすごく推してるんですね。艶玉って何かっていうと、しぼんでると皮膚に凹凸ができちゃうので、光が集まった時にきちんと反射しない。なので艶玉ができない。だから弾けるように内側からパーンと張ったお肌になると、光が当たっても綺麗に跳ね返して艶玉ができるよう、張り感があって、水分量がしっかりあってというようなお肌を目指しているんですが、まさにそういった艶玉ができるような張り感があるようなお肌を作ってくれるというような成分を入れているのが、このエリクシールになっています 肌というのは紫外線が当たったりとか乾燥したりすると、肌のカルボニル化というものが起こるんですね。これっていうのは変色をして気くすみを起こしてしまうようなものになります。なので透明感が低下しちゃうし、艶玉なんて黄色っぽく変色してしまったらできなくなりますよね。なので、この肌のカルボニル化を抑えるっていうのが、この独自成分のクリアコルラエックスになっています もう一つがオランダガラシエキスとイキサンブチレングリコールという成分からなるクレソンBGというこれも独自成分になります。このクレソンBGっていうのは、肌のコラーゲンっていうのはいろんな1型とか2型とか3型とかあるんですが、その中でも3型コラーゲンにフォーカスを当てています 3型コラーゲンって、今まで変成しづらいというふうに言われてたんですけど、実は3型コラーゲンが減少することこそ張りがなくなっていくファーストステップなので、若い時から3型コラーゲンが変成しないようにするということが、肌の張り感を維持するということに大切だということを資生堂さんが見つけて、3型コラーゲンの変成を抑える成分というのが、このクレソン液性BGというものになります だから地味なんですけど、この3型コラーゲンに注目してるということはすごいね。この時には学会発表もされているぐらいの研究のものになります。これが地味に入ってるんですよ。すごくないですか そして、もう一つイノシトールCPという独自成分もですね。これもコラーゲン変成を促してくれるというものになっています。なので全体的に肌のカルボニル化を防いで、くすみを防いで、プラスアルファ変成型コラーゲンを増やしながら、肌全体のコラーゲンもアップして、内側から張りを出していくよ そして最後5000円台はこちらです。ソフィーナIPの土台美容液です。ソフィーナIPもドラッグストアではどこでも売ってると思うんですが、この土台美容液がめちゃめちゃ優秀なアイテムになります。というのもこれは炭酸を肌に入れ込むという美容液なんですね。なので出すとこんな感じの泡になっています。なので洗顔後、この泡をお肌に乗せていくという感じなんですね。こんな感じスーッと入っていくものになります。 炭酸というと何となく肌に乗せた時にパチパチパチってなるイメージなんですけど、これはでならないんですよ。というのもこのソフィーナIPは花王さんのメーカーになるんですけど、花王さん独自の炭酸をちっちゃくちっちゃくする技術があるんですね。炭酸って、例えば大きいとですね、炭酸水みたいな感じで入れたらパーッて出てきてシャシャシャシャッてなるじゃないですか。あれはもう外に出ていってしまっているので炭酸というのが肌に残らないんですね。だけれども炭酸をちっちゃくちっちゃくして泡の中に入れ込むような技術というのは基本的にこのソフィーナIPさんしかないと思っていただいていいと思います。 なので肌に乗せた時に炭酸が逃げていかない。今まで私が見た炭酸系のものというのは脱脂を混ぜるというもの以外はシューってなるものは基本的にLPガスとかで泡が肌に乗った瞬間に揮発していってしまうものが多いんですね。なんですけれどもソフィーナIPさんのものはちゃんと泡になって炭酸がめちゃくちゃ細かいのでしっかり肌に浸透していくという技術を持っています。これはもうね、花王さんしかできない技術になっています。 Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today, I want to introduce items that you can buy at drugstores that are perfect for people who don't know what skincare products to buy. Please watch until the end. On this channel, I introduce a lot of cosmetics. Some people say they don't know what to use, and recently some of you have started watching my videos and become interested in skincare but don't know where to start. So today, I want to introduce items that you can use if you're unsure, products that are available at drugstores that anyone can buy. Also, since budgets vary, I've selected items in the 1,000 yen range, 3,000 yen range, and 5,000 yen range. For those who find it complicated and don't know how to use multiple products, I've selected items that work as basically a two-step routine or can simply be added to what you're already using. Please refer to these recommendations. So, let me introduce the 1,000 yen range items that you can use without worry. They are: Curté HD Moisture Lotion and Curté HD Moisture Emulsion. The key point of Curté HD is heparin-like substance. Originally, heparin-like substance is used in medical-grade moisturizers and is a safe, highly effective moisturizing ingredient. It draws in moisture and retains it well. So fundamentally, the key to skincare is keeping your skin from drying out. If you're unsure, it's best to focus on moisturizing products. Why did I choose Curté HD among products containing heparin? Well, there are many skincare items containing heparin-like substances. In medical use, the most famous one is probably Hirudoid. Hirudoid is produced by Maruho, a pharmaceutical company. Besides Maruho, there are many other companies producing generic medications containing heparin. However, from my experience using them and prescribing them to patients, many people with severe dryness from atopy return to Maruho's heparin after trying various generics. The skincare product using Maruho's heparin is Curté HD. I wondered why Maruho's heparin is so effective. Since heparin-like substance is a common name found in other products too, I researched it in detail. What I found was that Maruho's heparin-like substance has a patent in its refrigeration process. So it's likely made differently or uses different raw materials than other heparin products, though those details aren't fully disclosed. Because the manufacturing process differs, even products labeled with the same heparin-like substance can have different moisturizing effects. So when using heparin-like substance, I think Curté HD with the original Maruho heparin is the best choice. Additionally, medical products or drugs typically have poor texture. However, this time, Maruho partnered with Kose to create Kose-Maruho Pharma, so using Kose's unique emulsification technology, it has excellent texture despite containing heparin. It feels like it melts in smoothly, which becomes addictive. Also, it contains Glycyrrhizin Dipotassium, which prevents skin irritation. So, if your skin is fine but you want to brighten it a bit, or you don't feel any moisturizing effect no matter what you apply, or if you're a complete skincare beginner, try this two-step routine with Curté HD lotion and emulsion. These are in limited edition bottles as part of Shiseido's 150th anniversary collaboration with Doraemon, so they don't usually look like this, but they're cute so I introduced them. Shiseido's Elixir is available at any drugstore. Elixir has various categories like Elixir Superieur, Advance, White, and Reflet among others. This time, I'll introduce the White line. Elixir is a brand representing Shiseido. I think whenever Shiseido makes a new discovery, they first incorporate it into Elixir. Of course, they also put it in luxury lines like Clé de Peau, but Elixir seems to be where they introduce research results first. So Elixir might seem modest, but it's a key Shiseido brand. Among the various options like Superieur and Reflet, I chose White because it's excellent value for people who don't know what to use but want both whitening and anti-aging effects. Elixir White contains a whitening active ingredient called 4MSK, which is Shiseido's proprietary whitening ingredient. When UV rays hit, melanocytes produce melanin and transfer it to cells. When there's a lot of melanin transfer, it leads to dullness and dark spots. 4MSK promotes skin turnover so that cells with melanin are shed quickly. So it's great for those wanting transparency rather than treating existing spots. It also contains Glycyrrhizin Dipotassium, which suppresses inflammation from UV exposure and prevents skin irritation. Shiseido's research achievements are packed into this product. Elixir emphasizes luminosity. Luminosity appears when skin loses firmness and develops texture, so light doesn't reflect properly. With firmness from inside, skin bounces back light beautifully, creating luminosity with elasticity and proper hydration. Elixir contains ingredients that create this luminous, firm skin. These include hydrolyzed conchiolin solution, olive leaf extract, Job's tears extract, L-arginine, and a proprietary ingredient called Clear Coll EX. When skin is exposed to UV rays or becomes dry, skin carbonylation occurs. This causes discoloration and dullness, reducing transparency and making luminosity look yellowish. So Clear Coll EX prevents skin carbonylation. Another ingredient is Cresol BG, made from watercress extract and isopropylene glycol. It focuses on type III collagen. Type III collagen was thought to be difficult to increase, but actually, type III collagen reduction is the first step to losing firmness. So preventing type III collagen degradation from youth maintains skin firmness. Shiseido discovered this, and Cresol BG is the ingredient that suppresses type III collagen degradation. This is subtle research, but focusing on type III collagen is impressive. This research has even been presented at academic conferences. Such subtle science is included. Isn't that amazing? There's also Inositol CP, another proprietary ingredient that promotes collagen synthesis. So overall, it prevents skin carbonylation, prevents dullness, increases synthesized collagen while boosting overall skin collagen, creating firmness from within. Additionally, this contains 4MSK, a whitening ingredient, so it provides transparency while delivering a tightening effect, making it a fantastic product. Of course, there are serums available for this too, but basically, a toner and moisturizer are sufficient, making it perfect for skincare beginners who want both whitening and anti-aging benefits. And all of this is in the 3,000 yen range. So while it might seem subtle, I think the Elixir series offers great cost performance, so please check it out. And finally, in the 5,000 yen range, we have this: Sofina IP's foundational beauty serum. Sofina IP is sold everywhere at drugstores, but this foundational serum is an incredibly excellent product. The reason is that it's a beauty serum that infuses carbonic acid into your skin. So when you apply it, it becomes foam like this. You apply this foam to your skin after cleansing. It absorbs smoothly into your skin like this. When you think of carbonic acid, you might imagine it tingling with little pats when applied to your skin, but this doesn't do that. That's because Sofina IP is made by Kao, and Kao has their own technology to make carbonic acid incredibly tiny. You see, with regular carbonic acid—for example, when you apply something like carbonated water, it escapes with a whoosh, creating that sizzling sound, right? It's already escaped outside, so the carbonic acid doesn't remain on your skin. However, the technology to make carbonic acid tiny and incorporate it into foam is essentially exclusive to Sofina IP. So when applied to your skin, the carbonic acid doesn't escape. All the carbonic acid products I've seen before—except those mixed with other ingredients—basically produce that sizzling sensation with LPG or similar propellants, and the foam evaporates the moment it touches your skin. But Sofina IP's product properly becomes foam with incredibly fine carbonic acid particles that thoroughly penetrate your skin. This is technology that only Kao can achieve. So what does carbonic acid do when it enters your skin? When carbonic acid enters, first your blood circulation improves. When blood circulation improves, skin metabolism improves, so your skin barrier function strengthens. Also, your complexion really improves. So by improving blood circulation, you increase moisture in the stratum corneum, and your complexion improves, giving you that glossy skin you get after a bath.
