乾燥しやすい秋・冬に向けてオールインワンを２つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。だんだんもう季節が変わってきて、ちょっとずつ乾燥が始まってきましたよね。マスクもまだまだ続いて、乾燥プラス肌荒れも起こってきて、肌が敏感になっているよという方に、2つのブランドさんから大注目のオールインワンが発売されたので、今日はそちらをシェアしたいと思います。 では早速一つ目はこちら、カルテHD モイスチャーキーです。カルテHDというと、ヒルドイドの闇という動画でもアップしたんですが、医療用の保湿剤にヒルドイドというものがあるんですね。やっぱり類似物質というものが入っていて肌の保湿効果がすごい高いから、乾燥して湿疹ができてしまうような病的な方の薬として処方してるんですよ。でもこれが肌にいいんじゃないかと言って保険でもらってしまう人が社会問題になっていて、もしかしたらヒルドイドが保険で使えなくなっちゃうかもしれないと言った時にですね、ヒルドイドを作っているマルホという製薬会社さんと、化粧品の大手であるコーセーさんがタッグを組んでコーセーマルホファーマという会社を作って、マルホさんが持っているヘパリン類似物質をしっかりと入れていって、使いやすくて病気まではいかないんだけれども乾燥してたりとかっていう方に、高濃度ではないんだけれどもこのスキンケアとして落とし込んでいけるヘパリン類似物質の化粧品として大注目、それで去年大ヒットになったものが新発売で、モイスチャーキーというカルテHDさんからもう一つ新しいオールインワンが発売になりました。 もちろんカルテHDさんなので、ヒルドイドと同じヘパリン類似物質が入っています。ヒルドイドとはパーセンテージが低いからあれは偽物だっていう、よくわからない方がたまにいらっしゃるんですが、ヒルドイドはあくまでも医薬品なので、肌荒れで湿疹が起こっているような人はヒルドイドだったりとか、薬局でも第2類と呼ばれる医薬品になるようなものを使ってください。あくまでもこれはそこまで病的ではないけれども、それが治った後のスキンケアに使うというものなので、それをごっちゃにしないようにしてくださいね。 もちろんこれはマルホさんなので、ヘパリン類似物質がしっかり入っています。肌荒れ防止成分のグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムが入っています。マルホさんが厚生（化粧品）会社と組んだっていうのはここだなと思う、化粧品会社ならではのことも入っています。それがうるおいバリアCPXというものになります。 これはグリセリルグルコシドとセラミド、そして3つのアミノ酸からなるものになるんですが、グリセリルグルコシドというものはどういったものかというと、肌のバリア機能の要であるNMFという天然保湿因子があるんですが、これの生成を促してくれるという効果を期待できるものになります。あとはテアニン、そしてセリンというアミノ酸が入っているんですけれども、テアニンは保湿効果はもちろんなんですが、テアニン自身がコラーゲンとかヒアルロン酸を作ってくれることを促進してくれるので、表皮の水分量がアップになるんですね。 もう一つセリンというアミノ酸も入っています。セリンというのは細胞膜の合成成分の一つで、角質層の中にも一番多いアミノ酸なんですよ。このセリンが入ることによって肌の水分量がしっかりアップされるということになります。セラミドはもう皆さん知ってますよね、保湿成分ですからセラミドもしっかり入っています。 このうるおいバリアCPXって、グリセリルグルコシド、セラミド、アミノ酸というものが入っているんですが、1個前に出たオールインワンはどちらかというとジェルっぽくてみずみずしいオールインワンだったんですよ。さっぱりまではしないんですけど、みずみずしい感じで、インナードライの人とかも水分を入れながらオールインワンでっていう感じだったんです。これはどちらかというと、これからの時期に向けて角質の奥まで水分もいくんだけど、角質の上にオイルみたいな膜も貼ってどっちもカバーしてくれるっていうものになります。濃厚なクリームのような美容液のような感じなのでベタベタはしないです。伸びはすごくいいなと思います。 1個前のと何が違うかっていうとこれはオイルが違うんですね。このオイルがですね、うるおいキープベールっていうものだと思うんですけれども、1つがですね、重質流動イソパラフィンっていうものが入ってます。もう1つは硬化油っていうものが入ってるんですね。どちらもこれはミネラルオイルというものです。 ミネラルオイルっていうと、石油からできてるから肌に悪いんでしょうっていう誤解をしてる方多いと思うんですが、実はこれってワセリンとかね、私たち皮膚科医はすっごい脂性が多い人とかで、もう何使ってもスキンケアダメだよという人はワセリンだけを出すこともあるんですが、このワセリンも実はミネラルオイルの1つになります。石油からできてるんですけど、きちんと精製すれば逆に肌にアレルギーとか起こすこともないし、肌に刺激を与えることもなくてとっても安全なんですね。 昔ミネラルオイルがあんまり良くなかった時代っていうのは、この精製の技術があんまり良くなかったからなんですよ。特にコーセーさんとかそういった化粧品会社さんはしっかりと精製技術が高いので、同じミネラルオイルの中でも精製したオイルを入れることによって、表面にきちんと油の膜を貼るんだけれども、痒くなったりとかなんとなくムズムズすることも抑える、精製されたオイルも入っています。インナードライの人もそうだし、オイルとかで痒くなっちゃうっていうような方でも、安心して使えるオールインワンなんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちら、アスタリフト オプミーです。フジフイルムさんから出てるものになります。何が一番ポイントかっていうと、アスタリフトさんっていうのはフジフイルムですよね、ナノ化の技術がめちゃくちゃすごい会社になります。今回ナノ化したのはなんとコラーゲンになります。コラーゲンというのも分子量が大きい成分なので表面だけにしか浸透しないんですけども、やっぱりここはフジフイルムさんのナノ化技術でですね、これをしっかりとナノ化したコラーゲンにしています。それが成分名に書かれるときには加水分解コラーゲンとしか書かれないんですけれども、高濃度のコラーゲンを使ってるっていうのはフジフイルムさんならではなんじゃないかなと思います。 角質のコラーゲンを、コラーゲンペプチドという分子量が小さいものまでして、角質の奥の方までしっかりと入れていけるようにしています。このコラーゲンペプチドというのはコラーゲンの生成だけじゃなくて、真皮のヒアルロン酸の生成も促進するので、表皮の水分量もアップするし張りも持たせるよっていうものになります。 あと面白いなと思ったのがビタミンも入っています。何のビタミンかというとビタミンAとビタミンEなんですね。こちらに入っているのはパルミチン酸レチノールが入っています。パルミチン酸レチノールというのはレチノールと違って守りのレチノールと呼ばれていて、ダイレクトにシワとかっていうよりは、長期に使うことによって表皮のヒアルロン酸をアップして内側から水分が弾けるような感じのお肌にしてくれるので、ビタミンA使いたいという方はパルミチン酸レチノールを毎日お肌に入れていくというのは私は大好きなので、そういったパルミチン酸レチノールが入っています。 もう一つトコフェロールというものが入っています。このトコフェロール何に効くかというと、血流を促進するということだけじゃなくて、水の通り道であるアクアポリンというものがあって、アクアポリンがしっかりとあると水分がしっかりと循環できて肌の水分がアップするんですが、このアクアポリンというのが年を取るごとに減っていったりとか、紫外線とかのダメージで機能がおかしくなっちゃうんですけども、このトコフェロールっていうビタミンEがですね、このアクアポリンの機能の改善効果というのが分かっているので、水の巡りを良くするアクアポリンの機能も後押ししてくれるというものになります。なのでこのアスタリフトのオプミーは、乾燥も気になるけどハリとかツヤとかも出したいよっていう方には試してみるといいんじゃないかなと思います。 ぶっちゃけて言うと、実はこれ資生堂さんが2000年代に発表した成分なんですけれども、アスタリフトさんで有名になった成分があって、それがPEG-240/HDIコポリマーというものなんですね。ジェリーアクアリスタというのを私紹介したと思うんですが、ゼリーみたいに弾けるものですよね。ゆっくり伸ばすと液体になるんだけど、ゼリーなんだけどちゃんと伸ばすと水分っぽくなるよっていうのが、このPEG-240/HDIコポリマーっていうやつなんですけども、膜もしっかり貼ってしっかりと水分を入れていくんだけど、感触が面白くってアスタリフトの特徴的な面白いテクスチャーの一つなんですね。 ジェリーアクアリスタほどじゃないんですけど、トロッとしてるんだけれどもプルンプルンしてるっていう面白いテクスチャーのものになって、伸ばすとみずみずしいじゃないですか。ベタベタもしない。どちらかというとさっきのカルテの方がしっかり保湿をするっていう感じ。これはインナードライの人だったりとか、ベタつきが嫌な人っていうのはこちらもありなんじゃないかなと思います。 ということで今日はですね、この秋冬に発売になったこの2つ、カルテHD、そしてアスタリフト オプミー、オールインワンをご紹介しました。秋冬ってもともと肌が乾燥しやすくって肌荒れが起こりやすいじゃないですか。そこにマスクというものが加わってきて、常に摩擦で炎症を起こしているような状態。オールインワンで刺激を与えないようにして、1本で完結した方がいいよっていうスキンケア、結構多く出てきていて、代表的なものがこのカルテHDとアスタリフト オプミーなんじゃないかなと思って、今日は紹介してみました。 いかがでしたか？今日も最後までご覧いただき、どうもありがとうございました。今日の内容良かったよという方はグッドボタンだったりとか、チャンネル登録していただけると大変嬉しいです。それではまた皆さん、次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。 【チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします】

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. The season is gradually changing, and dryness has slowly started to set in. Masks are still a constant part of our lives, and along with dryness, skin troubles are also occurring, making skin sensitive for many people. So today, I want to share two highly anticipated all-in-one products just released by two brands. First up is Karte HD Moisture Key. As I mentioned in a video about 'the dark side of Hirudoid,' Hirudoid is a medical moisturizer. It contains a heparinoid substance with a very high moisturizing effect on the skin, so it's prescribed as medication for people with pathological conditions like dry skin causing eczema. However, it became a social issue when people who thought it was good for their skin started obtaining it through insurance, raising concerns that Hirudoid might no longer be covered by insurance. At that time, Maruho, the pharmaceutical company that makes Hirudoid, teamed up with Kose, a major cosmetics company, to form Kose Maruho Pharma. They incorporated Maruho's heparinoid substance in a way that's easy to use—not for pathological conditions, but for people experiencing dryness—at a lower concentration but still effective as skincare. This became a huge hit last year, and now Karte HD has released another new all-in-one called Moisture Key. Of course, since it's from Karte HD, it contains the same heparinoid substance as Hirudoid. Some people mistakenly think that because the percentage is lower than Hirudoid, it must be a 'fake,' but that's not quite right. Hirudoid is strictly a medication, so if you have eczema from skin troubles, you should use Hirudoid or similar Class 2 over-the-counter medications available at pharmacies. This product, on the other hand, is meant for skincare after the condition has healed, not for treating something pathological—so please don't confuse the two. Of course, since this is from Maruho, it properly contains heparinoid substances. It also contains dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, an ingredient that helps prevent skin troubles. What I think really shows the collaboration with a cosmetics company is an ingredient called Uruoi Barrier CPX. This consists of glyceryl glucoside, ceramide, and three amino acids. Glyceryl glucoside helps promote the production of NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor), which is key to the skin's barrier function. It also contains theanine and serine amino acids. Theanine not only has moisturizing effects but also promotes the production of collagen and hyaluronic acid, increasing water content in the epidermis. Another amino acid, serine, is also included. Serine is one of the components of cell membrane synthesis and is the most abundant amino acid in the stratum corneum. Adding serine helps firmly increase the skin's water content. And of course, everyone knows ceramide is a moisturizing ingredient, so it's included as well. This Uruoi Barrier CPX contains glyceryl glucoside, ceramide, and amino acids. The previous all-in-one product was more gel-like and watery—not quite refreshing, but hydrating, suitable for people with inner dryness who wanted moisture with an all-in-one product. This new one, however, is designed for the coming season—it delivers moisture deep into the stratum corneum while also forming an oil-like film on top to cover both bases. It has a rich, cream-like, serum-like texture, so it's not sticky at all. It spreads really well. What's different from the previous product is the oil used. This oil, part of what's called Uruoi Keep Veil, includes heavy liquid isoparaffin as one ingredient, and hydrogenated oil as another. Both of these are mineral oils. Many people mistakenly believe that mineral oil, being derived from petroleum, must be bad for the skin. But actually, things like petroleum jelly (Vaseline)—which we dermatologists often prescribe to patients with very dry, sensitive skin who can't tolerate any skincare products—are also a type of mineral oil. Although it's derived from petroleum, when properly refined, it doesn't cause allergies or irritate the skin, making it very safe. The reason mineral oil had a bad reputation in the past was due to poor refining technology at the time. Companies like Kose have highly advanced refining technology, so even among mineral oils, using refined oil helps form a proper oil film on the skin's surface while suppressing itchiness or that vague uncomfortable feeling. This refined oil is included here too, making it a reassuring all-in-one product for people with inner dryness or those who tend to get itchy from oils. Next is Astalift Op-Mie, from Fujifilm. The key highlight here is that Astalift, being from Fujifilm, has incredibly advanced nano-technology. This time, they've nano-sized collagen. Collagen normally has a large molecular weight, so it typically only penetrates the surface—but thanks to Fujifilm's nano-technology, they've successfully nano-sized the collagen. In the ingredient list, it's simply listed as 'hydrolyzed collagen,' but using such a high concentration of collagen is something only Fujifilm could achieve. They've broken down collagen into collagen peptides with a smaller molecular weight, allowing it to penetrate deep into the stratum corneum. This collagen peptide not only promotes collagen production but also promotes hyaluronic acid production in the dermis, increasing water content in the epidermis and giving the skin more firmness. What I also found interesting is that vitamins are included—specifically Vitamin A and Vitamin E. The Vitamin A here is retinyl palmitate. Unlike regular retinol, retinyl palmitate is known as a 'gentle retinol.' Rather than directly targeting wrinkles, long-term use helps increase hyaluronic acid in the epidermis, giving skin a plump, hydrated feel from within. For those who want to use Vitamin A, I personally love recommending retinyl palmitate for daily use, and it's included here. Another ingredient is tocopherol (Vitamin E). Tocopherol not only promotes blood circulation but also affects aquaporins, the channels through which water moves in the skin. When aquaporins function well, water circulates properly, increasing skin hydration. However, aquaporins decrease with age and can malfunction due to UV damage. Tocopherol has been shown to improve aquaporin function, helping support water circulation in the skin. So, Astalift Op-Mie is worth trying for those who are concerned about dryness but also want firmness and radiance. Honestly speaking, this is actually an ingredient that Shiseido developed back in the 2000s, but it became famous through Astalift—it's called PEG-240/HDI copolymer. I believe I introduced Jelly Aquarista before, which has that jelly-like bouncy texture. When stretched slowly, it turns into liquid, but even though it's a jelly, stretching it properly gives it a watery feel—that's this PEG-240/HDI copolymer. It forms a film while delivering moisture, and its unique texture is one of Astalift's distinctive, fun characteristics. It's not quite as intense as Jelly Aquarista, but it has a fun texture—thick yet bouncy. When spread, it feels watery and isn't sticky at all. Compared to Karte, which provides more solid moisturizing, this one is better suited for people with inner dryness or those who dislike stickiness. So today, I introduced these two all-in-one products released for this autumn/winter season: Karte HD and Astalift Op-Mie. Autumn and winter naturally make skin prone to dryness and troubles, and on top of that, wearing masks constantly causes friction and inflammation. That's why all-in-one products that minimize irritation and complete your skincare routine in one step have been increasingly popular, and I think these two—Karte HD and Astalift Op-Mie—are representative examples.
