皆さんこんにちは、友利新田です。今日は実家に帰ってきました。ということで姉でございます。インスタとかでは出てるんですけれども、YouTubeは初めてで、私の2つ上の姉でございます。友利奈美ですよろしくお願いします。 私、新田じゃないですか。新しい一文字で新田なんですけど、姉は南の海と書いて奈美なんですね。南の海で奈美ってちょっと良くない？ハイビスカスさしてそうじゃない？沖縄出身で南の海でちょっと...ってなるじゃない？いろんな奈美さんに会ってきたけど、南の海で奈美は奈美だけだね。小さい頃はちょっと嫌だった。それは新田もそう、新田っていう字もね。でも今になったらすごい素敵な名前だなって親に感謝してる。 という姉なんですけれども、今日は父の13回忌で実家に帰ってきたので、姉から私にいろいろ相談があるということなので、ちょっとYouTubeでも撮ってみようかなと思いまして。先生よろしくお願いします。怖い、怖い、怖い。先生お願いします。 でもちょっと言っとくと、姉はチョコレート大好き、唐揚げ大好き、夜更かし大好き、ふせっせい大好き、シェイク大好き。私はあまりにもニキビが多いから食べないようにしてたのに、もう姉は横でも美味しいみたいに食べてても全然できなかった。ニキビの気持ちがちょっと...ごめんなさい、一個も分かんなくて。 姉は北海道の大学に行って、私は東京の大学に行って。姉は一応歯科医で、免許取ったら東京に来てちょっとの間一緒に住んでたんですけれども、本当に肌質が全然違いますね。でも唯一姉から教わったことが、コスメデコルテのリポソームなんですけど大好きで、20年以上愛用してます。 姉はなんで最初に使ったの？分からない、運命かな。私一緒に住んでる時から紫のボトルのやつがあって、私研修医だったんですけど、その時もまだニキビがちょっとあって。私もまだ内科のローテーションの時だったから、本当に忙しくて、化粧品を買いに行く時間がなかったんですよ。置いてあるからちょっと使ってみようと思って使ったら、もう肌がゴクゴクと...めっちゃいいよね。お水を飲むような感じで、保湿って必要なんだっていうのを知って、今でも使ってるでしょ、コスメ。 沖縄にも売ってんの？バカにしちゃった？都島に住んでる時には売ってなかったの。だから都に帰った時には東京行くたんびに買ってたんだけど、今沖縄本当は那覇市大都会です。だからコスメデコルテも置いております。 コスメデコルテの話は一回置いといて、先生にご相談がありまして。可愛い娘が2人いるんですよ。お姉ちゃんの方が最近ちょっとニキビが。今何年生だっけ？5年生。もうそろそろ出てきてるか。洗った方がいいのか、保湿した方がいいのか、それともピーリングとかアクティブなことしていいのか、っていうのが分からなくて。 毛穴の中に皮脂が溜まってる状態でいることが、コメドっていうから。そこにニキビ菌が来て、炎症が起こったらニキビなんですよ。今小学校5年生だと、これから思春期で油っぽくなる時期だから、それを止めるってことはちょっと難しいんで。ニキビ菌が繁殖しないように洗うっていうことと、角質ケア。要は毛穴の中の上にいっぱい角質があることで、出れなくなっちゃうから。角質ケアみたいな感じをした方がいいと思うんで、ピーリングをするっていうのも一つだし。 お家でやる時にちょっと思ったの。今朝私自家泊まったんですけども、彼女が顔洗ってるのを私は横目でこうやって見てたんですよ。ちゃんと泡を立てて洗ってるんですけど、終わった後に、この辺に洗い残しが。洗い残しがやっぱり子供だからね。まだここに泡がついてるから、ちゃんと洗いなって言って、そしたらあーって言って洗ってたんで。 まずは洗い方。まだこの辺はね全然できてないんだけど、一応保湿はした方が良くて。お水の保湿はした方がいいと思うから、硫黄が入ってるようなものだったりとかが売ってるんで。硫黄のものだったりとか、ニキビっていうのにこだわらなければ、一応保湿をしてあげればいいから。スプレータイプのカルテHDさんのやつだったりとか、キュレルのスプレーだったりとか。あんまりこう刺激にならないようなものでやってあげる。ゴシゴシしてほしくなくて。やるとしても叩いてソースをつけるような感じ。 ピーリング効果のあるような塗り薬って、今保健適用であるんで、アダパレンとかその辺を塗っていただいた方がいいんで。まずは洗顔をして保湿をするっていうことと、塗り薬を先にもらった方がいいんじゃないかなと思います。 うちの姉の旦那さんは産婦人科医なんですよ。友利産婦人科っていう。私たち3姉妹なんですけど、姉が友利をついてくれたというか、兄がついてくれたので、友利産婦人科っていうのは那覇市内でやっておりまして。お産が普通にね、毎日いつ起こるかわからない。24時間365日いつ呼ばれるかわからない。でも病院と敷地内にお家があって、泊まっている間もPH値が鳴るんですよ。 私も自分が到着してた時の思い出して見に行きましょうかって言った。そしたら笑顔で大丈夫って言われて。感覚違うしね。産科の先生って自分ももちろん研修で行ったことあったけど、あんなに大変とは。こんなに働くんだなって思った。いつも主人が忙しくて、あでも来た。主人さん、友利俊一先生でございます。友利産婦人科の友利俊一です。 今日の診察終わったの？今日の診察は終わりました。日曜日だよ。いえいえ、切迫流産で入院している人もいるので、その人の診察もして。今じゃあ落ち着いてるんだ。落ち着いてます。しゅんちゃんさ、麹の時のスーツとこれしか見てないもん。シャワー入って着替えて、必ずまたこれに戻るから。子どもたちは親服これをパジャマだと思ってる。これしか持ってないと思ってる。すごいと思う、しゅんちゃん。 那覇市内でもし見たいなと思っている方は、ぜひ友利産婦人科に来ていただければと思います。よろしくお願いします。よろしくお願いします。ちなみに元々うちは病院じゃないんですよ。医者家系じゃなくて、開業する時に産婦人科をしてた先生の継承というか、病院を受け継いだっていう感じなんだよね。そうです、そうです。今回ちょっと新しく立て直したというか、新しくしてからまだ一回も見てないの。そうだね、見てないね。 ルームツアーしていい？いいよいいよ、ぜひぜひ。身内の病院なんですけど、まだ行ってないんで、ちょっとルームツアーさせていただいて。よろしくお願いします。じゃあ行きます。よろしくお願いします。ルームツアーじゃないわね。病院ツアーね。お願いします。 見て、友利産婦人科って本当に書いてある。このロゴどうしたの？これね、私としゅんちゃんで考えたの。考えたんだ。これね、Tと友利っていう字です。あと月の満ち欠けっていうのも。なるほどね。いろんな意味をしております。ごめん、全然気づかなかった。じゃあ入りましょうか、お願いします。 新生児室じゃないもん。そうですね。ちょっとここモザイクかけましょうかね。懐かしいよね。懐かしい。子どもがちょっと見やすいようにここ大きく。そっか、そっか。だからちょっと低いね。そうそうそう。院長の優しさがここに入ってますね。 ここはまだ途中なんですけど、写真屋さんとかでさ、ロールスクリーンでガーッと降りてくるじゃない。ああいうのを作ってみたくて。フォトスポットとか？どう作ろうと思って。イメージ映像ですね。そうそう、イメージ映像。このロールスクリーンを2種類くらいして、患者さんに選んでもらって、みたいなやつを将来やろうかなと思って、計画中です。 ここが待ち合い室か。Nオーガニック置いてくれてるのね。Nオーガニック使っております。ありがとうございます。これ私が細々とやっております。ベビースキンケアのメディスキンベビーでございます。これもすごく好評です。そうなんだ。生まれた子は早速使ってて、あとはお母さんが気に入ったら、購入して持ち帰って使ってる方もいますし、本当に産科で使っております。 これはじゃあちょっとPRマークつかなきゃだよね。PRマーク。あっちが診察室？そうです。誰もいない病院っていうのも、あんまり体験しないから面白いね。産科ってほら遠い昔に来た感じだから。ここで診察してエコーをね、ちゃんとお母さんもエコー見れるようにしてあるんだ。 早速電話です、早速電話です。大丈夫？大丈夫？この音が鳴ると私はビクッとしちゃうもんね。もう慣れてますんで。日曜日だからお休みだけど、上はもちろん入院の方がいるので。そうです、入院はもう病室で。ちょっと誰もいない病室とか、もちろんもちろんいないところで良ければ、全然いい。行ってみようと思います。はい、お願いします。 じゃあちょっと2階に、まだ患者さんもいるので、ちょっと静かに行きましょう。こっち。コインランドリーあるの？めっちゃいいね。コインランドリーもありますちゃんと。すごい。病室があって、病室何床あるの？19床。19床か。エステ室も。エステ室もあるんだ。受けたいっていう方がいたら受けられる？そうですね。入院してる方全員に一応お声掛けして、できるだけ全員に。大体みなさん希望されるんで。 ここが病室？スタンダードな個室がこちらですね。なんか懐かしい。こういう受入枕も。懐かしい。やっぱり生まれたばっかりの時ってさ、ゆっくりしたいもんね。神聖な感じがするわ。和室があるの？そう、和室を一応ちょっと作ってて。どうぞ。それはなぜ？2人目、3人目になると、ちっちゃい子がいるとやっぱり、家族来た時にゆっくりできるように。そうそう、ゆっくりできるように。ちょっと小上がりにしてるんだけど、和室の部屋を一応いくつか作っております。 ちっちゃい子って床にね、座っちゃうというのがあれだから、和室があるとっても助かります。沖縄あるあるなのかね。かな？すごい初めて見た、和室を。ここが一番ちょっと広めの、特別室という形にはしてるんですけど、一番広めの部屋でございます。ちゃんと和室もあって、ちょっとくつろげるスペースもあって。 まだできてないんだけど、将来的に家族宿泊ができるようになったら、泊まりやすいように、ソファーベッドになってまして。家族で泊まれるっていいね。そうなんですよ。このソファーがちょっとパカンってすると、ソファーベッドになってるので、お子さんたちでちょっとご飯食べたりとかもできるように、一応ちょっとこのスペースを。いいね、沖縄ってさっきも言ったけど、2人、3人っていうのがさ多いので、あなたもここで産んだのよとかね。そういったことも言えるし、結構いいよね。泊まれるっていいね。素晴らしい、ありがとうございます。 3階は多目的ホールで、母親教室とか、将来的にはベビーマッサージをやったりとか、そうするためのちょっとお部屋を作っております。わざわざ私ここキッチン作ってて、リニュー食の口座とかができたらいいなって思ってて。なるほどね。そういうのを患者さんとかに提供できたらいいなと思って、ちょっと小さなキッチンを今入れてるんだ。そうなんです。なるほど。夕日が綺麗だね。そう、夕日が綺麗なんです。 久しぶりに病院の屋上に来たって感じ。なかなか屋上は少ないんですけど、一応屋上があります。新しくなった病院初めて来たから楽しかったです。奈美もさ、2人子供がいるからね。そうなんですよ。自分が産んだ時に、これがあったらいいなっていうのも、とりあえずちょっとずつ入れてみて。まだ新しいからね。これからもっと患者さんが居心地いいような、ところを作っていけたらいいなと思ってます。 ということで、今日はちょっと実家に帰ってきて、姉と兄と、あと兄の病院と紹介したんで。もしね、見てる方、那覇でお子さんを産みたいという方は、お近くであれば、友利産婦人科に来ていただくのと、またちょっと帰ってきたら、ちょこちょこ姉と兄とYouTube撮ろうかなと思うので、よろしくお願いします。よろしくお願いします。 ということで、今日はこんな感じです。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。
