乾燥対策におすすめ！プチプラのボディクリームを3つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは。友利新です。もうねちょっと秋も深まってきて、ボディの乾燥もだんだんと感じてくるようになりましたよね。寒くなってくるとお風呂使ったりもするじゃないですか。そうした後ってやっぱりクリーム塗らないと体乾燥してきちゃったりしますので、特にこれからの秋冬は本当にボディの乾燥気になってくる季節だと思いますので、今日はプチプラのボディクリーム3つをご紹介したいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 冒頭でもお話ししたんですけれども、なんで体のケアをしなきゃいけないか、だってお風呂上がりってしっとりしてるような気がしますよ、先生っていう声が聞こえてきそうなんですけれども、実は日本人ってシャワーだけの方もいらっしゃるんですけれども、やっぱりこの時期ってお風呂使ったりするじゃないですか。お水が角質の方に浸透していくと膨張するんですよ。そうすると角質と角質の間がちょっと開くというか膨張するので隙間ができる。そこから天然保湿因子っていうNMFというんですけど、そういったものが出ていっちゃう。一緒に洗い流されちゃうわけなんですね。そうするとなんとなくお水に使っている間は水分が膨張して角質の間に入っているのでうるおっている感じがしますけれども、お風呂上がったらこの天然保湿因子が一緒に出ていっちゃってるので、なんとなく乾燥が感じられる。直後から乾燥は始まるんですけれども、やっぱりお風呂上がりよりはちょっと時間が経ってくると、あれなんか痒くなってくるなみたいなことが起こってくると思うんですね。 夏っていうのは外気が乾燥しないので、あんまりボディの乾燥、同じメカニズムが起こっているんですけども感じにくいと思うんですが、やっぱり秋冬になってくるとだんだん外の湿度も低下していくので、今まで夏だったら出ていってしまっても感じなかったよっていうものが、やっぱりどんどん感じてきて乾燥するなだけで終われば、まだそれはいいんですけれども、それがバリア機能が低下することまで起こってきちゃうと、痒みとかが起こって、かいちゃって実質が起こるみたいなことがありますから、まずは乾燥させないようにすること。そのためにはお風呂上がりにしっかりと保湿のケアをしてあげることが大事です。 そういうとあれこれ塗ったほうがいいんですかみたいな、お顔みたいに化粧水塗って美容液みたいなことをおっしゃる方いらっしゃるんですが、そこまでしなくてもやっぱり一緒に保湿するような成分と油分の膜を貼るような成分が一つになったようなアイテムを使っていければいいと思います。なのでそんな時にはクリームとかそういったものがいいんじゃないかなと思うので、今日はお手軽に試せて、これはすごいなと思うものを紹介していきます。 では早速一つ目。一つ目はこちら、キュレル純芯保湿バスタイムモイストバリアクリームです。こちら中身の設計もすごいんですけれども、実はね外見の設計もすごいんです。っていうのはじゃじゃん見てください。これお風呂場にこのフックでかけられるようになっていて、ここからぴゅってするとクリームが出てくるんですけれども、なのでお風呂場の中でボディケアができるっていうものになります。要はこうやってこう吊されておいて、シャワーとかお風呂上がりにそのまま濡れた状態で体に塗っていくんですよ。それがOKな処方になっています。 いやいや先生体が濡れてたらオイルとかクリームとか塗っても弾いちゃうから浸透していかないよ。それだったらちょっと意味がなくないですか。ちゃんと拭いてから塗ったほうがいいんじゃないですか、っていう感じだと思うんですが、それがこのキュレルのすごいところなんですね。 というのもキュレルっていうのは敏感肌とか、すっごい乾燥肌の方に向けた製品を作るブランドさんだと思うんですが、じゃあこれは何が入っているかっていうと、キュレルっていうのは花王ブランドなんですね。花王の中の一つのブランドなんですが、花王さんはそういう乾燥肌の人に独自の疑似セラミドっていうものを開発しています。それが名前がですね長いんですけれども、ヘキサデシロキシPGヒドロキシエチルヘキサデカナミドっていう名前も、カタカナが噛みそうなんですが、この疑似セラミドっていうものが入っています。 これ疑似セラミドっていうと、真似して作ったからそうでもないんでしょうみたいに思うんですが、やっぱりセラミドの中でも、ヒトセラミドとか植物セラミド、いろいろあるんですが、もちろんヒトセラミドが一番保湿力は高いんですけれども、原料としてもすごく値段が高い。なので大量に入れることはなかなか難しくて、大量に入れるとやっぱりお値段がそれなりに高くなっちゃう。なのでキュレルっていうのはやっぱりお求めやすい価格で毎日しっかりセラミド入れたいっていうところで、この疑似セラミドを開発して、なのでたっぷりそれを入れてるんですよ。 それを入れることによってセラミドっていうのは、そのバリア機能の要。さっき言った天然保湿因子の一つですから、それが足りないお肌には、しっかりとそれが浸透していくということになるんですね。それだけでもキュレルっていうのはすごく乾燥肌の方向けなんですが、今回のこのボディクリームは、この疑似セラミドももちろん配合されてるんですが、それとプラスアルファ花王の技術というか、乳化の技術がすごく使われています。 さっき言ったお肌が濡れていると、クリームとか油って弾いちゃうじゃないですか。お水を。なのでそのね弾くっていうのを、ちょっと応用してたりもするんですけれども、まずクリームのベースであるこの油にですね、この疑似セラミドを一緒に混ぜていってます。実は疑似セラミドって固い成分らしいんですね。なので油とは相性が良くて、どちらかというと油も固形ちょっと固めの油分を入れてるそうです。 固形の油っていうと何となく固いからやだ、みたいに思うかもしれないんですが、実は固形の油の方がベタベタしにくいっていうところもあるんですね。やっぱり敏感肌の人って何かベタベタしちゃうと、後でそれが痒くなっちゃうというところもあるので、塗布してる油も固形っていうのがすごく素晴らしいなと思います。 実は皆さん花王さんと言ったら、キュレル以外にパッと思いつくのって何だと思います。そうエッセンシャルとかシャンプーも作ってるんですよ。シャンプーってトリートメントと一緒に開発するじゃないですか。トリートメントって考えてみてください。油分なのに濡れた髪につけるでしょ。濡れた髪につけるのにきちっと膜を貼ってくれて、洗い流してもそのツルツル感って残っていくじゃないですか。その技術というかその乳化の方法、水と油を混ぜる方法を使ってるんですね。 なのでお風呂の後にお水があるところに塗るじゃないですか。そうするとこの花王さんの乳化の技術で、確か両親媒性の界面活性剤が入っていて、両親媒性の界面活性剤ってそんなに乳化が強くないんですよね。なので塗っていくとセラミドが浸透します。お水があるんですけれど乳化の技術で入っていきます。そうするとセラミドが行った後に上にそこまで強くはないので、水と油がしっかり混ざるわけじゃないので、さっき言った固形の油が表面に行きます。混ざり切らなかった水分というのが上の方に少し残る感じになるんですね。 なので要はざっくり言うとですよ、疑似セラミドそして固形の油混ざり切らなかったお水っていうような感じになるんですよ。それが塗った後にお風呂から出ますよね。そうするとやっぱりちょっとタオルドライしたくなるじゃないですか。お水がちょっとあると。それでお水のタオルで取った後も固形の油が上にあって、その上にお水があるしその下にセラミドがあるから、拭いてもセラミドは取れなくて、油の膜があるのでその水分だけが取り除かれるっていう画期的な構造をしてるんです。 なのでそのまんまタオルドライをした後にセラミドを入れるっていうのもありなんですけれども、セラミドを入れた後って油分の膜を貼りたい。だけれども水分も入れたい。考えた時にやっぱりそのお風呂の中のお水も利用して、しっかりと成分を入れていくっていう処方を考えたっていうのは、やっぱり花王さんの技術ってすごいなって思いました。 あとはさっき言ったみたいにこういうお風呂の中にこうやって置いておけるっていうのも、絶対忘れないじゃないですか。なのでご家族でも使えるしすごくいいなと思いました。ちなみに花王さんってこの形状が結構好きみたいで、このキュレル以外にも確かビオレとかもあるんですが、さっき言った乳化の技術とかはキュレルだけになります。乾燥性の敏感肌の人ってより、お風呂上がり乾燥を感じやすいので、そういった特殊な乳化の方法を使って、さっき言ったセラミド油お水っていうような膜ができるようになっているっていうのも、すごいなと思いました。 続いてはこちら。カルテHDモイスチャーフェイス&ボディローションです。こちらは以前もご紹介したことがあると思うんですが、カルテHDさんからボディーローションが出ました。カルテさんといえばヘパリン類似物質ですよね。最近はヘパリンもたくさんのブランドから出ているんですが、もともと医療用で使っていたヘパリン類似物質っていうのは、製薬会社のマルホさんっていうところが作り出したものになるんですね。このマルホさんのものを唯一入れているのがカルテHDさんです。 じゃあ何が普通のヘパリンとこのマルホさんのヘパリン違うかっていうと、特許で守られているところがあって全部はわからないんですけれども、でもやっぱりその原料とあとはその製法の仕方が、やっぱり普通のものとは違っているので、私もこれ体感的なものなんですけれども、お薬でもジェネリックでやっぱりヘパリンっていくつかあって、なのでマルホさんが作っているヘパリンの保湿剤をクリニックで出すのと、ジェネリックのものだとやっぱりちょっと保湿の仕方が違うなというふうに思います。 なのでやっぱりしっかりとこれからの時期保湿したいという時には、ヘパリン選んでいただくのはすごくいいと思うんですけれども、その中でもヘパリン使ってもなんかあんまりうーんって思ってた人は、ぜひ一度元祖という感じのマルホさんのヘパリンが入っているカルテHD使っていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います。ちなみに今回はここでパカッと開けてやるようなタイプのものをご紹介したんですけども、大容量でポンプタイプもあるので、それだとさらに使いやすいんじゃないかなと思います。 続いてはこちら。ファンケルボディミルク美白&エイジングケアです。こちらはですね美白エイジングケアと書いてあって美白の成分が入っています。その有効成分はトラネキサム酸です。トラネキサム酸自体は美白の成分でもあるんですけれども、実は炎症を抑えたりとかエイジングケアにもなるので、それで美白&エイジングケアというふうに歌っているんだと思うんですが、もちろんそういった美白とかエイジングケアも期待できるんですが、こちらはですね保湿成分にはグリセリンと、あとはアセチル化ヒアルロン酸といって、通常のヒアルロン酸よりも2倍ほど保湿が高いというようなヒアルロン酸が入っています。 これで結構化粧水とか美容液とかに入っていることは多いんですけれども、なかなかボディのもので入っているものっていうのはそんなに多くはないので、乾燥も気になるし、あとはボディの美白とか、あとハリ感とかそういったものを出したいっていうような方には、こちらのファンケルボディミルク美白&エイジングケアもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 Hello everyone. I'm Arata Tomori. As autumn deepens, I'm sure many of you are starting to feel body dryness. When it gets cold, we tend to take baths, and our skin needs cream right after to prevent dryness. Especially during the autumn and winter seasons ahead, body dryness becomes a real concern. Today, I'd like to introduce three drugstore body creams, so please watch until the end. As I mentioned at the beginning, you might think, "Why do we need to care for our body when it feels moist right after a bath?" However, many Japanese people either take showers or baths. When you soak in a bath, water penetrates the stratum corneum and causes it to swell. This creates gaps between the dead skin cells. Natural Moisturizing Factors, or NMF, escape through these gaps and get washed away. While your skin is in water, the swelling makes it feel hydrated, but after you get out of the bath, the natural moisturizing factors have been lost, so dryness begins. Although dryness starts immediately after bathing, it becomes more noticeable after some time passes, and you might start feeling itchy. During summer, the air isn't dry, so even though the same mechanism occurs, we don't notice body dryness as much. However, as we enter autumn and winter, the outside humidity decreases, and we start noticing the dryness that we didn't sense during summer. While dryness alone is manageable, if your barrier function deteriorates, you may experience itching and scratching, which can cause actual damage. Therefore, the key is to prevent dryness in the first place. To do this, it's important to properly moisturize right after your bath. Some people ask, "Should we apply multiple products, like we do for our face with toner and essence?" But that's not necessary. A single product that combines moisturizing components and oil-barrier-forming components should suffice. For this reason, creams are ideal. Today, I'll introduce three easy-to-use body creams that I think are amazing. Let me start with the first one: Curel Pure Moisture Bath Time Moist Barrier Cream. Not only is the formula amazing, but the packaging design is incredible too. Look at this! You can hang it on a hook in your bath, and it dispenses cream with a quick squeeze. This allows you to moisturize right in the bathroom. You can use it while your body is still wet after bathing or showering. You might think, "Teacher, if the skin is wet, won't oil and cream bead off and not penetrate?" That's a fair point, but that's where Curel's innovation comes in. Curel is a brand under Kao that creates products for sensitive and extremely dry skin. The key ingredient is Pseudo-ceramide, a synthetic ceramide developed by Kao. The full name is Hexadeciloxyoxy PG Hydroxyethyl Hexadecanamide—quite a mouthful with all that katakana! You might think synthetic means it's inferior, but ceramides come in various types: human ceramides and plant ceramides. While human ceramides offer the highest moisture-retention ability, they're extremely expensive, making it difficult to include them in large quantities without raising the product price significantly. Curel developed Pseudo-ceramide to provide daily, robust ceramide benefits at an affordable price, so they include plenty of it. Ceramides are crucial for barrier function—they're one of the natural moisturizing factors I mentioned earlier. When ceramides are lacking, they penetrate effectively into the skin. While Curel is already excellent for dry skin, this particular body cream also leverages Kao's advanced emulsification technology. Since wet skin repels oils and creams, Kao's scientists cleverly applied this water-repelling principle in reverse. The oil-based cream formulation is mixed with the Pseudo-ceramide. Since Pseudo-ceramide is a rigid component, it pairs well with oils—in fact, Kao uses a firmer, more solid oil. While solid oils might seem unappealing, they're actually less greasy. Sensitive skin often becomes itchy if products feel too heavy, so using firmer oils is a brilliant choice. Kao also makes Essential shampoo and conditioner. When you apply conditioner to wet hair, it forms a protective coating that leaves your hair smooth even after rinsing. Curel uses this same advanced emulsification technology to mix water and oil. When you apply this cream to wet skin, Kao's weak emulsifiers (likely anionic surfactants) allow the ceramides to penetrate while the oil doesn't fully mix with the water. This leaves a layer of solid oil on top, with partially emulsified water underneath and ceramides below. When you towel-dry, the water is removed while the ceramide layer remains protected by the oil barrier—a brilliant structure! This approach allows you to utilize the bathwater to deliver ingredients effectively while still achieving proper moisture and oil-barrier balance. I'm truly impressed by Kao's technology. Also, having this product hang right there in your bathroom means you'll never forget to use it, making it perfect for families. Kao seems to favor this form factor—Biore also has a similar design—but the special emulsification technology is unique to Curel. Since dry, sensitive skin is especially prone to post-bath dryness, this specialized emulsification method creating a ceramide-oil-water-barrier layer is remarkable. Next, we have Carte HD Moisture Face & Body Lotion. I believe I've introduced this before. Carte is known for heparin-like substances. While many brands now offer heparin products, the original heparin-like substance used in medical care was developed by the pharmaceutical company Maruho. Carte HD is the only brand that uses Maruho's heparin. What makes Maruho's heparin different from standard versions? There are patented aspects I can't fully disclose, but the raw materials and manufacturing process differ significantly from conventional heparin. Based on my clinical experience, when prescribing Maruho's heparin moisturizer versus generic versions, the moisturizing effects noticeably differ. So if you want proper hydration going into this season, heparin is an excellent choice. If you've tried heparin before but weren't entirely satisfied, I'd definitely recommend trying Carte HD with Maruho's original heparin. By the way, I'm introducing the pump-top version today, and there's also a larger, pump-dispensing option that's even more convenient. Last is Fancl Body Milk Brightening & Anti-Aging Care. This product features brightening ingredients and is labeled for both brightening and anti-aging. The active ingredient is tranexamic acid, which is a whitening agent that also reduces inflammation and provides anti-aging benefits—hence the dual claim. The moisturizing components include glycerin and acetylated hyaluronic acid, which provides approximately twice the moisture-retention of standard hyaluronic acid. While this type of hyaluronic acid appears frequently in toners and essences, it's relatively uncommon in body products. So if you want moisturizing along with body brightening and firming effects, Fancl's Body Milk Brightening & Anti-Aging Care is an excellent choice. To summarize: for sensitive and extremely dry skin, I recommend either Curel's Bath Time Moist Barrier Cream or Carte HD Moisture Face & Body Lotion. If you prefer convenience and don't want to forget application, Curel is also a great pick. If you want moisturizing combined with anti-aging and brightening benefits, Fancl's Body Milk is your best option. As I mentioned at the start, body dryness increases during this season, and severe dryness can lead to itching. For prevention, please commit to proper body moisturization care. How was that?
