皮膚科医が2022年下半期大注目のシワ改善美容液を紹介します。【ザ セラム マルチチューン/ザ セラム リンクルリペア】

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は2022年下半期に大注目のシワ改善美容液をご紹介したいと思います。紹介する美容液って言うと本当に毎シーズン各ブランドさんが力を入れて出してくるんですが、多分2022年の下半期のシワ改善美容液って言うとナンバーワンって言うと、多分これになるんじゃないかなと思うのがこちら、アスタリフトのザ セラム マルチチューンとザ セラム リンクルリペアです。全然2つ別々のものになるんですが、マルチチューンは全顔に使える美容液になっています。出すとこんな感じで、やっぱりアスタリフトなのでオレンジ色ですよね。塗るとこんな感じですーっとなじんでいく、これも全顔に使ってもらうというようなアイテムです。そしてリンクルリペアは実は2種類入っています。朝用のスティックそして夜用のセラムです。これが2つセットになっているんですね。朝用はこんな感じのスティックになるので肌に直接塗っていくような感じになっています。日中に使ってもいいんじゃないかなと思います。こちらの夜用のものはこういう感じのちょっと固いテクスチャーのクリームまでは行かないんですけれども美容液になっています。伸ばすとこっくりっていうような感じですね。ぴたっと密着するようなアイセラムになっています。 この2つどちらもですね、富士フイルムさんのすごい技術が入っているんですね。それは何かというとリポソーム技術です。皆さんね、リポソームって言ってパッと浮かぶのはコスメデコルテさんだと思うんですね。もちろんコスメデコルテさんというのは初めて化粧品にリポソームを入れたということで有名だと思うんですが、このアスタリフトさんとコスメデコルテさんの大きな違いは、単層化と多層化になります。単層っていうと一つの膜ね。多層っていうのは何重もの膜になっているっていうことになります。今までのスキンケアアイテムに入っているリポソーム技術っていうのは基本的には多重構造。よくね玉ねぎに例えられるんですけど、いくつもの層にもなってますよっていうのが今までのものになります。もちろんコスメデコルテさんのリポソームもそれなんですね。 コスメデコルテさんのリポソームは表面が燐脂質っていう肌に馴染みがいいもの。他のリポソームをちょっと真似したものっていうのは燐脂質じゃないところも多いんですけども、コスメデコルテさんは表面が燐脂質になって油水油水っていう多重構造を作っているってものになります。これはですね角層に浸透する技術ってのはすごいんですね。なのでコスメデコルテさんも角層にやっぱりリポソームをしっかり入れ込んで保湿をするっていうことには秀逸だと思うんですね。なんですけれどもアスタリフトさんが今回入れ込んできた単層のリポソームっていうのは、油水油水ってなってないので油の膜の中に水溶性のものをたっぷり入れれるっていう利点があるんですね。 なので水溶性の成分をしっかりと届けたい場所に届けるっていうことをしたいからあえて単層のリポソームを開発したんですよ。単層のリポソームって簡単そうじゃないですか。だってたくさんのものができてるんだから、単層の一つだけの層になるものって簡単かなと思うと思うんですが、実はこれ結構大変だったらしくて、単層だからこそ水溶性の成分を入れた時に膜がきちっとならずに壊れてしまったりとか、あとはそれがうまく混ざらなかったりということで結構苦労されてたらしいんですね。 なんですがアスタリフトを作っている富士フイルムさんって製薬会社でもあるので、お薬ってね狙った臓器にしっかりと届けなきゃいけないんですよね。それをドラッグデリバリーシステムって言うんですが、お薬がしっかり臓器に行く時って多重じゃなくて単層のリポソームを使うことが多いんですよ。なのでこのお薬をきちっと届けたいところに届けるっていうことで、単層のリポソームの技術を今回商品に応用したというものになります。なのでこのマルチチューンにもリンクルリペアにもどちらも単層のリポソームが入っているんですけれども、この単層のリポソームの中に入れている水溶性の成分が違ってきます。 ちなみにこのマルチチューンっていうのはですね、これ一本で美白もシワもっていうようなので、マルチチューンっていう風に呼ばれてるんですね。このマルチチューンは何でマルチかっていうと、例えばシミもシワの原因になるハリ低下も、表皮の幹細胞がエネルギーが低下することによって起こるっていうものに着目を置いています。表皮の幹細胞っていうのは表皮のターンオーバーを担っている細胞なんですね。なので表皮の幹細胞のエネルギー代謝がすごく多ければターンオーバーが正常にいきます。 ターンオーバーが正常になるとですね、メラニンがついたような細胞ちゃんと排出されるので美白ということもできますし、あとはターンオーバーがしっかりといくということで、ハリが保たれてシワができづらいということなんですね。なのでこの表皮の幹細胞のエネルギー代謝を上げるためにはどういったものが必要かなって調べたところ、実はカフェインというものがこの表皮の幹細胞のエネルギーを高めてくれるということをアスタリフトさんが見つけて、カフェインというのは水溶性なので、さっき言った単層のリポソームの内側に水溶性の成分を入れて、表皮の幹細胞に届けるというドラッグデリバリーシステムを作っているという感じなんですね。 なので表皮の幹細胞が元気になってターンオーバーが促されることによって、美白とシミ改善を両方叶えることができるというアプローチになっています。プラスアルファはシミと美白の有効成分であるナイアシンアミドも入っているので、お顔全体の透明感とハリアップっていうのにはいいんじゃないかなと思います。 そしてもう一つのタイプのこのリンクルリペアなんですが、これはですね朝と夜にきちっと部分的にケアしたいという方におすすめのアイテムになるんですね。皆さん私もそうなんですけど、しゃべってる時って、洗ったらここにほうれい線ができるしに行って洗うとここに目にね、シワができたりここにシワができたりしますよね。そしてやっぱり表情を作るときに表情筋で圧がかかる場所っていうところに表情シワができやすい。 なので朝っていうのはこの表情シワが定着しないように、夜は何かっていうと皆さん夜寝てる時ってどういうふうに寝てますか。私は結構ね上向きで寝ることが多いんですが横になると見てください、ここに押されてこんな感じでほうれい線できていたりとかしません。なのでこっちに寝てしまうとこういうふうにほうれい線ができたり、なので実はこの寝ているときに圧がかかることっていうのは、お昼間こうやってしゃべっていることによって作られる表情シワよりもかなりの圧がかかっている。なのでも実はこうやって変形のダメージが加わっているので、朝は朝の使いやすいもの、夜は夜に使いやすい形状を別にして、この変形によって起こるシワを改善しようっていうような着想でできているものになります。 じゃあなんでこの変形ダメージがシワになるかというと、この変形で圧がかかるとそこの真皮の線維芽細胞っていうのがダメージを受けて、それが損傷してしまうことによってシワができるんですね。なのでこの変形によって起こるダメージを最小限に抑えるためには、真皮の線維芽細胞の変形ダメージを抑えるということがポイントになってきます。なので今回単層のリポソームの中に入れているのは、この真皮の線維芽細胞のダメージを軽減させる成分になっています。それがビタミンB6になります。 実はビタミンB6っていうものはコラーゲンの産生を促したり、あとはコラーゲンを分解してしまうっていう酵素を減らすということが分かってるんですね。真皮の線維芽細胞って何をしているかというとコラーゲンとかエラスチンを作っている細胞になります。なのでビタミンB6をですね線維芽細胞に入れ込むと、実はこのコラーゲンとかエラスチンの生成が高まるというデータがあって、もう一つ嬉しいのは実はコラーゲンとかエラスチンを分解する酵素っていうのもあるんですが、ビタミンB6っていうのはこの分解する酵素の発現も抑えてくれるということになります。 なのでビタミンB6っていうのは真皮の線維芽細胞のダメージを抑えてくれる成分だということが分かってるんですね。これをですね単層のリポソームの中に入れて、しっかりと届けていくということをやっているのが先ほどの2つのアイテムになります。そしてこの2つにもですねシワ改善の有効成分であるナイアシンアミドも入っています。有効成分であるナイアシンアミドと独自に開発した単層リポソーム、そしてその中に入れているマルチチューンだったらカフェイン、そしてこのリンクルリペアであればビタミンB6っていうのが、ナイアシンアミドの効果を相乗的に出していくっていうのがポイントになってきます。 正直単層のリポソームを化粧品に入れ込むってなかなかできない発想だなと思いますし、単層リポソームってすごく難しいんですよね。なのでそれができたのはやっぱり製薬会社さんならではだなと思いますし、有効成分が分かっていても正直届けたい場所に届かなかったら結局意味がないんですよね。なので独自の技術も開発してプラスアルファ、その技術を届けたい場所に届けていくようなリポソーム技術を開発したっていうのが今回の美容液のすごいところになっています。なので今までシワ改善美容液でなんとなくいまいち手応えが感じられなかったっていう方も、ぜひ試していただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います。 いかがでしたか？もうね8月後半そして9月10月は秋冬の新製品続々発売されます。今回はシワ改善のものをご紹介しましたが、これからねたるみだったりハリだったりいろんなものが出てくるので、また皆さんに深掘りしたいなと思います。ということで今日の動画がためになったよという方はグッドボタンを押していただいたりコメントを書いていただけると嬉しいです。そしてまだだよという方はぜひぜひチャンネル登録もよろしくお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomotoshi. Today I'd like to introduce you to the wrinkle improvement serums that are getting a lot of attention in the second half of 2022. When it comes to serums, each brand really puts effort into releasing them every season, but I think the number one wrinkle improvement serum of the second half of 2022 would probably be these two from Astalift: The Serum Multi Tune and The Serum Wrinkle Repair. Although they are two completely different products, Multi Tune is a serum that can be used on the entire face. When you dispense it, it looks like this - it has that characteristic orange color of Astalift. When you apply it, it blends in smoothly like this. This is also an item to be used on the entire face. Wrinkle Repair actually contains two types: a stick for morning use and a serum for evening use. These two come as a set. The morning version is a stick like this, so you apply it directly to your skin. I think it's fine to use it during the day. The evening version has a slightly firm texture like this - it's not quite a cream, but rather a serum. When you spread it, it has a rich feel to it. It's an eye serum that adheres firmly to the skin. Both of these contain amazing technology from Fujifilm, which developed them. What is that technology? It's liposome technology. When people think of liposomes, Cosme Decorte usually comes to mind. Of course, Cosme Decorte is famous for being the first to incorporate liposomes into cosmetics. However, the major difference between Astalift and Cosme Decorte is the distinction between single-layer and multi-layer structures. Single-layer means one membrane, while multi-layer means multiple membranes stacked together. The liposome technology that has been used in skincare products until now is basically multi-structured. It's often compared to an onion - it has many layers. That's how traditional liposomes work, including those from Cosme Decorte. Cosme Decorte's liposomes have a surface made of phospholipids, which blend well with skin. Some other liposome imitations don't use phospholipids on the surface, but Cosme Decorte uses phospholipids to create an oil-water-oil-water multi-layer structure. This is excellent for penetrating the stratum corneum. So Cosme Decorte is indeed exceptional at incorporating liposomes deeply into the stratum corneum for hydration. However, the single-layer liposomes that Astalift has incorporated this time don't have an oil-water-oil-water structure, which means they can contain plenty of water-soluble ingredients inside an oil membrane. This is advantageous because it allows water-soluble components to be delivered precisely to the target location. That's why they deliberately developed single-layer liposomes to effectively deliver water-soluble ingredients to where they're needed. Single-layer liposomes might seem easy to make, right? Since so many products exist, you might think single-layer ones would be simple. But apparently it was quite challenging. Because with single-layer liposomes, when you add water-soluble components, the membrane doesn't form properly and breaks apart, or the components don't mix well together. It required considerable effort. However, Fujifilm, which makes Astalift, is also a pharmaceutical company. With pharmaceuticals, you must deliver them precisely to the target organ. This is called a drug delivery system. When pharmaceuticals are delivered to organs effectively, they often use single-layer liposomes rather than multi-layer ones. So to deliver pharmaceuticals precisely where they're needed, Fujifilm applied single-layer liposome technology to these cosmetic products. Both Multi Tune and Wrinkle Repair contain single-layer liposomes, but the water-soluble ingredients inside these liposomes differ. Incidentally, Multi Tune is called "multi" because it addresses both brightening and wrinkles in one product. The reason Multi Tune works on multiple concerns is that it focuses on how both skin spots and wrinkles - as well as loss of firmness - result from decreased energy in epidermal stem cells. Epidermal stem cells are responsible for skin cell turnover. When epidermal stem cell energy metabolism is high, skin turnover occurs normally. When turnover is normal, cells with melanin are properly shed, achieving brightening. Also, with proper turnover, firmness is maintained and wrinkles are less likely to form. When researching what's needed to increase epidermal stem cell energy metabolism, Astalift discovered that caffeine enhances energy in these stem cells. Since caffeine is water-soluble, it's placed inside the single-layer liposome to be delivered to epidermal stem cells using a drug delivery system approach. When epidermal stem cells become energized and turnover is promoted, both brightening and spot improvement can be achieved simultaneously. Additionally, niacinamide, an active ingredient for spots and brightening, is also included, which should help with overall facial radiance and firmness improvement. The other product type, Wrinkle Repair, is recommended for those who want to target specific areas morning and night. You know, when we speak, we form expression wrinkles - nasolabial folds appear, eye wrinkles form here and there. Expression wrinkles tend to develop where facial muscles apply pressure. During the day, we want to prevent expression wrinkles from becoming permanent. At night, how do you sleep? I tend to sleep facing upward, but when you lie on your side, look here - the pressure creates nasolabial folds. If you sleep on this side, wrinkles form this way. Actually, the pressure from sleeping can cause significant damage - even more pressure than the expression wrinkles created from talking during the day. So damage from deformation occurs at night too. That's why they created different formulations for morning and evening use to address wrinkles caused by this deformation. Why does this deformation damage cause wrinkles? When pressure from deformation is applied, the dermal fibroblasts in that area are damaged, and this damage creates wrinkles. To minimize damage from deformation, the key is reducing deformation damage to dermal fibroblasts. So inside the single-layer liposomes in these products is an ingredient that reduces damage to dermal fibroblasts. That ingredient is Vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 is known to promote collagen synthesis and reduce the enzymes that break down collagen. Dermal fibroblasts are cells that produce collagen and elastin. When Vitamin B6 is delivered to fibroblasts, research shows that collagen and elastin production increases. Another benefit is that while there are enzymes that break down collagen and elastin, Vitamin B6 also suppresses the expression of these degradative enzymes. So Vitamin B6 is confirmed to be an ingredient that reduces damage to dermal fibroblasts. They incorporate this into single-layer liposomes and deliver it effectively - this is what makes those two previous items special. Both products also contain niacinamide, the active ingredient for wrinkle improvement. The active ingredient niacinamide combined with their proprietary single-layer liposome technology, plus either caffeine (in Multi Tune) or Vitamin B6 (in Wrinkle Repair), work synergistically to enhance niacinamide's effects. This is the key point. Honestly, incorporating single-layer liposomes into cosmetics is not an easy concept, and single-layer liposomes are extremely difficult to create. So the fact that they accomplished this is truly characteristic of a pharmaceutical company. Even if you know about effective ingredients, if you can't deliver them to the right location, it's ultimately meaningless. So developing proprietary delivery technology and applying it through liposome technology is what makes these serums remarkable.
