皆さんこんにちは、とりです。 今年はやっぱり紫外線が強かったですよね。なんだか肌自体がしぼんだ感じになりませんか？しっかり肌の潤いやハリ・ツヤを出したいなと思う時に、これはすごい！という化粧水を見つけたのでご紹介します。それが「アスタリフト アドバンス ローション」です。 この化粧水の何がすごいかというと、最新のコラーゲン研究と、今流行りの「肌のハリ・ツヤを出すには角層・表皮・真皮、どの層にもアプローチする」という考え方——これは美容医療の中でもトレンドになってきているのですが——それを取り入れているところがすごいんです。 まずアスタリフトは色々な深掘り動画で取り上げてきましたが、富士フイルムさんが作っているブランドですよね。フィルムって実はコラーゲンでできているって知っていましたか？コラーゲンでできているフィルムをどう劣化させないかという研究から生まれたのが、このアスタリフトなんです。フィルム会社がどうして化粧品？という感じですが、要はコラーゲン研究を昔からしているということなんですね。 私たちの肌はコラーゲンがなくなることによってハリ・ツヤがなくなり、たるみが起こってしまいます。だからこそ、いかにコラーゲンを保つかということをベースに、アスタリフトシリーズは開発されています。 もう一つは、富士フイルムさんは製薬会社でもあるので、どうやって成分を浸透させるかというナノ化の技術がめちゃめちゃ進化しているんですね。今までのアスタリフトシリーズにもナノ化したコラーゲンを届けるという処方だったり、少し前の美白のものだと、リポソームの中に、例えばシミにターゲットを置いた成分を入れるといった浸透技術がすごいんです。 そんなアスタリフトから出た秋冬用のローションは、どの層にもハリ・ツヤを出していくというものです。 そもそも私は今まで、ハリ・ツヤを出すには真皮のコラーゲンをどう壊さないようにするか、産生を促すかということを言ってきましたが、実はハリ・ツヤを出すには表皮や角層にもアプローチしないと、肌全体のハリ・ツヤは出ないということが分かってきています。真皮にも表皮にも、そして角層にもアプローチするような美容施術を組み合わせて行う、このカスタマイズ治療がトレンドになってきています。 ただ、化粧品はどうしても一つのものにしかアプローチできないので、やっぱりハリと言ったら真皮のコラーゲンやエラスチンだよね、という感じだったのですが、いろんな化粧品がやっぱり全層にアプローチしていくというのがトレンドで、その一つがアスタリフトです。 若い人と私たちお姉さんの肌って何が違うかというと、ハリ・ツヤじゃないですか。ハリ・ツヤって真皮だけを見てみると、実は表皮も薄くなっているし、角層も水分を維持する能力がすごく低くなっているので、全体的にしぼんでくるということが分かっているんです。なのでいくら真皮だけケアして真皮のコラーゲンをアップさせたところで、表皮や角層の水分維持能力を高めていかないと、やっぱりハリ・ツヤは出ません。今回のアスタリフトさんはそこを考えて、まずは表皮、そして角層へのアプローチをさらにバージョンアップしています。 では表皮はどうするかというと、厚みを持たせなければいけません。なんとなく皮膚が薄くなっていると感じるのは、実は角層は厚くなるのですが、表皮自体が薄くなってきて水分維持能力も低下し、皮膚が薄くペラペラな肌になってしまうからなんですね。なるべく表皮自体の厚みを厚くするということがポイントになってきます。 どうするかというと、ポイントは表皮の一番下にある「基底膜」というものになります。基底膜は、そこから私たちの表皮の細胞が生まれていく、いわばベースになるところです。でも基底膜が老化や紫外線で損傷してしまうと、そこから新しい細胞が生まれづらくなるということが分かっています。 どういう損傷かというと、基底膜には「4型コラーゲン」というものがすごく大切になってきます。この4型コラーゲンはメッシュ状になっていて、それが真皮と表皮をしっかりくっつけ、そこから細胞が生まれ変われるようにしています。なので年を取ったり紫外線が当たったりすると、このメッシュ状の4型コラーゲンが減少するということが分かっているんです。そして4型コラーゲンが増えると表皮の厚みが増えるということもデータ上分かっています。 ではこの4型コラーゲンをどうやって増やすか、ということで探し求めたのが、今回アスタリフトに入っている成分「ナノレスベラトロールEX」です。レスベラトロールって聞いたことありませんか？アンチエイジングにすごくいい成分だよ、というのを聞いたことがあると思います。このレスベラトロールが、4型コラーゲンを強くして壊れにくくするタンパク質「ECM1」を増やすということが分かっているんです。 ただ、レスベラトロールだけでは基底膜まで届かないので、しっかりナノ化し、さらに浸透を高めるオイルと独自にブレンドすることで浸透率を4倍にも上げ、4型コラーゲンのところまで届くような処方にしています。 そしてもう一つ見ているのが角層です。年を重ねると水分の維持能力が低下して乾燥が起こるというイメージがありますが、それはその通りで、なぜかというと、さっき言ったように私たちの細胞は基底層で生まれ、それが細胞間脂質を作りながら成長して角層になっていきます。なので表皮の細胞の生まれ変わりが少なくなると、角層自体の水分維持能力もすごく低くなるんですね。 では角層の水分維持能力をどう高めるか。通常の化粧品は、角層を潤すために化粧水や、膜を貼るような油分で角層の上部に補水膜を貼るということをするのですが、実は最近の研究では角層も大きく分けて上部・中部・下部に分かれていることが分かっていて、実はこの真ん中の層が一番水分維持能力が高い場所だということが分かっているんです。 それはなぜかというと、角層の真ん中あたりに、天然保湿因子の中でもめちゃめちゃ保湿力が高いと言われている「アルギニン」が多いということが分かっていて、このアルギニンは電荷がプラスを持っているらしく、水分をぐっと引き込むことができるらしいんですよ。中間部分の水分維持能力を高めること自体が、角層全体の水分量を上げるということを、今回アスタリフトさんは研究で見つけたんです。 それを何でやっているかというと、超ナノ化したワセリンなんです。私はこれに気づいた時、「ワセリン!?」と思いました。というのは、ワセリンはすごく分子量が大きいので、通常は角層の上に膜を貼るだけのもので、角層には浸透しないけれど水分維持能力が高いんです。どうしたらいいかと考え、自分たちの強みであるナノ化技術を活かして、めちゃめちゃ細かくナノ化したんです。すごくないですか？ ナノ化するとワセリンもベタベタ感がなく、通常なら角層の上の方にしか行かないものが、しっかりと中間部分——さっき言った一番保湿能力が高い場所——にまで届くことで、角層自体がふっくらして水分を抱え込むことができるようになっているんですね。 めちゃめちゃすごいですよね。そして今まで通りハリの主役である真皮には、コラーゲンの産生を促すナノ化したアスタキサンチン——これはアスタリフトのお家芸みたいなものですが——今回はそれにプラスしてナノ化したリコピンが入っています。アスタキサンチンも赤、リコピンも赤で、なんかダブルの赤ですよね。今回このリコピンもナノ化して一緒に入れることで、さらにコラーゲンの劣化を防ぐ能力が高まっているみたいです。プラスアルファ、やっぱり補うことも大事なので、ナノ化したコラーゲンも3種類入れています。 なので産生も促すし、劣化も防ぐというものを真皮まで入れ込んで、表皮の細胞の厚みを増やすために4型コラーゲンがアップするようなナノ化したレスベラトロールが入っていて、一番保湿力が高まっているところに水分量をアップさせるためにナノ化したワセリンが入っている。角層・表皮・真皮、どこにも厚みを加えるようにしているというところが、製薬会社さんのナノ化の技術だったり、美容のトレンドを見ているところだったりで、本当にすごいなというふうに思います。 テクスチャーはこんな感じで、なんか流れるようなサラッとしたテクスチャーです。ただ、スッと浸透していって、こう膜感があるんですよね。膜感といってもベタベタするものじゃなくて、このふっくら感、という感じです。ワセリンが入っていると言うと、もっとベタベタするのかなと思ったけど、全然そんなことはなくて、皮膚に厚みが出たんじゃないかと思わせてくれる化粧水になっています。 やっぱりハリ・ツヤって大人になったらめちゃめちゃ必要ですよね。それを真皮だけじゃなくて、表皮だったり角層だったりも全てアプローチできるっていう。それもやっぱり製薬会社が化粧品を作っているという強みで、浸透の技術もすごいし、成分を見つけてくるのもすごいし、本当にすごい化粧水だなというふうに思いました。 ということで今日は、ハリ・ツヤをめちゃめちゃ出したいという人におすすめの化粧水をご紹介してみました。今日の内容が良かったよという方は、グッドボタンを押していただいたり、「これも先生、ハリにはポイントじゃないんですか？」というような化粧水があったら、ぜひぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。 ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tori. The UV rays were really strong this year, weren't they? Doesn't your skin somehow feel like it's "deflated"? When you want to firmly bring back moisture, firmness, and glow to your skin, I found a lotion that's truly amazing, and I'd like to introduce it to you. It's the Astalift Advance Lotion. What makes this lotion so amazing is that it incorporates the latest collagen research along with the currently trending approach in aesthetic medicine—targeting all layers of the skin (stratum corneum, epidermis, and dermis) to bring out firmness and glow. I've covered Astalift in various deep-dive videos before, but it's a brand made by Fujifilm. Did you know that film is actually made of collagen? Astalift was born from research on how to prevent the deterioration of collagen-based film. It might seem odd for a film company to make cosmetics, but essentially, they've been researching collagen for a long time. Our skin loses firmness and glow as collagen decreases, leading to sagging. That's why the Astalift series has been developed with the core concept of how to maintain collagen. Another point is that Fujifilm is also a pharmaceutical company, so their nano-technology for penetrating ingredients into the skin is incredibly advanced. Previous Astalift products have delivered nano-sized collagen, and in older whitening products, they used liposomes to deliver targeted ingredients—for example, ingredients effective against dark spots—demonstrating amazing penetration technology. This autumn/winter lotion from Astalift is designed to bring firmness and glow to every layer of the skin. Up until now, I've talked about how to prevent dermal collagen breakdown or promote its production for firmness and glow. But it's now understood that unless you also address the epidermis and stratum corneum, you can't achieve overall skin firmness and glow. Combining aesthetic treatments that target the dermis, epidermis, and stratum corneum—this kind of customized treatment approach is becoming a trend. However, cosmetics can typically only target one layer, so historically, firmness was associated mainly with dermal collagen and elastin. But now, many cosmetics are trending toward addressing all layers, and Astalift is one of them. What's the difference between young skin and skin like ours (the "older sisters")? It's firmness and glow, right? If you only look at the dermis for firmness and glow, you'll find that the epidermis also thins out, and the stratum corneum's ability to retain moisture significantly decreases—causing the skin to look deflated overall. So no matter how much you boost dermal collagen, if you don't also improve the epidermis and the moisture-retention ability of the stratum corneum, you won't achieve real firmness and glow. Astalift took this into account and upgraded their approach to target the epidermis and stratum corneum even further. So, what do they do for the epidermis? They increase its thickness. The reason our skin feels thinner over time is that, although the stratum corneum actually gets thicker, the epidermis itself thins, its moisture-retention ability drops, and the skin becomes thin and flimsy. So increasing the thickness of the epidermis itself is key. The key point here is the "basement membrane" located at the very bottom of the epidermis. This is the base from which our epidermal cells are born. However, it's known that when the basement membrane is damaged due to aging or UV exposure, it becomes harder for new cells to be generated from it. What kind of damage occurs? Type IV collagen is extremely important in the basement membrane. This type IV collagen forms a mesh-like structure that firmly connects the dermis and epidermis, allowing cells to regenerate from that point. As we age or are exposed to UV rays, this mesh-like type IV collagen decreases. Data shows that when type IV collagen increases, the thickness of the epidermis also increases. So how do you increase this type IV collagen? The ingredient Astalift found for this purpose is "Nano Resveratrol EX." Have you heard of resveratrol? You've probably heard it's a great ingredient for anti-aging. It's known that resveratrol increases a protein called ECM1, which strengthens type IV collagen and prevents its breakdown. However, resveratrol alone can't reach the basement membrane, so it's been thoroughly nano-sized and uniquely blended with an oil that enhances penetration, increasing the penetration rate by four times so it can reach the type IV collagen effectively. The other focus is the stratum corneum. It's commonly believed that as we age, our moisture-retention ability declines, causing dryness—and that's true. As I mentioned, our cells are born in the basal layer, and as they mature into the stratum corneum, they form intercellular lipids along the way. So when epidermal cell turnover slows down, the moisture-retention ability of the stratum corneum itself also declines significantly. So how do you improve the stratum corneum's moisture-retention ability? Typically, cosmetics moisturize the skin using lotions or oils that form a protective moisture-retaining film on the upper part of the stratum corneum. However, recent research has found that the stratum corneum can actually be divided into upper, middle, and lower layers, and it's the middle layer that has the highest moisture-retention ability. Why is that? It's because the middle layer of the stratum corneum contains a high concentration of arginine, one of the most powerful natural moisturizing factors. Arginine reportedly carries a positive charge, allowing it to strongly attract and hold onto moisture. Astalift's research found that improving the moisture-retention ability of this middle layer itself raises the moisture level of the entire stratum corneum. How do they achieve this? Through ultra-nano-sized Vaseline (petroleum jelly). When I first found this out, I was like, "Vaseline!?" Vaseline has a very large molecular size, so normally it just forms a film on top of the stratum corneum and doesn't penetrate—but it does have high moisture-retention properties. So, leveraging their strength in nano-technology, they made it incredibly finely nano-sized. Isn't that amazing? When nano-sized, Vaseline doesn't feel sticky at all, and instead of only staying on the surface layer as it normally would, it reaches deep into that middle layer with the highest moisture-retention capacity—allowing the stratum corneum itself to plump up and hold onto moisture. That's incredibly impressive, isn't it? And for the dermis, which has always been the main focus for firmness, they include nano-sized astaxanthin—Astalift's signature ingredient—that promotes collagen production. This time, they've added nano-sized lycopene as well. Astaxanthin is red, and lycopene is also red, so it's like a double dose of red! By nano-sizing lycopene and adding it together with astaxanthin, they've further enhanced the ability to prevent collagen degradation. Plus, since it's also important to supplement collagen directly, they've included three types of nano-sized collagen as well. So it promotes collagen production and prevents its breakdown in the dermis; nano-sized resveratrol is included to increase type IV collagen and boost epidermal thickness; and nano-sized Vaseline is included to increase moisture in the area with the highest moisture-retention capacity. The fact that they've added thickness and support to every layer—stratum corneum, epidermis, and dermis—really shows off both the nano-technology of a pharmaceutical company and their awareness of beauty trends. I find that truly impressive. The texture is like this—smooth and light, almost flowing. It absorbs quickly, yet leaves a certain "film-like" feeling on the skin. But that film feeling isn't sticky at all—it's more of a plump, cushiony feel. Even though it contains Vaseline, which I thought might feel sticky, it doesn't feel sticky at all, and it gives the impression that your skin has actually gained some thickness. Firmness and glow are truly essential once you become an adult, aren't they? Being able to address not just the dermis but also the epidermis and stratum corneum is a real strength that comes from being a pharmaceutical company making cosmetics.
