皮膚科医の友利新が愛用しているドラコスを10個紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は私が愛用しているドラッグストアで買えるドラコスをご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。私は本当にコスメ大好きなので、デパコスも買うし、以前プチプラもご紹介したんですが、結構ドラッグストアコスメも大好きなんです。ドラコスといえば絶対これを買ってるっていうものがあるので、今日は10個あります。なので今日は私が必ず買っているドラッグストアコスメを10選ご紹介したいなと思うんですけれども、皆さんも結構ドラコス好きですよね。デパコスほど高くもなく、でもプチプラほど安くもないんだけれども、かなり良い技術だったりとか良い成分が入っているものが多いのがドラッグストアコスメかなと思いますし、いつでも買えるしね、そういったところもいいなと思っている一つでもあります。では早速ご紹介していこうと思います。まず一つ目はこちら。アスタリフト ホワイト ジェリー アクアリスタです。これは洗顔後一番最初に使う導入美容液みたいな感じなんですが、なんといってもテクスチャーがすごい好きです。本当にジェリー アクアリスタって書いてあるんですけど、ゼリーみたいな感じなんですね。私はどっちかというと本当に乾燥肌なので、結構ベタベタ感が好きじゃないんですけれども、でも内側からちゃんと保湿はしたいじゃないですか。なので水分は入れ込むんだけど、油分はそんなに最後のちょっとクリームを足すぐらいなので、あんまり美容液とかそういったものに油分が入るものって苦手なんですが、このジェリー アクアリスタはすごくプルプルなので、ベタつき全くないんですよ。もともとこれフジフイルムさんの作っている製品になるので、フジフイルムさんはナノ化の技術がすごいんですよね。なのでセラミドをナノ化して、それをしっかり肌の奥に入れていく。プラスアルファそこにアスタキサンチン、これは抗炎症作用があったりするし、あとそれに美白のアルブチンも入っています。なので美白もしながら炎症を抑えながらプラスアルファ、人型セラミドをナノ化して肌の奥まで入れていくっていう感じだし、もう本当にテクスチャーがすごく好きなんですよ。なので洗った後これを入れてあげるだけで、肌がプルンという風になるし、本当ツヤ感が出るっていうんですかね。そんな感じがすごく良くて、夏は結構これプラスちょっと化粧水とかでもいけちゃうんじゃないっていうぐらいの時もあるし、冬は冬でこのしっとりしたものにいろんなものを重ねていっても邪魔にはならないので、とりあえず肌の基礎が整うようなイメージがあります。なので保湿も美白も、あとは角層のケアみたいな感じのもできるので、そういった意味ではちょっとこれは唯一無二感あるものなので、結構これは年中美白のアイテムなんですけど、夏だけじゃなくて保湿っていう意味でも結構評価が高いので、春夏秋冬結構頻繁に買うものになっています。続いてはこちら、資生堂の白潤です。もうこれは言わずと知れてますよね。美白の代表的なものになります。トラネキサム酸というM-344というのが入っているんですが、毎回毎回進化していって、今年はやっぱりレーザーをした後でもシミがやっぱり濃くなるのってなんだろう？そこだとやっぱり血管が多いよね。じゃあそういったものをどういうふうにアプローチしていくかっていう、資生堂のやっぱり最新の知見がどんどん入ってくるのが白潤だなと思います。なので、たぶん2022年もリニューアルして新しい成分入ったんですが、来年再来年もまたいいものが出てくるのかなとは思うんですが、やっぱり白潤は裏切らない気がするので、ぶっちゃけ冬はあんまり使わないんですけれども、夏は絶対に購入をして使い続けるっていうのが結構あるので、白潤はドラコスの美白の中で王様なんじゃないかなと思うので定番ですけれども、私も必ず買うものの一つになっています。続いてはこちら。エリクシール クリアスポット セラムです。エリクシールといえば、シワ改善で認証が下りている純粋レチノール、いわゆるピュアレチノールが入っている日本で唯一の製品になります。もちろんこのエリクシールのスポット クリア セラムにもピュアレチノール、純粋レチノールが入っているんですが、こちらはレチノール自体は実は美白はすることはしないんですね。レチノールの良いところはターンオーバーを促す、あとはコラーゲンとかエラスチンの生成を促すということにはなります。なのでターンオーバーは促すので、蓄積したメラニンが排出するという意味では、遠からず美白ではあるんですが、その単体で美白効果はないんですね。そこにこれはメラニンの生成を抑えるようなトラネキサム酸だったり、資生堂独自の4MSKが入っているので、美白をしながらレチノールの恩恵でツヤ感も出せるというようなものになります。もちろん4MSKとトラネキサム酸が入っていないレチノールだけのものもあるんですが、私はそちらも好きなんですけれども、せっかくだったら美白もできた方がいいかなと思うので、このスポット クリア セラムの方を結構最近は愛用しております。もちろん黄色いシリーズのレチノールが入ったシリーズも好きなんですが、トラネキサム酸も4MSKも入っていると、なんか欲張りだな、いい感じだなと思うし、特にこの目のこの辺って、シワも気になるけれども、やっぱり出てるからか、シミも気になるエリアだと思うんですよね。だから目のこういった広い感じのあたりまで、私は結構塗るようにしております。続いてはこちら。キュレル HDのモイスチャー ローションとモイスチャー クレンジング オイルです。キュレル HDといったらヘパリン類似物質ですよね。製薬会社のマルホさんとタッグを組んで作ったのも超有名だと思うんですけれども、やっぱりヘパリン、いろんなものを使ってもやっぱりキュレル HDの保湿力ってすごくいいなと思いますし、特にこのローションは全身に塗りたいぐらいテクスチャーもいいし、ベタベタ感も本当にないんですよね。しっかりと潤ってくれるので、ちょっと肌が揺らいでるなという時にはすごく使えますし、本当に首から手足まで塗りたくなるような感じです。あとは、このモイスチャー クレンジング オイルジェルなんですが、こちらにはヘパリンは入ってないんですよ。入ってないんですが、このオイルジェルっていう肌にのせた時にはジェルなんだけれども、ちょっと広げるとオイルになって、でもそれがしっかりと密着するんですよね。オイルだからちゃんとメイクも浮き出させるんだけれども、洗い上がりが全く突っ張ってないっていう不思議な感覚のクレンジングなんですよ。だから、デパコスにも負けず劣らずの洗い心地と、他にはないオイルジェルっていうのがすごくやみつきで、いろんなクレンジングを使うんですが、こちらも必ずストックをして使っているものになります。なので、キュレルさんではこのローションとオイルジェルを欠かさず私は購入しております。続いてはこちら、ソフィーナ IPリニューム ウォッシュです。ソフィーナ IPといったら、泡の美容液すごく有名で、あれももちろんいつも買っているんですが、あれはいつも言っているから皆さんわかっているかなと思って、ソフィーナ IPには泡の美容液をもちろんストックしているんですが、もう一つストックして必ず買っているといったら、この洗顔なんです。これ深掘りした動画があるので、それを詳しくは見ていただきたいんですが、洗うというのは本当に一番リスクを伴うスキンケアなので、洗うと細胞間脂質がどんどん出ていっちゃうんですけれども、実はこれは炭酸の泡なので、界面活性剤を極力少なくして、炭酸だけで素肌を整えるというようなことなんですよ。だから洗っても肌が突っ張らない。だけれども炭酸の力でちゃんと汚れを落とすという、これもすごく面白いもので、洗い上がりが、別にピーリングをしたとかそういうのじゃないんですけど、つるっとなるし、やっぱり炭酸だから顔色が良くなるし、やみつきになるものなんですよね。だからちょっと肌がゴワついてるなとか、ちょっと顔色悪いなというときにこれで洗うと、本当に肌がつるんとなるし、顔色良くなるので、これは絶対に欠かさないようにしている洗顔になります。続いてはこちら。キュレルのモイスト リペア シートマスクと、キュレルのディープ モイスチャー スプレーです。キュレルではもうこの2つは絶対に我が家にあります。特にこのモイスチャー スプレーは、これ今日小さいのを紹介しているんですが、大小と必ず家にあるんですよね。で、大きいものは、うちの夫が本当に好きで、すぐにこれを3本くらい、Amazonから何か届いたなと思ったら、すごいこれが大量に入ってたりとか、ドラッグストアの袋が置いてあるなと思ったら、これが大量に買われていたりとか、私が発売されたときに、これすごい良いんだよって言ってパートナーに話したら、そこからやみつきになって、ひげ剃りの後なのか、お風呂上がりなのか、全身に塗っているらしくて、かなり減りが早いです。あとは子どもたちのお顔にシュシュッと塗ってあげたりとかっていうのもいいし、私自身も子どもたちのお風呂に入ったときに、自分のスキンケアするのが時間がなくて、子どもたちのスキンケアをしなくちゃいけないときには、パーッと適当にかけてからやると乾燥感もないし、スパとかに行って、サウナとか入った後に、顔のスキンケアする時間がないときとか、パーッとかけたりとか、本当に何にでもいけるというか。しっかり保湿をしながらも、これセラミドが入っているので、セラミドをスプレーに入れるのも本当に大変で、それも深掘りをしているので、深掘り動画を見ていただきたいんですが、そういった地味なんですけど、すごく研究の賜物であるので、ちゃんと保湿もする、だけどベタつかないという超優秀なものになります。私、これたぶんものすごく買っていると思います。それでいうと、このシートマスクもすごくいいんですよね。セラミドをベタベタしないで、こういうふうにシートマスクに入れるって、やっぱりキュレルさんの独自の技術になるなと思うし、このピッと切って目の下のところにつけるようなことだったりとか、小鼻につけられるとか、ちょっとした工夫も本当にいいなと思いますので、私たぶん、キュレルのこの2つは本当に何個買ったかわからないぐらい買ってます。あと、いろんな人におすすめしているので、これも必ずドラッグストアでは買っているものになります。最後は、こちら。ラロッシュ ポゼのエフェクラ ピール ケア セラムと、B5セラムです。ラロッシュといえば、私日焼け止めを本当に何回もリピートするぐらい大好きなんですが、ラロッシュから出たこのピーリング セラムとこのB5セラム、これ結構私の中でヒットでした。確かどっちも今年出たものなので、他のものに比べればリピート率はそこまで高くないかもしれないんですが、これはもう出て使ってみてから、ちょっといいじゃない？みたいに思いました。特にこのピール ケア セラムですね。最近、私の中でやっぱり角質ケアってすごく大事だなって思ってるんですよ。大人になるとやっぱり角質ケアってなんか敬遠しがちじゃないですか。ちょっと取り過ぎちゃうと乾燥しちゃうんじゃないかなと。でも実は大人ってターンオーバーがゆっくりになってきて、角層が剥がれ落ちる時間が結構遅いんですね。なので、こう放っておくと角層って溜まるんですよ。ただ、無理やり剥がしちゃうとやっぱり懸念しているように乾燥も起こるので、だからこそ大人の角質ケアってすごく大事だなと思っていて、これに関しては敏感肌用でもあるので、優しく角質をケアしてくれる。よくありがちな角質ケアの後にちょっと突っ張るっていうようなこともないので、すごくいいなと思いました。それにいて、やっぱり透明感もアップできるから、やっぱりやるとやらないとでは角質ケアって全く違うなと思うので、これは本当にすごく、私発売されてからもう2、3本は使ったかなと思います。もう一つ、このB5セラムなんですが、これも最近発売されたのは正直あんまりそこまで期待はしてなかったんですよ。ナイアシンアミドの美容液かなと思ってたんですけれども、やっぱり高濃度入っているからなのか、ナイアシンアミドって実はシワ改善とかバリア機能改善だけじゃなくて、皮脂のコントロールにもなってニキビの方とかにも結構使ったりもするんですね。私は本当に皮脂テカなので、そのちょっと皮脂の分泌の、なくなるわけじゃないですよ。だけれども、ちょっと保湿をしているんだけれども、だからカラカラにはならないんだけど、いい油分のバランスになったなというふうに思ったんですよ。多分それはこのナイアシンアミドのおかげなんじゃないかなと思っていて、やっぱりある程度の濃度が入っているってすごく大事なことかなというふうに思いました。なのでこれもちょっとリピートをこれからしていくだろうなと思うので、新規参入のリピートの中でも一応これ1本を使って、今2本目を使っているんですけれども、こちらもちょっとドラッグストアで見つけたら買ってもらいたいなというふうに思いました。いかがでしたか？今日ご紹介したものは本当にドラッグストアとは思えないぐらい、すごく研究だったりとか、成分も本当にいいものばっかりで、長年使っているものから今年いいなと思ったものまで様々ご紹介してみました。私、近くにドラッグストアがあると必ず入っていろいろ物色するんですけれども、やっぱり今日ご紹介した10個っていうのは絶対スタメンには入ってくるアイテムなので、皆さんもよかったらチェックしていただければなと思います。今日も最後まで動画を見ていただきありがとうございました。今日の内容良かったよと思う方は是非是非グッドボタンを押していただいたり、まだ実は登録してないんだよという方は是非チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce 10 drugstore cosmetics that I use regularly, so please watch until the end. I really love cosmetics, so I buy department store brands as well, and I've introduced affordable brands before, but I also really love drugstore cosmetics. There are definitely certain products that I always buy from the drugstore, so today I have 10 of them. So today I'd like to introduce 10 drugstore cosmetics that I must buy, and I'm sure many of you like drugstore cosmetics too. They're not as expensive as department store brands, but not as cheap as affordable brands either, yet they often contain very good technology and ingredients. Plus, you can buy them anytime, which is another thing I really appreciate. So let me start introducing them right away. First, we have Astaxanthin White Jelly Aqua Reista. This is like a primer essence that I use right after washing my face, and I absolutely love the texture. It literally says "Jelly Aqua Reista," and it has a jelly-like consistency. I tend to be quite dry-skinned, so I'm not a fan of sticky feelings, but I do want to moisturize from within. So while I infuse water, I don't use much oil, just a little cream at the end, so I'm not usually fond of serums with oil, but this Jelly Aqua Reista is so plump that it doesn't feel sticky at all. Originally this is made by Fujifilm, and Fujifilm has amazing nanotechnology. So they nano-size ceramides and deliver them deep into the skin. Plus, they add astaxanthin which has anti-inflammatory properties, and arbutin for brightening. So while brightening and reducing inflammation, they're also nano-sizing human-type ceramides and delivering them deep into the skin. I really love the texture. Just applying this after washing makes my skin look plump and gives it a real glow. In summer, sometimes I can even get by with just this plus a little toner, and in winter, I can layer other products on top of this moisture-rich formula without any issues. So it really feels like my skin's foundation is set. It provides both moisturizing and brightening, plus care for the stratum corneum, so in that sense it has a unique quality. Even though it's marketed as a summer brightening item, it's also highly rated for moisturizing, so I buy this throughout all four seasons frequently. Next is Shiseido Hada-Labo White. This is well-known, right? It's a representative whitening product. It contains tranexamic acid and M-344, and it keeps evolving each time. Like, why does the spots get darker even after laser treatment? Because there are more blood vessels, right? So how do you approach that? That's the kind of latest knowledge from Shiseido that keeps flowing into Hada-Labo White. So probably in 2022 they reformulated and added new ingredients too, and I think next year and the year after that will bring even better products, but Hada-Labo White never disappoints me. Honestly, I don't use it much in winter, but in summer I absolutely purchase it and keep using it. I think Hada-Labo White is the king of drugstore brightening products, so even though it's a standard recommendation, it's definitely one of the products I always buy. Next is Elixir Clear Spot Serum. When we talk about Elixir, it's the only product in Japan that contains pure retinol, which has been approved for wrinkle improvement. Of course, this Elixir Spot Clear Serum also contains pure retinol, but retinol itself doesn't actually brighten by itself. The benefit of retinol is that it promotes cell turnover and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. So since it promotes turnover, the accumulated melanin gets expelled, which is related to brightening in that sense, but it doesn't have a direct whitening effect on its own. This product contains tranexamic acid to inhibit melanin production and Shiseido's proprietary 4MSK, so you can brighten while getting the glow benefits of retinol. Of course, there are also versions with just retinol without 4MSK and tranexamic acid, and I like those too, but I thought it's better if we can brighten as well, so recently I've been using this Spot Clear Serum more. I also like the yellow series with retinol, but when both tranexamic acid and 4MSK are included, I think it's kind of greedy in a good way. Especially around the eyes, because there are concerns about wrinkles, but since they stand out, I think this is also an area where spots are a concern. So I tend to apply it generously around the eyes and that area. Next is Curel HD Moisture Lotion and Moisture Cleansing Oil. When we talk about Curel HD, it's all about heparin-like substances. I think it's very well-known that they partnered with the pharmaceutical company Maruho, but no matter what else I use, the moisturizing power of Curel HD is really excellent. Especially this lotion has such a good texture that I want to apply it to my whole body, and it's not sticky at all. It moisturizes well, so it's great when my skin feels a bit out of balance, and it's something I want to apply from my neck to my hands and feet. And this Moisture Cleansing Oil Gel doesn't contain heparin. It doesn't, but this oil gel has a unique property where it's gel when you apply it to your skin, but it turns into oil when you spread it, and it adheres really well. Because it's oil, it properly removes makeup, but the wash-off doesn't feel tight at all, which is a strange but wonderful feeling for a cleanser. So it has a wash feel that's not inferior to department store brands, and this unique oil gel is really addictive. I use many different cleansers, but I always make sure to stock this one too. So I always purchase both this lotion and oil gel from Curel. Next is Sofina IP Renewum Wash. Sofina IP is very famous for their foam essence, which of course I always buy, and I think you all know about that since I always talk about it. I definitely stock the foam essence from Sofina IP, but the other product I stock and must buy is this facial wash. I have a deep-dive video on this, so I'd like you to watch that for details, but washing is really the skincare step that carries the most risk, because washing removes intracellular lipids, but this actually uses carbonated foam, so it minimizes surfactants and cleans the skin using just the power of carbonation. That's why your skin doesn't feel tight even after washing. Yet the power of carbonation properly removes dirt, which is also really interesting. The wash-off leaves your skin feeling smooth, not like you've done a peel or anything, but because of the carbonation, your complexion improves, and it's really addictive. So when my skin feels a bit rough or my complexion looks dull, if I wash with this, my skin becomes really smooth and my complexion improves, so I never skip this facial wash. Next is Curel Moist Repair Sheet Mask and Curel Deep Moisture Spray. With Curel, these two are definitely in our home. Especially this moisture spray—I'm showing the small size today, but we always have both the large and small sizes at home. The larger one is something my husband really loves, and when I think something arrived from Amazon, it turns out there's a huge amount of this in it, or I think there's a drugstore bag sitting there, and it turns out he's bought this in bulk. When I first released it, I told him this was really good, and from that point on he became addicted to it. Whether it's after shaving or after a bath, he applies it all over his body, so it runs out really quickly. It's also good to spray on the kids' faces, and when I'm bathing with the kids, I don't have time for my own skincare, so when I need to do the kids' skincare, I just spray it quickly and it doesn't feel dry. Or like when we go to a spa and I don't have time to do my face care after a sauna, I just spray it, and it really works for everything. Even though it provides solid moisturizing, it contains ceramides, and putting ceramides in a spray is really difficult, and that's covered in my deep-dive video too, so while it's subtle, it's the result of serious research. It provides proper moisturizing but doesn't feel sticky—it's incredibly effective. I think I probably buy this a ridiculous amount. That said, this sheet mask is also really good. Putting ceramides in a sheet mask without stickiness—I think that's Curel's proprietary technology. And little touches like being able to cut a piece and apply it under the eyes or on the nose are really nice, so I probably don't even know how many of these Curel products I've bought. Plus, I recommend them to so many people, so these are definitely products I always buy at the drugstore. Finally, we have La Roche-Posay Effaclar Peel Care Serum and B5 Serum. When it comes to La Roche-Posay, I really love their sunscreen and have repurchased it many times, and these Effaclar Peel Serum and B5 Serum from La Roche-Posay were a real hit for me. They both came out this year I think, so compared to other products, the repeat rate might not be that high yet, but once I tried them after they came out, I thought they were pretty good. Especially this Peel Care Serum. Recently I've been really thinking about how important exfoliation care is. When you get older, exfoliation tends to be kind of avoided, right? Because you worry that if you overdo it, it might cause dryness. But actually, as adults age, cell turnover slows down, and it takes longer for the stratum corneum to shed. So if you just leave it, the stratum corneum accumulates. But if you forcefully remove it, it does cause the dryness you're worried about, so I really think adult exfoliation care is important. Since this is also for sensitive skin, it gently cares for the stratum corneum. There's none of that tightness that often happens after exfoliation, so I think it's really good. Plus, it improves transparency, so I really think exfoliation care makes a huge difference. I've probably used 2 or 3 bottles of this since it came out. And then there's this B5 Serum. When this was recently released, I honestly wasn't expecting much. I thought it would just be a niacinamide serum, but since it contains a high concentration, niacinamide actually does more than just improve wrinkles and barrier function—it also controls sebum and is often used for acne-prone skin. Since I really have oily, shiny skin, the sebum production doesn't go away completely. But while it's moisturizing, it prevents excessive dryness and has created a good oil balance, or so it seems. I think that's thanks to this niacinamide, and I really think having a certain concentration is important. So I think I'll repeat this one going forward. Out of new products I'm repeating, I've used 1 bottle and am currently on the second, so I'd like you to pick this up if you find it at the drugstore. What did you think?
