【ベスコス2023】年間ベスコス総まとめ！クレンジングから化粧水まで全てをお届けします【石井美保×友利新】

みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は皆さん大好きな石井美保さんに来ていただきました。 美保さんとは2023年下半期のベスコスをやらせてもらいましたが、今日は2023年の年間ベスコスをお届けします。もう今年も終わりですね。コスメの進化がすごくて発表会もたくさんあり、リアル発表会も増えたので毎日どこかへ行かなければならず、なかなか慌ただしい一年でした。来年のことも見据えつつ、年間ベスコスをやっていきたいと思います。私のチャンネルではスキンケア編、美保さんのチャンネルではメイク編をやっていますので、ぜひそちらもご覧ください。 【クレンジング】 美保：カネボウ「メロウ・ベール」です。黒いボトルでジャータイプということもあり、最初はなかなか手が伸びませんでしたが、使ってみたら驚くほど良くて、今はこれ一筋です。ジェルクリームのようなテクスチャーで、メイクを浮かせながらジェルが油を包み込み、すすぐとジェルごとスルンと落ちます。洗い上がりの吸いつくような肌としっとり感が素晴らしく、こすらなくてもメイクがふわっと浮いて取れる心地よさに感動しました。 新：処方が本当に素晴らしいですよね。私も深掘り動画を出しましたが、本来混ざらないものをうまく混ぜて、押すことで油がしっかり出てくる。クレンジングという面倒な時間を楽しい時間に変えるコンセプトも素晴らしいと思って、私もよく使っています。 私は今年、2種類のクレンジングオイルの間で悩みました。ラネージュとヒスティカです。汗や皮脂が気になる暑い季節はヒスティカのさっぱりした洗い上がりが活躍しましたが、乾燥が出てきた今の時期はラネージュの方がしっとりしていて好みです。さらに、アテニアがリニューアルして新しいオイルが加わり、硬くなった角質を柔らかくして黄ぐすみも取ってくれるようになりました。価格も変わらず優秀なので、コスパも含めて選びたい一本です。 【洗顔】 美保：ジバンシィ「ソワン・ノワール ネトワイヤージュ N」。泡立ててすすいだ後のつるつる感がすごく、スキンケアが終わったのかと思うほどの肌心地です。朝は泡をふわっと乗せて、気になる部分だけ優しく押さえてすぐすすぐという使い方をしています。 新：私はエトヴォス「トリートメント リッチ フォーム」です。旅先でも使いやすく、泡立ちにくい国でもしっかり泡立ってくれて、皮脂を取りすぎずちょうどよく洗い上げてくれます。フランスでも宮古島でも問題なく使えました。 【化粧水】 新：オバジ「フレームリフト ローション」を一番多く使いました。保湿力もあり、ハリケアもできる化粧水として今の時期にぴったりです。ただ美白もしたいと思ったときは、資生堂「オーデルミン」を使うと透明感がぐっと上がります。くすみが気になる日はオーデルミン、ハリが欲しい日はオバジという二刀流です。 美保：私も同じくオーデルミンです。最新のテクノロジーで肌育膜のケアもできて、透明感も上げてくれるので、最後の仕上げに使いたくなります。 【美容液】 美保：クレ・ド・ポー ボーテ「セラム ラ・フェルムテ SN」。 新：私も美保さんに勧められて使い始めましたが、たしかにキュッと引き締まる感覚があります。医師として施術の効果を見慣れているので化粧品の効果にはなかなか驚かないのですが、これは本当に効果を感じます。 新：私はディオール「カプチュール トータル セラム」です。実は一時期使うのを休んでいたのですが、また使いたくなりました。来年1月に発売される新美容液「ヒアルショット」と組み合わせて使うと相性が良く、今からその合わせ技を楽しみにしています。 【乳液】 美保：シスレー「エコロジカル コンパウンド アドバンス」。鎮静力が高く、肌荒れに悩む人にもおすすめです。私自身、施術で肌がこすれて赤くなったときもこれで落ち着きました。 新：ドクターズコスメ「Cセラム リンクルホワイトミルク」。グリシンやビタミンC、レチノール誘導体が入っていて、毛穴ケアをしつつ日中も使える処方です。ベタつかず保湿力もあるので、デパコス好きの方にも満足度が高いと思います。 【アイケア】 新：エピステーム「ステムサイエンス アイ」（朝用）とライスフォース「リンクルボール セラム」（夜、クマ用）を使い分けています。 美保：ゲラン「アベイユ ロイヤル RR アイセラム」でくすみとクマをケアしつつ、しっかり保湿。加えてリバイタル「アイゾーンブースター」を最初に入れて、クマをふわっと明るくしてから、ライスフォースの高濃度アイクリームを8の字を描くように塗って仕上げています。目元のケアは今や欠かせないマストアイテムです。 【スペシャルケア】 美保：アルビオン エクシア「ヴァイブラント グロウ パック」。塗って洗い流すクリームパックで、疲れた肌を即座に復活させてくれます。メイク前に10分パックしてから軽く拭き取ると、仕上がりが驚くほど変わります。 新：私はFASU「ザ・ブラック ナイト チャージ マスク」です。黒米発酵エキスに加え、2種類のレチノール誘導体とビタミンCが配合されていて、個包装で持ち運びやすいのも魅力です。今年デビューしたばかりのブランドなのでまだあまり知られていませんが、非常に満足度の高いクリームマスクでした。 【クリーム】 新：資生堂エリクシール「トータルファーミングクリーム」。溶け込むようなテクスチャーで、朝のスキンケアで一番使いました。肌が揺らいだときはラ・メール「ザ・モイスチャライジング ソフトクリーム」の鎮静力に頼っています。 美保：実は今年、45歳にして初めて「クリームの本当の良さ」に目覚めました！フランス出張の際、荷物を減らそうとクリームを持って行かなかったのですが、現地でラロッシュポゼのクリームを借りて使ったところ、驚くほど肌の調子が良くなり、メイクも崩れにくくなったんです。それからきちんと規定量のクリームを使うようになり、翌朝の肌の違いに驚きました。乾燥肌でもクリームは絶対に必要だと痛感しました。今はラ・メールやSK-II「スキンパワー アドバンスト クリーム エアリー」を愛用しています。 新：これは今年一番の収穫かもしれませんね（笑）。スキンケアは頭でっかちにならず、楽しみながら試すことが大事だと改めて実感しました。 ということで、2023年の私たちのベスコスをご紹介しました。美保さんのチャンネルではメイク編もやっていますので、ぜひそちらもご覧ください。今年もありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Miho and I did the 2023 second-half Best Cosmetics video together, and today we're bringing you the 2023 annual Best Cosmetics roundup. This year is already coming to an end! Cosmetics innovation was incredible this year, with so many product launches and in-person events, so it was quite a busy year running from one event to another. With next year in mind, let's get into the annual Best Cosmetics awards. I cover skincare on my channel, and Miho covers makeup on hers, so please check that out too. 【Cleansing】 Miho: Kanebo's "Mellow Veil." Because it comes in a black jar-type container, I hesitated to try it at first, but once I did, it was amazing — now I use nothing else. It has a gel-cream texture that lifts makeup while the gel wraps around the oil, and when rinsed, it slips away together with the gel. The skin feels smooth and moisturized afterward, and makeup lifts off gently without any rubbing — it was such a pleasant surprise. Arata: The formulation is truly impressive. I made a deep-dive video about it too — combining ingredients that normally don't mix, and getting the oil to release properly when pressed. I love the concept of turning the tedious cleansing routine into an enjoyable one, so I use it a lot too. This year, I went back and forth between two cleansing oils: Laneige and Histica. During the hot, sweaty summer months, Histica's refreshing rinse-off was great, but as the weather turned drier, I preferred Laneige's more moisturizing finish. On top of that, Attenir relaunched with a new oil formula that softens rough, hardened texture and clears away dullness. Since the price stayed the same, considering cost performance, this is the one I'd pick overall. 【Face Wash】 Miho: Givenchy's "Soin Noir Nettoyage N." The smooth, silky feeling after rinsing off the lather is amazing — it feels like your skincare routine is already done. In the mornings, I whip up a fluffy lather, gently press it onto areas of concern, and rinse right away. Arata: Mine is Etvos' "Treatment Rich Foam." It's great for travel — it lathers well even in countries where water makes it hard to foam, and it cleanses just the right amount without stripping too much oil. I used it without any issues both in France and on Miyako Island. 【Lotion】 Arata: I used Obagi's "Frame Lift Lotion" the most this year. It has great moisturizing power and firming care, perfect for the current dry season. But when I also want brightening care, Shiseido's "Eudermine" instantly boosts radiance. On dull days, it's Eudermine; on days I want firmness, it's Obagi — I use both depending on my needs. Miho: I'm also all about Eudermine. With its cutting-edge technology for skin microbiome care and its ability to boost clarity, I always want to finish my routine with it. 【Serum】 Miho: Clé de Peau Beauté's "Serum La Fermeté SN." Arata: I started using it after Miho recommended it, and I really do feel a firming, lifting effect. As a doctor, I'm used to seeing the results of medical treatments, so I'm not easily impressed by cosmetics — but this one genuinely delivers. Arata: My pick is Dior's "Capture Total Serum." I actually took a break from using it for a while, but I want to start again. Combined with the new serum "Hyal Shot," launching in January next year, the pairing works beautifully, and I'm already looking forward to using them together. 【Emulsion/Milk】 Miho: Sisley's "Ecological Compound Advanced." It has strong soothing power and is great for anyone dealing with skin irritation. Even I experienced redness once after a treatment left my skin rubbed raw, and this calmed it right down. Arata: My pick is a doctor's cosmetic brand's "C Serum Wrinkle White Milk." It contains glycine, vitamin C, and a retinol derivative, offering pore care that's gentle enough to use during the day. It's not sticky and has great moisturizing power, so I think it satisfies fans of both drugstore and department store cosmetics alike. 【Eye Care】 Arata: I use Epistem's "Stem Science Eye" in the morning and Rice Force's "Wrinkle Ball Serum" at night for dark circles. Miho: I use Guerlain's "Abeille Royale RR Eye Serum" to care for dullness and dark circles while thoroughly moisturizing. I also start with Revital's "Eye Zone Booster" to brighten dark circles, then finish with a high-concentration Rice Force eye cream applied in a figure-eight motion. Eye care has become an absolute must these days. 【Special Care】 Miho: Albion Exia's "Vibrant Glow Pack." It's a cream-type wash-off mask that instantly revives tired skin. If you pack it on for 10 minutes before makeup and lightly wipe it off, the finished look is remarkably different. Arata: My pick is FASU's "The Black Night Charge Mask." In addition to fermented black rice extract, it contains two types of retinol derivatives and vitamin C, and comes in convenient individually wrapped packets. Since it's from a brand that just launched this year, it's not very well known yet, but it's an incredibly satisfying cream mask. 【Cream】 Arata: Shiseido Elixir's "Total Firming Cream." With its melt-into-skin texture, I used this the most for my morning skincare. When my skin feels unstable, I rely on La Mer's "The Moisturizing Soft Cream" for its soothing power. Miho: Actually, this year, at age 45, I discovered the true value of cream for the first time! While packing light for a trip to France, I left my cream behind, but I ended up borrowing some La Roche-Posay cream while there — and my skin improved dramatically, with makeup staying put all day. After that, I started properly using the recommended amount of cream, and I was shocked at the difference the next morning. I truly realized that even oily/combination skin absolutely needs cream. Now I'm using La Mer and SK-II's "Skinpower Advanced Cream Airy." Arata: That might be this year's biggest discovery! (laughs) It really reminded me that skincare should be approached with curiosity and enjoyment rather than rigid theory. So that wraps up our 2023 Best Cosmetics picks!
