みなさんこんにちは！友利新です。今年は本当に暑くなりそうですよね。こんな暑い夏に必須アイテムの冷感コスメ5つをご紹介したいと思いますので、コスメで涼しくなりたい！みたいな方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 冷感コスメをご紹介する前にちょっと知っておいていただきたいことがあるんですが、冷感コスメを使う方っていうのは、暑いから皮脂が出てメイクが崩れやすくなるから、ちょっと冷やしておいてメイク崩れを予防したいっていう方も多いと思うんですが、実はこの暑さっていうもの自体が肌にはめちゃくちゃ悪影響なんですね。皮膚っていうのは表面温度が高ければ高いほど日焼けをしやすいっていうことが分かってるんですね。冷感コスメでちょっと温度を下げてあげるってことは日焼けをしにくくなるってこと。 もう一つ、夏っていうのは外は暑いんですけれども、お部屋の中に入ってきたら冷房があってヒヤッとするじゃないですか。この暑いところから冷たいところに行く時のこの肌の温度差っていうのも実は肌には悪影響なんですね。この温度差ストレスっていうのがメラニンを作るメラノサイトっていうものを刺激して、シミの原因になるっていうことが分かってるんですよ。もうめちゃくちゃ嫌じゃないですか。 だからこそ、そもそも肌の温度を低くしておいて気温差をなくしたりとか、それによってメラニン生成を抑えるっていうような感じで、皮脂を出さないとか気持ちがいいだけじゃなくて、シミだったりとか日焼けをさせないみたいなこともあって、やっぱり夏っていうのは肌温度を下げるような冷感コスメっていうのがおすすめになってはいます。 もう一つちょっと注意点もお話ししておきます。冷感コスメっていうものに入っているもので、エタノールっていうものが結構多く入っていることもあるんですね。エタノールっていうのはアルコールなので、皆さんもアルコール綿で拭いたときにスッとなる感じがあると思うんですが、それっていうのはアルコールが蒸発するときに一緒に肌の水分を取っていくので、揮発するときにヒヤッとした感じがするんですね。なので冷感コスメの中にエタノールが入っていたりすると、ちょっと乾燥肌の人がよく感じたりとか、あとはメントールっていう成分も人によっては合わないみたいなところもあるので、そういったものが入ってる入ってないっていうのもしっかりと注意して、もしそういうのが苦手だよっていう人はちょっと控えた方がいいかなっていうことだけお話しさせておいてください。 では、暑い夏にぴったりの冷感コスメ。まず一つ目はこちら。B.iDOLのメイクルーティンマスクです。そもそもシートマスク自体が肌に水分量を与えるっていうことで、ちょっと肌の温度が下がるっていうこともあるんですが、今回のB.iDOLっていうのは肌に水分を入れつつ、独自の冷感持続成分というものがあるので、肌の表面温度をマイナス7としますよ、みたいなことがちゃんと歌われているんですね。メントールに比べてツンとした刺激が少ないメチルジイソプロピルプロピオン酸アミドという成分とミントの成分を組み合わせることによって、冷感っていうものを叶えている処方になっています。これが一過性のものっていうものじゃなくて、ある程度の時間、じわじわっと冷感を感じるっていう持続が長いっていうところも特徴の一つになっています。薄型シートなんですが、すっごくしっかりと水分も入っているんですね。なので、この水分を一気に肌に入れることによって、入れた後の水分が少しずつ徐々に蒸発していくと、その気化熱でまた涼しくなるっていうところもあるので、朝このシートマスクで水分とそして冷感を仕込んでおくっていうことは、肌の温度差っていうものをなくすのにはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら。コーセーのINFINITYのクールアストリンゼンフローズンという化粧水になります。これは高濃度の炭酸ガスとLPガスっていうものが入っていて、パシャパシャっと出すわけじゃなくて、シューっとスプレーするような化粧水になっているんですね。これ、顔に直接シューってするわけじゃなくて、1回コットンにシューっと吸ってからお肌につけるっていうタイプらしいです。これがなんで冷たいかっていうと、炭酸ガスとLPガスっていうのが一緒にプシューって化粧水を出すことによって、一気に周囲の熱を取るフローズン気化熱っていうものを応用しているようなものになります。今までもあったらしいんですが、今期はそのLPガスだったり炭酸ガスが倍増されているので、本当に一気にプシューって出て、周りの熱を奪い去ってくれるので、この化粧水自体が例えば冷蔵庫で冷やしたりとかしなくても、ガスのおかげでめちゃくちゃ冷たくなるので、それをお肌に当てることによって肌の温度を下げていくっていうようなものになります。これだったら、わざわざ冷蔵庫に入れなくても、ガスによって、気化熱によって下がることができるので、手軽に冷やした化粧水効果っていうんですかね。そういった意味では、修練効果っていうのが期待できるかなとは思いますし、なんといってもこの肌の温度をクールダウンさせるのにはすごくいいかなと思います。 もう一つはですね、敏感肌ブランドからもう出てるんだとびっくりしたのが、ETVOSのアイススムースプライマーという下地になります。これは実はノンシリコン処方で、肌の温度っていうのを感知する仕組みに注目したレイシーエキスだったりとか、メントールも配合されているものになります。なので、ちょっと揮発してヒヤッとするような、なんか熱いのをとっていくというよりは、私たちの肌の感覚に働きかけて冷たいと感じさせてくれるような処方になってるんですね。あと、スキンケア成分としては5種類のセラミドだったりとか、毛穴に対しての成分であるアーティチョークのエキスっていうものも入っていたりするので、保湿もしながら肌に優しくちょっと冷感を感じさせるっていうのはポイントかなというふうには思います。 そしてもう一つがエスプリンクの冷感BBスプレーです。これはさっきのINFINITYの化粧水と同じで、これもLPガスとかによって化粧水じゃなくてUV効果もあるBBクリームですね。それがスプレーによってバッて出てくるんですよ。冷たいBBクリームみたいなイメージです。これもさっきのINFINITYと同じで、シューとかお顔にかけるんじゃなくて、スポンジにシュッて吹きかけると冷たいBBクリーム、要はファンデーションのような日焼け止め効果のある顔料が出てくるので、それをお顔に塗るっていうような感じなんですね。これまたヒヤッとして気持ちいいので、朝もうねちょっと暑いと思って起きてスキンケアとかしても顔が暑くてそれによってどろどろファンデーション落ちちゃうっていう人も、これで冷たいファンデーションなので塗っていくうちに肌温度が低くなるので皮脂も出にくくなるし、持ち運んで暑いなっていう時にちょっと塗り直しても肌の表面温度が下がっていくので、それはそれでいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。夏の時期にはすごくピッタリ。化粧水は冷蔵庫で冷やすことができても、ファンデーションとか日焼け止めとかを冷やすってわけにはいかないじゃないですか。なのでこれってめちゃくちゃすごいなというふうに思っています。 最後はこれお顔とかじゃないんですけど、汗をかきやすい首とかにピッタリなのが、これもINFINITYのものになるんですけれども、クールネックジェルセラムになります。これはエリスリトール、メントール、乳酸メンチルっていう、もう冷感を感じる3つの成分がしっかりと配合されているものになります。塗った瞬間からもヒヤッとするんですけど、それが結構持続されるんですよ。暑い時にこの首とか首の後ろとかに冷たいタオルがピッて乗せると、全体的に涼しくなって、特に顔の汗が止まったりとか、皮脂が止まるみたいな経験あると思うんですよね。これを首に仕込んでおくと、そもそもちょっと涼しいし、塗るのでちょっと風を入れていくと、冷感が持続するような感じになるんですね。お顔にそのまま入れるんじゃなくて、首とか背中とかちょっとしたところにつけておくと、冷たいという冷感が持続するので、これももちろん仕込んでおくのも良いんですが、暑くなってきたなと思った時にバッグの中に入れといてササッと塗るっていうのも結構良いんじゃないかなという風に思います。あと、サラサラっとしたパウダーも入っているので、汗かいた時にもそれ塗ることによってサラサラっとするっていうところも、暑い夏には良いんじゃないかなという風に思います。 ということで、いかがだったでしょうか？今年は5月の時点でも暑かったんですが、6月も暑いし、きっと梅雨が明けて7月、8月もめちゃくちゃ猛暑になると思いますので、こういった冷感コスメを使いながら、さっき言った肌のダメージを防ぐようにしてみていただければと思います。 ということで、今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら！次の動画も見てね！

So I'd like to introduce five essential cooling cosmetics for this hot summer, so if you want to feel cool with cosmetics, please watch until the end. Before introducing cooling cosmetics, there's something I want you to know. Many people who use cooling cosmetics want to cool their skin down to prevent sebum from causing makeup to break down in the heat, but actually, heat itself is extremely harmful to the skin. It's known that the higher the skin's surface temperature, the more susceptible it is to sunburn. So lowering the temperature with cooling cosmetics means becoming less prone to sunburn. Another thing - in summer, it's hot outside, but when you enter a room with air conditioning, it feels chilly, right? This temperature difference in the skin when moving from hot to cold places is actually also harmful to the skin. It's known that this temperature difference stress stimulates melanocytes, which produce melanin, causing spots (age spots/dark spots). Isn't that just terrible? That's exactly why keeping your skin temperature low in the first place to eliminate temperature differences, and thereby suppressing melanin production, is recommended - not just because it feels good and prevents sebum, but because it prevents spots and sunburn. So cooling cosmetics that lower skin temperature are recommended for summer. Let me also mention one caution point. Many cooling cosmetics contain a lot of ethanol. Since ethanol is alcohol, you probably know that feeling when you wipe with an alcohol swab - that cooling sensation happens because the alcohol takes moisture from your skin as it evaporates, creating that chilly feeling as it volatilizes. So if cooling cosmetics contain ethanol, people with dry skin often notice this more, and menthol as an ingredient also doesn't agree with some people. So please pay careful attention to whether these ingredients are included or not, and if you're sensitive to these, it might be better to avoid them. Now, let's get into cooling cosmetics perfect for hot summer. First up is B.iDOL's Makeup Routine Mask. Sheet masks themselves can lower skin temperature by providing moisture to the skin, but this B.iDOL product provides moisture while also containing a unique long-lasting cooling ingredient, claiming to lower skin surface temperature by minus 7 degrees. By combining an ingredient called methyl diisopropyl propionamide, which has less sharp stimulation compared to menthol, with mint ingredients, it achieves this cooling formulation. The key feature is that this isn't a fleeting sensation - it provides a gradual, long-lasting cooling sensation over time. Despite being a thin sheet, it's packed with a lot of moisture. By delivering this moisture into the skin all at once, the moisture gradually evaporates afterward, and that evaporative cooling creates additional coolness. So using this sheet mask in the morning to load up on moisture and cooling could be good for eliminating skin temperature differences. Next up is KOSE's INFINITY Cool Astringent Frozen lotion. This contains high-concentration carbonic acid gas and LP gas, and instead of pouring it out normally, it's a lotion that sprays out with a hissing sound. Apparently, you don't spray it directly onto your face - you spray it onto a cotton pad first, then apply it to your skin. The reason it's cold is that the carbonic acid gas and LP gas spray out together, applying frozen evaporative cooling that instantly removes surrounding heat. This existed before, but this season, the LP gas and carbonic acid gas content has been doubled, so it really sprays out powerfully and takes away surrounding heat. This means the lotion itself gets extremely cold thanks to the gas, without needing to be refrigerated, and applying it to the skin lowers skin temperature. Since you don't need to put it in the refrigerator - the gas and evaporative cooling do the work - you get an easy cooling lotion effect. In that sense, I think you can expect a refreshing effect, and above all, I think it's really great for cooling down skin temperature. Another one that surprised me because it's from a sensitive skin brand is ETVOS's Ice Smooth Primer, a makeup base. This actually has a silicone-free formula and contains lacy extract, which focuses on the mechanism that senses skin temperature, along with menthol. So rather than volatilizing and creating a chilly feeling to remove heat, it works by stimulating our skin's sensory perception to make us feel cold. Also, as skincare ingredients, it contains 5 types of ceramides and artichoke extract, which is good for pores, so I think the point is that it moisturizes while gently creating a cooling sensation on the skin. And another one is Esprink's Cooling BB Spray. Similar to the INFINITY lotion mentioned earlier, this uses LP gas etc., but instead of a lotion, it's a BB cream with UV protection effects. It sprays out with a burst - imagine a cold BB cream. Just like the INFINITY product, you don't spray it directly onto your face, but spray it onto a sponge, and a cold BB cream comes out - essentially a pigmented sunscreen-like foundation that you then apply to your face. This also feels chilly and pleasant, so even for people who wake up already feeling hot in the morning and find that their skincare routine makes their face hot, causing their foundation to melt and slide off, this cold foundation cools skin temperature as you apply it, reducing sebum production. And when you're out and about feeling hot, reapplying it also lowers skin surface temperature, so I think that's great too. It's perfect for summer - you can refrigerate lotion, but you can't really refrigerate foundation or sunscreen, right? So I think this is really amazing. Lastly, this isn't for the face, but it's perfect for the neck area which tends to sweat easily - this is also an INFINITY product - the Cool Neck Gel Serum. This contains three cooling ingredients: erythritol, menthol, and menthyl lactate. It feels chilly the moment you apply it, and that sensation lasts quite a while. When you're hot and put a cold towel on your neck or the back of your neck, your whole body feels cooler, and you've probably experienced how it stops sweating and sebum production especially on your face. If you apply this to your neck beforehand, it feels cool from the start, and when you apply it and let some air in, the cooling sensation continues. Rather than applying it directly to your face, applying it to areas like your neck or back allows the cooling sensation to last, so while it's good to apply beforehand, I also think it's great to keep in your bag and quickly apply when you start feeling hot. It also contains a smooth powder, so when you sweat, applying this gives you a smooth feeling too, which I think is great for hot summers. So, what did you think?
