【予算別おすすめスキンケア】3,000〜5000円台のスキンケアを紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は予算別おすすめスキンケアをご紹介したいと思います。スキンケアってもう毎日のことですよね。デパコスを毎日使えたりとか高額なものを毎日使えるっていうことも素晴らしいと思うんですけれども、やっぱりねコストに合わせてご自身の使える範囲で継続していかなきゃいけないので、今日はですね3000円台そして5000円台と結構コスパのいい化粧水乳液とか化粧水と美容液とか、しっかりとねスキンケアが完結できるように洗い物はちょっと今回は省いてるんですけれども、保湿のスキンケアをメインにご紹介していこうかなと思いますので、どれを購入したらいいかなって迷っている方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 まずは3000円台からいこうと思います。一つ目がこちらソフィーナIPの角層トリートメント基礎化粧水です。こちらがですね今期出たあの化粧水なんですけれども、私はこの化粧水本当にすごいなと思っていて価格がなんと2420円なんですよ。すごいお安いわけじゃないんですけどもこの機能が入ってこの値段だったらめちゃめちゃコスパが高いなと思っていて、どういう機能かっていうとソフィーナIPっていうのはカネボウのグループのブランドになります。肌の土台を整えていきましょうというものをコンセプトにしていて、ソフィーナIPさんにもですねカネボウ独自の疑似セラミドというものがしっかり入っているんですね。なので疑似セラミドをたっぷり入っていることで保湿するっていうことにはもう本当に長けていると思います。なのでこれからの時期の乾燥対策にはもちろん、そしてもう一つですね、こちらには疑似セラミド以外に素晴らしい成分が入っています。それが角層トリートメント技術というものになります。 どういったものかというと、角層というのはもう皆さんご存知ですよね。表皮の一番上にあって皮膚の一番外側にある場所になります。角層の細胞がね積み重なっていってきちっとね細胞間脂質とかとくっついていることによって肌のバリア機能というものがコンプリートされるという感じなんですけれども、角層というものが潤うためにはじゃあどうしたらいいかというとその研究をねすごいカネボウがしていて、まずはしっかりと細胞と細胞の間にセラミドを入れること。カネボウというのはセラミドを研究して疑似セラミドというのを開発してしっかり入れている。でもそれだけじゃなくて角層にはケラチン繊維というものがあります。ケラチン繊維というのが角層でしっかりとお水を抱え込む働きをしているんですね。でも乾燥してしまうとケラチン繊維がカラカラに乾いちゃって、皆さんもわかると思うんですけどしぼんじゃうような感じになって、そうするとですね全然お水を抱え込めなくなっちゃうらしいんですね。 いくらセラミドを与えたとしても、セラミドだけでもいいんですけどセラミドでもなんか潤いが足りないっていう人は、ケラチン繊維がちっちゃくなってしまっているので、ケラチン繊維をふわっと広げてお水をですねしっかり蓄えておくようにするとですね、角層にお水を抱え込むことができるということをカネボウが見つけているんです。それがアミジノプリンというものとコハク酸ジグリコールグアニ、そしてメチルセリンというものの複合体になります。この複合体を入れることによってですね、縮こまっていたケラチン繊維が開くことによってより多くのお水を角層に抱え込むことができるということになっているんですね。 これからの時期ってもうやっぱり乾燥が一番の敵じゃないですか。3000円台でしっかりと保湿をさせるためにはですね、私はもうこれが一番いいんじゃないかなぁと思ってこちらを選びました。潤うんですけれどベタベタしないで、本当に肌がごくごく飲むような感じで浸透していくので、乾燥肌の人はもちろんですけれども、脂性肌の人だったり混合肌の人にも安心して使える化粧水なんじゃないかなと思います。 続いて3000円台。やっぱり化粧水がまあ2400円ぐらいしたので1000円ぐらいで納めたいなと思いまして選びました。それがこちら肌ラボ極潤エイジングケア薬用ハリクリームです。こちらはもう皆さんご存知ですよね。肌ラボのエイジングケアシリーズ赤のシリーズのクリームになります。薬用って書いてあるので医薬部外品をナイアシンアミドで取っているので、ナイアシンアミドがあの有効成分としてしっかり入っているよっておすみつきですね。肌ラボシリーズではエイジングケアなので張り感とかシワ改善という形で入っているんですけれども、美白もできますし肌荒れ防止成分でもありますので、さっきの化粧水でしっかりとね保湿をした上でエイジングケアのナイアシンアミドをしっかりと入れていくということが一番ポイントなんじゃないかなと思います。ちょっと値段が違うかもしれないんですけど、だいたい1400円ぐらいになります。なのでさっきのソフィーナIPの化粧水と合わせても3000台で購入できると思います。 肌ラボのエイジングケアシリーズはもう結構前から出ているんですけれども、こちらのソフィーナIPは今期出ている新商品になりますので、この2つを合わせたらですね乾燥対策エイジング対策3000円台でできるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いては5000円台になります。5000台はですねいろいろケアできるアイテムをチョイスしてみました。では早速一つ目はこちら乾燥さん薬用しっとり化粧液になります。まず薬用っていうふうに書いてあるので、何で薬部外品をとっているかというと、これもナイアシンアミドでとっています。あとはですねグリチルリチン酸ジカリウムというものが入っているので、肌荒れ防止プラス美白、そしてシワ改善というものがしっかりと有効性があの出るぐらい入っているということがわかりますね。 それだけでもすごいなと思うんですが、それ以外にも、これ乾燥さんって名前なのでね乾燥を予防するという意味で人型セラミド、そしてあとアミノ酸ですね。やっぱりアミノ酸が肌に入ることによってまあ天然保湿成分を作りやすくなるので、アミノ酸そして後はセリンです。ワセリンというと重い感じがするんですが、すっごく細かくはセリンをしているので化粧水なんですけれどもベトベトしないという感じになっています。 それだけでもねすごいなと思うんですが、実はこの乾燥さんにはねもう一つすごい成分が入っています。それがですねバクモントエキスというものなんですけれども、バクモントエキスの中にはADレシルという成分が配合されています。ADレシルっていうものがですね、どんなものかっていうと肌がね炎症した時に炎症性のサイトカインというものが出るんですが、そのうちのIL6というものを抑えるということがわかっています。 その他に私たちの肌にはですね常在菌というものがいるんですけれども、悪玉菌とこの善玉菌のバランスが崩れてしまうとやっぱり肌荒れをしやすくなってしまう。そのうちのですね悪玉って呼ばれている黄色ブドウ球菌が増えることを抑えてくれるっていうことがADレシルはしてくれます。でもう一つはちょっとね敏感になった肌って神経が過敏になったりするじゃないですか。その神経が過敏になったものを抑えてくれるっていうこともこのADレシルはしてくれるんですね。乾燥を抑えながらバリア機能というか敏感なお肌を安定化させてくれるということになります。 でそんな風にいろいろ成分が入ってこれなんと1650円というすごいねコスパの良い化粧水になります。これだけでも結構保湿になりますので5000円台ではピッタリかなと思って選びました。 続いては美容液になります。美容液はこちら構成モイスチャーマイルドホワイトリペアエッセンスです。この美容液もですね薬用美容液と書いてあって薬部外品を取っております。何でとっているかというと、美白の有効成分はですねビタミンCの誘導体でとっております。ビタミンCの誘導体がLアスコルビン酸2グルコシドという水溶性の痛みしの誘導体が入っています。その他にトラネキサム酸ですね美白の有効成分でもあるんです。今回は抗炎症ですねという意味で入っています。あとは抗炎症でグリチルリチン酸ジカリウム。あとはですねナイアシンアミドも入っています。 もちろん有効成分として取られているのはビタミンCなので、ビタミンCの作用が一番強いと思うんですけれども、やっぱりビタミンCを入れておくことで抗酸化作用だったりとか美白作用しっかりできるので、冬でもねしっかりと美白していただきたいなぁと思うのでこちら選びました。安いんですけどすごいなぁと思うのが、ビタミンCって酸化しちゃうとやっぱり効能が少し弱くなってくるんですが、これねチューブでこうグーッと押さないと一滴一滴出ないようになってるんですね。なので絶対入らないわけではないんですけども、空気が入りにくいような形をしているというところもポイントかなと思います。これもネットだったりとか、あとは薬局で少し値段がばらつくんですけれども、私が買った時には1078円でした。それ前後で購入できると思います。 続いてはこちらなめらか本舗薬用リンクルナイトクリームホワイトになります。こちらも薬用と書いてあるのでしっかりと薬部外品を取得しておりますこれは何で有効成分かっていうと、これはナイアシンアミドですね。シワ改善そしてシミ対策ということになっています。その他にもですね本当に微量だとは思うんですけれどもピュアレチノールも配合されています。レチノールっていうのは低濃度でも表皮の水分量を上げてくれたりとか、エイジングケアには欠かせないので、そちらもすごくいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 クリームとしてもしっかりとしていて、ベースの油分もですね肌に密着してベトつかないような油分を選んでいるところもポイントですし、豆乳イソフラボンシリーズっていうのは豆乳の発酵液が入っているんですね。という大豆ですよね。大豆もちゃんとエイジングケアにぴったりな大豆から取れた発酵液を入れてるっていうところも、エイジングケアだったり保湿っていうのは特化してるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。これはなんと脅威の1100円になりますので、これ3つ足してもですねだいたい3900円ぐらいだと思うんですね。 なのでまだまだ5000円には行かないじゃないですか。なので5000円ではアイクリームをつけたいなぁと思って選んだのがこちら肌ラボ極潤プレミアムヒアルロンアイクリームです。肌ラボと言ったらもうヒアルロン酸ですよね。こちらはですね7種のヒアルロン酸が入っていて、もちろん高分子だったり低分子だったりということなので、全部が全部肌に浸透というわけではないんですが、そのうちの2つ浸透型のヒアルロン酸、オイルカプセル型のヒアルロン酸というものが入っているので、浸透型のヒアルロン酸っていうのはヒアルロン酸をすごくちっちゃくして核酸の奥に行くようにしてあります。目の周りってやっぱりこれからの時期すごく乾燥するじゃないですか。しっかりと乾燥防いでくれるのかなと思います。 これ980円なんですけれども、しっかりと乾燥こじわ対策って書いてあって、乾燥によるこじわを目立たなくするという効能評価の試験がちゃんと行われてるんですね。これもすごく嬉しいところですよね。やっぱり目の周りね、本当にこれから乾燥するので、もちろん高機能のアイクリームたくさんあると思うんですけれども、まずは乾燥を抑えてしっかりとねハリカンを出していくっていうことをベースにできていければいいんじゃないかなと思うので、5000台でスキンケアアイクリームまでしたいよっていう方には結構オススメかなというふうに思います。 4つ合わせてなんと4780円。5000円でもお釣りが来ちゃうっていうすごいあの組み合わせをちゃんと組んだなと自分でもちょっと感動しております。 はいということで、今日はですね3000台そして5000以内でスキンケアの組み合わせを皆さんにちょっとご紹介してみました。やっぱりプチプラのものだったりチョイスするときっていうのは機能試験だったりとか、あとは薬用とか医薬部外品で取られている方が安心感というか、必ず成分がね入っているので、もちろんデパコスはそれがなかったとしても配合されてたりが入っているので、必ずしも薬部がいいというわけじゃないんですけど、プチプラだとやはり薬部外品で取ってたりとか評価試験があるものをベースに選んでみました。 Hello everyone, this is Aratake Yuri. Today, I'd like to introduce budget-friendly skincare recommendations. Skincare is something we do every day, and while it's wonderful to be able to use luxury department store cosmetics or expensive products daily, we really need to maintain our skincare routines within our budgets. So today, I'll be introducing skincare combinations in the 3,000-yen and 5,000-yen price ranges that offer great value for money. I'll focus on moisturizing skincare, featuring combinations of toners and creams, or toners and serums, that complete your skincare routine effectively. If you're unsure which products to choose, please watch until the end. Let's start with the 3,000-yen range. First, I have Sofina IP Stratum Corneum Treatment Basic Lotion. This is a toner that came out recently. I really think this product is amazing because the price is only 2,420 yen. While it's not extremely inexpensive, the functions it offers at this price point make it incredibly cost-effective. What makes it special is that Sofina IP is a brand under the Kanebo group, with the concept of preparing your skin's foundation. Sofina IP products contain Kanebo's proprietary pseudo-ceramides. Because it includes generous amounts of pseudo-ceramides, it excels at moisturizing. This is perfect for protecting against the upcoming dry season. But that's not all—this product contains another amazing ingredient besides pseudo-ceramides: a stratum corneum treatment technology. What is the stratum corneum? It's the outermost layer of the epidermis, the very surface of the skin. When stratum corneum cells stack properly and connect via intercellular lipids, your skin's barrier function works perfectly. But how can we keep the stratum corneum hydrated? Kanebo conducted extensive research on this. They found that first, you need to fill the spaces between cells with ceramides. Kanebo researched ceramides extensively and developed pseudo-ceramides to do this effectively. But that's not enough—the stratum corneum also contains keratin fibers. These keratin fibers have the ability to hold water within the stratum corneum. However, when skin becomes dry, these keratin fibers dry out and shrivel, losing their ability to hold water. Even if you apply ceramides, if you don't have enough moisture, it might be because your keratin fibers have shrunk. If you expand these keratin fibers and help them retain water properly, the stratum corneum can hold more moisture. Kanebo discovered this and created a complex of aminoprene, succinic acid diglycol guanidine, and methylserine. By including this complex, shriveled keratin fibers can expand, allowing the stratum corneum to hold much more water. As we head into the drier season, dryness is our skin's biggest enemy. For providing solid moisturization within the 3,000-yen budget, I believe this is the best choice. While it moisturizes effectively, it doesn't feel greasy. It absorbs beautifully, with your skin practically drinking it up. I think this toner is safe to use whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin. Next in the 3,000-yen range: Since the toner cost about 2,400 yen, I wanted to keep the next item around 1,000 yen. I chose the Hada Labo Gokujyun Aging Care Medicated Wrinkle Lift Cream. This is from Hada Labo's well-known Gokujyun Aging Care series—the red line cream. Since it says "medicated," it's an OTC drug and contains niacinamide as its active ingredient. For the Hada Labo Aging Care series, niacinamide is listed for wrinkle improvement and anti-aging benefits. It also has whitening effects and prevents skin irritation. The key point is to properly moisturize with the previous toner, then add the niacinamide from this aging care cream. The price varies slightly, but it was around 1,400 yen when I purchased it. Combined with the Sofina IP toner, you can get both for about 3,000 yen. The Hada Labo Aging Care series has been available for quite a while, but this Sofina IP is a new product this season. By combining these two, you can address dryness and anti-aging concerns all within the 3,000-yen budget. Next is the 5,000-yen range. For 5,000 yen, I chose items that provide comprehensive care. Let me start with the first one: Kandesoh Medicated Moist Lotion. Since it says "medicated," it's an OTC drug. The niacinamide serves as the active ingredient. Additionally, it contains glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium, which prevents skin irritation and offers whitening and wrinkle-improvement benefits as verified active ingredients. Beyond that, since the name is Kandesoh, emphasizing dryness prevention, it contains human-type ceramides and amino acids. When amino acids enter the skin, they help create natural moisturizing factors. The product also contains serin. While serin might seem heavy, it's formulated in such a finely processed form that despite being a lotion, it doesn't feel greasy. But there's another remarkable ingredient in Kandesoh: bakumont extract. This extract contains an ingredient called ADRecil. What does ADRecil do? When skin becomes inflamed, inflammatory cytokines are released. ADRecil helps suppress IL-6, one of these cytokines. Additionally, our skin contains resident bacteria. When the balance between beneficial and harmful bacteria is disrupted, skin irritation increases. ADRecil helps prevent the growth of harmful bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus. Furthermore, sensitive skin tends to have overactive nerves. ADRecil also helps calm this neural sensitivity. It reduces dryness while stabilizing barrier function in sensitive skin. With all these ingredients, this lotion costs just 1,650 yen—incredibly cost-effective. It provides substantial moisturization on its own, making it perfect for the 5,000-yen budget. Next is the essence. I chose Koji Moisture Mild White Repair Essence. This medicated essence is an OTC drug. Its whitening active ingredient is vitamin C derivative—specifically, L-ascorbic acid 2-glucoside, a water-soluble vitamin C derivative. It also contains tranexamic acid, another whitening active ingredient included for its anti-inflammatory benefits. It also contains glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium and niacinamide. While vitamin C is the primary active ingredient, its antioxidant and whitening effects are significant. I chose this because I want you to maintain whitening even in winter. What's particularly impressive, despite the low price, is that vitamin C degrades when exposed to air, reducing its effectiveness. This essence comes in a tube that only dispenses a single drop when pressed, minimizing air exposure—a thoughtful design detail. The price varies between online retailers and drugstores, but I purchased it for 1,078 yen. You should be able to find it at similar prices. Next is Namerakahonpo Medicated Wrinkle Night Cream White. This product also says "medicated" and is an OTC drug. Its active ingredient is niacinamide, serving for wrinkle improvement and spot prevention. Notably, it also contains pure retinol in small amounts. Retinol increases epidermal moisture even at low concentrations and is essential for anti-aging care. The cream texture is substantial, and it uses oils that adhere to skin without leaving a greasy feeling. The soymilk isoflavone series contains fermented soybean extract. Soy is perfect for anti-aging and provides fermented extract that particularly excels in anti-aging and moisturization. This cream is remarkably just 1,100 yen. These three products total around 3,900 yen, still under 5,000 yen. Since we're not at 5,000 yen yet, I wanted to add an eye cream, so I chose Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Hyaluronic Acid Eye Cream. When you mention Hada Labo, you're thinking hyaluronic acid. This contains seven types of hyaluronic acid. While not all penetrate deeply—some are high molecular weight and some are low molecular weight—this product includes two specially formulated types: penetrating-type hyaluronic acid and oil-capsule-type hyaluronic acid. The penetrating-type hyaluronic acid is processed into very small molecules to reach deep skin layers. The eye area gets extremely dry in the coming season. This cream should help prevent that dryness effectively. At just 980 yen, this product specifically targets dryness-related fine lines, and efficacy has been verified through formal testing. This is wonderful. Since the eye area will definitely get drier, while many high-performance eye creams exist, I chose this one because it effectively addresses dryness as a foundation, helping build a firmer appearance. For those wanting a complete skincare routine including an eye cream within 5,000 yen, I'd definitely recommend this. All four products together cost just 4,780 yen—you'll get change from 5,000 yen. I'm even impressed with myself for putting together such a great combination! So today, I've introduced skincare combinations for both the 3,000-yen and 5,000-yen ranges. When selecting budget-friendly products, I focus on those with efficacy testing or OTC drug status because this ensures key ingredients are definitely included. While luxury department store cosmetics don't necessarily need OTC status since they contain effective ingredients anyway, budget products with OTC status or efficacy testing feel more reassuring.
