皮膚科医が８月に出会ってよかった！本気でおすすめするアイテム７つを紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、とも肌医の新田です。今日は8月に使ってよかったもの、買ってよかったものを皆さんにご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 8月が終わるということは、今年ももう終盤ですね。夏が終わると一気に秋冬、そして来年という感じになってくるので、8月が終わるのが少し怖い感じがしますが、やっぱり8月も使わせてもらったり購入したりしたものがあるので、それを一つ一つご紹介したいと思います。では、いきます。 ■スキンケア 今回は洗顔・美白・炎症ケアの4つのアイテムをご紹介します。 【1】エカトホワイトスパウォッシュ これは炭酸の洗顔料です。面白いのが、しっかりとした泡があり、炭酸がしっかり入っているのに、炭酸の泡パックができる泡洗顔になっています。生クリームというかホイップクリームのようなテクスチャーで、触っても泡が減りません。このまま置いておいても1週間ほどは泡が消えないそうです。 炭酸といえばカオ酸が有名で、100%炭酸で泡を作れる技術を持っているのはカオグループだけです。角層を柔らかくしたり、汚れを吸着したりできるので、洗顔の界面活性剤を減らせるというメリットがあります。また炭酸には血流促進効果もあります。 今回このエカトがすごいと思ったのは、ずっと乗せていても泡が減らない点です。LPGと炭酸ガスを泡に閉じ込めることで、炭酸が外に逃げないように工夫されています。カオさんの100%炭酸技術には及ばないものの、泡で密閉して炭酸を閉じ込めるという発想がすごいと思いました。 泡質も非常に良く、100%炭酸だけで作るとどうしても泡が緩くなりがちですが、こちらはAPGガスも配合されているため、泡質を保ちながら炭酸の効果も得られます。1分間肌に乗せておくことで血流促進による顔色アップも期待でき、それでいて洗浄成分は最小限に抑えられています。 1個いただいて使ってみたのですが、あまりに良かったので追加で2つ購入しました。朝の顔色が優れないときは泡パックのように1分乗せたり、時間がないときは鼻や顎など気になる部分だけにピンポイントで使ったりしています。 【2】リュウ ハニーバームクレンジング 見た目はクレンジングオイルのようですが「バーム」と表記されている、少し不思議なテクスチャーのアイテムです。とろりとした質感で、ハチミツのようにトロトロと出てきます。 通常のバームはワックスで固めているため、どうしてもぬめつき感が出てしまいますが、こちらはワックスを使わず、油と水を特殊な乳化技術でしっかり乳化させることで、とろけるような使用感を実現しています。金棒（花王）の乳化技術が生きているアイテムです。 顔にのせるとオイルがメイクとしっかり馴染み、厚みがあるので摩擦にならずスルッととろけるようにメイクオフできます。バームのようにしっかり落ちるのに、ベタつきがないのが素晴らしい点です。手のひらで温めて使うタイプではないので使いやすく、置いて使えるので衛生的です。 発売当初はあまり気にしていませんでしたが、実際に使ってみて花王の技術の高さを改めて実感しました。 【3】クリニーク イーヴンベター ラディカルブライトセラム クリニークのイーヴンベターシリーズはロングセラーの美白ラインです。独自成分「CL302（UP302）」が配合されており、論文によれば、コウジ酸2%やハイドロキノン4%と同等、あるいはそれ以上の美白効果があるとされています。 テクスチャーは少しねっとりしていますが、伸ばすとサラッとした使用感に変わる不思議な感触です。目の下やパンパン気になる部分に密着させても、ベタつかず日焼け止めなど次のケアの邪魔をしません。 ビタミンCや角質を柔らかくする成分も配合されており、シミだけでなく毛穴や透明感が気になる方にもおすすめです。久しぶりに使って改めて良さを実感したアイテムです。 【4】SK-Ⅱ スキンパワー アドバンスト クリーム 新発売のクリームで、濃縮ピテラと近伝化エキスが配合されています。バリア機能を高め、肌の炎症を抑えながら透明感をアップしてくれます。夏の紫外線ダメージによる炎症ケアにぴったりです。 私はクリームが少し苦手なのですが、こちらには「エアリータイプ」があり、クリームというよりも質の良い乳液のような軽い使用感です。潤いの膜を張りながらもベタつかないので、メイクのりも良くなります。インナードライのケアにも良いと感じました。 ■メイクアイテム 【5】ポーラ BA 3Dコンシーラー 0102どちらも使用しています。シミというよりも、目の下や小鼻、マリオネットラインなどの影を光で飛ばして明るく見せてくれるタイプのコンシーラーです。反射するピグメントが入っているので、厚塗り感が出ずに自然な仕上がりになります。 特筆すべきは美容成分で、以前使用していたアイクリームと同じ成分が配合されており、まぶたのくすみや筋肉の萎縮によるたるみを防ぐ効果も期待できます。日中のスキンケアができない時間帯のケアとしても優秀です。 私は01だと明るすぎ、02だとオレンジみが強すぎるため、目元には02多めに01を重ねて色を調整して使っています。 ■インナー 【6】柏木先生プロデュースのボディケアインナー 週に1回お世話になっているボディメイクの柏木先生が作ったインナーです。ベージュと黒を購入し、愛用しています。 見た目は小さめですが、しっかり伸びる素材です。姿勢を正すためにお腹に適度な圧をかける設計になっており、インナーマッスルを意識しやすくなっています。腕が内側に入り込みにくいような縫製で、肩が開きやすく、背中の張りも楽になります。 寝る時にも着用可能とのことで、MとLサイズを購入し、Lは就寝用、Mは日常使いにしています。ショップチャンネルですぐに売り切れてしまったので、再販を期待しています。また、以前レギンスタイプも作られていたので、ぜひまた展開してほしいです。 ■書籍 【7】『白い巨塔が真っ黒だった件』 以前アトピーの対談をさせていただいた近畿大学皮膚科教授の大塚先生が書かれた本です。大塚先生自身の教授選の裏側や医師になった経緯などが赤裸々に描かれており、医療業界がざわつくのではと思うほどの内容でした。 物語としても面白く、笑えるところ、ヒヤッとするところ、共感できるところなど、様々な感情を揺さぶられます。最終的には、自分の信じた道を進む素晴らしさが伝わってくる一冊で、医療従事者だけでなく、将来に不安を感じている方にもおすすめです。 以上、8月に出会って良かったアイテム7つのご紹介でした。最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。

August ending means the year is already coming to a close. Once summer ends, it suddenly feels like fall, winter, and even next year are approaching all at once, so it's a bit scary that August is ending. But there were things I used and purchased in August, so let me introduce them one by one. Let's get started. ■ Skincare This time I'll introduce 4 items related to cleansing, whitening, and inflammation care. 【1】Ecarte White Spa Wash This is a carbonated facial cleanser. What's interesting is that despite containing carbon dioxide, it creates a rich foam that can be used as a carbonated foam pack. The texture is like whipped cream, and the foam doesn't collapse even when touched. Apparently, if left as is, the foam won't deflate for about a week. When it comes to carbonation, Kao is famous—their group is the only one with technology to create foam using 100% CO2, which softens the stratum corneum and adsorbs dirt, allowing for reduced surfactant use. Carbonation also promotes blood circulation. What impressed me about Ecarte is that the foam doesn't collapse even when left on the skin for a while. By trapping LPG and carbon dioxide gas within the foam, they've devised a way to prevent the CO2 from escaping. While it doesn't match Kao's 100% CO2 technology, the idea of sealing the CO2 within the foam is brilliant. The foam quality is excellent too. Usually, 100% CO2 foam tends to be weak, but by incorporating APG gas, this product maintains good foam texture while still delivering carbonation benefits. Leaving it on the skin for a minute promotes blood flow and brightens complexion, all while using minimal cleansing agents. I received one to try, and it was so good that I purchased two more. When my complexion looks dull in the morning, I use it as a foam pack for a minute, and when I'm short on time, I apply it just to areas like my nose and chin. 【2】RMK (Ryu) Honey Balm Cleansing This looks like a cleansing oil but is labeled as a "balm"—a somewhat unique texture. It has a melting consistency, coming out smoothly like honey. Regular balms are solidified with wax, which tends to leave a slimy feeling, but this product achieves a melting texture without wax by using special emulsification technology to properly blend oil and water. This showcases Kao's advanced emulsification technology. When applied to the face, the oil blends smoothly with makeup, and thanks to its thickness, it glides on without friction, melting away makeup effortlessly. It removes makeup as thoroughly as a balm but without the stickiness. Since it's not a hand-warming type, it's easy to use and can be left standing, making it hygienic. I didn't pay much attention to it when it first launched, but after actually using it, I was truly impressed by Kao's technical expertise. 【3】Clinique Even Better Clinical Radical Dark Spot Corrector Clinique's Even Better series is a long-selling whitening line. It contains their proprietary ingredient CL302 (UP302), which according to research papers, has whitening effects equal to or greater than 2% kojic acid or 4% hydroquinone. The texture is slightly sticky at first but becomes smooth and non-sticky as you spread it—a curious sensation. It adheres well to areas like under the eyes without leaving stickiness, so it doesn't interfere with subsequent steps like sunscreen application. It also contains Vitamin C and ingredients that soften the stratum corneum, making it great not just for spots but also for those concerned about pores and overall radiance. Using it again after a while, I was reminded of just how good it is. 【4】SK-II Skinpower Advanced Cream This newly released cream contains concentrated Pitera and Kinpuka extract. It strengthens the skin barrier while suppressing inflammation and boosting radiance—perfect for calming inflammation from summer UV damage. I'm usually not a fan of creams, but this comes in an "Airy" type that feels more like a high-quality emulsion than a cream. It creates a moisture barrier without stickiness, improving makeup application. I also felt it helped with inner dryness. ■ Makeup Items 【5】POLA B.A 3D Concealer I use both shades 01 and 02. Rather than being a spot concealer, this brightens shadowed areas like under the eyes, around the nose, and marionette lines using light reflection. It contains reflective pigments that create a natural finish without looking heavy. Notably, it contains the same beauty ingredients as an eye cream I previously used, which helps prevent sagging caused by eyelid dullness and muscle atrophy. It's excellent for skincare during the day when you can't reapply proper skincare. Since shade 01 is too light and 02 has too much orange undertone for me, I mix more of 02 with 01 on top for the under-eye area to get the perfect shade. ■ Innerwear 【6】Body Care Innerwear by Dr. Kashiwagi This is made by Dr. Kashiwagi, who I see weekly for body sculpting. I purchased both beige and black and use them frequently. It looks small at first glance, but the material stretches significantly. It's designed to apply appropriate pressure to the abdomen to help maintain good posture and awareness of core muscles. The stitching is designed so arms don't curl inward, making it easier to open the shoulders and relieving back tension. Since it's said to be comfortable even to sleep in, I bought both M and L sizes—L for sleeping and M for daily wear. It sold out quickly on the shopping channel, so I hope it gets restocked. They also previously made a legging version, which I'd love to see offered again. ■ Book 【7】"The Case of the White Tower Being Completely Black" This book was written by Professor Otsuka from Kindai University's Dermatology Department, with whom I previously had a discussion about atopic dermatitis. It candidly reveals the behind-the-scenes of his professorship selection and his journey to becoming a doctor—content shocking enough that it might stir up the medical community. As a story, it's genuinely entertaining—there are moments that make you laugh, moments that make you gasp, and moments you can relate to, evoking a range of emotions. Ultimately, it conveys how wonderful it is to follow the path you believe in. I'd recommend this not just to medical professionals but to anyone feeling anxious about their future.
