白潤の薬用美白化粧水がですね、3月14日にリニューアルすることになりました。結構リピートしている方も多いと思うので、果たしてこの白潤のリニューアルは良かったのか悪かったのかっていうのをしっかりと深掘りしていこうと思います。個人的に言うと結構攻めてきたなっていう感じで、今まで白潤を使ってた人も気になっていたけどまだ使ってないよっていう人もですね、最後まで見ていただければと思います。 以前の白潤はどういう化粧水だったかというと、トラネキサム酸ですね。美白の有効成分として入っていて、ロート製薬の肌ラボシリーズなのでヒアルロン酸を入れて保湿もしながら、トラネキサム酸で美白をしていこうっていう感じなんですけれども、美白の有効成分の中でトラネキサム酸って肌荒れ防止もできるので、敏感肌の方とかも安心して使える化粧水ということで人気が高かったんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 今回のリニューアルどういうふうに変わったかというと、有効成分がもう一つプラスになりました。アラントインというこれまた抗炎症の成分が入っています。トラネキサム酸は美白の有効成分として入れているんですけれども、もう一つ抗炎症としてアラントインというものが入っているんですね。今までの白潤を使っている人ももちろんいいんですけれども、また別の角度からこれを入れたんじゃないかなというふうに思うんですね。 肌ラボを使う方っていうのはニキビも気になるんだけれども美白もしたい。だけれども保湿もしたいよっていう人が結構多いんですよ。表面をベタベタするんじゃなくてしっかり潤わせたい。なんだけれどもニキビとかができちゃったら嫌だよ。プラスアルファ透明感も欲しいよみたいな人が結構若い人だけじゃなくて圧倒的に多いと思うんですね。 肌の透明感ってもちろんメラニンとかそういった茶色みたいなものもすごく邪魔をするんですけれども、毛穴がボコボコしてたりとかすると光がまっすぐ肌に入ってそれが何の障害もなく返ってくるっていうのが透明感の一番のポイントなので、表面がガタガタして毛穴が開いていたりとかニキビがあったりするとやっぱり透明感も低下しちゃうし、あとニキビを含め肌荒れがあるとやっぱり赤くなったりとかムラができちゃうので、そういう人に向けて今回の白潤はアラントインだったり他の成分を入れてきたんじゃないかなと思うんですね。 アラントインっていうのは抗炎症だけじゃなくて傷を修復するという細胞増殖作用っていうのがちょっとあるんですよ。傷を治す時っていうのは肌が再生していくので肌の細胞が増えるんですよ。すり傷とか作ったとしても元の肌に戻るじゃないですか。それを後押ししてあげるっていうのがこのアラントインなんですね。特に歳をいったりとかしているとやっぱり傷の修復って遅くなるじゃないですか。それをちゃんと後押しするっていうイメージだと思っていただければいいかなと思います。 傷の修復をきれいにするので角層の表面がなだらかにきれいに整えてくれるんですね。角層をフラットにしてくれることによって光が入った時に凹凸がない肌に光が入るのでちゃんと透明感が出ていくよっていう感じなんだと思うんですよね。もう一つアラントインっていうのは抗炎症なので、ニキビだったりとか肌荒れがある人も炎症を抑えてくれるので、肌表面をフラットに保つっていうような意味合いと炎症を抑えるっていう意味合いでこのアラントインが入ったんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 今求められている肌っていうのが表面がフラットになる。毛穴とかニキビとかそういったボコボコもなくしながらメラニンのケアもしながら潤わせたいみたいな肌が望まれているので、トラネキサム酸自体はメラニンケアそのまま入れておいて、プラスアルファ角層をフラットにするような修復系のものでアラントインを入れてきているんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 なので今までの透明感だけじゃなくてちょっとニキビができそうだったりとか、あとは毛穴がちょっと目立つような方、そういう方に向けてはすごくいい化粧水になっているんじゃないかなと思います。 こういうふうに言うと使い続けると肌の免疫がおかしくなりませんか？みたいなことを言われる方がいらっしゃるんですが、例えば肌の炎症を抑えるというとステロイドっていうのがあるんですが、ステロイドとかは確かに塗りすぎちゃうと肌の免疫が落ちてしまったりとか肌が薄くなるってことは分かっているんですが、化粧品レベルの抗炎症のものっていうのはステロイドとは全く違いますので、安全性が担保された状態で入れられていますので、あんまりこの抗炎症系のものを怖がらず逆にうまく取り入れてあげるっていうことが肌にはプラスですし、炎症が起きるっていうことがエイジングのサインを進めることになるので、やっぱり炎症っていうのはある程度抑えておいたほうがいいし、肌の奥に起こっている慢性炎症というものもあるので、それを鎮静する抗炎症系のものっていうのは入れておくのは肌にはいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 なんで私がそう思ったかっていうとアラントインを入っているだけじゃなくて、前回と違うところがノンコメドジェニック処方になってるんですよ。ニキビの元になりづらいっていうものなんですね。ということは例えば炎症対策だったらグリチルリチン酸とかでもいいんですけど、あえてアラントインを入れてるっていうところは毛穴とかそういったものが気になる人で、プラスアルファノンコメドって書いてあるってことはやっぱりニキビとかそういった方に向けて出してるんじゃないかなっていうふうに思います。 あとは有効成分じゃないんですけれどもアスコルビン酸リン酸マグネシウムっていうものも入っています。これもニキビの方にアプローチしているのかなっていうふうにも思えますよね。あとはよく飲み麦とか鳩麦は発酵エキスだったりあとビタミンEだったり、なので抗酸化力が高いものも結構入れているのでいいんじゃないかなと思います。 あともう一つ面白いのが今までもヒアルロン酸が入っていて固質感が結構あったんですが、今回はプラス微細化したスクワランっていうものが入ってるんですよ。スクワランって何かっていうと油分の一つなんですけれども、ニキビにはなりづらい油分なんですね。表面に油分の膜は貼るんだけれどもベタベタもしなくてスッと肌になじんでいくので、化粧水入れた後になんかベタベタする感じが嫌いみたいな方にも、ちゃんともっちりした肌に仕上げてくれるそこも結構いいかなと思います。 テクスチャーなんですけれどもこんな感じでサラサラしててほんとお水みたいなんですよね。最初はやっぱりヒアルロン酸のつるっとした感じがあるんですが、全然ベタベタしないのめちゃくちゃ気持ちいいですね。肌ラボって結構ベタベタしたりとかすることあるじゃないですか。それが全くない少しとるっとするんだけれどもしっかり入っていく。でもスクワランとかの効果で肌がすごい柔らかになる。水分入ってるなーっていうような感じがするんですよね。テクスチャーめちゃめちゃ気持ちいいなと思いました。 もちろん女性もそうなんだけれども男性の方とかニキビが気になったり、毛穴が気になってベタベタするのが嫌だよみたいな感じの方にもすごくいいんじゃないかなと思います。 攻めてきたっていうのは今までの白潤って本当に優しいみたいな感じだったんですが、ベタベタ感が嫌いなちょっと皮脂が多い人までも裾野を広げたっていう感じがして、だけれども刺激が強いとかっていうこともないので、結構オールマイティーな人に使える美白化粧水になってるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 この黄色は極潤プレミアム高保湿っていう感じで、2020年だったかな？また新しくなったんですけど、今回2023年の8月にまたまたバージョンアップしております。 今更なんですけれども肌ラボのすごいところってヒアルロン酸ですよね。1個前2020年の時には7つのヒアルロン酸を入れましたということになっていました。じゃあそもそもヒアルロン酸って何やってるんだっけって思うと思うんですけれども、もともとロート製薬さんっていうのは目薬とか胃腸薬を作っている製薬会社さんです。 例えば目だったらドライアイとかで目が炎症を起こしてしまって、ヒアルロン酸を入れて修復したり、胃もそうですよね胃腸炎とかが起こった時に修復をしてくれるっていうもので、要は傷の修復というものにすごく研究をしています。特にロートさん目薬が有名なので、角膜のドライアイにはやっぱり昔からヒアルロン酸入りの点眼をして、それで角膜の基礎修復してたっていうのがあったので、このヒアルロン酸にはきっと保護するだけじゃなくて、何かこの修復っていうものがあるんじゃないかっていうものを研究しているのがロート製薬さんなんですね。 もともとこの肌ラボシリーズにはその今までの研究をギュギュッと入れて、プラスアルファ低価格でコストを抑えてっていうのがポイントになってくるんですよ。いろいろなシリーズあるんですけれども、ヒアルロン酸のすごい保湿力そして修復力を余すところなくするっていうのが、この極潤プレミアムになっています。 じゃあ今までどういったヒアルロン酸が入っていたかなっていうと、いろいろな種類のヒアルロン酸があるんですよね。今までだと膜を貼るとか分子量を小さくして入っていって、それで修復をしたりとか、同じヒアルロン酸っていうものでもちょっとずつ役割が違います。今まで7種類入ってたんですけども、それがどういった役割でどういうふうな場所に効いていくのかっていうのは、まずおさらいしたいと思います。 一つ目、角層の上に膜を貼るようにして、内側の水分が蒸発しないようにしていくものを、3Dヒアルロン酸、成分名で言うとヒアルロン酸クロスポリマーというものになります。これはですね本当に角層の上にとろっとした膜を貼るっていう、極潤とか肌ラボシリーズのペタペタ感を、少し演出してくれてるのかなっていうふうに思います。 もう一つが同じ角層の表面の方にアプローチするんですけれども、どんなに洗ったりとか時間が経ってもこれがなくならないっていう、吸着型のヒアルロン酸。成分名で言うとヒアルロン酸ヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウムっていう成分になります。もちろん化粧水にもなんですが洗顔とかいろんなものに入っていて、潤い成分を逃がさない吸着して落とさないっていうような形になります。 そして角層の上の方というか普通のものにも入っているのがヒアルロン酸ナトリウムですね。ヒアルロン酸っていうのはもともと私たちが持っている保湿成分の一つですよね。だいたい言われているのが1gヒアルロン酸があれば、6リットルのお水を抱え込むことができるということで、どんなスキンケアにも入っているものの一つかなと思います。 そしてヒアルロン酸ナトリウムをもう少しバージョンアップしたのがスーパーヒアルロン酸、アセチルヒアルロン酸とも言います。今まで1gで6リットルの水分を抱え込むっていうものをそれをさらに2倍にしてあります。なので普通のヒアルロン酸よりもアセチルヒアルロン酸の方が、より保水力が高いっていうことになるんですね。これも同じように角層の上の方というかに効いてくるものになります。 そしてもう一つがナノヒアルロン酸、加水分解ヒアルロン酸とも言います。これはナノっていうぐらいなので分子量をめちゃめちゃ小さくしています。実はヒアルロン酸って結構分子量が大きいので、さっきからね角層の表面とか角層の上の方っていう風に言ったんですけれども、それをもっともっと細かくして小さくするので、角層の奥の方に行きやすくしたっていうのがこのナノヒアルロン酸です。 でもこのナノヒアルロン酸はやっぱり分子量がちょっと小さくなっている分、そこまで補水能力は高くはないのが現状なんです。だけれどもそれを他のヒアルロン酸で補っているのかなっていう風に思います。 そしてもう一つナノヒアルロン酸っていうのは、バリア機能を高めるだけじゃなくて、細胞の炎症を抑えてくれるっていうところです。それすごくないですか。肌っていうのは紫外線が当たるとですね、いろんな炎症のシグナルを出すんですが、その一つであるDAMPsという炎症性の物質があるんですね。これが放出されるとですね、隣の細胞にもお前も炎症した方がいいよみたいなことを言うんですよ。でそれをブロックするのがこの浸透型のヒアルロン酸になっています。 さっきねロート製薬さんがやっぱり保護だけじゃなくって、やっぱり修復っていうものを研究しているってお話をしたんですが、それがまさにこれですよね。炎症というものが起こることで細胞中にダメージが起こる。例えば角膜だったらその角膜の傷になったりしますし、肌だったらこれが老化につながるわけですよ。なのでやっぱり炎症をどれだけ抑えていくかっていうのがポイントになってくるわけです。バリア機能も高めてそれによって炎症も抑えるし、この浸透型のヒアルロン酸自体が肌の炎症を抑えていくということが分かっているんです。 そしてもう一つナノヒアルロン酸よりももっともっと小さくしたのが浸透型のヒアルロン酸になっています。確かこれともう1個次にお話しするやつが2020年のこの極潤プレミアムの時に、プラスになった成分なんですね。成分名で見ると加水分解ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムといって、ナノヒアルロン酸と変わらないじゃんみたいな感じに見えちゃうんですけども、実はこれもですねすごい研究が入っていて、角層の奥の方に浸透していくとですね、ヒアルロン酸を自分で作るこの能力っていうのが高まるっていうのが分かってるんですよ。保湿力を補うだけじゃなくて自らの力をアップさせるっていう意味でも、この浸透型のヒアルロン酸はすごくポイントになります。 そして7個目がですね乳酸発酵ヒアルロン酸です。これはロートさんが開発したものなんですけれども、乳酸菌で発酵したヒアルロン酸なんですね。これは何をするかっていうと、細胞と細胞の間にはタイトジャンクションといって、接着剤でくっついてるところがあるんですね。乳酸発酵型のヒアルロン酸っていうのはタイトジャンクションを強固にす るので割合機能アップするっていう素晴らしい乳酸発酵型のヒアルロン酸っていうものが入っていました。そして今回8個目のヒアルロン酸が入りました。それがヒアロリペアです。これはですね、もともとヒアルロン酸っていうのはですね水に溶けやすい物質なんですね。でも今回のこのヒアロリペアっていうのはお水にもそして油にも溶けやすい性質を持っている浸透性能って言うんですけども、どっちとも仲がいいヒアルロン酸になっています。 通常のヒアルロン酸は角層の細胞に入っていて浸透していくような感じなんですよ。でもヒアロリペアは細胞間脂質を通って浸透していくんですよ。だからルートが違うので、今までケアできてなかった部分までしっかりと浸透していくっていうことになるんですね。今までもね、すごく保湿の成分高いんですけれども、もう一つ保湿が高くなったかなっていう感じです。 じゃあ新しいね、そのヒアロリペア入れただけかっていうと、それだけじゃないのがやっぱりロート製薬なんですよ。新しい成分を入れただけじゃなくて、浸透させなきゃダメじゃないですか。だから浸透する技術も今回向上させてます。それが何かっていうと、乳酸発酵型ヒアルロン酸っていうのは実は他のヒアルロン酸の浸透を高めてるっていうことが分かったんです。そしてヒアルロン酸の組み合わせ方、たくさんあるんですけども、全部同じだけ入れるとかじゃなくて、ベストバランスで入れると実はかなり浸透がいくっていうことも、まず2つ目に分かった。そしてもう一つはやっぱりまた独自の技術の乳化ですね。 お化粧品っていうのはお水と油を混ぜなきゃいけないので、乳化っていうものを多少しなくちゃいけなくて、化粧水にも乳化剤って入ってるんですが、独自の乳化剤を使うことによってヒアルロン酸の浸透を高めていくっていうことなんですね。成分も浸透が高めるような発酵型ヒアルロン酸、組み合わせ、そしてそれを全部混ぜる時の乳化剤、それぞれをベストバランスにして浸透を高めたっていう。だからこのお値段で8種類のさまざまなヒアルロン酸が入って、浸透の技術っていうのも独自で、これちょっとかなわなくないっていうような感じにリニューアルしたのが今回の肌ラボプレミアムになってます。 テクスチャーはいつも通りのこのトロッと感ですね。スッと浸透するんだけれども、前よりもちょっとベタベタ感はない感じですね。肌ラボの最初のトロはあるんですけれども、スッと入っていく感はちょっと増したのかなというふうに思います。本当どうですか、テクスチャーも良くて成分も良くて浸透も良くて、ちょっと本当にどこまで肌ラボシリーズは進化していくんですかね。本当に素晴らしいなと思っちゃいます。 一つ一つ言うとですね、まずヒアルロン酸ナトリウムですね。これはもともと私たちの肌にあるので保水力です。1グラムで6リットルぐらいのお水を引き寄せるって言われているので、もう保水力と言ったらこちらになります。もう一つがさっきヒアロリペアでお話しした、加水分解ヒアルロン酸。あとはですね、3Dヒアルロン酸とも言われるような、ヒアルロン酸クロスポリマーナトリウムっていうものも入っています。3Dと言ってるぐらいなので水分を包み込んで離さないような感じなので、浸透だけじゃなくて抱え込むようなイメージのヒアルロン酸になっています。 あとはですね、ヒアルロン酸ヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウムっていう吸着型のヒアルロン酸になります。洗い物とかには入っていることが多いんですが、肌の表面に吸着して落ちないんですね。なので肌に膜を張って、肌の水分の蒸散を抑えてくれるっていうことになるので、瞬間から潤うっていうのはこの吸着型のヒアルロン酸が入っているからなんじゃないかなということも思います。 そして次に、アセチルヒアルロン酸ナトリウム。スーパーヒアルロン酸とも言われていて、通常1グラムで6リットルぐらいの水分を抱えるって言われてるんですけど、スーパーヒアルロン酸になるとそれが2倍の保水力になってるっていう風に言われています。より潤わせたいっていうことが起こってきます。 あとはナノ化のヒアルロン酸ですね。ナノ化しているので、肌の奥の方まで浸透していくようなヒアルロン酸になります。ちなみにこのナノ化のヒアルロン酸がですね、皮膚の炎症性のサイトカインに書いてあるプロスタグランジンというものを抑えて、炎症を抑えるっていうことも分かっているので、炎症を抑えつつ肌の水分量を上げていくのがナノ化ヒアルロン酸になります。 そしてさっきお話した、バリア機能を上げていくっていう、乳酸発酵のヒアルロン酸も入っています。あとは加水分解ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムっていうことは、浸透型のヒアルロン酸とも言われていて、さらに分子量が低いので、もっともっと肌の奥に入っていくっていうようなヒアルロン酸も入っています。 高分子のヒアルロン酸、通常のヒアルロン酸ナトリウムっていう、どこのメーカーでも使えるようなヒアルロン酸も入っていて、通常だったらヒアルロン酸だから膜を張って保湿だけなんですけれども、肌ラボさんは炎症性のサイトカインであるIL-6っていうものを抑えて、炎症を抑えますよっていうことも論文で発表してるんですね。 何が言いたいかっていうと、まず極潤プレミアムヒアルロン酸は、保湿が一番やりたい人、乾燥肌の人には一番いいと思います。あとですね、これには基本的に何か他の有効成分っていうものが入っているわけではないんですけれども、炎症を抑えるっていうようなヒアルロン酸もしっかり入ってるんですね。 乾燥肌の人は基本的に炎症が起こりやすいんですね。バリア機能が低下しているので、UVが当たってもUVの炎症が起こりやすいし、外敵が入ってきて炎症を起こしやすい。だけど別に高い炎症性のもの、今すぐ必要なわけじゃない。肌自体のバリア機能を上げていって、乾燥感をなくしていくっていう感じなので、とにかく乾燥を抑えたいっていう人にはこちらになっていると思います。 極潤シリーズはですね、4種類なんですね。4種類何かっていうと、乳酸発酵ヒアルロン酸とスーパーヒアルロン酸、ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムと、ナノ化ヒアルロン酸という形で、炎症も抑えながらしっかりと潤いもしていく。ただ浸透型だったりナノ化だったり、もっと肌の奥まで浸透していくっていうものが入ってないっていうところもあるので、そういう意味では悩みはない、超乾燥っていうわけでもないんだけれども、スキンケアをスタートしたいっていう人はこっちだと思います。だから普通肌の人というふうに思います。 じゃあこの子なんですけれども、ヒアルロン酸自体は1種類だけだと思うんですよね。肌荒れを抑えていったりとか、あとニキビの炎症を抑えていくようなものが入っているので、この3つを並べるとしたら、超乾燥肌の人、普通肌の人、ニキビ肌の人、男の子でオイリー肌で抑えていきたいよ、ベタベタした感じが好きじゃないっていう方は、多分一番これがサラサラしてると思います。 こちらは、まず3種類のヒアルロン酸が入っています。ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムなので、分子量が普通常大きいもの。あと加水分解ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムなので、バリア機能を整えるようなヒアルロン酸。あとアセチル化ヒアルロン酸ナトリウムっていうものが入っているので、分子量がちっちゃいので奥までいくっていう、保湿っていう面ではしっかりと入っていると思います。 でもそこにですね、やっぱりナイアシナミドが入っていることが一番大きいですよね。ナイアシナミドっていうのは、肌荒れを防止するために肌荒れを防止する。プラス美白もできるし、あとは肌に働きかけて、ハリ感をアップさせるっていうところになるので、これはナイアシナミドが他のデパコスだったり、他の医薬部外品と同じだけ入っているっていうところがあるので、保湿をしながら、ナイアシナミドでシミシワ対策、シワ対策、プラス炎症も抑えていくっていうことをしたいので、ハリ感とかツヤ感とかを出したい、エイジングケアの人、プラス保湿もしたいっていうところの人はこちらかなと思います。 まず、肌ラボ白潤プレミアムには、高分子のヒアルロン酸と、あとナノ化のヒアルロン酸っていうのが入っているんですね。どちらも炎症性のサイトカインに書いてあるIL-6だったり、プロスタグランジンを抑えるっていうところもあるので、炎症も抑えながら、美白っていうところもあると思うんですね。そこにトラネキサム酸が入っています。トラネキサム酸自体も高い炎症性なんですよ。全体的に炎症を抑えていきながら、美白をしていくっていうシリーズなのかな。そこにグリチルリチン酸っていうような、これもまた高い炎症性。でも高い炎症性を重ねていっちゃダメかっていうと、炎症を抑えるスイッチが、全然別なんですよ。生きてるだけで炎症するので、炎症を止めるスイッチはいくつあってもいいと思っているので、紫外線に当たることが多かったりとか、乾燥がすごかったり、揺らいだりするような方で、エイジングの中でも美白をしたい人っていうことかなと思います。 あとはビタミンC誘導体だったり、ビタミンEも肌を整えるぐらいにしか入っていないので、同じ美白でも、紫外線に当たりやすい人は結構いいのかなっていうのと、ゴシゴシ顔洗ってしまいがちですとか、炎症しやすいみたいな人には、いいんじゃないかなというふうには思います。
