デパコスが悲鳴をあげる、コスパ最強の先行乳液を紹介します

みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。今日はなんとプチプラのアイテムで先行乳液が出たっていうお話をしたいと思います。先行乳液使ってる方多いと思うんですが大体はまぁちょっとねデパコスさんが多くて、先行乳液使いたいんだけれどもお値段的に使えないよっていう方には本当に朗報ですし、先行乳液ってそもそもどんな人が使ったらいいのかとか合うの?合わないの?なんて思っている方もいらっしゃるので、今日は先行乳液はどういう人に使ったほうがいいのかっていうのとともに、待望のこちらケアセラAPの高保湿先行バリア乳液を深掘りしていきたいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 まず先行乳液って言うとパッと思い浮かぶのっていうのはコスメデコルテさんだったりとかアルビオンさんだったりだと思うんですね。高価格帯のものになっていてお顔を洗ってすぐに乳液、コットンにつけて拭き取りましょうみたいなものが多いと思うんですけれども、そもそも先行乳液っていうのはどんな人にいいかなんですけれども、ずばりそれは乾燥肌の方になります。脂性肌の人にはおすすめしていません。乾燥肌の人っていうのは当たり前ですけれどもちょっとねバリア機能が低下しやすい、油分と水分のバランスで言うと油分が少ないっていうのが乾燥肌の人になります。なのでやっぱり乾燥肌の人で顔を洗った後っていうのが一番やっぱり油分が乗ってなくてスカスカになった状態なんですね。その時に先行乳液を一瞬入れることによって角層と角層が柔らかく、次の化粧水だったりとかを浸透しやすくしてくれるんですね。脂性肌の人というのはもうしっかり洗ったとしてもやっぱり自分の油分があるので、そもそも先行乳液っていうのは乾燥しているとかよっぽどしっかり洗っているとかじゃない限りはあんまりおすすめしていないので、先行乳液を好きな方っていうのはどちらかというと乾燥から敏感になっているのかなと思うんですが、そこには落とし穴があって角層と角層をちょっと緩めることによってその後に油分を入れて水分を入れ込んでまたしっかりと油分を入れ込むっていうようなことをしないと逆にちょっと揺らいちゃうっていうところもあるんですね。なので古くなった角質を柔らかくして剥がれそうな角層を先行乳液で剥がしていくっていう感じになるので、脂性ではないんだけれどもなんとなく乾燥によりがちな人で栄養分もしっかり入れたいっていう人に先行乳液っていうのはおすすめでした。先行乳液した後にしっかりと化粧水を入れ込むとかクリームで膜を貼るっていうようなデパコスならではのお手入れをしていくっていうことが今までの先行乳液の定番だったので、プチプラとかで先行乳液って意外となかったんじゃないかなと思うんですね。リッチな油性成分を入れるのってやっぱお金がかかるんですよ。ぶっちゃけて言うと、なのでどうしても高価格帯にならざるを得なかったっていうのが今までのなんじゃないかなと思います。 プチプラって言ったらもしかしたら怒られるかもしれないんですけども、1000円台でこれをちょっと見た時に私はね結構衝撃というか、このお値段でこの成分でそれも先行乳液で出してきたんだっていうのにめちゃくちゃ驚きました。まずはお値段さっき言ったみたいに税込みで1870円です。高保湿先行バリア乳液って書いてあるんですけれども、ケアセラっていうのはもともと敏感肌用のブランドになるんですよ。なのでまず一つ目にこの価格帯で先行乳液を出してきたっていうところと、敏感肌用のブランドで先行乳液を出してきたっていうのがこの2つに驚いたかなと思います。 まず敏感肌のブランドの先行乳液っていうとさっき言ったみたいに角層を絡めとったりとか、ちょっと緩めて次の化粧水の浸透を良くするっていうと、揺らいでる人にはトゥーマッチなところがあったりとかちょっと刺激になったりするところがあるので、でも考えてみたら洗った後でその敏感肌の人っていうのは当たり前ですけれども、油分と水分を維持する能力が低いわけですよ。高浸透のものを入れてしまうとヒリヒリするっていう方も多いので、水と油のラメラ構造のものをお肌にしっかり補ってあげて、剥き出しになった角層っていうのをカバーするっていう考え方っていうのは確かに揺らいでる敏感肌の人にはぴったりだと思うんですけれども、なかなかしっかりとしたものを入れていくっていうのは難しいんじゃないかなと思ってたんですが、ケアセラ、これロート製薬なんですがロート製薬さんって、なんとなくビタミンCとかヒアルロン酸っていうイメージですけれども、セラミドの研究もかなりしているところになります。なのでこちらにはですねセラミドが8種類入っているんですね。セラミドこそがですねこのラメラ構造を作っていくためにはもう必須のアイテムなんですね。 例えばロート製薬がねいつも肌ラボとかね研究しているヒアルロン酸、これはお水を引っ張ってきてお水を抱え込むイメージなんですけれども、セラミドっていうのはもともと油に溶けやすい性質を持っているものになります。それに比べてセラミドっていうのは細胞間脂質といって、このラメラ構造の油の部分ですねそこに入り込んで油の欠けた部分にはまるっていうところもあるんですね。なんで保湿としてはどっちも必要なんですけれども、特に剥がれのラメラ構造が欠けてるとか揺らいでいるような敏感肌の人にはやっぱりセラミドってすごく大事なものになります。ただセラミドって言ってもなんか一つだけじゃなくって、私たちの体にはいろんな種類のセラミドがあるって言われていて、まだまだ解明できてないセラミドもあるので、セラミドのいろんな種類がラメラ構造でスカスカになったところにパズルのピースみたいにはまっていってくれるので、数が多いほどこのラメラ構造の隙間にしっかりと入っていってくれるっていうところですね。 お顔洗った後っていうのは肌の表面の皮脂だったりもないですよね。ラメラ構造がちょっと一部やっぱり欠けていたり、洗った以外にももともと敏感肌の方っていうのはラメラ構造がスカスカになっているところがあるので、そこに一番最初に水と油っていうものをしっかりと入れ込むように重ねるっていうのは面白いなと思いました。セラミドでラメラ構造の隙間をしっかり埋めてあげてから次のスキンケアに行くっていうのは、今まで水物使ってるとちょっとヒリヒリするみたいな方にはかなりいいんじゃないかなと思います。 もう一つがですね油分がしっかり入っているんですよ。なんでかっていうと一番上に成分で水ワセリンって書いてあるんですね。ワセリンって言うともう皆さんね想像できると思うんですが油で膜を貼る、ワセリンが一番最初に来たらセラミドの浸透も何もなんかもうベタベタして中に入っていかないんじゃないですかって思うと思うんですが、ロート製薬さんの技術で高圧乳化っていうものを圧をかけてものすごく小さい油滴にしてるんですよね。ワセリン特有の膜を貼る感じは正直ないです。なので私これを最初に見た時私にはちょっとトゥーマッチかなぁとは思ったんですけれども、意外と今までの先行乳液は私はやるとね結構ニキビができちゃったりするんですけれども、これは使っても今のところニキビができるっていうところはないですね。ただ今ちょっと乾燥している時期になってきているのでかもしれないので、もしかしたら私みたいな皮脂テカの人は夏には難しいかもしれないんですけど、これからの時期っていうのはこれ一本あってもいいのかなと思いますし、逆にこれをオールインワンみたいな感じで使ってもいいのかなと思いました。 話を戻すと皮脂テカの人に、べたつきが感じないぐらいのワセリンの高圧乳化、プラスアルファーしてセラミドっていうのが8種類入っているのと、あとペプチド系も入ってるんですね。ペプチドっていうのはもちろんエイジングケアにもそうなんですけれども、肌のバリア機能を守るっていう意味でも必要になるので、ラメラ構造をいかに欠けなくするか、スカスカになったラメラ構造をいかに守っていくかっていうような視点から作られているんじゃないかなと思います。あとはですねグリチルリチン酸だったりとか抗炎症のものも入っているので、やっぱりバリア機能が低下しちゃうと炎症に傾きやすいので、そういったことも抑えるのかなと。 あともう一つケアセラのすごいところはですね、セラミドの生成を促す発酵セラミドっていうのが入っているんですね。これ2017年にロート製薬が見つけた成分なんですけれども、醤油麹由来のセラミドだったと思うんですよね。それが私たちの肌のセラミド3っていうものを生成を促すっていうところが分かっていて、もう一つ発酵セラミド自体が私たちの肌で起こっている慢性炎症を抑えるっていうところも出ているので、どうしても揺らぎ肌の人っていうのはセラミドの生成も落ちているし、慢性炎症に陥りやすいので、そういう意味では発酵セラミドっていうのが入っているっていうのも嬉しいところなんじゃないかなと思います。 テクスチャーなんですけれども、とろっとした気持ちの良い先行乳液になっています。通常の先行乳液って厚みがあったりするんですけど、厚みはそんなに感じないですね。スッと入っていくような感じ、乳液なので油分があるので、化粧水入れた時には弾いちゃうっていうところはなくもないかなと思うんですけれども、敏感肌だったり乾燥肌の人っていうのは油膜をあることによって、肌の滑らかさっていうのが整うんだと思うんですね。なのでお水を最初からバシャバシャ入れたいっていう人には合わないのかなと思うんですけれども、まずは肌をふっくらさせてそこからお手入れしたいっていう方には、めちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 スキンケアをめんどくさくって、お顔を洗ったんだけれども、とりあえずスキンケアしといて、後でゆっくりまたやりたいっていう人にも、私もいいんじゃないかな。だからお母さん帰ってきて、子供たちのお風呂に入れたりとかして、顔を洗っちゃって、スキンケアそこでするのめんどくさいじゃないですか。だから今までスプレーとかでやってたんですけれども、1本塗っといてそこからいろいろ夜の支度とかして、終わった後にゆっくりスキンケアをするっていう間のものっていうのでも、いいんじゃないかなというふうに思いました。 1000円台で買える価格帯っていうものなので、先行乳液使いたいなと思ってたけど、なかなか手に取れなかったっていう人だったりとか、今までちょっと先行乳液重すぎて、使いづらかったっていう人もそうですし、あと敏感肌だったから先行乳液使えなかったっていう人まで、オールマイティーに使える先行乳液なんじゃないかなというふうに思いました。 はいということでいかがだったでしょうか。涼しくなってきたので、やっぱりクリームだったり乳液だったり、保湿系のものが増えてきたので、気になるものがあればご紹介したいと思いますし、皆さんも気になるものがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! I'm Shin Tomori. Today, I want to talk about something exciting - a pre-lotion has been released as a drugstore product! Many of you are probably using pre-lotions, but typically they're from luxury brands like Cosme Decorte and Albion, which can be quite expensive. If you want to use a pre-lotion but find it difficult due to price, this is great news for you. Also, there are many people wondering what a pre-lotion is for and whether it's right for them. Today, I'll explain who should use pre-lotions and dive deep into the highly moisturizing pre-barrier lotion from Cera Lab AP, which I've been waiting to try. Please watch until the end. When you think of pre-lotions, the first brands that come to mind are Cosme Decorte and Albion. These are expensive products that you apply to your face immediately after washing. However, pre-lotions are specifically designed for dry skin. I don't recommend them for oily skin. Dry skin has naturally weakened barrier function and lacks oil in the moisture-oil balance. After washing your face, it becomes especially dry, lacking oils. When you apply a pre-lotion, it softens the layers of the stratum corneum, allowing the next toner or essence to penetrate better. For oily skin, even after thorough cleansing, your natural oils remain, so pre-lotions aren't recommended unless you have very dry or sensitive skin. People who love pre-lotions often lean toward dry and sensitive skin. However, there's a trap: if you don't properly follow up with oils and moisture after loosening the stratum corneum layers, it can actually destabilize your skin. The traditional approach with pre-lotions has been to use them after cleansing, followed by thorough application of toner and a cream to create a protective layer - that's the luxury brand approach. This is probably why pre-lotions haven't been available in the drugstore category. Including rich oil components is expensive, and that's why pre-lotions have traditionally been in the higher price bracket. I might get in trouble for calling this a drugstore product, but when I first saw this in the 1,000 yen price range, I was genuinely shocked. The ingredients and the fact that they released it as a pre-lotion at this price point amazed me. The price is 1,870 yen including tax. It's called the "Highly Moisturizing Pre-Barrier Lotion." Cera Lab is originally a brand for sensitive skin, so I was surprised on two fronts: first, they released a pre-lotion in this price range, and second, a sensitive skin brand is offering a pre-lotion. With a sensitive skin brand's pre-lotion that loosens the stratum corneum to improve toner penetration, it could be too much for irritated skin. However, after cleansing, people with sensitive skin naturally lose their ability to maintain oil and moisture balance. Applying high-penetration products can cause stinging. Supplying a lamellar structure of water and oil to properly cover exposed skin layers is perfect for unstable, sensitive skin. Cera Lab is by Rohto Pharmaceuticals, known for vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, but they also conduct extensive research on ceramides. This product contains 8 types of ceramides. Ceramides are essential for creating the lamellar structure. Unlike hyaluronic acid, which draws in and holds water, ceramides naturally dissolve in oils. They're intercellular lipids that fit into the oil portions of the lamellar structure. Both are necessary for hydration, but ceramides are particularly important for people with sensitive skin lacking the lamellar structure. Ceramides come in many types, and not all are fully understood yet. Different ceramide types fit together like puzzle pieces in the gaps of a compromised lamellar structure, so having more types means better filling those gaps. After cleansing, the skin lacks surface sebum and the lamellar structure is partially compromised. People with sensitive skin naturally have gaps in their lamellar structure, so it's interesting to see them starting with water and oil to fill these properly. Solidifying the gaps with ceramides before proceeding to the rest of your skincare routine is excellent for those who experience stinging with regular toners. Another great feature is the substantial oil content. The first ingredient listed is water and petrolatum. You might think that if petrolatum comes first, it would create an occlusive layer preventing ceramide penetration. However, Rohto's high-pressure emulsification technology breaks petrolatum into tiny droplets under pressure. It doesn't have that characteristic occlusive feeling. When I first saw this, I thought it might be too much for me, but surprisingly, typical pre-lotions make me break out. I haven't experienced that with this product. Though it might be because we're currently in a drier season. Perhaps this might be challenging for someone oily like me in summer, but for this season, having one bottle seems worthwhile. I could even use it like an all-in-one. Besides the imperceptible petrolatum from high-pressure emulsification that works well for oily skin, it contains 8 ceramide types and peptides, which support both anti-aging and barrier function protection. The focus seems to be on maintaining the lamellar structure's integrity and protecting it from deterioration. It also contains glycyrrhizic acid and other anti-inflammatory ingredients. When barrier function declines, inflammation increases, so these help prevent that. One more remarkable thing about Cera Lab is the fermented ceramide it contains. Rohto discovered this ingredient in 2017 - it's derived from sake koji. It's known to promote the production of ceramide 3 in our skin, and the fermented ceramide itself suppresses chronic inflammation that occurs in our skin. People with unstable skin have reduced ceramide production and are prone to chronic inflammation, so having fermented ceramide in the formula is wonderful. Regarding texture, it's a pleasant, smooth pre-lotion. Unlike typical pre-lotions with thickness, this one feels lightweight and absorbs quickly. Since it's an emulsion with oil content, it might repel toner when applied afterward, though not completely. People with sensitive or dry skin achieve smoother-looking skin through the oil layer, so if you want to splash lots of water on initially, this might not suit you. But if you want to plump up your skin first before other care, this is excellent. For those who find skincare tedious - when you've washed your face but don't want to do full skincare immediately because you're busy with other things like bathing kids - this works well. I previously used sprays as a temporary measure, but now I can apply this one product and continue with evening tasks, then do full skincare leisurely later. With this drugstore price point, whether you've wanted to try pre-lotions but couldn't afford them, found previous pre-lotions too heavy or difficult to use, or couldn't use them due to sensitive skin - this pre-lotion works for everyone.
