【リアルに凄いの出た】皮膚科医ガチ推し！ラロッシュポゼの美容液を徹底解説します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。もうね、やっとやっとやっと発売になります。本当にこれが出るのをずっとずっと待っていたんですが、それが何かというとこちらです。ラロッシュポゼのメラビーセラムです。皆さん覚えてますか？私がVOCEの6月号で「透明感コンプリートボックス」というものを作ったんですけれども、試行品がついていたと思うんですよ。実はそんなことではないんですが、でも皆さん聞いてください。コンプリートボックスというのは4月に発売になっております。発売前に入れたというところですごく話題になったんですが、それでね使っていただいてめちゃめちゃ良かったよってお声も聞いていて、それが満を持して6月11日に公式のオンラインで発売が開始になりました。VOCEの付録に入れる時にもですね説明したんですけど、やっとね先行発売という形で発売になったので、何で私がこれを発売前なのに監修した付録に入れたくなったのか、そして私がどうしてこれ1年間待ち望んでいたのか、そしてこれはね全皮膚科医が泣いた素晴らしい領域なのです。掘り下げていきたいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 まず私がラロッシュポゼのメラビー3ですね知ったのは去年の11月にフランスに行った時です。そこではですね皮膚科医の先生たちが世界中から集まってこのメラビー3の発表会がなされたんですね。スキンケアシンポジウムっていう名前だったんですけれども、私たち皮膚科医というのはまあシミをはじめとしてニキビ跡だったり黒く色が残っているというものをざっくり集めて色素沈着っていうんですか、その治療ずっとするじゃないですか。レーザー治療はじめ薬とかそこにですね新たな独自成分として今までとは全然違うアプローチで色素沈着に対抗していくっていうものを発見したっていうところの発表会だったんですね。それがメラジルという成分になります。 色素沈着、要はシミとかを作らないようにするっていうのはですね、まず一つは炎症を起こさせないようにするっていうものになります。例えばカモミラETとかトラネキサム酸っていうのは、紫外線が当たった時に私たちの体というのは炎症性の物質だとプロスタグランジンとかそういったものを産生します。それがメラニンを作るメラノサイトっていう細胞に行くとですね、メラニンの合成が始まっていくんですね。まずはメラノサイトにスイッチを押させないようにするっていうのがまず一つの美白の有効成分のもの。そしてもう一つメラニンが作る過程を止めるっていうものもあるんですね。代表的なもので言うとコウジ酸だったりとかはビタミンCもその仲間で。紫外線が当たっても炎症が起こっていますよっていう時には、要はメラノサイトの中でチロシナーゼというものが活性化されることによってドーパというものになります。チロシナーゼがそこにまた活性されてドーパキノンになるんですね。ドーパキノンがドーパクロムになって黒いメラニンになる。もう一つドーパキノンというのがシステニールドーパというものになって薄いメラニンになるっていうような感じでメラニンが作られていきます。 今までの美白美容成分、例えばコウジ酸だったりルシノールだったり、アルブチンだったりっていうのはチロシナーゼっていう酵素の活性を抑えることによって、チロシンからドーパ、ドーパからドーパキノンになるのを抑えてなので、そのドーパキノンにならないからその先のですね黒いメラニンだったり薄いメラニンにならないことでメラニンを作らないというようなことだったんですよ。チロシナーゼって皆さん聞いたことあると思う、それをどう抑えるかっていうところだったんですね。 じゃあなんでチロシナーゼの活性を抑えるっていうことにしてたかっていうと、ここからが私たち皮膚科医はすごいびっくりしたところなんですけれども、もともとチロシナーゼが活性化してドーパがドーパキノンになった後って、勝手にですね黒いメラニンだったり白いメラニン、ドミノ倒しのように進んでいくんですよ。何かが介入するっていうことはないし何かが止められるっていうことはなく、ドーパキノンになったらそれが黒いメラニンだったり薄いメラニンになっていくので、これも皮膚科医の常識だったんです。なので今までの美白の有効成分というのはチロシナーゼの活性を抑えるというものに注力してたんですよ。 でも今回ロレアルさんが独自で開発したメラジルっていう成分はですね、チロシナーゼじゃなくてドーパキノンになった後に止めることが無理だって思っていた回路をですね、立ってそこを抑えることによって黒いメラニンも薄いメラニンも作らせなくするっていう世界で初めてのブロックっていうのを見つけたものになります。すごいことじゃなさそうに聞こえるかもしれないんですけど、今までは絶対に止めることができなかったものを止めるって本当に素晴らしいことで、皮膚科医の先生たちがわあみたいなアメージングみたいな感じ、みんなが驚いたっていうような感じなんですね。なので今までのものもアプローチは素晴らしいんですけど、先を行くような美白のアプローチ方法かなと。また面白かったのが通常だったら美白の有効成分で使わなくなったら元に戻ったりとかするじゃないですか。でもこのメラジルってのはチロシナーゼの活性を抑えるんではなくてその後のドミノ倒しになるようなものをある程度抑えていくので、後戻りも少ないっていうことを聞いていつ日本で使えるようになるんだろうっていうのも本当にワクワクして聞いていました。 そんなメラジルが入っているのがこのメラビー3なんですが、もうメラジルだけじゃなくてちょっとね入れすぎじゃないっていうぐらい、あとナイアシナミドだったりパルミチン酸レチノールだったり、角質の柔軟作用を持っているカプリロイルサリチル酸だったりとか、くすみとか抑えてくれるって言われているカルノシンだったり、炎症作用を持っているグリチルチン酸とかも入ってツヤと透明感を出すような成分が天盛もりになっているっていうこのメラビー3がやっと発売になっても、私はめちゃめちゃ嬉しいです。 テクスチャーはですね、ピンクっぽい色なんですがちょっとね、とろみがあるようなテクスチャーになっていますぶっちゃけて言うと独特な香りはします。好き嫌いは分かれると思うんですけれども、すごいね、ずっと続くっていうわけじゃないのでそこ安心してもらいたいなと思います。透けた感触としてはなんか一瞬とろっとしているので、なんか膜感があるかなと思うんですがベタベタ感はね本当にないです。なんで私みたいな脂性肌の人にもしっとり感はあるので、その後に乳液だったりクリームを重ねていただければいいし、なんといっても本当にベタベタ感がないの、それもすごく私の中では良かった。とろみがあったりとか新規成分ってながベタつきがあるものも多かったので、これからの時期もすごく使いやすいし、今までのもね、なんか物足りないなあと思っていた方、あとは美白を使わなくなると後戻りしちゃうよって思ってた人には朗報なアイテムかなと思いますので、ぜひメラビー3チェックしてみていただけるといいかなと思います。 本当に感動したので、それがやっとね7ヶ月の時を経てですね、やっと皆さんにご紹介できて、私としてはめちゃくちゃ嬉しいので、ぜひその興奮をね味わっていただければなと思います。6月11日が先行発売なんですが、全国発売は8月みたいなので、公式のオンラインだけになりますので、そこだけ気をつけていただければなと思います。 はいということでいかがだったでしょうか？11月にフランスに行った時に、そんなに英語が得意なわけじゃないんですけれども、聞いていてすごくやっぱり驚いた雰囲気と周りの先生たちの興奮度合いで、ヤバいの発売されたんだなっていう、ちょっと英語があんまりわかんない私でも一緒に感動できたし、それをですね日本でもタイムラグはあったんですけれども、それがね使えるようになった、この幸福、それが伝えられてよかったかなというふうに思います。ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。今日の内容良かったよって方はですねグッドボタンを押していただいたりチャンネル登録していただけると嬉しいです。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Finally, finally, finally it's being released. I've been waiting so long for this to come out, and that's this: La Roche-Posay's Mela Be Serum. Do you remember? I created a "Complete Transparency Box" in the June issue of VOCE, and I think there was a trial product included. Actually, that's not quite the case, but please listen. The Complete Box was released in April. The fact that we included it before release became quite a hot topic, and after people used it and said it was amazing, it finally launched on the official online store on June 11th. When I included it in the VOCE supplement, I explained it, and finally it was released as an advance release. So let me explain why I wanted to include this in the supplement I supervised before the official release, why I've been waiting a whole year for this, and why this is a wonderful field that all dermatologists cried about. I'd like to dive deep into this, so please watch until the end. First, I learned about La Roche-Posay's Mela Be 3 when I went to France last November. There, dermatologists from all over the world gathered for the launch presentation of Mela Be 3. It was called the Skincare Symposium. As dermatologists, we're always treating pigmentation, including acne scars and spots where dark color remains, which we call hyperpigmentation. We use laser treatments and medications, and in this case, we discovered new and unique ingredients that approach hyperpigmentation in a completely different way than before. That presentation was about that, and that ingredient is called Melasin. Hyperpigmentation—preventing the formation of spots and such—is first about preventing inflammation. For example, Chamomile ET and Tranexamic acid, when UV light hits, our bodies produce inflammatory substances like prostaglandins. These go to melanocytes, cells that produce melanin, and melanin synthesis begins. First, one strategy is to prevent melanocytes from being switched on, which is one type of whitening active ingredient. There's also another approach that stops the melanin production process. Representative examples are Kojic acid and Vitamin C. When UV light hits and inflammation occurs, inside melanocytes, an enzyme called tyrosinase becomes activated, turning it into DOPA. Tyrosinase then further activates it to become DOPA quinone. DOPA quinone becomes dopachrome and becomes black melanin. Another pathway from DOPA quinone becomes cysteinyldopa, which becomes light melanin. This is how melanin is created. Previous whitening ingredients like Kojic acid, Lucinol, and Arbutin worked by suppressing the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, preventing the conversion from tyrosine to DOPA and from DOPA to DOPA quinone. So since DOPA quinone doesn't form, the subsequent black and light melanin don't form, preventing melanin creation altogether. You've probably heard of tyrosinase—the question was always how to suppress it. But why was the approach focused on suppressing tyrosinase activity? This is where we dermatologists were shocked. Originally, after tyrosinase is activated and DOPA becomes DOPA quinone, it proceeds like dominoes falling over on its own into black and light melanin. Nothing intervenes, nothing stops it—once it becomes DOPA quinone, it naturally becomes black or light melanin. This was also a dermatology principle. So previous whitening active ingredients focused on suppressing tyrosinase activity. But the new ingredient Melasin developed uniquely by L'Oreal doesn't work on tyrosinase—instead, it stops the cascade after DOPA quinone has formed, something we thought was impossible. By blocking this, it prevents the creation of both black and light melanin—the world's first such discovery. It might not sound that impressive, but stopping something that was previously impossible to stop is truly wonderful, and all the dermatologists responded with amazement. So the previous approaches were excellent, but this is a whitening strategy that goes beyond that. What was also interesting is that usually when you stop using whitening active ingredients, it reverts, right? But Melasin doesn't suppress tyrosinase activity itself; instead, it suppresses the domino cascade that follows, so there's less reversion. When I heard this, I was so excited about when this would be available in Japan. So Mela Be 3 contains this Melasin, but honestly, it seems like they put in so much more than just Melasin. There's also Niacinamide, Retinyl Palmitate, Capryloyl Salicylic Acid which has keratin-softening properties, Carnosine which reportedly suppresses dullness, and Glycyrrhizic Acid which has anti-inflammatory properties. It's packed with ingredients that create shine and transparency. I'm really happy that Mela Be 3 is finally being released. The texture is a pinkish color with a bit of thickness. Honestly, it has a unique scent. I think people will have different opinions about it, but don't worry—it doesn't linger. The feeling of application is a bit thick at first, so there's a slight film feeling, but it's not greasy at all. Even though I have oily skin, there's a moisturizing feeling, and you can layer emulsion and cream after if you like. But what's great is there's really no greasiness. Since products with thickness and new ingredients often have stickiness, this should be very easy to use in the coming season. If you felt like previous products were lacking, or if you thought reverting to pigmentation would happen when you stopped using whitening products, this is great news. So please do check out Mela Be 3. I was truly moved, and after 7 months, I'm finally able to introduce this to you all, which makes me really happy. I hope you'll experience this excitement. June 11th is the advance release, but the nationwide release will be in August and will only be available through the official online store, so please keep that in mind. So how was that? When I went to France in November, my English isn't that good, but listening to the atmosphere and the excitement level of the doctors around me, I could tell something amazing was being released. Even though I couldn't understand much of the English, I could feel the emotion, and now that it's finally available in Japan after some time lag, I'm so glad I could share this joy with you.
