シミ予防まで！超絶お得なシワ改善成分入り美容液

皆さんこんにちは、ともに新田です。今回もシワ改善成分の深掘り動画第3弾になります。今回の深掘りはこちら、ワンバイコーセー「ザ・リンクレス」薬用シワ改善クリームになります。前回・前々回とポーラのニールワン、そしてシセイドウの純粋レチノールの話をしました。今回はこちらのコーセーの「ザ・リンクレス」になるんですが、こちらに入っている有効成分というのがズバリ、ナイアシナミドになります。 実はナイアシナミドというのは、もともとすごく昔から化粧品に入っている成分なんですね。ビタミンB群の一種なんですが、もともとどういう効果で化粧品に配合されているかというと、メラノサイトが作るメラニン色素を排出してくれるので、美白効果が認められており、よく美白の化粧品にはナイアシナミドが入っていたんですよ。でも今回、コーセーが承認を取ったのはシワ改善です。 じゃあシワにはどういうふうに効くかというと、コラーゲンとエラスチンというのが真皮にありますよね。そのうちのコラーゲンのほう、要は弾力を司るものですね。コラーゲンが傷ついて壊れてしまうと、ベッドのスプリングがなくなるようにダラーンとなってしまうので、張り感がなくなってしまい、深く落ち込んでシワになる。なので要はコラーゲンの変性を抑えたり、コラーゲンの産生を促してくれると、この落ちくぼみがなくなってシワを改善するということで、このナイアシナミドをシワ改善の有効成分としてデータを取り承認を受けたのがコーセーになります。 そういうと、「ナイアシナミドはいろんなものに入っているから、別にコーセーの『ザ・リンクレス』じゃなくてもいいんじゃない？」と思っているそこのあなた。私もそのうちの一人でした。でもこの「ザ・リンクレス」には、ナイアシナミド以外にも素晴らしい成分が入っているんですね。それが「AZアスタキサンチン」というものです。 皮膚の弾力を司っている真皮にはコラーゲンとエラスチンがあると言いましたよね。コラーゲンはさっき言った弾力を司っていて、どちらかというとベッドのスプリングのような効果です。もう一つのエラスチンは張り感を司っていて、どちらかというと立体的に皮膚を支えるのはエラスチンが担っているんですね。残念ながらどちらも紫外線によっても変性してしまうし、年齢によってもどんどん変性してしまうということが分かっています。 ナイアシナミドはコラーゲンの産生を促してくれるわけですが、コラーゲンだけじゃなくてエラスチンの変性なども抑えたいよね、という思いからコーセーがいろいろ研究していったところがポイントなんですよ。コーセーさんって結構、コラーゲンだけじゃなくてエラスチンというものにフォーカスを置く企業さんだなというイメージです。 そもそもエラスチンってどうやってできるかというと、実はエラスチンは線維芽細胞の指令からできているんですね。線維芽細胞が「こういったものを作ってくれ」と信号を送って、そこから線状の「フィブリリン」というものと球状の「トロポエラスチン」というものがあって、その線状のものと球状のものが重なり合って強固なエラスチンが出来上がっています。 このタンパク質を作ってくれという指令が行くときに設計図のようなものを送るんですが、その設計図のクオリティに関わっているのが「小胞体シャペロン（BIP）」と呼ばれるものです。この小胞体シャペロンの設計図のクオリティが高ければ高いほど、強固なエラスチンができるんですね。残念ながらこの小胞体シャペロンは年齢によってクオリティがどんどん低下していくということが分かっています。 小胞体シャペロン自体のクオリティをどうやって上げていくかを色々探したところ、実はアスタキサンチンにその効果があるということを見つけました。さらにそこにゲットウ葉エキスとグリセリンを添加した「AZアスタキサンチン」というものが、この小胞体シャペロンのクオリティをアップさせ、エラスチンの変性を低下させるということをコーセーさんが見つけたんですね。 なので、ハリ感・弾力を出すコラーゲンの産生を促すナイアシナミドと、立体感・ハリ感を出すエラスチンのクオリティを上げるAZアスタキサンチン、どちらにもアプローチするので、コラーゲンにもエラスチンにもダブルでハリ感とツヤ感を出していきましょう、そしてシワを改善させましょう、というようなものがこの「ザ・リンクレス」シワ改善クリームになります。 正直、ナイアシナミドが入っている化粧品は結構あります。同じコーセー系でも、ルシェリの乳液にはナイアシナミドが入っています。ナイアシナミドは化粧水などの水系アイテムにも入れやすい成分で、もともと美白にも効果があるので全顔に使っていけるんですけれども、さらに特定の部位にしっかりと効果を出したいときには、このようなクリームを集中的に使っていくほうがいいかなと思います。プラス、承認を取得したワンバイコーセーにはナイアシナミドだけじゃなくAZアスタキサンチンも入っているので、ダブルで効果を期待できる。そういった意味ではやはり「元祖」という感じなのかなと思い、今日は深掘りしてみました。 今回でシワ改善成分深掘り1・2・3が全部終わりました。これからちょっと気温が下がって乾燥が来て、なんとなくシワが気になる季節。深掘り動画1・2・3で紹介した成分を使っていただいて、ご自身に合う成分で皆さんのシワが改善できれば嬉しいなと思っております。 いかがでしたか？このチャンネルでは美容や健康について正しい知識をご紹介していますので、よかったらチャンネル登録よろしくお願いします。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Nitta. Welcome to the third installment of my deep-dive series on wrinkle-improving ingredients. Today's focus is the ONE BY KOSÉ "The Wrinkless" Medicated Wrinkle-Improving Cream. In the previous two videos, I covered POLA's NIELLOW ONE and Shiseido's pure retinol. This time, we're looking at KOSÉ's The Wrinkless, whose active ingredient is niacinamide. Niacinamide is actually an ingredient that has been used in cosmetics for a very long time. It's a type of vitamin B, and it was originally included in cosmetics for its skin-brightening effect — specifically, it helps suppress the transfer of melanin produced by melanocytes, which is why it has long been used in whitening skincare products. However, this time, KOSÉ obtained approval for niacinamide as a wrinkle-improving ingredient. So how does it work on wrinkles? In the dermis, we have collagen and elastin. Collagen governs skin elasticity — think of it like the springs in a mattress. When collagen is damaged and breaks down, the skin sags and loses its firmness, causing it to sink in and form wrinkles. By suppressing collagen degradation and promoting collagen production, those sunken areas are filled back in and wrinkles are improved. KOSÉ collected the data and obtained approval for niacinamide specifically as a wrinkle-improving active ingredient. Now, you might be thinking: "Niacinamide is found in all kinds of products, so I don't need to specifically buy The Wrinkless from KOSÉ, right?" I used to think the same thing. But The Wrinkless contains another remarkable ingredient beyond niacinamide — and that's AZ Astaxanthin. As I mentioned, the dermis contains both collagen and elastin. While collagen provides elasticity (like mattress springs), elastin is responsible for firmness and the three-dimensional structure of the skin. Unfortunately, both are degraded by UV exposure and age over time. Niacinamide promotes collagen production — but what about elastin? KOSÉ's researchers wanted to address elastin degradation as well, and that's the key point. In fact, KOSÉ is a company that places particular focus on elastin, not just collagen. So how is elastin made? Elastin is produced based on signals from fibroblasts. Fibroblasts send instructions to produce specific proteins: thread-like fibrillin and globular tropoelastin combine to form strong, sturdy elastin. When these proteins are being produced, a kind of "blueprint" is sent — and the quality of that blueprint is controlled by a protein called the endoplasmic reticulum chaperone, known as BiP. The higher the quality of this chaperone, the more robust the elastin that gets produced. Unfortunately, the quality of this chaperone declines with age. In searching for a way to improve the quality of the endoplasmic reticulum chaperone, KOSÉ discovered that astaxanthin has this effect. Furthermore, they found that by combining astaxanthin with Getou leaf extract and glycerin to create "AZ Astaxanthin," they could enhance the quality of the endoplasmic reticulum chaperone and reduce the degradation of elastin. So, this product works on two fronts: niacinamide promotes collagen production to restore elasticity and firmness, while AZ Astaxanthin improves elastin quality to restore three-dimensional structure and radiance. By targeting both collagen and elastin, The Wrinkless delivers a dual approach to improving wrinkles and restoring skin vitality. There are certainly many products out there that contain niacinamide — even within the KOSÉ brand, such as the LUCHELY emulsion. Niacinamide is easy to incorporate into water-based products like toners, and since it also has whitening benefits, it can be used all over the face. However, when you want targeted, concentrated results in specific areas, a dedicated cream like this is the better choice. And because ONE BY KOSÉ's The Wrinkless contains not only niacinamide but also AZ Astaxanthin, you can expect a dual benefit — which is why I think it truly deserves to be called the "original" in this category. That's what inspired me to dive deep into it today. With this video, my three-part deep-dive series on wrinkle-improving ingredients is now complete.
