日本初しわ改善美容液リンクルショットについて解説します。

皆さんこんにちは、ともに新田です。前回の動画で、シワに効く3つの成分についてお話ししました。その中で、ポーラさん独自のニールワン、資生堂さんが認可を取得したレチノール、そしてコーセーさんが認可を取得したナイアシンアミド、この3つについてお話をしました。今回はその深掘り動画になります。それぞれの成分が入った化粧品について詳しくお話ししていこうと思いますので、シワが気になる、どの製品を使ったらいいか悩んでいる方はぜひ最後までご覧ください。 今回深掘りするのは、ポーラ リンクルショット メディカルセラムです。このリンクルショット メディカルセラムは、2017年に日本初のシワ改善化粧品として認可が下りた製品です。ニールワンという成分が入っており、ニールワン自体は2016年にポーラが開発を発表し、満を持して2017年1月1日にリンクルショット メディカルセラムが発売されました。そこから日本ではシワ改善化粧品の市場が形成され、日本におけるシワ改善化粧品のパイオニアがこのリンクルショット メディカルセラムです。なお、海外から模倣品（偽物）が出回るほど人気の商品で、2017年の発売以来、この動画を撮影している2020年11月現在までロングセラーとして売れ続けています。 ニールワンは、「シワは傷と同じである」という発想から生まれています。傷を修復するとき、白血球の中にいる好中球が集まり、傷口を一度溶かしてから修復するという働きをします。しかしシワは傷ではないため、皮膚が溶かされると逆に皮膚がえぐれてしまいシワになることを発見しました。そこで、好中球が傷を修復する際に分泌する酵素「好中球エラスターゼ」をブロックする成分として開発されたのがニールワンです。 ニールワンの正式名称は「酸フッ化イソプロピルオキソプロピルアミノカルボニルピロリジンカルボニルメチルプロピルアミノカルボニルベンゾイルアミノ酢酸ナトリウム」といいます。リンクルショット メディカルセラムはニールワン以外にはジメチコンやメタクリル酸エステルなどの基材しかほとんど含まれておらず、ニールワンを高濃度で配合した美容液です。そのため、どちらかというと深いシワができるのを抑える・予防する美容液と捉えています。すでにあるシワへの効果はゆっくりですが、これからできる深いシワを予防したい方に非常におすすめの成分です。使い始めてすぐに効果が出るものではなく、長期間継続して使っていただくことが大切です。 前回の動画でもご紹介しましたが、リンクルショットの発表会において、ポーラの研究員の方が顔の片側だけにニールワン配合の美容液を10年ほど塗り続けるという人体実験を行いました。その方から左右差を比較したお写真の掲載許可をいただきましたので、ご紹介します。引きの写真でも左右の違いがはっきりとわかると思います。さらに寄った写真もご覧ください。また、2021年の新製品発表会がZoomで開催された際にも、その研究員の方が登場し、写真撮影の許可をいただきました。画像が少し粗いかもしれませんが、左右の差が非常にくっきりとわかります。ニールワンという成分の素晴らしさを実感できる事例だと思います。 実は、リンクルショット メディカルセラムに続く第2弾として、2020年1月に「ポーラ リンクルショット ジオセラム」が発売されています。リンクルショット＝シワ改善という認識が広まった2017年の第1弾に続き、2020年に登場したジオセラムですが、こちらにはニールワンが配合されていません。第1弾のメディカルセラムが気になる部位に部分的に使う美容液であるのに対し、ジオセラムは顔全体に使えるものです。 ジオセラムのコンセプトは、「表情シワが定着するのを防ぐ」という点にあります。笑ったときや驚いたときなど、表情を作るたびに皮膚に圧力がかかります。ポーラの研究によって、シワになりやすい人となりにくい人がいることが判明しました。シワになりやすい人は、皮膚の下層（真皮下層）が硬く変性していることがわかりました。これは耐震構造に例えると理解しやすく、建物の基盤が硬いと揺れの圧力がダイレクトに伝わりますが、基盤が柔らかいと圧力が分散されます。皮膚の下層が硬いと、表情による圧力がダイレクトに皮膚に伝わり、好中球が「傷だ」と判断して集まってしまうのです。 そこでジオセラムは2段階のアプローチを採用しています。1つ目は、皮膚下層の柔軟性を高めて表情圧を分散させる「モーションSリキッド」（ゲンノショウコエキス・ワレモコウエキス・ウルソル酸ベンジル・センブリエキスの複合体）。2つ目は、好中球自体が皮膚に集まるのを抑える「NEREリキッド」（油溶性桃葉エキス・シクロヘキシルグリセリン・スギナエキスの複合体）です。油溶性桃葉エキスは血管壁に働きかけて好中球が血管外に出るのを抑え、シクロヘキシルグリセリンとスギナエキスの複合体は好中球を呼び寄せる因子をブロックします。 まとめると、くっきりと刻まれたシワがこれ以上深くならないようにしたい方にはニールワン配合の第1弾メディカルセラム（気になる部位への部分使い）、まだ大きなシワはないが表情シワの定着を防ぎたい若めの方にはジオセラム（顔全体への使用）、両方気になる方は2つ併用というのがポーラさんの提案です。 さらに、2021年1月にはニールワン配合のリンクルショット メディカルセラムのバージョンアップ版が発売されることが2020年10月に発表されました。新しいメディカルセラムはニールワンに加え、皮膚細胞の修復能力を高める成分も配合され、さらにパワーアップしたシワ改善効果が期待されます。発売後に改めて皆さんにご報告しますので、楽しみにお待ちください。 このチャンネルでは美容や健康についてわかりやすくお伝えしています。よかったらチャンネル登録をお願いします。次回もシワについての深掘り動画をお届けしますので、お楽しみに。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

In my previous video, I discussed three ingredients effective against wrinkles: NILE-1 (Nealle-1), a proprietary ingredient developed by POLA; retinol, approved by Shiseido; and niacinamide, approved by Kosé. Today's video takes a deeper dive into those ingredients, focusing specifically on the cosmetic products that contain them. If you're concerned about wrinkles and wondering which product to use, please watch until the end. Today's featured product is the POLA Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum. This serum was approved in 2017 as Japan's first wrinkle-improving cosmetic. Its key ingredient, NILE-1, was announced by POLA in 2016, and the Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum officially launched on January 1, 2017. This product pioneered the wrinkle-improving cosmetics market in Japan, and it has been so popular that counterfeit versions have even appeared overseas. As of November 2020, when this video was filmed, it continues to be a long-selling bestseller. NILE-1 was born from the concept that "wrinkles are the same as wounds." When a wound forms, neutrophils (a type of white blood cell) gather at the site, partially dissolving the tissue before repairing it. Since wrinkles are not true wounds, this dissolution process actually gouges the skin, causing wrinkles to deepen. POLA discovered this mechanism and developed NILE-1 to block neutrophil elastase, the enzyme that neutrophils release to dissolve tissue. The official chemical name of NILE-1 is sodium isopropyloxopropylaminocarbonylpyrrolidinecarboxylmethylpropylaminocarbonylbenzoylaminoacetate. The Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum is formulated with an extremely high concentration of NILE-1, with virtually no other active ingredients aside from base components such as dimethicone and methacrylic acid ester. As a result, this serum is best understood as a product that prevents and suppresses the formation of deep wrinkles rather than rapidly diminishing existing ones. Effects on existing wrinkles appear gradually, so it is recommended for long-term, consistent use. As I mentioned in my previous video, a POLA researcher conducted a self-experiment, applying NILE-1 serum to only one side of their face for approximately 10 years, starting from the prototype stage. I received permission to share the before-and-after photos comparing the two sides of their face. Even in wide-angle shots, the difference between the treated and untreated sides is clearly visible. A closer image makes the contrast even more apparent. At a more recent Zoom press event announcing the 2021 product update, the same researcher appeared and allowed me to photograph their face. Although the image quality is slightly lower, the left-right difference remains striking. These photos powerfully demonstrate the effectiveness of NILE-1. In January 2020, POLA released a second product in the Wrinkle Shot line: the POLA Wrinkle Shot Geo Serum. Unlike the first-generation Medical Serum, the Geo Serum does not contain NILE-1. While the Medical Serum is designed for targeted application on specific areas of concern, the Geo Serum is formulated for application across the entire face. The Geo Serum's concept focuses on preventing expression wrinkles from becoming permanently set. Every time we make a facial expression, pressure is exerted on the skin. POLA's research found that some people are more prone to developing expression wrinkles than others. Those more prone to wrinkles tend to have hardened (denatured) tissue in the lower layers of the dermis. This is similar to earthquake-resistant building design: a rigid foundation transmits shockwaves directly, while a flexible foundation disperses them. When the lower dermis is stiff, expression-induced pressure is transmitted directly to the skin, causing neutrophils to mistake it for a wound and gather at the site. The Geo Serum addresses this with a two-pronged approach. The first component, Motion S Liquid (a complex of geranium extract, great burnet extract, benzyl ursolic acid, and swertia japonica extract), improves the flexibility of the lower dermis to disperse expression pressure. The second component, NERE Liquid (a complex of oil-soluble peach leaf extract, cyclohexylglycerol, and horsetail extract), prevents neutrophils from migrating to the skin. Oil-soluble peach leaf extract acts on blood vessel walls to inhibit neutrophils from exiting the bloodstream, while the cyclohexylglycerol and horsetail extract complex blocks the signaling factors that attract neutrophils to the skin. In summary: for those who want to prevent existing deep wrinkles from worsening, the first-generation Medical Serum with NILE-1 is recommended for targeted spot treatment. For those who do not yet have prominent wrinkles but want to prevent expression wrinkles from becoming permanently etched into the skin, the Geo Serum is ideal for full-face use. Those concerned about both issues can use the two products together. Additionally, in October 2020, POLA announced that an upgraded version of the Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum will be released in January 2021. This new formula will include NILE-1 plus additional ingredients designed to enhance the skin's own repair capacity, representing a significant advancement in wrinkle improvement.
