【2020夏】おすすめドラコスジェルクリーム

皆さんこんにちは、内科・皮膚科医の友利新です。今日は夏におすすめのジェルクリームについてお話ししようと思います。今日はドラッグストアで買えるものだけにしてみました。今年の夏は暑いだけでなくマスクをしているので、ベタベタするクリームや乳液を塗りたくないときにおすすめなのがジェルクリームです。ジェルなので冷感があり、みずみずしさもあります。そこに独自の美容成分や技術が入ったものを今回3つご紹介します。 まず1つ目はオバジ シセラムゲルです。テクスチャーは一瞬クリームっぽいですが、塗るとみずみずしいジェルに変わり、ベタつきもなくスーッと入っていく感じです。オバジといえばビタミンCですね。私が普段使っているスパトリートメントもピュアビタミンC入りですが、オバジもピュアビタミンCが配合されています。ジェルクリームにもかかわらずピュアビタミンCが入っており、速効性があって、特に毛穴の開きへの効果が期待できます。ピュアビタミンCは壊れやすいため、特殊な技術を持つメーカーにしか配合できません。オバジはナノファイバージェルという特殊技術を用いてジェル状に仕上げています。このナノファイバージェルの主成分であるパルミトイルジペプチド18というペプチドは、ビタミンCをジェル状に保つだけでなく、コラーゲンの浸透を増幅させる機能があります。これにより通常の6倍の効果があるとされています。さらにパルミトイルジペプチド18はコラーゲン産生を促進し、たるみ毛穴への効果が期待できるだけでなく、アクネ菌（ニキビ菌）を減少させることも確認されています。そのため、たるみ毛穴にも大人ニキビにも効果が期待できます。 2つ目は肌ラボ 薬用ホワイトニングクリームです。12年連続顧客支持率ナンバーワンとのことで、テクスチャーはプルンプルンとしており、塗るとスーッと入っていきます。オバジよりはやや保湿感が残ります。肌ラボはコラーゲン研究に力を入れているブランドで、独自のコラーゲンが複数配合されており、高い保湿効果があります。さらにアルブチンとビタミンC誘導体も配合されています。ビタミンC誘導体は速効性よりもじっくり効果を発揮するタイプです。アルブチンはチロシナーゼを抑制し、メラノサイトがメラニン色素を産生するのを抑える美白成分ですが、こちらも長期使用によって効果が期待できます。脂性肌やたるみ毛穴が気になる方にはオバジが向いており、敏感肌やインナードライが気になりながら美白もしたい方には肌ラボが向いています。 3つ目はアクアレーベルのスペシャルジェルクリームA（青）です。テクスチャーはオバジと肌ラボの中間くらいです。みずみずしさはありますが肌ラボほどのしっとり感はなく、オバジほどさっぱりもしていないという使い心地です。アクアレーベルの最大の特長は、資生堂独自の美白有効成分4MSK（4-メトキシサリチル酸カリウム塩）が配合されている点です。これはデパートコスメにも使われている成分で、チロシナーゼを阻害してメラニン色素の産生を抑える美白効果があります。さらに資生堂と九州大学との共同研究による3種のアミノ酸（D-グルタミン酸、D-アラニン、D-メチオニン）が配合されています。D-グルタミン酸は皮膚のバリア機能回復を促進し、D-アラニンは基底膜の修復タンパク質産生効果が期待でき、D-メチオニンは真皮のセンガ細胞（線維芽細胞）がUVAによって破壊されるのを抑制します。つまりアクアレーベルは、保湿・バリア機能改善・美白・UVAによるたるみ抑制という多機能なジェルクリームです。 まとめると、大人ニキビやたるみ毛穴が気になる方にはオバジ、インナードライや美白が気になる方には肌ラボ、バリア機能低下や美白・たるみ・UVAが気になる方にはアクアレーベルをおすすめします。このチャンネルでは美容や健康について分かりやすく解説していますので、よかったらチャンネル登録をよろしくお願いします。次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, I'm Toa, a physician specializing in internal medicine and dermatology. Today I'd like to talk about gel creams I recommend for summer — specifically ones you can find at drugstores. This summer, not only is it hot, but we're all wearing masks, so if you want to avoid heavy, sticky creams or lotions, gel creams are the perfect choice. They have a refreshing, cooling sensation and a lightweight, hydrating feel. I'll be introducing three products that also incorporate unique active ingredients and technologies. The first product is the Obagi Serum Gel. The texture looks like a cream at first glance, but once you apply it, it transforms into a light, hydrating gel that absorbs smoothly without any stickiness. Obagi is known for Vitamin C, and just like my personal favorite Spa Treatment product, this contains pure Vitamin C. Even in a gel cream formula, it includes pure Vitamin C, which works quickly and is especially expected to be effective for minimizing enlarged pores. Because pure Vitamin C is unstable, only brands with specialized technology can incorporate it. Obagi uses a unique technology called "Nano Fiber Gel." The key component of this nano fiber gel is a peptide called Palmitoyl Dipeptide-18, which not only keeps Vitamin C stable within the gel but also amplifies collagen penetration into the skin. This is said to deliver six times the effectiveness of regular Vitamin C. Furthermore, Palmitoyl Dipeptide-18 promotes collagen synthesis, making it effective for sagging pores, and has also been confirmed to reduce acne-causing bacteria (C. acnes). This makes it a great choice for both sagging pores and adult acne. The second product is Hada Labo Medicated Whitening Cream, which has reportedly ranked number one in customer satisfaction for 12 consecutive years. The texture is bouncy and jelly-like, and it absorbs smoothly upon application, leaving a slightly more moisturized feel compared to the Obagi. Hada Labo is a brand well known for its collagen research, and this product contains multiple types of their proprietary collagen for strong moisturizing effects. It also contains arbutin and a Vitamin C derivative. The Vitamin C derivative works more gradually than pure Vitamin C. Arbutin is a whitening ingredient that inhibits tyrosinase, thereby preventing melanocytes from producing melanin pigment, though it also requires consistent long-term use to see results. If you have oily skin or are concerned about sagging pores, Obagi is the better fit, while Hada Labo suits those with sensitive skin, inner dryness, or those who want whitening benefits. The third product is Aqualabel Special Gel Cream A (Blue). Its texture falls between Obagi and Hada Labo — it's lightweight and hydrating, but not as rich as Hada Labo, and not as refreshing as Obagi. The standout feature of Aqualabel is that it contains 4MSK (potassium 4-methoxysalicylate), a proprietary whitening active ingredient from Shiseido that is also found in high-end department store cosmetics. It works by inhibiting tyrosinase to prevent melanin production. Additionally, it contains three types of amino acids developed through joint research between Shiseido and Kyushu University: D-Glutamic Acid, D-Alanine, and D-Methionine. D-Glutamic Acid promotes recovery of the skin's barrier function; D-Alanine is expected to promote production of basement membrane repair proteins; and D-Methionine inhibits UVA-induced damage to dermal fibroblasts, which are responsible for collagen production and are a major cause of skin sagging. In short, Aqualabel is a multi-functional gel cream that offers moisturizing, barrier repair, whitening, and protection against UVA-induced sagging. To summarize: for adult acne and sagging pores, choose Obagi; for inner dryness and whitening, choose Hada Labo; and for barrier function improvement, whitening, and anti-aging protection against UVA, choose Aqualabel.
