そんな話はさておいて、配布をすると一時的にニキビができたりしますか？いやーそれはあんまりないかな。なんかレーザー、例えば顔の脱毛レーザーとか当てたらなることはありますけど、配布は層が違うので、それはないと思います。ワックス脱毛とピーリングセットでやると、ワックス脱毛ってお顔とピーリングは一緒にしない、別々の日にした方がいいと思いますね。ちょっと肌に負担かも。 7月18日お誕生日の方がいらっしゃいますね。友利先生ビオレのローションともりがえしました。あれはこの時期神ですね。でしょ本当に。そうなんですよ。意外と私あれをリリースいただいた時って、多分結構前だったんですよね。あれ今7月でしょ、5月くらいでまだまだ寒いわけじゃないけど、まだまだ暑いのは先だなと思ってて、タイミングを失してしまったんです。今じゃないと思って。あともう一つすごい汗を止める系のやつを見つけたので、そこを今週末取って来週には出したいなと思っております。 先生に教えていただいた枕が今日届きました。今夜から使うの楽しみです。あれね横向きのね。あれはもう本当に私の中で神だなと思っております。虫除けスプレー。虫除けスプレーはイカリジンかディートのものを使い分けてるんですけど、イカリジンは小さいお子さんでも使えるので、ただ普通の公園ぐらいだったらイカリジンのやつでいいと思うんですけれども、本当にもう山行くとか森に行くかだったら、ディートが入ってるやつの方がいいと思います。 かゆみ止めは基本的にかゆみ止めって、あんまりかゆみを止めるものはないと私は思ってますね。鼻のプロテーゼ部分ベルベットスキンしみ取りレーザーやってもいいですか？全然大丈夫というかいつやったかによりますね。逆に鼻のオペをするときって、結構感染防止のために毛穴やっぱりニキビとかができちゃっていると、鼻のオペの後ってちょっとなんていうんですかね、オペして直後はなかなかあれなので、先にそういった手術してから鼻のオペする方も多いですよ。 ジュベルクやったんですね。ジュベルクはいいですよね毛穴。なんていうのかな、私もジュベルク、マックームで私はやってた。ジュベルクはどちらかというとコラーゲンアップしながら引き締めていく毛穴をっていう感じなので、すごく私もやりたいなと思っているんですよね。 今日は納豆の日。納豆は実は発酵性の食物繊維がすごくよく入っているので、ぜひ納豆はもし朝はもちろんオールブランを召し上がっていただきたいんですけれども、毎日オールブランはという時には納豆ご飯でいかがでしょうか、というぐらい発酵性の食物繊維がたくさん入っているので、ぜひ召し上がってください。 汗を止めるの知りたい。汗を止めるのは実は脇なんですよ。顔のやつじゃないんだごめんなさい。大腸検査の下剤を飲んだら腸内フローラリセットされますか？リセットというか1回はいなくなりますけれども、また同じようなものが出てくるので、リセットっちゃリセットですね。 シルファームを受けるのですが一緒にエクソヒーラーをするように進められています。シルファームを1回受けるのと変わらないお値段がするので、エクソヒーラーというぐらいだからエクソソームを入れると思うんですけど、私エクソソームについて正直懐疑的なので、自分がいらないと思ったらいらないかなと思います。 ディオールのスティックファンデーションめっちゃいいですよ。色が合っていればしっかり塗れてツヤも出るんですよ。なので持ち歩きにこの時期いいと思います。ただ塗った後やっぱり広げなきゃいけないので、私はスポンジとかで部分的に広げていく。なのでこれで全部というのもありだけど、私はお直し用にいいかなと思っています。 ジュベルクのしこり問題。もともとジュベルクの1個前の製剤はすごくしこりができるということだったんですけど、ジュベルクはしこりができづらいと言われています。だからゼロではないと思うんですけど、私が患者さんを見ている感じで言うと、そこまではないかな。ただゼロではない。もともとああいう製剤はなる可能性はゼロではないんですけど、あんまりないと思いますね。 タイトニングレーザーっていうのがわからない。タイトニングレーザーってなんだろう。IPLを3回照射しました。効果はどれくらい？IPLを3回照射して効果はどれくらいっていう、透明感がアップするっていうことなのかな、効果はどれくらい。一回にシミがなくなったものは元に戻ることはないですけれども、またシミができる可能性はあります。元に戻ることはないですけどね。 先生やファンではリキッドタイプが一番好みなんですか？リキッドが基本好きなんですけど、今日は実はクリニックで、暑かったじゃないですか。こんな暑くてもマスクしてて、急いで帰ってきて、ファンデーションを塗るの嫌だなと思ったので、実は今日はオバジのBBクリームと、オバジのBBクリームと、ラロッシュのトーンアップローズをちょっと混ぜて、BBだけだと濃かったので、ちょっと混ぜて塗ってから、プリマフィスタのブライトチャージパウダーなんですけど、これをぱぱぱぱっと塗って一日過ごしてました。なのでさっきのお直しもこれで直しました。やっぱり暑い時って、すごくこんな感じかなと。 葡萄と液とは取りすぎなければ、取りすぎなければですけどめちゃくちゃ甘いので、血と血バーンっていくかな。エクオール買いました。先生は何年くらい飲んでますか？授乳が終わってからだから最後の、おチビがもうすぐ5歳になるので、3年くらいかな。4年か3、4年は飲んでると思います。 今日のリップ可愛くない？今日は新作の時にお話ししようかなと思うんですけど、色物なのでもう発売になるからいいかなと思うんですけど、これカネボーの、7月26日発売なんですよ。カネボーからチークとリップとアイシャドウが発売になります。ちなみに今日チークもカネボーのチークにしていて、なんかこう、肌の色を高めるような、イキイキした肌に見せるものと、鎮静カラーといって透明感を与えるような、パウダーとの2種類入っているもので、これが私が今塗ったのはこっちなんですけれども、この色。これが03のクレーバーローズウッドっていう、ちょっとパッと見オレンジっぽいんですけど、塗るとオレンジにちょっとローズが入って、ローズオレンジみたいな感じ。そこにこのパープルをのせるとツヤ感。この辺パープルちょっとのせたんですけど、ツヤ感が増す。これが7月26日に発売の、なんていう名前だ？ムードブースティングブラッシュ。ムードブースティングブラッシュの、03番クレーバーローズウッドっていうチークに、リップがめっちゃ可愛かったんですよね。 ちょっと2種類出て、すごいリップは1、2、3限定入れて5種類出るんですけど、そのうち私がめちゃくちゃいいなと思ったのが、限定のEX-06も可愛かったんですけど、今日はピンクベージュ。あんまり赤っていうよりは、ピンクベージュっぽい感じかなと思ったので、V11番クワイエットビート。クワイエットビートっていうV11番。こういう色を塗りました。ただこれだけでも普段はいいなと思うんですけれども、そこによりそれだけでもツヤが出るんだけれども、ちょっとだけ足したいなと思って、多分この組み合わせがめちゃくちゃ可愛いなと思ったのが、これも、これは、情報解禁してるよね。7月5日。だからもう売ってるのか。トムフォードのリップバーム。リップグロスか。グロスリュクスだ。リップバームのグロスリュクスっていうやつの、08番、インビジョン、ウォーターティーニーっていうものを、これを2つ合わせるとめっちゃ可愛いんですよ。 まずこれが、これカネボー。このV11ね。でこれに、いやーこれ、この2つ全然関係ないブランドなんですけど、これがトムフォードなんで、これを上から重ねると、なんかちょうどいい色になるんですよ。本当にこっちね今、ちょうどいい色になって、なんか艶が増すっていう感じなので、これは、うんかなりいいんじゃないかなと。この組み合わせが私の中で、ちょっと7月売りのリップの中では結構推しですね。 もう1回言いますね。カネボーのルージュスターヴィブラントの新色です。V11。でもうこれは7月5日にもう発売になっている。トムフォードのグロスリュクスの08番を重ねてます。実はこれもう1個いい組み合わせがあって、このカネボーのヴィブラントシリーズの限定これEXの6番が、こっちになるか、こういう色なんですよ。わかるかな。こういうちょっと赤ローズが入っている色なんですけれども、こんな感じのお色なんですけれども、これにまた、こちらトムフォードのこれ何番だ。04だから、EXディープクランベリーのEXコイジットっていうものが、もともとこういうお色なんですね。これを合わせるとめっちゃ可愛いんですよ。この上にこれを塗ると、いい感じになりません。この組み合わせが私の中でちょっと可愛いなと思って、全然違うブランドだけど、カネボーのルージュスターヴィブラントのEXの6番と、トムフォードのグロスリュクスの04番、EXコイジットをこれ合わせるといいと思う。めちゃくちゃいいですよ。なんかどっちもぷるんとツヤ感を出してくれるので、この組み合わせが私の中で今回いいなと思った組み合わせでした。 なんかおもよふくにつきそうだから、あっそうですね。ごめんなさいリップの紹介をして、後でまたメンバーシップでも詳しくそれはお話しますね。よいしょ。今日のお花です。今日のお花は、ちょっと今日は黄色い感じの、たまにはちょっとあれかなと思って、グロリオサっていうお花です。これちょっとオレンジから黄色にかけての、可愛いよねグロリオサ。でまたね不思議なバラを、これなんですよ。この子実はバラなんです。バラのクリューネウェールっていうお名前です。珍しいよね。私最初草が草っていうか、こういうあれなのかと思ったんです。これバラかなバラのお花なんですって分かるかな。ちょっと分かんないね。後でまたインスタに載せておきます。でこの垂れてるのがアマランサス。なんかちょっとね可愛いよね。ひょいっとアマランサスがあって、これがウーリーブッシュに、これがドラセナでございます。 あのね、人生のアレルギーって基本的に私はアレルギーというものではないと思う。体に合わないっていうのはあると思うんですけど、アレルギーっていうのは基本的にやっぱり1型アレルギーと4型アレルギーで、遅く出るものはあるんですけど、基本的には体がむくむというか、あの蕁麻疹ができていたりとか痒みが出たりとか、そういったものでむくむっていうのはなく、アレルギーっていうよりは体質的に合わないというものがあると思います。だけれどもそこはないなぁと思います。むくむってことではあのないと思います。 GAローションって毛穴に効き、毛穴開きに効果的ですか？えっと、その方が皮脂が多いタイプの毛穴開きだったら。あのたるみねー日やるものじゃなくて、皮脂が多いタイプだったらいいと思います。あれ、グリシルグリシンと確か何だったかな、が入っていて、脂分泌を抑えるだけじゃなくて、その皮脂によって毛穴がすり鉢になるのを抑えてくれるものなのであの、そういう系だったらいいと思います。 Actually, when people have nose surgery, pores and pimples can appear due to infection prevention, and right after the surgery it's a bit difficult, so many people do treatments like that first before the nose surgery. You've done Juvéderm? Juvéderm is great for pores. What's that called, I've also done Juvéderm with Macroderm. Juvéderm kind of works by boosting collagen while tightening pores, and honestly I want to try it too. Today is Natto Day. Natto actually contains a lot of fermentable dietary fiber, so I really want you to have it, and if you have All-Bran in the morning that's great, but for those who can't have All-Bran every day, what about natto rice? Since it's the same price as getting Silfarma once, and since it's called Exohealer I assume they're using exosomes, but honestly I'm skeptical about exosomes, so if I don't think I need it, I'll just skip it. Dior's stick foundation is really good. If the color matches, it applies well and gives a dewy finish. So it's good to carry around this season. But after applying it you do need to blend it, so I blend it partially with a sponge or something. So while it works as a base foundation, I think it's especially good for touch-ups. About Juvéderm nodules. The formulation before Juvéderm tended to cause a lot of nodules, but Juvéderm is said to cause fewer nodules. So it's not zero, but in my experience seeing patients, it's not really happening that much. But it's not zero either. Formulations like that can cause issues, but I don't think it happens much. I don't understand what tightening laser is. What is tightening laser? I had IPL treatment three times. How much effect did it have? IPL three times, how much effect... does that mean transparency increased? How much effect? Once a spot is gone, it won't come back, but there's a possibility of getting new spots. I'd suggest Pola's Lotion Emart. It helps with pores, but a 10,000 yen toner is something most people can't just buy on impulse. I've been using Lotion Emart again recently and I think it's fantastic. Today I was inspired by a tropical resort aesthetic. But on the membership channel, I'll be talking about autumn skincare. Primavista's powder foundation isn't drying. I have very dry skin, so that's important. I don't experience dryness with it. Though under the eyes might be a different story. I do need to take extra care there. Since the under-eye area tends to dry out more, I found a really good product. This one here. It's called Control. Wait, how do you pronounce this? Control, I think. You customize it yourself. You choose a concealer and balm to put in. The concealers are separated by skin tone—this one is for cool undertones. Since my under-eyes are bluish, overall I'm more neutral-toned, but I always add this pink one. And then this balm has either Vitamin C with niacinamide or Vitamin C derivatives or... I forget which version, but I use the niacinamide version and put it in here. The balm helps prevent dryness, and then I layer this pink one on top. You get to customize it yourself. I can't remember what brand it is, but I was sent this and thought it was amazing. That's why I'm using it today, and my under-eyes aren't drying out as much.
