皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。もうだんだん紫外線も強くなってきて、皆さん美白ケアしていますか？もう2024年もたくさんの美白美容液出ましたよね。それぞれの深掘りだったりとか、ベストコスメの予想だったりとか、それはそれで見ていただきたいんですけれども、お財布に優しくて手軽に買える美白の美容液をご紹介してくださいという意見も多かったので、5,000円台で買える美白美容液を5つご紹介したいと思いますので最後までご覧ください。 美白の美容液っていうのはポイントは美白の有効成分が入っているというところになります。じゃあ美白の有効成分どういったものがあるのっていうのは「美白の成分」っていう動画を撮ってね、そこを見ていただきたいんですが、ざっくり大きく分けるとメラニンの生成を抑えるもの、メラニンができてしまっても排出させるっていうこの2つのパターンになってきます。そのメラニンを作らせなくするっていうのも炎症を抑えるものとチロシナーゼっていうものの活性を抑えるもの、この2つっていうものが主にあるんですね。なのでまあそれをうまく組み合わせることで美白をしっかりとしていくというところがポイントになってきます。 この美白の有効成分といろいろ研究されたものがデパコスだったり、お手頃のものだったりすると有効成分が入りながら浸透の技術だったりとか、他のサポート成分が少なかったりっていうものになってきますので、その辺もちょっとね深掘りしていきたいと思います。 では早速一つ目はこちら、キュレル シミ対策予防美容液になります。キュレルはですね、花王さんのものになりますで、花王の美白有効成分って何かというと、カモミラETなんですね。どういったものかというと、メラニンを作らせない有効成分の一つなんですが、その中でも紫外線が当たった時に炎症が起こったことによってメラニンを作ってくださいと指令が行く、この一番最初の炎症から抑えるのがカモミラETになっています。今日はちょっと外に行くなぁっていう人だとしっかりとカモミラETを朝入れておくことで、紫外線が当たって炎症が起こってしまってもシグナルの信号に行くことを抑えてくれるっていうところになります。 サポート成分でユーカリエキスが入っていたりとか、ビタミンEですね。これもですね、抗酸化作用がありますので、やっぱり炎症だったりが起こるのを抑えてくれたりっていうところになります。もともと敏感肌の方にもOKなような処方をとってますから、なんとなく美白美容液を使うと肌荒れを起こしてしまうとか心配っていう方もですね、使える一本なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いて2つ目はこちら、トランシーノ メラノシグナル エッセンスです。こちらはトランシーノなので有効成分はトラネキサム酸になります。トラネキサム酸というのは抗プラスミン作用というものがあって、これによって美白の有効性を出しています。プラスミンというのがメラニンの生成を促す成分なんですね。なのでこのプラスミンを抑えることによってメラニンの生成を抑えるというものになっています。 トラネキサム酸というのはバリア機能をアップするっていうことがわかるんですが、トラネキサム酸を塗るとですね、カリクレインっていう角層と角層がくっついているのを切っちゃう、あのものがあるんですがこれによってヒューってターンオーバーをするんですけれども、あまりにもカリクレインが活発になっちゃうと角層がしっかりとくっつかなくなるので、バリア機能が低下しちゃうんですけれど、トラネキサム酸を塗ることによってそれが正常化されるので、それによって肌荒れが収まったりとか、バリア機能が高くなるよっていうところもあるので、肌荒れも防止できるし、バリア機能も高くなるし、プラスアルファで抗プラスミン効果でメラニンの生成も抑えるというものになります。 ただ実はでトラネキサム酸って水溶性のもので、肌に浸透していくとはとっても難しいんですよね。ただやっぱりトラネキサム酸を研究し続けている第一三共ヘルスケアさんなので、通常だったらあんまり肌に浸透しにくいトラネキサム酸をですね、リポソーム化しています。浸透しにくいトラネキサム酸をですねナノカプセル化してるんですね。カプセル化にすることによって肌に浸透しやすいということになっています。いくつもいくつも層があるカプセルになっているので、じわじわこれを溶けていってトラネキサム酸が浸透していくって第一三共ヘルスケアさんの独自の技術っていうことを伺っております。なのでトラネキサム酸も入ってるんだけど、それをきっちり浸透しやすいようにしてるっていうのも素晴らしいなというふうに思うんですね。 もう一つ、これには秘伝のタレが入っていて、クララエキスというものなんですね。ストレスとかで増えていくメラニンの生成を促すアルファMSHっていう成分があるんですが、それを抑えてくれる働きがあるんですよ。このアルファMSHっていうのはさっき言ったストレスでも増えていくし、あとやっぱり炎症が起こったりしても増えていってメラニンを作らせてしまうんですけれども、それをクララのエキスっていうものが抑えるということなので、トラネキサム酸もメラニンの生成を抑えるし、クララのエキスも抑えるしっていうことで、ダブルでメラニン生成を抑えるっていうところ、乾燥による小じわを目立たなくしますっていう効果評価済みなんですよ。一石二鳥かなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、ファンケル ブライトニング エッセンスです。美白の有効成分としてはビタミンCの誘導体になります。水溶性のビタミンCの誘導体なので、なんだそれだったら結構いろんなものに入っているよって思う方もいらっしゃると思うんですけれども、実はビタミンC以外にも秘伝のタレがしっかり入っていて、それがめちゃめちゃお利口さんなんですよ。 ちなみにビタミンCっていうのは基本的にはメラニンの生成を抑えるということになるんですね。あともう一つ、シミができる時ってメラノサイトっていうね細胞がメラニンを作って表皮の細胞に受け渡すんですけれども、メラニンが受け渡された細胞というのは通常だったらターンオーバーと一緒で上に上に上がっていって、最後垢となってポロッと取れるんですが、あまりにも多いとそれが横に分裂するっていうことが分かってるんですよ。縦に分裂してくれればちゃんといくんですが、横に分裂するとそこにずっと塊で残っちゃいますよね。それを縦の方向にちゃんと働かせるように指示を出すような成分というものを入れています。それがアルテミアエキスという塩分が高いところにいるプランクトンから取ったエキスだそうです。 デパコスよりはだいぶお値段を抑えられていますし、もちろん有効成分が全く違うので同じとは言いませんけれども、同じようにしっかりと着目しているというところでは、デパコス級の研究のベースにした成分が入っているなと思うので、かなりコスパいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、ワンバイコーセー メラノショット ホワイトダブルです。他は全部5,000円以下なんですけど、これだけ5,000円台になってしまいますすいません。コーセーなので有効成分は麹酸になります。麹酸というとやっぱりメラニンの生成を抑えるというのは高いデータがありますし、あと糖化を抑えてくれるということもあるので、メラニンケアもそうなんですけれども、皮膚糖化っていうのも抑えてくれるんですよ。 日本人って黒っていうメラニンもですけれども、大人の階段を上ると少し黄色みが出てきて、黄ぐすみも起こって、それも透明感が低下しちゃう一つじゃないですか。黄ぐすみを抑えられるという意味では麹酸って本当に素晴らしいなと思いますし、麹酸をしっかりと肌に届けるというために、やっぱりカリンエキスだったりとか、山椒のエキスだったりとか、そういった成分がしっかりと入っているんですね。なので通常の麹酸だけじゃなく、サポートするものも入れつつっていうことになります。なのでちょっとメラニンケアもしつつ、プラス黄ぐすみ対策もしたいよっていう方に、このお値段でいけるっていうのが優秀かなというふうに思います。 最後はこちら、オルビス アドバンスト ブライト セラムです。これだけの深掘りをしている動画もあるので、よかったらそこを見ていただきたいんですが、有効成分としてはデクスパンテノールというものが入っています。デクスパンテノールっていうのはポーラオルビスグループの有効成分で、デクスパンテノールっていうのはメラニンの排出を促進させるっていうものになるんですね。なのでやっぱりできてしまったメラニンをしっかりと排出していくっていうところでは、すごく高い効果があると思います。 それだけじゃなくて、シミができやすい人が活性がオンになっている遺伝子があるので、それを抑えるような秘伝のタレも入っているので、シミを作らせなくするっていうものと排出をさせるっていうものがうまく掛け合わされていて、特にデクスパンテノールはホワイトショットだとか高級なデパコス系の美容液にも入っているもの、この価格で試せるっていうのがコスパが高い美容液だなというふうに思います。 はいということで今日はですね、まあちょっと1個だけで5,000円台になるんですが、5,000円以下のですね美白の美容液をご紹介しました。どれもしっかりと有効成分入っているし、浸透の技術だったりとか、あとは秘伝のタレ的なサポート成分もたくさん入っていて、デパコスに負けないぐらいの美白の美容液になっていますので、続けていくっていうことが美白ケアにはとっても必要なので、今日の動画参考になってみたら嬉しいです。 今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。今月月々90円でメンバーシップを始めています。メンバーシップはですね、毎週水曜日にやっているYouTube Liveをメンバーシップさん限定で公開しています。化粧品について深掘りしたりとか、ここだけの話っていうのをぶっちゃけ投稿しておりますので、気になる方はですね、ぜひメンバーシップに入っていただけると嬉しいです。やるタイムで見れないよという方はですね、アーカイブもメンバーシップ限定で公開していますので、よかったらメンバーシップ入ってみてください。 ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. As UV rays are becoming stronger, are you all doing whitening skincare? Many whitening serums have been released in 2024. While I'd like you to watch the deep dives into each product and predictions for best cosmetics products, I've also received many requests to introduce affordable and easily accessible whitening serums. So I'm going to introduce five whitening serums available for under 5,000 yen, so please watch until the end. The key point about whitening serums is that they contain whitening active ingredients. Regarding what these whitening active ingredients are, I've made a separate video on "whitening ingredients," so please check that out. Broadly speaking, they fall into two patterns: those that suppress melanin production and those that promote the removal of melanin that has already been produced. Ingredients that prevent melanin production can be further divided into those that suppress inflammation and those that inhibit the activity of tyrosinase. These are the main categories. So the key is to combine these well to achieve proper whitening. These researched whitening active ingredients differ between department store cosmetics and affordable products in terms of penetration technology and supporting ingredients, so I'll dive deeper into that as well. Let's start with the first one: Curel Anti-Spot Prevention Serum. Curel is made by Kao, and Kao's whitening active ingredient is Chamomile ET. This is one of the active ingredients that prevents melanin production, but specifically, it suppresses inflammation that occurs when UV rays hit the skin—the very first step when the signal to produce melanin is sent. If you're planning to go outside for a bit, by applying Chamomile ET in the morning, even if UV rays cause inflammation, it will suppress the signal that promotes melanin production. In terms of supporting ingredients, it contains Eucalyptus Extract and Vitamin E, which have antioxidant properties and help suppress inflammation. Since it's formulated to be safe even for sensitive skin, it's a product you can use even if you're worried about skin reactions from whitening serums. The second one is Tranexamic Serum Melano Signal Essence. Since this is from Tranexamic, the active ingredient is Tranexamic Acid. Tranexamic acid works through anti-plasmin action to deliver whitening effectiveness. Plasmin is a component that promotes melanin production, so by suppressing plasmin, we suppress melanin production. Tranexamic acid is known to improve barrier function. When you apply tranexamic acid, there's a component called Kallikrein that cleaves the connections between skin layers, promoting skin turnover. However, if kallikrein becomes too active, the skin layers won't stick together properly and barrier function decreases. But applying tranexamic acid normalizes this process, which not only prevents skin irritation and improves barrier function, but also suppresses melanin production through its anti-plasmin effect—a great combination. However, tranexamic acid is water-soluble and very difficult to penetrate the skin. But Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare, which continues researching tranexamic acid, has liposomal-encapsulated the typically hard-to-penetrate tranexamic acid in nano-capsules. By encapsulating it, it becomes easier to penetrate the skin. With multiple layers of capsules, the tranexamic acid gradually dissolves and penetrates—this is Daiichi Sankyo Healthcare's proprietary technology. So while it contains tranexamic acid, they've made it easy to penetrate, which is wonderful. Additionally, it contains Clary Sage Extract as a special ingredient. There's a component called Alpha-MSH that increases melanin production due to stress and inflammation, and Clary Sage Extract suppresses it. So both tranexamic acid and Clary Sage Extract suppress melanin production—a double approach. Plus, it's been proven effective at reducing the appearance of fine lines due to dryness. It's like hitting two birds with one stone. Next is Fancl Brightening Essence. The whitening active ingredient is a Vitamin C derivative—specifically, a water-soluble vitamin C derivative. You might think many products contain this, but actually, besides Vitamin C, it contains wonderful special ingredients. Vitamin C basically suppresses melanin production. Additionally, when spots form, melanocytes produce melanin and transfer it to epidermal cells. Normally, these melanin-containing cells move upward with skin turnover and eventually shed. But with too much melanin, they divide horizontally rather than vertically, creating clumps that remain. So they've included a component that directs cells to divide vertically instead. This is Artemia Extract, derived from brine shrimp that live in highly saline environments. It's much more affordable than department store cosmetics, and while I'm not saying it's identical since the active ingredients are different, it's based on the same research approach as luxury cosmetics, making it exceptional value for money. Next is ONE BY KOSÉ Melano Shot White Double. All the others are under 5,000 yen, but this one is in the 5,000 yen range—sorry about that. Since it's from KOSÉ, the active ingredient is Kojic Acid. Kojic acid has strong data showing it suppresses melanin production, and it also suppresses glycation, so not only does it address melanin, it also addresses skin discoloration. Japanese skin tends to become darker from melanin, and as we age, yellowness emerges, causing dull, yellowed skin that reduces transparency. Kojic acid is truly wonderful for suppressing this yellowing. To effectively deliver kojic acid to the skin, it includes Quince Extract and Sichuan Pepper Extract and similar components. So it contains not just kojic acid but supporting ingredients too. It's excellent that you can address both melanin care and yellow dullness prevention at this price point. Finally, there's Orbis Advanced Bright Serum. There's a detailed video about this alone if you're interested. The active ingredient is Dexpanthenol, which is a Pola Orbis group active ingredient that promotes melanin removal. So it's very effective at expelling melanin that has already formed. Beyond that, it also contains special ingredients that suppress genes that are activated in people prone to spots, so it combines both preventing spot formation and promoting removal. Since Dexpanthenol is included in luxury department store serums like White Shot, being able to try it at this price makes it excellent value. So today, well, one is in the 5,000 yen range, but I've introduced five whitening serums under 5,000 yen. They all contain active ingredients, advanced penetration technology, and many supporting ingredients, making them whitening serums that rival department store cosmetics.
