みなさんこんにちは！友利新です。今日は最強ドラッグストアコスメアイテムを5つご紹介したいと思います。本当に進化が止まらなくて、学会とかで発表している技術が入ってたみたいなことも実はいっぱいあるんですね。成分はもちろんですけれども、処方もデパコスには負けない。もしかしたら上かもというようなアイテムをご紹介していますので、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 1つ目はこちら、ロート製薬さんのケアセラの先行入液になります。先行入液っていうと乾燥肌の人っていうイメージなんですが、脂性肌の人にも意外とおすすめの先行入液になります。それはなぜかっていうと、配合されているセラミドの種類によるんですね。ケアセラシリーズっていうのは、8種類のセラミドが入っています。ただ、セラミドっていうのは、種類によって質だったりとか役割が変わってくるんですね。具体的にどういったセラミドが入っているかっていうと、柱となるセラミドEOSっていうものが入っています。ちょっと長いんですよ。ロングチェーンのセラミドって言われるので、杭のように細胞を固めていくような感じになるんです。なので、バリア機能の要になるようなセラミドになります。アトピー性皮膚炎の人だったり乾燥肌の人っていうのは、ロングセラミドっていうものが少なくなってきているって言われているので、土台を整えるっていうイメージになります。もう一つ、その壁みたいになるセラミドも入っているんですね。セラミドAPというようなものになります。基本的には肌に一番多くあるセラミドっていうふうに言われていて、水分をセラミドが抱え込んで隙間を埋めるようなイメージなんですよね。特にセラミドAPっていうのは、水分を引き寄せてくれるので、インナードライの人にもいいセラミドになります。今ってセラミドで埋めていくような感覚だったじゃないですか。もう一つ、セラミドを作るセラミドっていうものが入っているんですね。カプリロイルヒトスフィンゴシンというセラミドになります。自分でセラミドを作る働きをサポートしてくれるセラミドになるんですね。肌を埋めるっていうセラミドだけじゃなくて、自分で作り出すっていうようなセラミドも入っているので、セラミドが少ないアトピー肌の人もそうなんですが、インナードライ気味の人にもおすすめなものになります。飛行機に乗ったりとかして乾燥した時にセラミドだけだとベタつくんですけど、自分の中でセラミドを作るようなこれを入れていくと、やっぱり回復が早いなと思いますし、ベトベト感もそんなにないので重宝しています。グリチルリチン酸ジカリウムもあって、炎症を抑えてセラミドを補うし、プラスアルファ自分でセラミドを作るっていう機能もアップさせるので、お利口さんの先行入液かなと思います。先行入液っていうと、なんかテクスチャがベトベトしていて、次のスキンケアの入りが悪くなりそうなイメージなんですが、肌の馴染みがいいので、そういったこともほとんどないなって思っているので、先行入液使ってみたいけどどうかなって思っている人でも安心して使えるかなというふうに思います。 続いてはアスタリフトのホワイトジェリーアクアリスタです。これはもう本当にセラミドをナノ化しているから保湿ができるって思っていると思うんですが、もちろんそれもすごいんですが、美白の成分もすごく入っているんです。美白の有効成分としてはアルブチンが入っているんですが、実はこのアスタリフトにしか入っていない独自の美白成分がナノAMAっていうものなんですね。元になっているのは実はシカなんですよ。あまり知られていないと思うんですが、シカ成分をナノ化しているっていう感じになります。シカ成分というのは実は肌の奥に届けるのは結構難しい成分なんですね。富士フイルムさんはフィルムで最小クラスの20nmっていうぐらい小さくしたんですよ。ウイルスよりも小さいぐらいのものになるんですね。これがメラニンの生成を抑制するというのは分かっていたんですけれども、肌に浸透させることによってそのメラニンの生成を抑える効果が2倍増えたというところになります。アルブチンだけじゃなくて、アスタリフト独自のナノAMAというシカ成分をめちゃくちゃ細かいものにしたものと一緒に入ることによって美白をさせてくれるというところになります。メラニンを作ったメラノサイトというのは樹状突起といって手を伸ばしていくんですね。ただ、ナノAMAを入れると樹状突起がシュルシュルシュルっと小さくなって、作ったメラニンを表皮の細胞に受け渡すということも少なくなるということなんですよ。セラミドだったりも入っているので、土台のバリア機能を整えながら独自の美白の成分とアルブチンという有効成分を入れることによって美白効果をしっかり高めていくというすごい美白美容液になっています。 3つ目がキュレルのバランスケアシリーズになります。キュレルっていうとピンクの方の高保湿の方も有名だと思うんですが、私が推したいのはバランスケアシリーズになります。インナードライの人、皮脂も出るんだけど乾燥する人に向けての最適解かなと思うんですが、そもそも乾燥するのにテカるっておかしいじゃないですか。どういうことが起こっているかというと、バリア機能のラメラ構造が壊れて水分が逃げていくんですね。それで乾くんですけど、もともと皮脂の出す能力は高い人だから、ラメラ構造が壊れたところを自分の皮脂で補おうと思って油が出るというところになります。なので一番何をした方がいいかという、このラメラ構造をきれいに整えるというところが早急にやるべきことなんですね。それをやってくれるのがヘパリン類似物質になります。お水を引っ張ってくるだけじゃなくて、ラメラ構造自体を整えてくれるということがあるんですね。整ってないところをきれいに整列させることによって、お水を蓄える力を高めてくれるんですよ。不必要な油分を出さないようにするというところになります。テカリを抑える成分として、ビタミンB6誘導体だったりとか、Nオクタノイルグリシンというような皮脂を作らせないようにしたりとか、雑菌を抑制したりとか、皮脂の酸化を抑える成分も入っているので、皮脂が多い人にはそれを抑制するし、皮脂が酸化してしまってそれが炎症を起こして、またラメラ構造をおかしくしないようにもしてくれるというようなことになるので、油っぽいんだけど保湿のことをしていたらベタベタしてやだっていうインナードライの方にはぜひお試しいただきたいなというふうに思います。 続いて4つ目が、私が愛してやまないデューのタンタンコンクドロップです。カネボウのヒアルロン酸研究が詰まったクリームなんですね。カネボウというのはヒアルロン酸研究をずっと40年以上やっていて、実はヒアルロン酸がどうやって分解していくかというのを解明したのは、吉田さんという人のチームなんですよ。例えばヒアルロン酸の合成を促す材料となるN-アセチルグルコサミンというものを見つけて、それでヒアルロン酸がしっかりと肌で合成するのを助けたり、分解を抑制するような割れもこエキスというのを見つけたりして、合成と分解の代謝のバランスをしっかり整えようというところをしているのがデューになるんですね。独自の膜の技術も素晴らしいんですね。開発チームがどういった膜を作ったかというと、ヒアルロン酸弾力膜というのを開発しています。分子量の異なるヒアルロン酸を絶妙なバランスで組み合わせて作っているんですね。ラメラ構造をしている膜になっています。ラメラ構造が膜を形成することによって、クリームを塗ると疑似ラメラ構造ができるわけですよ。水分が飛ぶと膜が収縮するんですね。それによって顔が引き上がる膜を形成しているんですよ。めちゃくちゃすごくないですか？物理的にフェイスラインも上げるし、成分で内側からハリも出すという素晴らしいクリームなんじゃないかなと思いますし、やっぱり表皮のヒアルロン酸の手応えって早くわかるものになるので、早めにハリ感を出したいという人にはすごくおすすめのクリームになります。 最後は去年出たオバジXのバイタライジングクリームになります。これを深掘りした動画も撮っているんですけれども、ハリを作る線維芽細胞に注目しているクリームになります。これを開発した研究チームの方はちょっと変わっていて、線維芽細胞にこれを作れじゃなくて、線維芽細胞がコラーゲンとかを作りやすい環境を作ってあげたら勝手に作ってくれるんじゃないかみたいな感じを考えて、働きやすい環境って何かって考えた時に、必要なのがやっぱり血管だったんですね。線維芽細胞にアプローチするんだけれども、線維芽細胞が勝手に自分で作れるように血管の再生を促すような成分を入れたというのがこのクリームなんですよ。温室を作ってあげるようなイメージのクリームになります。あとはこれもですね、形状記憶をさせる処方っていうのも素晴らしくて、タマリンドガムっていう成分が形状記憶ができる成分なんで、それを入れることによってキープ力を高めたというものになるので、物理的に引き上げるし、コラーゲンとかエラスチンをしっかりと土台から上げていくっていうクリームになるので、みずみずしいハリが欲しい人はデューだったり、土台からググッと持ち上げたい人はオバジっていう感じで使い分けていただければいいかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。どのドラコスもですね、やっぱり独自の研究から独自の成分というものと独自の処方というもので、本当にデパコスに負けないぐらいのアイテムばかりになっています。デパコスにはデパコスの良さもあると思うんですが、ドラコスにもドラコスの良さがあるので、こんなドラコスすごいよっていうものがあったらご紹介していきたいと思います。今日も最後まで見ていただいてありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら〜。

Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to introduce 5 of the strongest drugstore cosmetic items. Their evolution really never stops, and it's actually quite common for them to incorporate technologies presented at academic conferences. Of course the ingredients are impressive, but the formulations also don't lose to department store cosmetics—maybe even surpass them. I'm introducing items like that, so please watch until the end. The first one is Rohto's Care Cera pre-essence (sakigake nyueki). When you hear 'pre-essence,' you might think it's for dry skin people, but it's actually surprisingly recommended for oily skin people too. Why is that? It's because of the type of ceramide it contains. The Care Cera series contains 8 types of ceramide. However, ceramides differ in quality and role depending on the type. Specifically, what kind of ceramide is included: Ceramide EOS is included as the pillar. It's a bit long—called long-chain ceramide—so it works like a stake, solidifying the cells. So it becomes the key ceramide for barrier function. People with atopic dermatitis or dry skin are said to have decreasing amounts of long ceramide, so it gives the image of arranging the foundation. Another ceramide that acts like a wall is also included—Ceramide AP. It's said to be the most abundant ceramide in the skin, and it has the image of the ceramide holding moisture and filling in gaps. Especially Ceramide AP draws in moisture, so it's also good for people with inner-dry skin. Until now, it was the sensation of filling in with ceramide, right? Another ceramide-making ceramide is also included—it's a ceramide called capryloyl phytosphingosine. It's a ceramide that supports the function of making ceramide by yourself. Not only ceramide that fills the skin, but also ceramide that helps you produce it yourself is included, so it's recommended not only for people with atopic skin who lack ceramide, but also for people with inner-dry tendencies. When you get dry from flying on a plane, ceramide alone can feel sticky, but when you add something that helps you produce ceramide within yourself, recovery is faster, and it's not so sticky, so I find it very useful. It also contains dipotassium glycyrrhizate, which suppresses inflammation while supplementing ceramide, plus boosts the function of producing ceramide yourself, so I think it's a very smart pre-essence. When you hear 'pre-essence,' you might imagine a sticky texture that would interfere with the absorption of the next skincare step, but it blends well into the skin, so I don't think that's much of an issue, so even people who are wondering whether to try a pre-essence can use it with confidence. Next is Astalift's White Jelly Aquarysta. You probably think this provides moisture because the ceramide is nano-sized, and of course that's amazing, but it also contains a lot of whitening ingredients. Arbutin is included as the active whitening ingredient, but actually there's a unique whitening ingredient found only in this Astalift product called Nano AMA. Its origin is actually Cnidium (Japanese: 'shika,' referring to Cnidium officinale). Not many people know this, but it's essentially nano-sizing a Cnidium-derived ingredient. Cnidium-derived ingredients are actually quite difficult to deliver deep into the skin. Fujifilm made it as small as 20nm, one of the smallest sizes achievable with their film technology. That's smaller than a virus. It was already known that this suppresses melanin production, but by penetrating the skin, the effect of suppressing melanin production doubled. Not just arbutin, but by combining it with Astalift's unique Nano AMA—an ultra-finely processed Cnidium ingredient—it whitens the skin. Melanocytes, which produce melanin, have dendrites that extend outward. However, adding Nano AMA shrinks these dendrites, reducing the transfer of produced melanin to epidermal cells. Since ceramide is also included, this is an amazing whitening serum that firmly strengthens the foundation's barrier function while boosting whitening effects through the unique whitening ingredient combined with the active ingredient arbutin. The third one is Curel's Balance Care series. When you hear Curel, the pink high-moisture line is famous, but what I want to recommend is the Balance Care series. I think it's the optimal solution for people with inner-dry skin—people who produce sebum but also experience dryness. In the first place, isn't it strange to be dry yet shiny? What's happening is that the lamellar structure of the barrier function breaks down and moisture escapes. That causes dryness, but since these people originally have a high capacity to produce sebum, oil comes out to try to compensate for the broken lamellar structure. So the most urgent thing to do is to properly restore this lamellar structure. What does that is heparinoid. It doesn't just pull in water—it actually restores the lamellar structure itself. By neatly aligning the disordered areas, it boosts the ability to retain water. This results in not releasing unnecessary oil. As ingredients that suppress shine, it contains vitamin B6 derivatives, N-octanoyl glycine which prevents sebum production, ingredients that suppress bacteria, and ingredients that suppress sebum oxidation. So for people with excess sebum, it suppresses that, and it also prevents sebum oxidation from causing inflammation and further disrupting the lamellar structure. So I really recommend this to people with inner-dry skin who feel oily but get sticky when they try to moisturize. Next, the fourth item is DEW's Tantan Conc Drop, which I love dearly. It's a cream packed with Kanebo's hyaluronic acid research. Kanebo has been doing hyaluronic acid research for over 40 years, and it was actually a team led by a person named Yoshida that elucidated how hyaluronic acid breaks down. For example, they discovered N-acetylglucosamine, a material that promotes hyaluronic acid synthesis, helping the skin properly synthesize hyaluronic acid, and they also found an ingredient called crushed moco extract that suppresses degradation. DEW is about properly balancing the metabolism of synthesis and degradation. Their unique membrane technology is also wonderful. What kind of membrane did the development team create? They developed a hyaluronic acid elastic membrane. It's made by combining hyaluronic acids of different molecular weights in an exquisite balance. It's a membrane with a lamellar structure. Because the lamellar structure forms a membrane, applying the cream creates a pseudo-lamellar structure. When moisture evaporates, the membrane contracts. This forms a membrane that lifts the face. Isn't that amazing? It physically lifts the facial line, and the ingredients also provide firmness from within—it's a wonderful cream. Since you can feel the effect of hyaluronic acid on the epidermis quickly, it's a highly recommended cream for people who want to achieve firmness quickly. Lastly is Obagi X's Vitalizing Cream released last year. I've also made a deep-dive video about this one. It's a cream that focuses on fibroblasts, which create firmness. The research team that developed this was a bit unconventional—instead of telling fibroblasts to make something, they thought about creating an environment where fibroblasts could easily produce collagen and such on their own. When they thought about what kind of environment would be conducive to this, they realized what's needed is blood vessels. While approaching fibroblasts, this cream contains ingredients that promote blood vessel regeneration so that fibroblasts can produce collagen on their own naturally. It's like creating a greenhouse environment for them. Also, this cream has an excellent shape-memory formulation—tamarind gum is an ingredient that can achieve shape memory, so adding it enhances the ability to maintain the lifted shape. So it physically lifts the skin, and it's a cream that firmly builds up collagen and elastin from the foundation. So I think it's good to use DEW when you want dewy firmness, and Obagi when you want to lift firmly from the foundation, depending on your needs. So, what did you think?
