ポーチの中身を紹介します。〜冬Ver.〜

皆さんこんにちは。皮膚科医の友理・新田です。今日は私のポーチの中身をご紹介したいと思います。実はポーチの中身は夏バージョンで一度ご紹介したことがあるのですが、やはり夏と違って秋冬は色味や入れているアイテムの工夫が変わってきています。「先生の冬のポーチを見せてほしい」というお声もありましたので、今日は冬バージョンのポーチの中身を皆さんにご紹介したいと思います。 早速ですが、冬のポーチはこちらになります。ポーチ自体はエルメスです。夏はオレンジのものでしたが、今回はマチがあるピンクのものを秋冬に使っております。これは3〜4年前に購入したもので、薄いバージョンとマチがあるバージョンをなんとなく交互に使っています。どちらも3年以上使っているので、十分元は取れたかなと思います。中身はぎっしり入りますし、立たせて収納することもできます。内側のオレンジカラーも気分が上がって気に入っています。 では、中身を一つ一つご紹介していきます。 【手鏡】 まず一つ目は手鏡です。これはアーカーというジュエリーブランドのノベルティーで、拡大鏡と通常の鏡の両面タイプになっています。残念ながら市販品ではありませんが、こういった手鏡があると気分が上がりますし、春夏からずっと入れているアイテムです。 【ファンデーション】 続いてはマキアージュのコンパクトです。私はあまり頻繁にメイク直しをするタイプではないのですが、ファンデーションが崩れてきたときに使っています。このコンパクトの最大の特徴は薄さです。こんなに薄いのにしっかりファンデーションが入っています。パウダーファンデーションは粉っぽくなりがちですが、このアイテムは粉っぽさが出にくく、自然に肌の粗を隠してくれます。専用のパフも使いやすく、メイク直しにとても重宝しています。私が人にも自信を持っておすすめしているアイテムの一つです。 【チーク】 次はチークです。秋冬は乾燥が気になるため、粉チークではなく練りチークを使っています。MIMCのミネラルスティックチーク「アリュール」という商品で、とてもコンパクトなサイズです。直接肌に乗せて指で伸ばすと自然な血色感が出ます。練りチークなので乾燥しにくいのが大きなメリットです。マスクをしているとチークが必要ないと思われる方もいるかもしれませんが、マスクを外したときに顔色がよく見えますし、ファンデーションを塗らない日でもチークだけ塗ることが多いほど重宝しています。 【アイシャドウ】 続いてアイシャドウです。どんな色にも合わせやすい2アイテムを使っています。一つ目はエトボスの「ミネラルアイバームジンジャーゴールド」、二つ目はエクセルの「サンダルウッド」のアイシャドウです。エトボスは練り状でまぶた全体に塗るとツヤっとしたゴールド感が出ます。いやらしいツヤにならず、二重への落ちも少ないのが気に入っています。エクセルのアイシャドウは指でも塗れて、これ一つでグラデーションが自然に仕上がります。この2つを組み合わせるだけで奥行きのある目元になり、マスク着用時も目元が映えるのでとても優秀な組み合わせだと思っています。 【ハイライター】 ハイライターはキャンメイクのハイライター「HN01番」を使っています。白ではなくベージュ寄りの色味なので、「ハイライトを塗りました感」が出すぎず自然に仕上がります。コバコのブラッシュフェイスというブラシに取って、目の下や鼻筋に軽く乗せて使っています。 【保湿バーム】 次は冬ならではのアイテムとして、保湿スティックバームを入れています。私がプロデュースしているベビースキンケアブランド「メディスキン」のスティックバームです。元々は赤ちゃんがベビーカーに乗っているとき、顔が乾燥しないようにと開発したアイテムですが、赤ちゃんに使えるものは大人にも使えるため、自分のポーチにも入れています。マスクが当たる部分に塗って摩擦を軽減したり、乾燥が気になる部分に直接塗ったりと、マスク生活にとても役立っています。敏感肌の方にも使いやすい処方で、リップスティックほどのサイズなのでポーチに入れても邪魔になりません。 【リップ①】 続いてリップです。まず一つ目はビーアイドルの「ツヤウルリップ104番・脈ありピンク」です。プチプラですが塗り心地がよく、直塗りするだけでしっかりとしたツヤが出ます。グロスを重ねなくてもこれ一本で仕上がり、唇が荒れにくいのも魅力です。秋冬のポーチのスタメンになっています。 【リップ②】 二つ目はアンドオルフのリップです。クリスマスコフレに入っていたもので、バーガンディカラーのちょっと深みのある色味です。ツヤ感は控えめでやや落ち着いたマット寄りの仕上がりなので、しっかりした色味を楽しみたいホリデーシーズンや、シックなコーディネートのときに活躍します。赤みのあるリップは肌を白く見せる効果もあるのでおすすめです。 【リップコート】 最後はアンプリチュードの「クリアリップコート」です。この2本のリップはあまり落ちにくいタイプではないので、その持ちをよくするために使っています。スポイト状のグロスで、唇に乗せて指でなじませるとオイルコーティングによって口紅がマスクに移りにくくなります。完全に防ぐわけではありませんが、べったりとつくのをかなり軽減してくれます。さらにツヤも出してくれるので、「ツヤは出したいけどマスクへの色移りは防ぎたい」という方にとても向いているアイテムです。 以上が私の秋冬スタメンのポーチの中身です。春夏と比べると保湿系アイテムが増え、リップも深みのある色を取り入れながら目元は控えめにまとめています。スタメン級のアイテムなのでほぼ毎日使っているものばかりです。ぜひ参考にしていただけると嬉しいです。普段はこのように美容やコスメのほか、健康についてもわかりやすくお話ししているチャンネルですので、よかったらチャンネル登録をよろしくお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone! I'm Arata Tomori, an internal medicine and dermatologist. Today I'd like to introduce what's inside my pouch. I actually shared a summer version once before, but my autumn/winter pouch has different colors and little tricks that I wanted to share. I've also received requests to show my winter pouch, so here it is! **The Pouch** The pouch itself is by Hermès — a pink version with a gusset that I tend to use in autumn and winter. I bought it about three or four years ago, and I alternate between a slimmer version and this gusseted one depending on the season. Either way, I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of both. It fits everything snugly inside, and the orange interior lining gives me a little mood boost every time I open it. **Hand Mirror** First up is my hand mirror. It's a novelty item from the jewelry brand AGATHA, so unfortunately it's not available for purchase. It has both a regular mirror and a magnifying mirror on the flip side, which makes touch-ups much easier. I carry this year-round. I always emphasize minimizing weight when it comes to my pouch, and this mirror is actually part of that strategy — since I always have it with me, I don't need a compact with a built-in mirror. **Foundation** Next is the MAQUILLAGE compact. I don't do full touch-ups very often, but this comes in handy when my foundation starts to wear off. What's remarkable is how thin this compact is — it barely takes up any space, yet contains a full powder foundation. It doesn't give that chalky, powdery finish that some powder foundations do, and it naturally blurs imperfections. The dedicated puff is also great for touch-ups. This is something I actively recommend to others. **Cheek (Blush)** In autumn and winter, I switch from powder blush to cream blush because of the dryness. I use MIMC's Mineral Stick Cheek in "Allure" — it's incredibly compact. I apply it directly to my cheeks and blend it with my finger for a natural flush. Because it's a cream formula, it doesn't emphasize dry patches. Even on days when I skip foundation, I often use this alone. It also helps your complexion look healthier when you take off your mask. **Eyeshadow** For eyeshadow, I use two products that work well together for any look. The first is ETVOS Mineral Eye Balm in Ginger Gold, and the second is EXCEL eyeshadow in Sandal Wood. The ETVOS balm is a cream formula that gives the lids a subtle gold sheen without looking overdone, and it doesn't crease into the double eyelid much. The EXCEL eyeshadow can be applied with fingers and creates a natural gradient on its own. Together, these two products add depth and dimension to the eyes — perfect for when you're wearing a mask and want your eyes to stand out. It's a surprisingly versatile duo. **Highlighter** For highlighter, I use CANMAKE Highlighter in HN01. It's a beige-toned highlighter rather than white, so it doesn't look overly obvious on the skin. I apply it with the Kobako Blush Face brush to the under-eye area and the bridge of the nose for a subtle glow. Since I always have my hand mirror, I don't need a compact with a mirror — which helps keep my pouch light. **Moisturizing Balm** This is a winter essential: the Mediskin Baby Stick Balm. This is a baby skincare brand that I produce myself. The balm was originally developed for babies in strollers whose faces are exposed to the elements, but of course, anything gentle enough for a baby is perfectly fine for adults too. I apply it to areas where my mask rubs against my skin to reduce friction and keep dryness at bay. It's suitable for sensitive skin, and its lipstick-like size makes it ideal for on-the-go use. If you're looking for a moisturizing balm for your pouch, I highly recommend trying Mediskin's Natural Baby Balm Stick. **Lip Color ①** For lips, my first pick is B IDOL The Glossy Lip in shade 104 ("Miachari Pink"). It's an affordable option but the texture is incredibly comfortable. Just swiping it on directly gives you a beautiful glossy finish — no need for a separate gloss. The color shows up well, it's gentle on the lips, and it doesn't cause dryness. This has become a staple in my autumn/winter pouch. **Lip Color ②** My second lip product is from &WOLF, which I believe came in a Christmas coffret. It's a deep burgundy shade with a slightly more matte finish compared to the B IDOL lip. I reach for this when I want a more sophisticated, less glossy look — especially with dark-colored outfits or coats. A rich red-toned lip also has the effect of making your skin look brighter and more radiant, so it's a great choice for the holiday season. **Lip Coat** Finally, to extend the wear of both lip colors, I use AMPLITUDE Clear Lip Coat. This is a lip gloss in a dropper-style bottle. What makes it unique is that rather than mattifying the lip color to prevent transfer, it uses an oil-based coating that creates a film over the lip color and reduces transfer onto masks. It doesn't completely prevent transfer, but it significantly reduces the amount that gets on your mask. As a bonus, it adds a glossy, moisturized finish. If you want to wear a glossy lip but hate color transferring to your mask, I highly recommend this product. **Wrap-Up** That's everything in my autumn/winter pouch! Compared to spring and summer, I've added more moisturizing products and deeper lip colors, while keeping the eye look more understated.
