3月に使ってよかったアイテムを8個ご紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、ともに新たです。今日は3月に買って、そして使って良かったと思うものを皆さんにご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 あっという間に3月も終わりです。「買ってよかった・使ってよかった」シリーズは毎月やろうと思っていたのですが、気づいたら1月・2月・3月とあっという間に過ぎてしまい、正直2月・3月はとても忙しくてご紹介できませんでした。今日は2月・3月分まとめて、特に3月に使って良かったものをご紹介します。今回はスキンケア・メイク・美容グッズになっています。 【1】アクセーヌ イプノス シーバムクリア リペアクリーム 色付きのクリーム兼コンシーラーのようなアイテムです。赤みのある部分にポンとつけてトントンと伸ばすと、色がついているのでコンシーラーのように隠すことができます。 アクセーヌはもともと敏感肌向けのブランドで、クリニックでも扱われているようなドクターズブランド寄りのラインです。そこから生まれた大人ニキビ用ラインが「イプノス」です。 私はもともとオイリー肌でニキビに悩んでいたのですが、最近はあまりできなくなっていました。ただ少し前にインスタにも載せましたが、急に顎や口周りにポツポツとニキビができてしまい、いつもならすぐ治るのに忙しさもあってなかなか治らず、そんな時に限って撮影が続いたりして困っていました。ニキビが1個あるだけで写真を撮られるのが嫌ですし、コンシーラーで悪化しないかも心配でした。 そんな時に使っていたのがこちらです。隠しながら炎症も抑えるというコンセプトで、大人ニキビをケアしながらカバーできます。イソプロピルメチルフェノール（ニキビ菌を殺菌する成分）、炎症を抑えるグリチルリチン、赤みを抑えるビタミンC誘導体が配合されています。そのため、ニキビができている時に日中これでカバーしても悪化させることなく、逆に炎症を抑えてくれます。 コンシーラーはオイルが多く入っていてニキビの原因になりそうと思う方もいるかもしれませんが、こちらは揮発性オイルが使われているので、塗るとふわっと揮発してサラサラのテクスチャーになります。ベタつかずピタッと密着するので、毛穴を塞いだりニキビに負担をかける心配がなく、安心して使えます。日中のケアはコンシーラーの代わりにこのリペアクリームで対応していました。ニキビができないのが一番ですが、できてしまった時の日中用ケアアイテムとして本当に大活躍しました。 【2】フォルビス クリアフル アクネブライトエッセンス 先ほどのアクセーヌが日中用のケアアイテムなら、こちらはニキビの炎症が治った後に残る赤みや茶色っぽい色素沈着のためのケア用品です。 この「ブライトエッセンス」はもともとニキビ跡にフォーカスしたアイテムで、炎症性の色素沈着に対して炎症を抑えつつ美白効果を発揮します。ビタミンCがたっぷり入っていて、3種類のビタミンC誘導体（L-アスコルビン酸2-グルコシド、リン酸L-アスコルビン酸マグネシウム、エチルアスコルビン酸）が配合されています。シミというよりニキビ跡のような色素沈着に効果が期待できます。 私は45歳で代謝が落ちているのですが、これを使うようになってからニキビ跡が残ることがあまりなくなりました。ニキビの炎症中ではなく、炎症が治った後の茶色っぽい・赤っぽい跡には特におすすめです。 【3】コスメデコルテ リポソーム アドバンスト リペア アイセラム 3月16日に発売されたばかりですが、今季一番の目元アイテムだと思います。これは別途詳しくレビューしたいくらいのアイテムです。 コスメデコルテには保湿力の高いリポソーム技術がありますが、そこに「ナノヴィセル」という素晴らしい保湿成分が加えられています。私は笑った時に目元にクシャッとシワが寄りやすく、コンシーラーをつける関係で乾燥も気になっていました。このアイセラムは、乾燥による目元のシワや、それによる目元のくすみが気になる方に、驚くほどのふっくら感を与えてくれます。 塗って寝た翌朝は目元がふっくらしていて、シワの寄り方が全然違います。これを塗ってからメイクをすると、コンシーラーがヨレにくくなるので、目元だけでなく他の部分にも塗りたくなるような美容液です。今期一押しの目元美容液です。 【4】ロート製薬 ラッシュリッチ アイラッシュセラム まつ毛美容液で、筆タイプになっています。日本のメーカーでは初めて「ミリストイルペンタペプチド-17」という成分が配合されています。海外製品には配合例が多いですが、日本製では初めてとのことです。 この成分は、毛の成長期を長くする作用が期待できるものです。毛には成長期（太く長く伸びる時期）、退行期（毛が細くなる時期）、休止期（毛が抜けて生えてこない時期）があり、成長期が長いほど毛は太く長く育ちます。この成分により成長期を延ばすことで、毛を太く長く保つ効果が期待できます。 さらにロート製薬独自の美容成分である「ガボメイキス」や「唐人参エキス」などが配合されており、毛に栄養を与えて太くしたり、毛周期の代謝を促す働きも期待できます。 私は普段エクステをしているのですが、使用して1ヶ月半ほどでアイリストさんから「まつ毛の調子良くないですか？」と言われました。長さは自分では分かりづらいのですが、量や太さ、エクステの持ちが良くなった気がします。 ロート製薬は点眼薬なども作っているメーカーなので、目に安全な処方という点でも信頼しています。実際、目に染みたり違和感を感じたりすることもありません。海外製のまつ毛美容液は防腐剤の面で少し不安がありましたが、こちらは目の際に塗っても安全な防腐剤が選ばれているようで、安心して使えています。成分・防腐・安全面から見てもとても良いアイテムだと思います。 ただ残念ながら現在ネット限定販売なので、店頭でも買えるようになると嬉しいです。 【5】ディオール フォーエバー スキン ベルベットベール（マットタイプ） こちらは下地です。ディオール フォーエバーシリーズなので美容成分もたっぷり入っていて、ファンデーションのように素肌を綺麗に見せてくれます。 去年まではベースメイクは「艶命」というほどツヤ肌がトレンドでしたが、2023年春夏あたりからは「艶感のあるマット」がトレンドになってきています。全体をツヤで仕上げるのではなく、部分的にツヤを残しつつマットに仕上げるスタイルです。この下地はそのバランスが本当に絶妙です。 私は最初ツヤ肌用（グロウタイプ）を使っていたのですが、今の肌の見え方に合わなくなってきたと感じ、こちらのマットタイプに変えたところ、ツヤ感を残しつつも今っぽい肌に仕上がりました。今までのメイクがしっくりこないと感じている方は、下地をマットタイプに変えてみるのもおすすめです。ディオールの美容成分がしっかり入っているので、メイクを落とした後も肌の潤い感が続きます。 【6】セザンヌ リップカラーシールド 01番 フィグブラウン 深みのあるブラウン系リップです。ティントではありませんが色持ちが良く、今日もこのリップを塗っています。 ティントは好きなのですが、塗った後にマットに仕上がるものが多く、肌をマットにする分、リップにはツヤが欲しいと思っていました。そこで探していたところ、プチプラのセザンヌが優秀でした。 特殊なオイルが配合されており、唇に塗るとゲルへと変化して密着する処方になっているようです。ティントほどではないものの落ちにくく、ゲルのおかげでツヤも持続します。発色も良く、ツルッと塗れて、価格も600円程度とプチプラ。ツヤがあって色持ちも良いリップを探している方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 【7】ラネージュ リップスリーピングマスク バームのようなテクスチャーで、夜これを塗って寝るだけの唇用スリーピングマスクです。今回使っているのはバニラの香りですが、ストロベリー、グミ、グレープフルーツなど他のフレーバーもあります。 塗って寝ると、翌朝の唇がぷるぷるになります。成分を見てみると「ベリーフルーツコンプレックス」が配合されていて、唇の古い皮を柔らかく取り除いてくれる働きがあり、ピーリングほどではないもののターンオーバーを促す効果が期待できます。またココナッツオイルなどのオイル系成分で膜を張り、余分な乾燥を防ぎながら唇の潤いを保ってくれます。 塗っていると子供たちが「いい匂いがする」と言って自分たちも塗りたがるので、今はバニラの香りを子供たちと一緒に寝る前に塗っています。スリーピングマスクを探している方はぜひチェックしてみてください。 【8】マイトレックス アクアリフト これはお風呂の浴槽に入れて使うアイテムで、EMS（筋肉を刺激する電気信号）が出ます。浴槽の中に敷いて座るだけで、お尻や下半身に筋トレ効果が期待できるという画期的なアイテムです。 EMS機器は取り出して装着するのが面倒なことが多いですが、これは充電式で浴槽に置いておくだけ。座るだけでピリピリとした振動が伝わってきて、お風呂のお湯に手を入れただけでもピリピリと感じるほど、EMSの出力はかなり強めです。 面倒じゃないという点と、刺激がしっかりしていて普段使わないお尻の筋肉にアプローチしてくれる点が良いと思います。うちの夫もお風呂で使っていますが、子供が入る時は危ないので大人の入浴時だけ出すようにしています。一人暮らしの方なら浴槽に置いたままにしておけると思います。座るだけで筋トレができるのは本当に画期的です。 以上、3月に買って使って良かったものをご紹介しました。今月・先月と、私自身の体感としては人生最大級に肌が荒れてニキビができてしまったので、スキンケア中心のご紹介になりましたが、来月もいろいろな新商品が出そうですし、狙っているアイテムもあるので、また使ってよかったものをご紹介できればと思います。次の動画も楽しみにしていてください。 この動画を見て「これ良さそう」と思ったものがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。それではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

I had planned to do a monthly "things I bought and loved" series, but before I knew it, January, February, and March flew by. Honestly, February and March were so busy that I couldn't share these videos. So today I'll be covering items from both February and March combined, with a focus on what I especially loved using in March. This time it's all about skincare, makeup, and beauty tools. 【1】Acseine Hypnos Sebum Clear Repair Cream This is a tinted cream that works like both a cream and concealer. You dab it onto areas with redness and pat it in, and the tint helps cover blemishes just like a concealer. Acseine originally started as a brand for sensitive skin, often carried in clinics as a more "doctor's brand" type line. From that came this Hypnos line, designed specifically for adult acne. I've always had oily skin and struggled with acne, but recently I hadn't been breaking out much. However, as I mentioned on Instagram recently, I suddenly got some pimples around my chin and mouth area. Normally they'd clear up quickly, but because I was so busy, they lingered—right when I had photoshoots scheduled, which was frustrating since even one pimple makes you self-conscious about photos, and I worried that using concealer might make it worse. That's when this product came to the rescue. Its concept is to cover blemishes while calming inflammation—perfect for caring for adult acne while covering it up. It contains isopropylmethylphenol (an antibacterial ingredient that kills acne-causing bacteria), glycyrrhizinate to calm inflammation, and vitamin C derivatives to reduce redness. So even when I used this during the day to cover active acne, it didn't make things worse—instead, it helped calm the inflammation. Some might worry that concealers contain a lot of oil that could cause more breakouts, but this uses a volatile oil that evaporates after application, leaving a smooth, non-sticky texture that adheres nicely to the skin. Since it's volatile, it won't clog pores or burden acne-prone skin, so you can use it with peace of mind. I used this as a substitute for concealer during the day. Of course, not breaking out at all would be ideal, but for those times when you do get a pimple, this daytime care item was truly a lifesaver. 【2】Forvis Clearful Acne Bright Essence While the Acseine product above is for daytime care of active acne, this one is for treating the redness and brownish discoloration (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) that remains after acne heals. This "Bright Essence" is originally focused on acne scars, targeting inflammatory pigmentation by calming inflammation while providing whitening effects. It's packed with vitamin C, containing three types of vitamin C derivatives (ascorbyl glucoside, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, and ethyl ascorbic acid). It's particularly effective for pigmentation from acne scars rather than regular sun spots. At 45, my skin's turnover has slowed down, but since using this, I've noticed fewer lingering acne marks. I'd especially recommend this not during active breakouts, but afterward, for those brownish or reddish marks left behind. 【3】Cosme Decorte Liposome Advanced Repair Eye Serum This was just released on March 16th, but I think it's the best eye product of the season—one I'd love to do a deeper dive review on separately. Cosme Decorte is known for its liposome technology for hydration, and this product adds an amazing moisturizing ingredient called "Nano Vicel." I tend to get creases around my eyes when I laugh, and the concealer I use there also makes dryness more noticeable. This serum gives an incredible plumping effect for those dealing with dryness-related wrinkles and dullness around the eyes. The morning after applying it before bed, my under-eye area feels noticeably plumper, and the way wrinkles form is completely different. After applying this, makeup like concealer doesn't crease as easily, making you want to use it not just around the eyes but elsewhere too. This is hands-down my top pick for an eye serum this season. 【4】Rohto Lash Rich Eyelash Serum This is an eyelash serum that comes in a brush-tip applicator. It's the first Japanese-made product to contain "Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17," an ingredient more commonly found in overseas products but new for domestic brands from Rohto. This ingredient is said to extend the growth phase of hair. Hair goes through a growth phase (when it grows thick and long), a regression phase (when it thins), and a resting phase (when it falls out and doesn't grow). By extending the growth phase, hair can grow thicker and longer. Additionally, it includes Rohto's proprietary beauty ingredients like "Gabomeikisu" and ginseng extract, which nourish the hair to make it thicker and support the hair growth cycle. I wear eyelash extensions, and after about a month and a half of use, my lash technician asked, "Have your lashes been doing well lately?" While I can't judge length myself, I do feel like the volume, thickness, and how long my extensions last have improved. Since Rohto also makes eye drops, I trust their formulations to be safe for the eyes. Indeed, I haven't experienced any stinging or discomfort. I've always been a bit wary of overseas eyelash serums regarding preservatives, since you're applying something right at the lash line, but this one seems to use preservatives that are safe for that sensitive area. From an ingredient, preservation, and safety standpoint, I think this is an excellent product. The only downside is that it's currently only available online—I wish it were available in regular drugstores too. 【5】Dior Forever Skin Velvet Veil (Matte Type) This is a primer. As part of the Dior Forever line, it's packed with skincare ingredients and makes your skin look flawless, almost like you're wearing foundation. Until last year, dewy, glowing skin was the trend for base makeup. But since spring/summer 2023, the trend has shifted to "matte with a hint of glow"—rather than an all-over shine, it's about having glow in certain areas while keeping the rest matte. This primer strikes that balance beautifully. I originally used the glow (dewy) version, but felt it didn't quite match the current trend, so I switched to this matte type. It maintains a natural glow while giving a more "of-the-moment" finish. If your current makeup routine feels a bit outdated, switching your primer to a matte type might be worth trying. Since it's loaded with Dior's skincare ingredients, your skin still feels supple even after removing makeup. 【6】Cezanne Lip Color Shield 01 Fig Brown This is a deep, rich brown lip color. It's not a tint, but it has impressive lasting power—I'm actually wearing it right now. I love tints, but they tend to leave a matte finish, and since I already use a matte primer on my skin, I wanted my lips to have some shine. That's when I discovered this affordable gem from Cezanne. It contains a special oil that transforms into a gel upon application, allowing it to adhere closely to the lips. It's not as long-lasting as a tint, but thanks to the gel formula, it stays on well while maintaining shine. The color payoff is great, application feels smooth, and at around 600 yen, it's incredibly affordable. If you're looking for a glossy lip color with good staying power, definitely check this out. 【7】Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask This has a balm-like texture that you apply before bed for overnight lip care. I'm currently using the vanilla scent, but there are other flavors too, like strawberry, gummy, and grapefruit. Applying this before bed leaves your lips incredibly plump by morning. Looking at the ingredients, it contains a "Berry Mix Complex" that gently exfoliates dead skin from the lips—not quite peeling, but it does promote cell turnover. It also contains oils like coconut oil that form a protective layer, locking in moisture while preventing excess dryness. When I use this, my kids say, "Mommy, you smell so good!" and want to try it too, so we've been applying the vanilla scent together before bed. If you're looking for a lip sleeping mask, I highly recommend checking this out—any of the scents would be lovely. 【8】MTG Aqua Rift This is a device you place in your bathtub that emits EMS (electrical muscle stimulation). Just by sitting on it in the bath, you can work out your hip and lower body muscles—a truly innovative product. EMS devices are often a hassle to take out and attach, but this one is rechargeable and you simply leave it in the tub. Just sitting on it, you feel a strong pulsing sensation, and the EMS output is powerful enough that even dipping your hand in the bathwater gives you a tingling sensation. What I love is that it's not a hassle to use, and the intensity really targets muscles in the hip area that don't normally get used. My husband uses it in the bath too, though we only bring it out for adults since it could be dangerous for kids. If you live alone, you could probably just leave it in the tub all the time. Being able to work out simply by sitting is truly groundbreaking. That wraps up my favorite items from March that I bought and loved using. This past month and the one before were probably the worst my skin has ever been in my life, breaking out quite a bit, so this video ended up being skincare-focused.
