皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。 今日はみんな大好きシートマスクなんですけれども、新しいシートマスクがたくさん出ている中でも、特に成分がしっかり入っているものを3つご紹介したいと思います。どれを使っていいか分からないなという方は、ぜひ最後までご覧ください。 では早速、こちらのパーフェクトワンフォーカスからご紹介したいと思います。パーフェクトワンは私も結構前にご紹介していて、オレンジのビタミンが確か10種類入っているという驚異的なシートマスクで、神レベルでめちゃくちゃ使ったんですよね。そこから新しく「ホワイト」というものが出たんです。白系なのかなと思って、キメやテカりだからビタミン系の方がいいわと思っていたら、想像を超えてきたシートマスクになっていました。 何が違うかというと、今回5種類のビタミンが入っているんですが、そのうち3つは少しマニアックなビタミンC誘導体になっています。1つがミリスチル酸グリセリルアスコルビン酸というもので、これは毛穴に効くと言われているビタミンC誘導体になります。ビタミンC誘導体の中でも「毛穴」に有効だというものは1つか2つぐらいしかないんですね。そのうちの1つなので、本当に毛穴を謳っているものは少ない中、それがしっかり入っています。 あとはセチルPGグリセリルアスコルビン酸といって、これは油溶性のビタミンC誘導体なので、じわじわ効いていくというところも素晴らしいなと思います。あとはトリラウリルグリセリルアスコルビン酸というものが、グルタチオン誘導体のビタミンCなんですよ。抗酸化力があるグルタチオンってあるじゃないですか。それは体の中にもあるんですが、体内のグルタチオンの生成を促しながら、グルタチオンの抗酸化力を高めるというような働きもあるビタミンC誘導体なんですね。結構マニアックですよね。 あとはナイアシンアミド、そしてピュアビタミンCなんですが、このピュアビタミンCも、パーフェクトワンフォーカスは新日本製薬さんという製薬会社さんなんですが、アスコルビン酸を金のコロイドでカプセル状にしているんです。ピュアビタミンCはすぐ酸化してしまうので、その金のコロイドでカプセル化することによって酸化を防いでいるという、また珍しいものも入っているんですね。グルタチオン、コウジ酸も入っているんですよ。お値段が優しいものにコウジ酸が入っているというのは、結構あまりないなと思うのですごいなと思います。 もう一つ面白いのが、独自の集中コラーゲンというものがあるんですが、それがアセチルヒドロキシプロリンとヒドロキシプロリンというアミノ酸が2つあるんですけれども、乾燥しているところを見つけてそこに集中して保湿成分を届けるという働きがあるらしいんですね。なので剥がした後もしっかりと保湿が続くというところも素晴らしいなと思うんですよね。 ビタミンC誘導体が入っていて毛穴系なので、さっぱりした感じかなと思いきや、保湿できていくというようなものになるので、乾燥する時期にくすみも飛ばしたいという方には、めちゃくちゃおすすめなんじゃないかなと思います。 こんな感じで薄いシートなんですよ。薄いから液が垂れてきそうじゃないですか。液含みはしているんですけど、ポタポタ落ちてこないんですよね。このシート自体もオリジナルのシートで、液を吸収するんだけれども密着するというところになっています。昔は厚みがあるものが流行りだったと思うんですけれども、液は含んでいるんだけれども薄いというのが、ちょっと最近のシートマスクの流行りなんじゃないかなと思います。 香りはラベンダーの香りがしています。ただ、ちょっとネガティブなところを言うと、精油が入っているので、精油で少し荒れてしまうという方には気をつけていただきたいなと思うんですが、さっき言ったように毛穴も気になるけれども保湿もしたい、透明感も出したいという、ちょっと欲張りな人にはすごくいいシートマスクなんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちら、ルルルンプレシャスのバランスになります。4年ぶりにリニューアルしたらしいです。ちょっと重いんですよ。だから液含みもいいんですけれども、乾燥がちという人にはこれめちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなと思うんですよね。 成分としては3種の人型セラミドがしっかり入っていて、浸透型のカプセル型セラミドなんですね。もう一つ、ルルルンと言ったらL22といって、22歳の肌の皮脂バランスを再現した保湿成分というふうに書いてあるんですが、これがめっちゃ面白くて、カネボウの耐脂クリームってあるじゃないですか。あれの考え方とちょっと似ているんですよ。耐脂クリームというのは乾燥しがちな新生児の赤ちゃんも大丈夫なバランスなんですけれども、こちらは22歳の皮脂なので、一番バランスのいい皮脂というものを考えているんですね。 なのでカネボウほど油分が多くないんだけれども、マカデミアンナッツ脂肪酸フィトステリルだったりとか、フィトステロールズだったりとか、スクワランだったりとか、トリ(イソステアリン酸/パルミチン酸)グリセリルだったり、一番いいバランスの皮脂に似たようなものを入れているんですよ。プラスセラミドも入れているので、保湿なんだけれどもベタベタした保湿じゃない。あとはベータグルカン、肌の再生力を高めていくというところになるので、皮脂テカの人はちょっとどうかなとは思うんですけれども、潤いをしっかりと入れたい乾燥肌の方にはめちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなと思います。 液含みも良くて、パーフェクトワンよりは厚手になっていて、しっかり感はあります。肌触りはめちゃめちゃ柔らかいです。厚みはそんなにないんですけど、結構伸びるシートで、滑らかさが違う感じがします。さっき言ったように、保湿をしたいという人、油分と水分のバランスを整えたいという乾燥肌の人にもいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 最後がウィズメソッド AAA プレミアムソリューション アドバンスト クリアシートマスクです。これはウィズメソッドなので、マツモトキヨシさんのPBなんですよね。前の2つが「毛穴も悩んでいるし透明感も出したい人」向け、それから「油分も水分も足したい」という乾燥肌向けだったのに対して、こちらはちょっと揺らぎがちなお肌向けという感じなんですよね。 グリチルレチン酸ステアリルという炎症を抑える成分を入れているんですね。抗炎症でもあるんですけれども、美白の有効成分としても認められています。ただ「美白」と言えるのは厚生労働省が認めたものだけなので、美白とはっきり書けないんですけれども、炎症を抑えるというところで炎症性の色素沈着を抑えるというところにいけるんじゃないかなと思うので、くすみケアとしか書いていないんですけど、美白効果もあるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。揺らぎそうだなという時には、これを使っていいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 シートマスクとしてはそんなに厚みがあるわけではないんですよね。ただ目の部分は一番大きい気がします。グルタチオンの香りがほんのりするんですよね。抗酸化作用というのと、やっぱり抗炎症作用というところが多いので、揺らぎがちで炎症が起こることによってくすんでいるという人にはすごくいいですし、何を使ったらいいかよく分からないという人には、導入としてはすごくいいというふうに思います。ただ液含みとしては、ちょっと少ないイメージはありますけれども、でもPBでこれぐらいだったら、めちゃくちゃいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。もうシートマスクって何か当たり前の、もうスキンケアというような感じになっているので、新しいものがどんどん出ると思うんですけれども、自分のタイプ別に選んでいただきたいなと思いますし、あとよく聞かれるのが、シートマスクをする時に他の化粧品とかブースターとかをつけてからやった方がいいですかと言われるんですが、皮膚科医的に言うと、成分が浸透しやすいのはまっさらなお肌の時なんですよ。シートマスクってさっき言ったようにいろんな成分が入っているじゃないですか。だから、あんまり前に化粧水とか導入液とかを使わずに、そのままするというのがいいんじゃないかなと思いますし、何回も言いますけれども、5分から10分以内にするようにしてください。なぜかと思う方は「友利新 シートマスク 時間」で検索していただいて、復習していただければと思います。 今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomori Ara. Today I want to talk about sheet masks that everyone loves. Many new sheet masks have come out, but among them there are three that are especially packed with ingredients, so I'd like to introduce them. If you're not sure which one to use, please watch until the end. Let's start with the Perfect One Focus. I introduced Perfect One quite a while ago—it's an incredible sheet mask that contains, I believe, 10 types of orange vitamins, and I used it like crazy at a godly level. From there, a new "White" version came out. I thought it would be a whitening-focused one, and since my skin has texture and shine issues I thought the vitamin type would be better for me, but it exceeded my expectations as a sheet mask. What's different this time is that it contains 5 types of vitamins, three of which are somewhat niche vitamin C derivatives. One is myristyl glyceryl ascorbate, which is said to be effective for pores. Among vitamin C derivatives, only one or two are said to be effective for pores, and this is one of them—so it's rare that a product truly claims pore benefits, but this one has it properly included. There's also cetyl PG glyceryl ascorbate, which is an oil-soluble vitamin C derivative, so it's great that it works gradually and gently. Then there's trilauryl glyceryl ascorbate, which is a glutathione-derived vitamin C. You know how glutathione has antioxidant power? It exists in the body too, and this ingredient promotes the body's own glutathione production while also enhancing glutathione's antioxidant power—it's a vitamin C derivative with that kind of function. Pretty niche stuff, right? Then there's niacinamide, and pure vitamin C. Regarding this pure vitamin C—Perfect One Focus is made by Shin Nihon Seiyaku, a pharmaceutical company—they encapsulate ascorbic acid in a gold colloid capsule. Since pure vitamin C oxidizes quickly, encapsulating it in gold colloid prevents oxidation. That's another rare feature. Glutathione and kojic acid are also included. It's quite impressive that kojic acid is included in a product at this price point—that's not very common. Another interesting point is their original "concentrated collagen," which consists of two amino acids: acetyl hydroxyproline and hydroxyproline. Apparently, this works by detecting dry areas of the skin and concentrating moisturizing ingredients there. So even after removing the mask, the moisture retention continues—which is wonderful. Since it contains vitamin C derivatives and is pore-focused, you might expect it to feel refreshing/light, but it actually moisturizes well too. So for those who want to combat dullness during the dry season, I think this is highly recommended. As you can see, it's a thin sheet. Since it's thin, you'd expect the essence to drip off, right? It does hold a good amount of essence, but it doesn't drip down. The sheet itself is an original material that absorbs the essence while adhering closely to the skin. I think in the past, thicker sheets were trendy, but sheets that hold essence while being thin seem to be the recent trend in sheet masks. The scent is lavender. On the negative side, since essential oils are included, those who tend to get irritated by essential oils should be careful. But as I mentioned, for those who are a bit greedy—wanting to address pores, moisture, and radiance all at once—this is a great sheet mask. Next is the Lululun Precious Balance. It seems to have been renewed for the first time in four years. It's a bit heavier, so while the essence content is great, I think it would be excellent for those who tend to be dry. In terms of ingredients, it firmly contains three types of human-type ceramides, which are penetrating capsule-type ceramides. Another Lululun feature is L22, a moisturizing ingredient that reproduces the sebum balance of 22-year-old skin. This is really interesting—it's a bit similar to the concept behind Kanebo's sebum-resistant cream (Taishitsu Cream). That cream is balanced to be safe even for newborn babies who tend to be dry, but this one is based on 22-year-old sebum, which is considered the most balanced type of sebum. So it's not as oily as the Kanebo cream, but it contains things like macadamia nut fatty acid phytosteryl, phytosterols, squalane, and tri(isostearate/palmitate) glyceryl—ingredients similar to well-balanced sebum. Plus it contains ceramides, so it's moisturizing without being sticky. There's also beta-glucan, which helps enhance skin's regenerative power. So while it might not be ideal for those with oily/shiny skin, I think it's great for dry skin types who want to firmly lock in moisture. The essence content is also good, and it's thicker than the Perfect One, giving it a substantial feel. The texture is incredibly soft. It's not very thick, but the sheet stretches quite well, and the smoothness feels different. As I mentioned, I think this is good for those who want to moisturize and for dry skin types who want to balance oil and water. Lastly, we have the With Method AAA Premium Solution Advanced Clear Sheet Mask. Since this is With Method, it's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi private brand. While the previous two were geared toward "those who worry about pores and want radiance" and "dry skin types who want to add both oil and moisture," this one feels more geared toward skin that tends to be unstable/reactive. It contains stearyl glycyrrhetinate, an anti-inflammatory ingredient. While it's anti-inflammatory, it's also recognized as an effective whitening ingredient. However, only ingredients approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare can officially be labeled as "whitening," so it can't explicitly say "whitening"—but since it suppresses inflammation, I think it can help suppress inflammatory pigmentation. So even though it's only labeled as "dullness care," I think it likely has whitening effects too. When your skin feels like it's about to become unstable, I think this is a good one to use. As a sheet mask, it's not particularly thick. However, the eye area seems to be the largest. There's a faint scent of glutathione. Since it has a lot of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, I think it's great for those whose skin becomes dull due to inflammation from instability, and for those who aren't sure what to use, it's a great introductory option. The essence content feels a bit less, but for a private brand product, I think this level is really impressive. So, what did you think? Sheet masks have become such a normal part of skincare now, so I think new ones will keep coming out, but I hope you'll choose based on your own skin type. Also, I often get asked whether you should apply other cosmetics or boosters before using a sheet mask. From a dermatological perspective, ingredients absorb best when the skin is completely bare/clean. As I mentioned, sheet masks contain so many different ingredients, so I think it's better to use them without prior lotion or essence, just straight on clean skin.
