I'm your ファンです。

Transcript (English)

Good evening, everyone. I'm sorry for being late. Today I can't say much yet, but I was filming until just a moment ago. I came in at 12 and filmed until around 7 PM. I went back to the office once and just arrived, so things are a bit hectic. Thank you all for coming. This is the first time we're doing an official stream on Tuesday, so everyone has really moved from Wednesday to Tuesday. I suppose this is kind of a first time. Last time was membership exclusive, so starting today, or rather starting this week, it's Tuesday. I hope you enjoy the YouTube Live. Regarding off-meetings, last week we held an off-meeting in Osaka, and I was really able to meet people who always come directly. It was truly enjoyable. We uploaded some footage of the Osaka off-meeting in limited form to YouTube, along with the Tokyo off-meeting, so I'm thinking of uploading the Osaka one in limited form too. Yes, the off-meeting talk dominated. Thank you so much. Oh, and I already talked about this with everyone. So Claris-san, who always tells everyone to press the like button first, I was able to meet her too. It was like "I see" for me. That's how it is. So everyone, did you press the good button? We moved to Tuesday, and since it's the first time, I was wondering how everyone would feel. Ne-chan-san also said "please do an off-meeting in Kyushu too." Thank you. I've gotten quite a few requests for Nagoya, as well as Fukuoka in Kyushu and Hokkaido. I'm really grateful. So next year, whether in Tokyo or Osaka, or perhaps in other cities like Nagoya or Fukuoka, well, at least this year's events are complete. We managed to do Osaka and Tokyo, with our team including Nakamura-san and Nomori-kun, Megna Suzuki-san, stylist Maki-chan, and our staff doing this all by hand, so it feels like we made it happen. We'll consult with the team again to see if we can continue doing this little by little. I recently discovered the teacher's YouTube and have been digging through videos and watching with great interest. Thank you. I talk about quite a lot more than just beauty—inner care, internal medicine topics—so please go back and watch my old videos too. My videos are ultimately about best cosmetics and such, but the main framework and information are always correct, so when something has changed significantly, I properly update it, saying "what was once normal has changed like this." I try to update with new and correct information, so I hope you'll watch carefully. Good evening. I recently started eating All-Bran. Thank you. When should I eat it? All-Bran contains one type of fermentable fiber called arabinoxylane. So it's not about when specifically—you can eat it in the morning or any time, but I think it's better to divide it up and eat little by little rather than all in one meal. Personally, I often eat it as a snack replacement. I collaborated with Hana-Uejun. I know that person—they speak English in a certain way, right? The kind of person who says "why would I care about that?" and is kind of sassy. I like that person too. I'd like to speak English like that. I'd be happy if we could meet. Please ask questions. I'm concerned about marks from breakouts on my back. Are there effective over-the-counter medications? Should I go to a clinic instead? If the breakouts are gone and you have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, I think whitening skincare would work to some extent. However, if you still have acne or breakouts, it's very important to first prevent new ones from forming. In that case, it's better to go to a clinic, ensure no new breakouts form, and then work on removing the marks. Yes, let me introduce the flowers. It's a bit dark today, isn't it? I think it's because that light is missing. One of my important lights burned out. Today, I've asked Kate Rose again. This cute one is called Hypericum. And then there's a chrysanthemum called Couture Bronze. The color is very cosmetic-like. And Turkish bellflower. This one here is Turkish bellflower. And anthurium. And this is kuromoji. This branch is kuromoji, and it's amazing—it's used as material for premium toothpicks. Just a fun fact. When you shave it, it smells wonderful. I personally love the scent, so please try shaving it. It smells amazing. Try it. It really smells incredible. I want it. This kuromoji smells so good. I thought it was just wood at first, but when I smell the shaved part, it has such an aromatic feeling. Marilynn Monroe-san. I also set up a recurring purchase of Lulu Milk. It's good. Thank you. At the off-meeting, so many people were drinking Lulu Milk. And there was a parent-child pair where the son watched first and then the mother got hooked. And someone said it was because of the Lulu Milk video. That makes me really happy. It's amazing that a boy came with his mother. Kuromoji has antibacterial effects, right? Lulu Milk is delicious, so I decided on a recurring purchase. I drink it every morning. You know, the trend for next year—I can't say much yet—but immunity balance is really going to be a huge trend. It will become very trendy in skincare too, and when it comes to gut health, we're really focusing on balancing immunity. Things like allergies, for example hay fever, which probably starts causing symptoms after January. It used to be explained by the cup theory—if you're exposed to pollen more times, the dose accumulates. But now it's shifting to a deeper theory about immunity balance. This deeper theory is really becoming about immune balance, so I'll be sharing these new updates on YouTube. What's interesting is that this is now extending to skincare. It makes me realize that internal medicine and skincare are really the same thing. I've been a doctor for, well, since 2024 it's been... 24 years, maybe 3 years now? The immunology I studied back then is completely different now. New concepts and approaches have emerged, and those are being updated. These updated concepts relate to what I'm most interested in now—aging. For example, skin aging involves immunity, and chronic inflammation of the body, which is aging, also involves immunity. It's involved in so many things. I wish I'd paid better attention in immunology class. Well, I did, but new players didn't exist when I was studying. Now I can enjoy reading new textbooks. It's really fun. There's a kuromoji diffuser at Muji that was just released. It smells really good. I need to go buy it. Where's this blouse from? I bought it on sale somewhere, but I've been wearing it for 4 or 5 years. Dr. Nitta, can you go to a dermatology or cosmetic dermatology clinic to have your skin type assessed and get recommendations for skincare? I don't think dermatologists usually do that. The reason is that dermatology is more focused on treating problems like acne, spots, and wrinkles. Hospitals might offer skincare consultation if it's with products they carry, but basically, general skincare advice isn't really provided. Instead, companies like Kao use skin RNA analysis, Shiseido uses skin DNA analysis, and Pola and Fancl also do skin analysis. They tell you about your skin and show you healthy skin with recommended skincare. For us in cosmetic medicine, we also view problems like spots, wrinkles, and sagging as conditions to treat. So for skincare consultation, I think it's better to rely on cosmetics companies. Did I lose weight? Actually, I gained 4 kilograms, and I managed to lose about 1 to 1.5 kilograms myself, but I haven't gotten back to normal yet. But when Kao did my skin RNA analysis last week, they said my skin was glycated, probably because I gained weight. So I'm trying to get back to normal. And today, I really can't say yet because there was an incredibly important shoot. It made me more nervous than anything in my life. It took from 12 to around 6 or 7 PM, which was my first experience with such a long shoot. So I tried to be in the best condition possible. So when you ask if I lost weight, I'd say I got back to normal. For the lipstick, the base is probably Dior, but I just reapplied with Kiss Kiss lip gloss. Jiansur and Rohto's adult waviness treatment Gyu-to treatment together? I don't think so. Because the Rohto one is a rather unusual shampoo that removes the lamellar structure of the skin. Gyu-to is more about the surface, bundling things together on the surface. So using them together would cancel out the benefits. I think they'd conflict. So you definitely shouldn't use them together. I think you should use one or the other. By the way, I've used both Jiansur and Gyu-to, and I've used lots of other things, but my current best is Segreta. Segreta is development similar to the face shampoo in Jiansur. Right now only Jiansur is featured, but with the same technology, a bit more luxurious, a bit more for adults—that category is Segreta for me. Since it only comes in a small amount, the cost-performance is terrible, but I think Segreta actually incorporates similar technology to Jiansur with a bit more adult-focused approach. I used Jiansur too and thought it was great. I don't have much waviness, so Gyu-to isn't really for me. Gyu-to is for my aunt's niece who has curly hair that frizzes up. So that niece said it was good, and my sister said it was great too. But I'm more concerned with damage and dryness and wanting better manageability, so I thought Jiansur would be better, but I liked Segreta even more. Dr. I wonder what that important shoot was about. I can't say yet, but I'll tell you when I can announce it. ABCD Repair Serum and Dr. K emulsion—for what skin types? I'd say normal to oily skin would be better. The concerns would be like pores and wanting shine. Dr. K himself was developed more for people concerned with acne and pores rather than dry skin. Dr. Kameyama was the first in Japan to advocate that vitamin C is good for acne, so they really focus on vitamin C and pores. So this is for people like that—not those with severe oily acne, but more normal to combination and oily skin would probably feel the effects more. The Osaka clinic is... I made a reservation for Pullreal treatment at the end of the year. I'll do the upper and lower eyes. I'm undecided about whether to do the tail of the eye or forehead. I did Pullreal on the front of the eye before. Conversely, I didn't do my forehead and did from here down. Pullreal is like this, I don't do the nose either, so this kind of, Pullreal is more about creating that glossy feeling of sticking it on, so I wanted to put it around the cheeks from under the eyes, so I put it around here. So the forehead, glossy on the forehead, maybe it's because I do my forehead like this, but rather than the forehead, around here, it's fine even around the glabella, but rather I want this glossy ball, it might be better to do Pullreal around here, that's my opinion. My son gets chilblains on his feet every year around this season. Should I go to a dermatologist? Even if warming alone doesn't cure chilblains, it's inflammation, so you should definitely go to a dermatologist, especially if it's a child. Will eyebrow waxing cause my eyelids to sag in the future? Because it pulls, it puts a load here, so there's a possibility of sagging compared to not doing it, but it's not absolute. I think the possibility with wax is not zero. Since I started using the teacher's shampoo, my hair is doing well. Is there any particular product that's particular about it, like Vitalism? Which one? Teacher, the one with the textured back is the most expensive line? Well, the round one, the one below isn't like this bottle, but only the bottom is round, the one that came out recently, I really liked it. I even reordered it. So there was a refill too, so I bought the refill as well, but I thought it was too small, but I figured it can't be helped. Here's a question. I'm worried about milia around my eyes. Are there any good foods? What are the specific care methods, precautions, and what kind of cosmetics are good? First, milia cannot be cured by food or cosmetics, I'm sorry. The only way is to remove it with a laser. And this is also due to your skin type. So for example, with skincare, milia is more about preventing sebum buildup or promoting turnover than this, but even with proper care, milia can appear sometimes, so it's not something that can be resolved with skincare or food alone, so really the only thing you can do is remove them. People ask me how I care for my hands, well, because I wash my hands so frequently, I apply hand cream frequently as well, but after skincare, I apply it to my hands like this too, and also, I definitely try all new cosmetics here. So I apply it like this, and when I'm done, I do it like this, so probably my left hand has the most cutting-edge cosmetics being used on it, so maybe that's it. I went to SK-II today and tried skin diagnosis and the treatment line. It was my first time with SK-II, the feel was really good, and I bought the hero cream as a treat. I understand. I don't use cream much because I have naturally good skin, so I don't use it much in the summer, but I'm thinking of using the treatment line's cream in winter, and I have it stored properly. I've already used up the toner and essence, so the toner was really good, in my opinion, so even though it's expensive, I'm sort of looking forward to using the cream a bit from now on. Whenever I go to a pharmacy, I definitely get Lisage. Lisage is a toner. It's really collagen care, so I think this toner is a toner that doesn't need a serum, so I think Lisage is really good. Especially for people who want to add firmness, Lisage was originally created on the basis of research on how not to break collagen, and it varies depending on your skin type, ranging from about 1 to 10. Not just normal skin, dry skin, oily skin, but also what kind of texture is good, what kind of finish is good, it changes quite a bit. So the firmness you want to achieve is the base, but also what kind of finish you want to achieve and other things like that are possible, so if you can explain it properly, that would be good. Yes. I'm starting Hifu. Is 150,000 yen for the whole face and under the chin a reasonable price? Well, Hifu, as I always say, is not a name but a general term. For example, there's iPhone within the name smartphone, and within iPhone there's iPhone 16, and there's also 16 Pro, and 15, and maybe even older versions, right? So the type of machine within Hifu determines the price and effects and everything varies widely. So for example, the machine that Hifu most acknowledges is FDA-approved, which is Ulthera, and if it's Ulthera, 150,000 yen for the whole face with just the under-chin area is cheap. But for example, if it's something else, it might be a bit expensive, so I can't determine if 150,000 yen is reasonable without knowing what kind of machine it is within Hifu, so I'd be happy if you could ask what kind of machine it is within Hifu rather than just asking about Hifu. Milia, you get little bumps, it's something that appears around the eyes. My son is enjoying the Lisage Men's toner and emulsion, using them with a cleanser and toner. What a wonderful son. The gummies the teacher gave me were really delicious. No unnecessary bitter taste, really naturally sweet and delicious. Surprisingly, I made the gummies for my children, but they were quite popular with older sisters who like beauty and young women too, and apparently Miho bought them without knowing, it's the Yuri Shin brand, like, I wish they wrote Yuri Shin more clearly, and the illustration with Tomori written on it doesn't look like her, things like that, and I thought they were right, but also Makia's Tanaka Minori recently introduced them, and I'm really grateful. Does InMode's Morpheus only not have a lifting effect? InMode's Morpheus is more about tightening than lifting. Why are Muji skincare products so strong? It's not so much aggressive as it doesn't include unnecessary things, it's more like it's refined. It's not particularly unique proprietary ingredients, it's more like they just included the necessary amount properly. Rather, Dr. Nitta, good evening. I'm a 50-year-old foreigner. I'm your fan. I'm corresponding with fans, but I've noticed a slight black shadow appearing on my upper lip and I'm concerned about it. Maybe hyperpigmentation, so chapped lips and hyperpigmentation color deposit, I use trusted brand skincare and sunscreen, but it hasn't improved and I'm troubled. Is there a good method you could tell me? Whether it's melasma or hyperpigmentation, there are appropriate treatments, so if you don't mind cosmetic medical procedures, I'd recommend consulting a cosmetic dermatologist. But the upper lip area is around here. So can melasma develop here? I feel like that's different. Am I wrong? Wait a moment. I'm mistaken. How is it? I really don't think chapped lips develop around here. So rather than hyperpigmentation or melasma, I think it might be post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. So maybe the care approach might be different. Yes. This is delayed-type autoimmune reaction, it's a spot, but it seems to have some effect all the way to the skin, so even if you apply laser once, it won't improve in one go. If you apply it, it gets darker once, and then you have to apply it several more times and it improves, you need to go through that process to make it clean, so if you're going to do it, laser is the only difficult option. Dr. Nitta, if you go to a dermatologist, can you tell if it's melasma or regular spots? For example, if it's a major dermatology skin clinic, they will definitely use a special machine to pass your face through and apply special light to look, so even if you can't tell by eye whether it's melasma or not, they use a machine that can properly tell by taking imaging diagnostics. Yes. So with a place that can do image diagnostics, I'd say you can roughly tell 100%, 100% is a definitive statement, so roughly. If you ask if you can tell just by eye, there are human limits there, so if it's something you can see, you can tell by eye, but since we're also professionals, there are visible spots, I can tell whether the visible spot is melasma or a regular spot, but for example, things that aren't visible, I can't really see them, so I think we need to have them go through a proper imaging diagnostic machine. The gummy that might turn you into Tanaka Minami, maybe that's the case, maybe you can become one, yes. Eat with hope. I heard a friend is just applying Youcekin after cleansing. Is that okay? If that person's skin type is dry skin and they're doing well, I think that's fine. But for oily skin people, I'd recommend against it. Today's foundation is Cosme Decorté today. Today it's Cosme Decorté's AQ foundation. What do you think about La Mer's new night cream? It works so well with my skin that I became curious about what's so great about it. La Mer's new one is the green one, right? It contains something called Marine Retinol, which isn't retinol, but it's a marine biology ingredient that works on fibroblasts like retinol to create firmness, and it also has several peptides, and it's also anti-inflammatory. It suppresses inflammation while creating firmness, creating firmness, that's what it means, and really originally La Mer is about creating a barrier, right? It's also doing repair while also being anti-inflammatory while also creating firmness, so maybe it's a really good cream for sensitive skin people. If it's working for you, it's a perfect hit. The inflammation-suppressing part, the anti-inflammatory and recovery is matching your current skin, I think. Can you tell if it's melasma just by looking at it visually? Yes, you can. Does InMode's Morpheus have an effect on saggy skin? If you say sagging, it's more tightening, and I don't think it really works for sagging. That's why I think SofWave would be more effective. I'm currently eating gummies with hope. Oh, I might have gotten used to Tanaka Minami. Do you dye your hair? Does that mean hair coloring? Yes, I do. The darkest shade from the 4-palette remaining. An overall balanced way of using everything, I'd like to know that too. Well, with eyeshadow, I wonder if something just doesn't run out? Something just gradually gets used up, that's the rule I think. Randomly. One thing just gets used up, doesn't it? I tend to have the darker color remaining. Thank you for the answer. Is Cosme Decorté foundation good for dry skin? It's more for dry skin people, I think it's good. Cosme Decorté's AQ line, not the full line. So it's more about creating a glossy feeling, today I had a really long shoot, and then I did a makeup touch-up, I didn't change the base, but I changed my hair, changed my lip, changed my cheek, things like that, I did quite a bit, so I needed to create skin that could withstand a long shoot, so to maintain the gloss throughout, so I'm using AQ this time. Teacher, please tell me. I'm getting Picofractional 3 times for nose pore purposes. The pores are quite noticeable. My skin type is also more oily on my forehead and nose. First, there was no effect at all after the first session, rather the pores seemed to increase, but because it's still the first time, right, and we're doing 2 more sessions, what do you think? Picofractional 3 times. We don't have Picofractional at our clinic. Since it's a laser we don't have, honestly I haven't seen results as a patient, so it's not absolute, but maybe the fact that it was the first time means there are things I don't know. If it were me, if I were the patient with pores and Picofractional, well, partly because we don't have it at our clinic, I probably wouldn't choose it. If the pores are quite noticeable and oily, I'd rather choose something like RF needling, or just Picofractional, well, what I mean is, not creating a wound, but ablation, applying laser creates a small hole, so it changes through that, but if sebum secretion is high, pores with more oil don't really improve. In that case, something like Picofractional that damages the sebaceous gland might be better, or, well, it's common but it hurts, but micro-botox applied before or after Picofractional, Picofractional creates holes that become a bit clean, but you also need to firmly suppress the oil being secreted from there, really that's not going to look clean, so regardless of which comes first, if it were me, well, because we don't have Picofractional at our clinic, I do RF needling, and if there's still too much oil, I do micro-botox, but if you've already started Picofractional, while doing Picofractional you want to suppress sebum production with micro I think it's better to include Botox injections as well. Which is better between N Organic and Sofina before replacement? N Organic is good in both ways. The approach is different. N Organic - hmm, I can't really say which is which. I think N Organic is a bit more sophisticated, in my opinion. It's not sticky at all, and I really like N Organic. Sofina, on the other hand, suppresses inflammation while having carbonated features, and people with drier skin may better understand the benefits of Sofina. The approach is completely different. Hello. I'm concerned about red skin, and my dermatologist diagnosed me with surgical stage 1. I had NoRils 6 times, but I still have a lot of redness. Should I try a different treatment? If you've had NoRils 6 times and still have redness, you might want to try something different. We have a machine called Excel V that might help reduce redness. The wavelength of NoRils... let me check that now. I don't remember all the wavelengths. NoRils is from Denmark... it's IPL. If it's below 400 to 900, then... I think it would be better to use a single laser rather than IPL, which is a broad spectrum light. I think you should switch to a different machine. My lotion usually feels sticky, but now it feels dry right after application. Should I switch to Amy Lea Cream? Yes, I think you should switch. I always have leftover eyeshadow that keeps accumulating, and it's hard to know when to throw it away. What do you do? I throw them away after about 6 months to a year of not using them. But since I tend to stick to products I like, I just toss them when I feel like they're not getting used. Is it a burden to regularly get collagen peeling at age 60? I think it's fine as long as you space them out at least a month apart. As we get older, skin turnover naturally gets longer, so you should focus on skincare that normalizes turnover. Peeling is one of those treatments, but only if you don't feel like your skin is too smooth or your barrier function is compromised. At that frequency, I think it's fine. Dear doctor, I'm concerned about skin sagging. Ultherapy is expensive, so I stopped after a few sessions. If you could recommend a treatment that's easier to maintain, I'd appreciate it. You really need some kind of heat-based treatment, so even if it's not Ultherapy, doing laser treatments regularly about once a month would be good. I personally prefer RF treatments, as I think they provide better skin tightening than Ultherapy. There are different RF machines like Diamond Tip or Forma, so depending on your budget - whether you're comfortable with 10,000 yen, 50,000 yen, or 100,000 yen - you can choose a heat-based treatment. Even with a 10,000 yen treatment like facial laser or hair removal, which apply heat, you can do something like laser facials for around 20,000 yen. These are still heat-based treatments, so if you do them once a month, you'll see improvements in firmness. Rather than focusing solely on sagging treatment devices, consistently applying any laser regularly is important. Hello. I eat only gummies during morning sickness. I want to try your gummies too, but is there a recommended daily amount? Well, our gummies are gone in no time because there aren't many in the package, and they're not that sweet. I didn't want to add artificial sweeteners or food coloring. The main thing that's bad for you is sugar. Excess sugar isn't good, but there's nothing else harmful in them. So about one packet is totally fine to eat. Which do you prefer, domestic or foreign eyeshadow? I don't really separate them, but I mostly use Lunasol or Dior. I also find THREE, Addiction, and RMK cute, but Lunasol and Dior tend to be the ones I keep using in the end. I've heard that BENEFIQUE's intestinal supplements work on the gut. I'm drinking Lululun Milk, so I'm wondering if it's double. Which is better? BENEFIQUE is a probiotic product, I think. But it's not about BENEFIQUE specifically. Lululun Milk doesn't have probiotics or bacteria as its main focus. The approach is completely different. With probiotics, you're introducing bacteria, hoping they'll survive in your gut, but usually they don't stay. Introducing probiotics might have some benefit, but scientifically, it's not a major impact. Not to criticize BENEFIQUE, but current trends suggest that probiotics just pass through temporarily. Lululun Milk contains prebiotic plant fiber - what you call prebiotics - which feeds your existing gut bacteria, allowing them to produce beneficial metabolites like hydrogen, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. There are also short-chain fatty acids like butyrate, propionate, and acetate, which can have diet effects and help balance immunity. They also keep your existing gut bacteria happy. So if your own gut bacteria aren't healthy, adding external bacteria doesn't help much. The thinking is completely different. I believe it's more important to take prebiotics to establish your gut environment first. If your own gut bacteria aren't doing well, even if you take probiotics, it won't help much. The thinking is very different. Rather than introducing bacteria, which is the old way of thinking, the current trend is to feed your own bacteria. Can I take Lululun Milk and your protein together? Of course, no problem at all. I'm torn between going to a gym or a diet clinic for weight loss. I think it's both, really. You might think it's too much, but Shino Clinic also does diet clinic services. Of course, we prescribe diet medications, but just the medication alone isn't enough - you can theoretically lose weight just by taking pills, but you might lose muscle too. So you need to go to the gym as well. After you finish a 2-3 month program at the clinic, having built an exercise habit is a real asset. Exercise habits are for life, but you don't go to the clinic forever for weight loss. So I really think both is better. How's Sugio doing? Dear doctor, good evening. I have a question. November 22nd is Beaujolais Nouveau release day. In the wine industry, there's a debate between grape varietalism and terroir-ism (emphasizing the soil, climate, and sunshine where the grape vines are planted). Sugio, you know everything. So I'd like to ask the doctor: do you lean more toward grape varietalism or terroir-ism? Wait, do I have to choose one or the other? Because grapes are passed down through generations, they have a certain character. So the tradition the grapes carry is important, but so is the environmental factor like sunshine, climate, and soil. Even identical twins with the same DNA will have different skin if one does skincare properly and the other doesn't use sunscreen or smokes. This data comes up quite often. Of course, there's good genetic potential - some people have genes that resist aging. But even with good grapes, if the soil is poor or sunshine is inadequate, good varieties won't grow well. That's why there's the concept of "good years" for wine. There are base varieties like Pinot that are considered delicious. So I think the debate itself between the two is nonsensical - isn't it both? Will the wine industry people be mad at me? But I think skincare is the same way. Even if someone has great potential, if they smoke, don't do skincare, get excessive sun exposure, or maintain a lifestyle that causes inflammation, aging will progress. But if someone with good potential takes skincare seriously, manages their gut health, sleeps well, and exercises, they'll suppress chronic inflammation and age more slowly. So I think both are important. Wow, impressive. Did you have morning sickness during pregnancy? Yes, I did. You know, certain smells become unbearable. I always talk about how I couldn't stand the smell of shumai bento boxes. I was going to Osaka every week back then, and the smell of shumai bento made me nauseous - I couldn't take the Shinkansen, so I flew instead. But then a businessman next to me on the plane started eating a shumai bento box. I thought I was cursed by shumai bento boxes. But around 5 months in, it suddenly disappeared. So morning sickness is really just temporary, and there's no relief during it - I'm sorry about that - but it definitely gets better. It suddenly goes away, so please wait for that day. I work as a beauty counter staff. Several people have come to purchase after watching your YouTube. The parent company is quite large, but the brand has low recognition, so I was sad no one understood its appeal. Thank you for introducing it. I'm grateful for your perspective despite the strict regulations. Thank you. Not at all, I'm happy. Thank you. Rather than promoting brands I like, I tend to feature things that seem to have wonderful research but haven't gone viral for some reason, so it's nice when that happens. The shumai bento curse. My 22-year-old daughter has very dry lips. Even using Mediheal, they peel right away. What should I apply for plump lips? Surprisingly, DHC's lip balm is really good. For your daughter's age, try DHC's lip balm. It's surprisingly good. I'm planning to move to membership in about 5 minutes. Are you warm-toned or cool-toned? Well, Maki told me yesterday I'm warm-toned spring, with autumn as a secondary. What's secondary? Not secondary, I mean... So I'm warm-toned spring with autumn secondary. That's tough. I think it's fine. Sugio asks questions and I answer them - that's our relationship. Sugio kind of sets things up for me, and I try to answer accurately and receive the ball properly. Thanks to Sugio, I've become interested in many things. Today it was Beaujolais Nouveau, but he asks about politics and world affairs too. He makes me think about presidential elections and such. I thought so, but it was a bit different. That was a curveball. First is yellow-based spring. Oh, that's right, first, first, you know, second. First, yellow-based spring, second, oh, so you said back. What are you saying? First, yellow-based spring, second, yellow-based autumn. But that's just what I came up with on my own, with my stylist and makeup artist, we talked about it and agreed. It's not something we did accurately or systematically, but since beauty and fashion professionals who know me well said it, I think it's accurate. Yes. That's right. Regarding supplements that boost vitamins and immunity, I'm going to talk about this passionately, is that okay? Did you know that boosting immunity alone isn't enough? Immunity is about balance. So for more details, if you watch YouTube, I've uploaded a video about how boosting immunity speeds up aging, so please check that out. Immunity refers to foreign substances, viruses, bacteria, when they come in, we eliminate them, cause inflammation and attack, which is what most people think immunity is, and that's happening. If you boost it too much, the attack keeps progressing. Then not only viruses and bacteria enter, but for example, pollen, which isn't actually harmful to the body, when it enters, it causes excessive reactions, and unnecessarily causes inflammation that it shouldn't, which is what allergies like hay fever are. So immunity needs to be boosted against viruses and such things, but once those things are gone, we need to quickly suppress it. Like having both the accelerator and brake in immunity. So disease and aging are now commonly thought of as chronic inflammation. With chronic inflammation, if you constantly just keep boosting immunity, only attack-causing immunity works, and this chronic inflammation keeps smoldering continuously. So we need to suppress that, we need to properly activate the immune regulation that quiets it down, or it'll become just constant inflammation. So instead of thinking about boosting immunity, it's about immune balance. So accelerator and brake, we need to accurately judge whether now is accelerator time or now is brake time, but of course you can't tell when a virus enters today so let's accelerate, or now it's over so let's quiet down. Your body has systems in place to maintain balance. But now many people have that balance disrupted, and what regulates that balance is the gut microbiome, gut bacteria. There are regulatory T cells that properly lower and brake excessive immunity, and these regulatory T cells' regulatory immunity. The gut bacteria secrete substances that keep this regulatory immunity healthy, and to do that, we need to feed gut bacteria fermented plant fiber, prebiotics, which is now a common understanding. So people with allergies probably have some issue with this regulatory immunity. So by slightly boosting this regulatory immunity, allergies like pollen might improve, which is being actively discussed now. So for such people, to activate this regulatory immunity, you really need to get enough fermented plant fiber and such. If you eat properly, if you mistakenly just keep boosting immunity, to put it simply, hay fever might worsen significantly, there's not zero possibility of that happening. So for atopic dermatitis and such, well, hay fever improved quite a bit. Does Lululmlk have effects on hay fever and atopic dermatitis? So to speak. Sorry, I've never seen cases where I prescribed lululmlk to atopic dermatitis patients and they improved. Sorry. Since I myself don't prescribe it as a treatment drug. But people around me, like my makeup artist Suzuki, has terrible hay fever. When I talked enthusiastically about drinking lululmlk, saying it's really good, they said they drank it and it improved, so I think there's a possibility of hay fever benefits. When gut health improves, skin also becomes more hydrated through the same logic of suppressing chronic inflammation. So as moisture increases, suppressing chronic inflammation, which is anti-aging, skin barrier function is the same, allergies are the same, and ultimately various diseases start from chronic inflammation, like diabetes and other chronic conditions. So I think ultimate anti-aging is suppressing chronic inflammation, and regulatory immunity is greatly involved in that, which we've really learned over these past few years. Activating this regulatory immunity, through fermented plant fiber's short-chain fatty acids, this has become common knowledge among microbiome and gut environment researchers lately, and I think this might become a catalyst for changing treatments and various things. Yes. Balance is important. The teacher mentioned that in a video from four years ago too. Hebes, good person. Really good person. Yes. Cloris, good night. Regarding the hay fever effect, suppressing chronic inflammation would be good, I think. But since I don't have hay fever myself, I can't say it worked for me, but many staff members around me say it does. When I asked Hebes, they said, oh actually among our members, those on regular subscriptions, get letters and all, regarding hay fever, there's a lot, though I can't discuss medical claims, so logically it seems quite possible. So we're now about 15 minutes in, so I'd like to move to the membership section, so members please transition to membership if you would. So since it's become every Tuesday, your viewing habit of shifting from Wednesday to Tuesday hasn't really caught on yet, maybe. Noripeessan finished yoga and just joining now. Sorry. Moving to membership now. I'd be happy if you could access from Noripeessan's membership. So it'll be Wednesday going forward, sorry to those watching the archive. Tuesday to Wednesday, 8 to 9 am is public and 9 am onwards is membership only, so if you'd like, please join membership too. So for the publicly available portion, this is fine here. It's fine, stay the whole time. We finish once. No problem at all. But I think it's probably fine.
