【絶対見て】VOCE6月号の付録がスゴい！"透明感コンプリートBOX"を徹底解説します

皆さんこんにちは、友利新です。今日はお知らせがあります。ずばり何のお知らせかというと、じゃじゃん、来週発売のVOCE6月号の付録の監修をさせていただいております。来して友利新の最新ブライトニング術を体験する「透明感コンプリートBOX」です。できたてほやほやをいただいてきていて、まだ実は全ミニはできていないので、どういう使命になっているかは手元に来ていないのでわかんないんですけれども、今出ている5月号の事後のお知らせの方にも詳しく載っていて、私はですね通常版のブロックの監修をしています。通常版はですね松本マリカさんが表紙のものになっているんですが、ブロックのお話をいただいたときに通常だったら何か愛用品とか多いというふうに聞いていたんですが、私の愛用品というよりは私自身がどうやって透明感というものが作られるのかというのを紙面の中で詳しくお話をして、それを作られるようにどういうふうなアイテムを使ったらいいかというのをボックスの中に入れたいということを編集部の方と話をしたら、じゃあそれでいきましょうということで、まず私の透明感の定義というものをどうやったら方が透明感作られるかというのを医学的にお話しして、それに合った成分をお話しして、それを編集部で集めていただいて、まあいろんなブランドさんにお声をかけていただいて、それでこの透明感コンプリートボックスというのができ上がりました。 どういったものが入っているかというと、合計で7種類のスキンケアアイテムが入っています。クレンジングがPASSのザクリアクレンジングジェルですね。これ私のYouTubeでもご紹介したもの。化粧水がですねエスティ ローダーのマイクロエッセンスローション。導入の美容液の方がアスタリフトのホワイトジェリーアクアリスタが入っております。その他にも美容液3つ入っています。まず一つがクオリティファーストのダーマレーザースペクター ウルトラC マックス。そのビタミンCが一番多いと私が勝手に思っているシリーズのものを入れております。 もう一つこの上の2つなんですけど、まずこちらがですねオルビスのアドバンストブライトニングセラムですね。今期登場したブライトニングのセラム。そしてこれね見たことないんですけどっていう方もいらっしゃると思うんですが、これはラロッシュポゼのですねメラビーヌ3というセラムになって、これが入れられたのがまず私の中で奇跡だなあと思ってるんですけれども、一つ一つどういうものなのか紙面でも詳しく解説されているのでぜひぜひ紙面を見ていただきたいんですけれども、YouTubeを見ている方はですね先取りというか話していきたいなと思います。 透明感というのは光が入って肌の中で通過していってそれがちゃんと同じだけ跳ね返っていくような感じになれば透明感というのはもう出ていくんですね。ただの白ではないんですよ。白というのはなんかちょっと濁ってるじゃないですか。透明感というのは透けてるような状態なので、角層がフラットでバリア機能がしっかりしているので肌の方に光が入った時に、光を乱反射させてしまうような赤いヘモグロビンのものだったりとか黒のメラニン、黄色になるカルボニル化とか酸化とかそういったものもない状態なので表皮の中にも綺麗に肌が通過して、真皮の張り感もある。それがあの私の中での透明感がアップするという考え方なんですね。 それに沿ってまずは角層ケアをしましょうよと。次に肌のバリア機能を整えていきましょう。次に酸化を抑えていく。あとメラニンのケア。高炎症ケア。これで赤や黒や黄色の色をとっていって、真皮のコラーゲンとかエラスチンを増やしていくために、これを使うとですねすべてがコンプリートできるような感じですね。 まず角質ケアはですねPASSのザクリアクレンジングジェル。発酵のハチミツエキスが入っています。グルコン酸という酸がそれに含まれているのでそれによって毎日のクレンジングで少しずつ肌をフラットにしていくというイメージなので、ピーリングとか角質ケアって言うとちょっと怖いイメージがあるんですけれども、どんな方でもケアはできるんだけれども赤みとかそういったものではなく自然に剥がれ落ちるようにしてくれるのがPASSのザクリアクレンジングジェルかなというふうに思ってこちらを入れております。 次にですねエスティ ローダーのマイクロエッセンスローション。これもめちゃめちゃもう名品で私も以前YouTubeでご紹介したことがあると思うんですが、これに含まれている発酵のエキスがですね肌のバリア機能を増やしていくよっていうことがもう学会でも発表になっているものになります。なのでこれで肌表面のバリア機能を整えて、角層のところにある炎症をその前でブロックしてくれるというこの2つだけで角層ケアとして炎症ケアもしっかりできるようなものが入っております。 そしてその後の4つですよね。ラロッシュ、オルビス、アスタリフトそしてダーマレーザー。それぞれ美容液なんですが働きがまず違うんですよ。 まずはアスタリフトです。アスタリフトのホワイトジェリー アクアリスタといって洗顔後に一番最初につけるタイプのものになります。これはですねまあいわゆる導入美容液になっているんですが、美白の有効成分としてアルブチンというものが入っています。このアルブチンがですねメラニンが作られる時に、チロシナーゼという酵素が活性化されることによってメラノサイトの中でメラニンの元ができていくんですね。それがチロシナーゼの活性以降はドミノ倒し的にババババッとメラニンができていくので、まずはこのチロシナーゼの活性を抑えるっていうのが美白の有効成分の一番肝なので、このアルブチンというのはそこを抑えるということ。酸化作用があるのでやっぱり赤ぐすみっていうのも少し抑えてくれる働きもあります。もちろんアスタリフトですからアスタキサンチンが入ってますよね。アスタキサンチンといえばもう強力な抗酸化作用があります。なのでこれで酸化から来るカルボニル化だったりっていう気ぐすみも抑えてくれるという感じになっています。あともう一つです。星の成分ですね。ナノ化した人型のセラミドも入っていますので、肌の潤いということも担保していただけるのかなというふうに思っています。 次はダーマレーザーのウルトラC マックスになります。ビタミンCの濃度というのは開示されていないんですけれども、やはりその全成分的に見るとですね、しっかりピュアビタミンCがある一定の濃度入っているんじゃないかなと、これはもう個人的な見解なんですけれども、ピュアビタミンCなんですけれども刺激がすごく少ないアイテムだなというふうに思っています。高濃度のビタミンCっていうのは肌に刺激がある方が一定数いらっしゃるんですね。なんですけれどもその前に例えばPASSで余分な角質を落として、エスティ ローダーさんのマイクロエッセンスローションでバリア機能を整えて、アスタリフトで土台を整えたところに入れるっていうのは、そこまで刺激もならないですし、あとビタミンCっていうのはもちろん美白効果もありますけれども、真皮のコラーゲンとかエラスチンの生成を促しですね、表皮の厚みというものを増やしてくれるので、表皮と真皮のケアというためにビタミンCはどうしても入れたかったので、効果の高いピュアビタミンCがしっかり入っている、ダーマレーザースペクターのウルトラC マックスの方を選びました。ビタミンC自体がですねメラニンの生成を抑制してくれたり、あとメラニンって最初は薄いんですよ。それがどんどん濃くなっていくんですが、濃くなってしまったメラニンを還元化って言って少し薄くする作用もあるので、さっきのアルブチンと似ているようで、少しまたアプローチの仕方が違ってくるんですね。 そしてもう一つですね。オルビスのアドバンストブライトニングセラムです。これは深掘り動画も出しているので、ぜひぜひ詳しい解説はそこで見ていただきたいんですが、まずさっきのアスタリフトやダーマレーザースペクターの成分とは方向性が違う美白の有効成分が入っています。それがデクスパンテノールですよね。デクスパンテノールっていうのは、メラニンって作るのを抑えるのと、作ってしまったものを排出させる。このどっちのプロセスも大事なんですけれども、さっきのアルブチンだったりビタミンCっていうのは生成を抑えるものですよね。なんですけれどもオルビスの美容液に入っているデクスパンテノールというのは、排出を促すものになっています。なのでちゃんとメラニンケアもできているよっていう感じになっております。 ここまで聞いただけでもね素晴らしいんじゃないかなと思うんですけれども、もう一つラロッシュポゼのこのメラビーヌ3というセラム。見たことある方多分いらっしゃらないと思うんですね。私もしっかりと使うっていうのは、コンプリートボックスができ上がってからになります。これはですね、まだ日本に発売されておりません。正式な発売は6月で、今回VOCEさんの発売4月22日なので、なんと2ヶ月近くも早く日本にラロッシュさんのご好意で入れてもらったものになるんですね。 これをどうしても入れたかった最大の理由はですね、今までの美白有効成分というものと、アプローチの方法が全く違うロレアルの新規成分が入ってるんですよ。どんなものかというとメラジルという新規の成分が入っています。私が去年パリに皮膚科のシンポジウムに行った時には、このメラジルっていう成分の発表だったんですよ。全世界から皮膚科の先生が集まってきたんですけど、みんながメラニンの生成過程でここで抑えるっていうのは、こんなの今までなかったよ、アメージングみたいな感じでみんなが言ってたぐらい、私自身も驚いたし各国の皮膚科医の先生たちも、すごく驚いた成分なんですよ。 どんなものかっていうとメラニンっていうのはメラノサイトの中で、チロシナーゼっていう酵素が活性化されることでメラニンの元が作られて、その後はもう勝手にドミノ倒しみたいになって、メラニンがどんどんどんどん濃くなっていくよっていう話をしたと思うんですけれども、なので今までの美白有効成分というのは、チロシナーゼをどうやって抑えるかっていうところがポイントだったんですね。チロシナーゼを抑えるしか手段がなかったんですよ。でも今回のこのメラジルっていうのは、チロシナーゼの活性が起こった後でもメラニンの生成過程を抑えることができるという、もうまさに画期的なものになっています。 メラニンっていうのは黒いメラニンっていうのと薄いメラニン2つあるんですね。私たちみたいなアジア人は両方あるんですけれども、例えばアフリカ系の方っていうのは黒いメラニンが多かったりとか、あとはヨーロッパ系の方とか色が白い方っていうのは色が薄いメラニンが多いっていうところがあるんですが、チロシナーゼの活性以降それが2つに分かれるんですよ。その2つの過程どちらも抑えることができるので、どんな人種の方にもアプローチできるっていう本当に素晴らしいものなので、今回はもちろんチロシナーゼの活性を抑えなくちゃいけない。でもそれとはまた別のアプローチのメラジルも入れていく。そして黒くなったメラニンを還元化してくれるようなビタミンCが入って、それを排出するようなデクスパンテノールも入っていて、まさに表皮のですねメラニンのケアが本当にコンプリートできるっていうものになっています。 まさかこのメラジルが入っているメラビーヌ3が入るとは正直思ってなかったんですよ。実はこの付録っていうのは去年からお話があって、一度はちょっとお断りしたんですよ。私ちょっと苦しいと。だけれども透明感コンプリートっていう考え方だったらできるかなと思って、そこからお話がスタートしたので、その時にやっぱりメラジルの衝撃が私は忘れられなくて、これをどうしても入れたいけど、6月だからなーって思っていたんですけど、ラロッシュさん心よく頑張っていただいて、本当にありがたいなと思っております。 Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I have an announcement for you. The news is that I've had the privilege of supervising the accessories for VOCE June issue, which goes on sale next week. Experience Arata Tomori's latest brightening techniques with the "Transparency Complete Box." I received a freshly finished copy, but I haven't actually used it yet, so I don't know what the instructions will be like since I don't have them in hand. However, the information is detailed in the May issue announcement. I'm supervising the standard version. The standard version has Mariko Matsumoto on the cover. When the magazine asked me about supervision, they mentioned it would usually feature favorite products, but instead of listing my favorite items, I wanted to explain in detail how I personally create transparency in my skin and what items should be included in the box to achieve that. When I discussed this with the editorial team, they said let's do it that way. First, I explained my definition of transparency and how it's created from a medical perspective, then shared the ingredients needed, and the editorial team gathered those ingredients. They reached out to various brands, and that's how the Transparency Complete Box was created. As for what's included, there are a total of 7 skincare items. The cleanser is PASS's Zakuria Cleansing Gel, which I've also introduced on my YouTube channel. The toner is Estée Lauder's Micro Essence Lotion. The introductory serum is Astaxanthin's White Jelly Aquarista. There are also 3 other serums included. First, there's DermaLaser Specter Ultra C Max from Quality First, from the series I think has the highest vitamin C concentration. Then there's Orbis's Advanced Brightening Serum, which launched this season. And there's one you might not have seen before—La Roche-Posay's Melavidine 3 serum. I honestly didn't think Melavidine 3 with Melawhite would be included, but it's truly remarkable. Each product is explained in detail in the magazine, so please check that out, but for YouTube viewers, I'd like to go ahead and explain it. Transparency is created when light enters the skin, passes through, and reflects back equally. It's not just about being white. White looks a bit cloudy, doesn't it? Transparency is a translucent state. When the stratum corneum is flat and the skin barrier is strong, light doesn't scatter chaotically. There's no red hemoglobin, no black melanin, and no yellowing from glycation or oxidation. Light passes beautifully through the epidermis, and there's firmness in the dermis. That's how I think about increasing transparency. Based on this approach, first we should care for the stratum corneum, then regulate skin barrier function, then reduce oxidation, care for melanin, and manage inflammation. By removing red, black, and yellow tones and increasing dermal collagen and elastin, this box allows you to complete all aspects of skincare. For stratum corneum care, we use PASS's Zakuria Cleansing Gel, which contains fermented honey extract and gluconic acid. This gently flattens the skin with daily cleansing, so unlike harsh peeling treatments, it naturally removes dead skin without redness. That's why I chose PASS's Zakuria Cleansing Gel. Next is Estée Lauder's Micro Essence Lotion. This is already a legendary product that I've introduced on YouTube. The fermented extract it contains has been shown in academic presentations to enhance skin barrier function. So with just these two products, you're caring for the stratum corneum and managing inflammation to protect the deeper layers. The next four products are serums from La Roche-Posay, Orbis, Astaxanthin, and DermaLaser, each with different functions. First, let's talk about Astaxanthin White Jelly Aquarista. It's applied right after cleansing and is an introductory serum. The active whitening ingredient is arbutin. When melanin is produced, the enzyme tyrosinase becomes activated, creating the precursor to melanin in melanocytes. Once this activation occurs, it becomes like dominoes—melanin just keeps getting darker. So the key to whitening ingredients is suppressing tyrosinase activation, which is what arbutin does. It also has antioxidant properties, so it helps reduce redness. Of course, since it's Astaxanthin, it contains astaxanthin, which has powerful antioxidant properties. This reduces yellowing from glycation and oxidation. Additionally, it contains nanoized human-type ceramides for skin hydration. Next is DermaLaser Specter Ultra C Max. The vitamin C concentration isn't disclosed, but from the ingredient list, I believe it contains pure vitamin C at a meaningful concentration. It's a high-concentration vitamin C product with minimal irritation. High-concentration vitamin C can irritate some people's skin, but when used after PASS cleanser removes excess dead skin, after Estée Lauder regulates the barrier, and after Astaxanthin prepares the base, irritation is minimized. Vitamin C not only has whitening effects but also promotes collagen and elastin production in the dermis, increasing skin thickness. I really wanted to include vitamin C for epidermal and dermal care, so I chose DermaLaser Specter Ultra C Max with effective pure vitamin C. Vitamin C suppresses melanin production and also reduces already-formed dark melanin—a process called reduction. So while similar to arbutin, it takes a different approach. Next is Orbis Advanced Brightening Serum. I've made a deep-dive video about this, so please watch that for detailed explanations. This contains a whitening active ingredient with a different approach than Astaxanthin and DermaLaser. It's dexpanthenol. Dexpanthenol addresses both preventing melanin production and promoting the elimination of already-produced melanin. Arbutin and vitamin C suppress production, but dexpanthenol in Orbis's serum promotes elimination. So you get comprehensive melanin care. But there's one more—La Roche-Posay's Melavidine 3 serum. Most people probably haven't seen this before. I'll be properly using it once this Complete Box is finished. This hasn't been released in Japan yet. The official launch is in June, but VOCE's April 22 release means it's coming nearly two months early thanks to La Roche-Posay's kindness. I absolutely wanted to include this because it contains L'Oreal's new ingredient with a completely different approach than previous whitening actives. It's Melawhite, a new ingredient. When I attended a dermatology symposium in Paris last year, this was the featured ingredient. Dermatologists from around the world were amazed, saying "We've never seen anything that blocks this step in melanin production before. Amazing!" I was surprised, and dermatologists from every country were equally impressed. Here's how it works: melanin is produced when tyrosinase activates in melanocytes, creating the melanin precursor. Then it becomes like dominoes—melanin gets progressively darker. Until now, all whitening ingredients focused on suppressing tyrosinase. That was the only approach. But Melawhite can suppress the melanin production process even after tyrosinase activation occurs. It's truly revolutionary. There are two types of melanin—dark melanin and light melanin. People of East Asian descent like us have both. People of African descent tend to have more dark melanin, while people of European descent with fair skin have more light melanin. After tyrosinase activation, these two types are produced. Melawhite can suppress both pathways, so it works for all ethnicities. It's truly wonderful. So we suppress tyrosinase activation, but we also include Melawhite for a different approach. We include vitamin C to reduce dark melanin, and dexpanthenol to promote elimination. This provides truly complete melanin care for the epidermis. I honestly didn't think Melavidine 3 with Melawhite would be included. Actually, discussions about this accessory started last year. I initially declined because I was uncertain. But I thought if we frame it around the concept of "transparency complete," it might work. That's how the conversation started. I couldn't forget the impact of Melawhite, and I wanted to include it, but I thought "the launch is in June though." But La Roche-Posay kindly worked with us, and I'm truly grateful. With this approach, we can care for the stratum corneum, epidermis, and dermis. But I wouldn't stop there. What's the one thing you absolutely must do last? That's right—sun protection. Of course, sunscreen is included. Presquebyastaxanthin's Smooth Fit Multi Shield. I've made a deep-dive video about this.
