みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。今日はですね、SNSで今も超絶話題 若返りの水、ことコスメデコルテの新しい化粧水を深ーく深堀りしていきたいと思いますので 若返りたいわー!と思っているそこのあなた、ぜひ最後までご覧下さい 新しいコスメデコルテ、ユースパワーアドバンスドエッセンスっていう化粧水がめちゃくちゃバズってるんですけども 今回2025年の秋冬って化粧水がたくさん出てるんですよ 例えば私もこのね、ご紹介したBAのザ・ローションだったりとか ジェネフィックから出たこのアルティメエッセンスローションだったりとか 10月に発売になるこのエスト・ザ・ローションとか ローションばっかりたくさん出てるんですけれども その中でもこれがなぜか若返りの水っていうような名前がSNSでついてバズっていて どの化粧水も素晴らしい研究の知見が入っているんですが じゃあどうしてこれが若返りの水って言われてるかっていうことを今日は深掘りしたいと思うんですが この化粧水の発表会に行った時にめちゃくちゃびっくりしたのは ある研究をベースに作ってるんですよ それが2023年に学会で発表になった研究なんですが 何かっていうと 大体は20代、30代、40代、50代それぞれの人からデータを取ったっていうところは多いんですが 30代から70代まで同じ人の細胞を採取してきて それをどういうふうに変化していくかっていうのを見たっていう研究なんですよ これ何がすごいかって 同じ人だから生活様式ってあんま変わらないし あと遺伝子も変わらないわけじゃないですか 純粋に歳をとるだけで どういうふうに変化していくかっていうことがわかるんですよ 他の人だったら 例えば同じ20代でも すっごいタバコ吸ってるとか すっごいなんか日焼けするとかっていう20代と めちゃくちゃ健康的な70代だったら もしかしたら20代の人の方が 細胞が弱っている可能性もあるじゃないですか 同じ人だと生活様式だったりとかもあんまり変わらないので 本当に歳をとった時に どういうふうに肌の細胞が変化していくかっていうのを見てるんですよ 特にこれはね 皮膚の繊維芽細胞っていうものの 老化を時系列的に見てるんですけども 当たり前なように 若い時っていうのは この繊維芽細胞っていうのが 肌のコラーゲンとかエラスチンとか 弾力を司るものをいっぱい作っている だけれどどんどん年をとっていくと それが作られなくなっていくっていうのも 当たり前だけど分かるじゃないですか 年がいくと作らないだけじゃなくて 老化細胞っていうものになって その他の細胞にも 悪影響を与えてしまう細胞にも変わっていくんですね そこで見つけたのが 実は老化しないで そのままでいる細胞っていうのもいるんですね もちろんそれはどんどん年齢的に低下していくんですけども 今までだったら必ず 普通の繊維芽細胞っていうのは だんだんだんだん年をとっていくと 老化細胞に変わっていく だから私たちの細胞っていうのは どんどんどんどん機能低下していくって考えられてたら 実は老化しない普通の細胞っていうのもいる でもこれがだんだん年齢とともに少なくなっていく じゃあこれなんで少なくなっているんだろうっていうと 実はとある遺伝子が関わっているっていうところが分かったんです それがEFEMP2っていう遺伝子なんですが EFEMP2という遺伝子が活性化すると 老化しない状態の細胞になっていくっていうところが この研究で分かったんですよ 私たちの細胞というのは老化の一本道だったのに 実は老化しないっていうもう一本の道もあるんだっていうところが分かったんですよ これはこの同じ人を35年間研究したから分かったことなんですね 私たちって老化をしないもう一本の運命の道を行けば 老化しないんじゃないか 若さを維持できるんじゃないかっていうところが見つかったんですよ すごくないですか じゃあどうやってこのEFEMP2っていうものの遺伝子を増やすかっていうふうに見つけたのが コスメデコルテの化粧水に入っている黒コウジ発酵液っていう発酵エキスなんですよ 老化しないで常に若くなっていく道もあるんだよっていうところを見つけたのがすごくポイントなんですね 今までだったら老化細胞を除去するとか 老化細胞が出しているお前も老化しろよみたいな伝達物質を抑えるっていうところはあったんですが そもそもこれは老化細胞を作らせない 要は老化する道に行かないっていうところなのでそれもすごく画期的だなっていうふうに思います この黒コウジ発酵液っていうのがさっき言った遺伝子を活性化することによって 細胞自身が老化しないので常にコラーゲンとかエラスチンを産生し続けられるような細胞でいさせるっていうところになります でも私がよく言うのは成分がわかったとしても浸透させるっていうところが大変だって言うじゃないですか これはコスメデコルテさんなのでリポソームっていう技術が使われています ただ残念ながらこのリポソームっていうのはお水にはあんまり相性が良くないんですよ 私たちの肌っていうのはどちらかというと油なんですよね 皮脂にはリポソームっていうのはしっかりと浸透するんですけどお水にはあんまり相性が悪い じゃあどうしようかって考えたらやっぱりコスメデコルテさんっていうのはリポソームの元祖なので 水にも相性が良い周りの臨脂質っていうものを作って 高浸水性高い親水性って書くんですけれども お水と相性が良いリポソームをわざわざこのお化粧水のためにも開発しています 今までの臨脂質っていうのは油に溶けやすい臨脂質なんですけれども これがお水にも親和性の良い臨脂質をしっかり組み込むことによって 化粧水なんだけれども黒コウジ発酵液っていうぐらいので お水の成分をしっかりと肌に浸透させるっていう技術をしっかり入れているので 若返らせるような遺伝子を活性化する黒コウジ発酵液っていうのを見つけたとしても 水溶性の成分がちゃんと肌に染み込んでいかなければ意味がないので それを一緒に開発していくそれがこの化粧水に入っているっていうところ だからこれが若返りの水っていう名前がしっかりついてるんだなっていうところは 納得がいくかなというふうに思います まとめると私たちっていうのは歳をとっていくといろんな細胞が老化細胞になります 繊維芽細胞が老化細胞になっていくとコラーゲンとかエラスチンを作らないっていうだけじゃなくて 周りの細胞も老化させてしまうんですね そればっかりかなと思っていたら実は何も変化しない老化細胞にならないっていうパターンもあった でもそのパターンっていうのが歳をとるとだんだん弱くなっていく じゃあどうしたらいいのかっていうと老化細胞にさせないもう一つのルートに導いてくれる遺伝子があったので それを発見して活性化するっていうのが黒コウジ発酵液 でもこれってお水の成分だからどうやって肌に浸透させるかっていうリポソームをしっかり解析したよっていうところになるので 繊維芽細胞が老化をしにくくなるっていうところになるとやっぱりハリ感とかツヤ感とかそういったところのアプローチになるんじゃないかなというふうに思います あとやっぱり化粧水なのでパシャパシャ使えるっていうところもいいですよね 発酵液っていうとちょっと香りがあるのかなと思いきや 最後にちょっと米っぽいところが香るかなっていうのはあるんですが独特の発酵液の香りはないですし 高浸水性のリポソームが入っているだけあってシャバシャバしてるんですよ だけど柔らかくなるんですよね 乳液とかまでつけたような感じの柔らかさになるというものになります もちろん値段はねちょっと高くはなっちゃうんですけども 最新の研究データが搭載された化粧水 やっぱりねSNSの方たちってやっぱり名前つけるの本当に上手ですよね若返りの水ってね バックグラウンドにこんな素晴らしい研究があってそれが搭載されているって分かると この名前もさらに信憑性が増すんじゃないかなというふうには思います はいということでいかがだったでしょうか 35歳から確か75歳だったかな 本当に同じ人を30年以上細胞採取するというだけでも素晴らしいのに それをちゃんと解析して若返りの遺伝子を見つけるっていうところが本当にロマンを感じるなと思います 多分このデータってこれからもどんどん解析されていって 今回は化粧水ですけども他のアイテムも出てくるんじゃないかなと思うので 新しいのが出たら解説したいと思いますのでぜひチャンネル登録して待っていてください ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました また次の動画でお会いしましょう さようなら

Hello everyone! This is Tomori Ara. Today I want to take a deep, deep dive into Cosme Decorte's new lotion, which is currently a huge topic on social media and being called "the water of rejuvenation." So if you're thinking "I want to turn back the clock!", please watch until the end. Cosme Decorte's new lotion, the Youth Power Advanced Essence, is going viral right now. This autumn/winter 2025 season, a lot of lotions have been released. For example, there's the BA The Lotion I introduced before, the Ultimate Essence Lotion from Genefique, and The Est Lotion coming out in October — lots of lotions everywhere. But among all of these, this one somehow got the nickname "the water of rejuvenation" on social media and is going viral. Every one of these lotions incorporates wonderful research findings, but today I want to dig into why this particular one is being called "the water of rejuvenation." When I attended the launch event for this lotion, I was genuinely shocked, because it's based on a specific study — one that was presented at an academic conference in 2023. Usually, studies collect data from different people in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s, but this study took cells from the same person from their 30s all the way to their 70s, and observed how those cells changed over time. What's amazing about this is that because it's the same person, their lifestyle doesn't change much, and their genetics don't change either. So you can see purely how aging itself causes change. With different people, you might compare a smoker or someone who tans a lot in their 20s to a very healthy person in their 70s — and the 20-year-old's cells might actually be in worse shape. But with the same person, lifestyle stays roughly consistent, so you can truly observe how skin cells change as a person ages. Specifically, they tracked the aging of fibroblasts in the skin over time. As you'd expect, when we're young, fibroblasts produce lots of collagen, elastin, and other things responsible for skin elasticity. But as we age, production of these declines — which makes sense. But it's not just that aging cells stop producing these things — they also turn into senescent cells that negatively affect the cells around them. What they discovered, though, is that there are actually some cells that don't become senescent and remain unchanged. Of course, the number of these cells decreases with age, but until now, it was believed that normal fibroblasts inevitably turn into senescent cells as we age — meaning our cells were thought to be on a one-way path of ever-declining function. But it turns out there are also normal cells that don't undergo senescence. However, these decrease as we get older. So why do they decrease? It turns out a specific gene is involved — EFEMP2. This study found that when the EFEMP2 gene is activated, cells stay in a non-senescent state. So even though we thought our cells were on a single path toward aging, it turns out there's actually another path where cells don't age. This was only discovered because they studied the same person for 35 years. It suggests that if we could go down this other path — the one where cells don't age — we might be able to prevent aging and maintain youthfulness. Isn't that amazing? So then, how do you increase this EFEMP2 gene? What they found was black koji fermented extract, the fermented ingredient included in Cosme Decorte's lotion. The key point here is the discovery that there's a path to staying young without ever becoming senescent. Until now, approaches have focused on removing senescent cells or suppressing the signaling molecules that senescent cells release — which basically tell other cells "you should age too." But this approach is groundbreaking because it prevents senescent cells from forming in the first place — in other words, it keeps cells from going down the aging path at all. By activating the gene mentioned earlier, this black koji fermented extract keeps the cells themselves from aging, allowing them to continuously produce collagen and elastin. But as I often say, even if you identify a great ingredient, getting it to penetrate the skin is a whole different challenge. This is where Cosme Decorte's liposome technology comes in. Unfortunately, liposomes generally don't mix well with water. Our skin is more oil-based, so liposomes penetrate sebum well, but they don't get along well with water. So what did they do? Since Cosme Decorte is the pioneer of liposome technology, they developed a special phospholipid that's compatible with water — a highly hydrophilic phospholipid — specifically for this lotion, creating a liposome that works well with water. Traditional phospholipids dissolve easily in oil, but by incorporating a phospholipid with strong affinity for water, they made sure that even though it's a lotion containing something like black koji fermented extract, the technology properly delivers the water-soluble ingredients into the skin. Even if you discover a black koji fermented extract that activates a rejuvenating gene, it's meaningless if the water-soluble ingredient doesn't actually penetrate the skin — so developing that delivery system alongside the ingredient is what makes this lotion special. That's why I think the name "water of rejuvenation" really makes sense here. To summarize: as we age, various cells become senescent. When fibroblasts become senescent, they not only stop producing collagen and elastin, but they also cause the surrounding cells to age as well. But it turns out that's not the whole story — there's also a pattern where cells don't change and don't become senescent. However, this pattern weakens as we age. So what can we do? They found a gene that leads cells down another route — one that prevents them from becoming senescent — and discovering and activating that is what black koji fermented extract does. But since this is a water-soluble ingredient, they thoroughly analyzed the liposome technology needed to deliver it into the skin. Since fibroblasts become less prone to aging, I think this would show up as improvements in firmness and radiance. Also, since it's a lotion, you can use it generously, which is nice. You might expect a fermented extract to have a strong scent, but there's no distinctive fermentation smell — just a slight rice-like scent at the end. Thanks to the highly hydrophilic liposome, it has a light, watery texture, yet it leaves the skin feeling soft — almost like you've applied a milky lotion. Of course, the price is a bit high, but it's a lotion packed with cutting-edge research data. People on social media really are skilled at naming things — "water of rejuvenation" is such a great name. And once you learn about the wonderful research behind it, I think that name becomes even more convincing. So, what did you think? Just the fact that they tracked the same person's cells for over 30 years, from around age 35 to 75, is amazing enough — but then to analyze it thoroughly and discover a rejuvenation gene truly feels like something out of a dream. I imagine this data will continue to be analyzed further, and even though this time it's a lotion, I think other products will emerge from this research too.
