みなさんこんにちは！友利新です！ 今日はちょっとまたのぼりくんから質問ということで、何でございましたか？ これ、視聴者の皆さんも気になっているところがあると思うんですけど、もし仮にデパコスを一切使えなくなった時に、ドラッグストアだけで先生が選ぶならこれっていうのを聞きたいです。 日本のドラッグストアのコスメってデパコスに負けないものもたくさんあって、例えば資生堂さんだったらエリクシール。 そうですね。資生堂のブランドでエリクシールって言ってるような、デパコスの研究が降りてきてるっていうのもたくさんあるから、ドラッグストアだけでって言っても意外といけるかも。 いけます？ 洗顔でいくとビオレ。ビオレって顔の角栓崩壊技術っていうものが使われてたりもするので、ビオレのジェル洗顔。 顔じゃなくてジェル洗顔？ ジェル洗顔とか、クレンジングもシュッてミストをしてふわっと浮き上がるオイルクレンジング。あれもデパコスとかにも搭載されてるから、洗い物系はちょっとそっちでもいいのかなというふうには思います。あとクレンジングで言うと、ウィズメソッドのクレンジングオイル。松木をここからファイン限定にはなっちゃうんだけれども、しっかりとしたクレンジングオイルだし、肌にも負担なく皮脂だったりとか落ちにくいメイクっていうのもしっかり落としてくれる。そういう意味ではそのクレンジングもいいかなとは思います。 プライベートブランドがここで選ばれるのってすごい時代ですね。 最近のドラッグストアのプライベートブランドって、かなり力を入れているなっていうのは印象が。 なるほど。化粧水は？ そうですね。ちょっとプチプラではないんだけれども、ドラコスって言っていいのかな。石鹸製の新しくなったグリチルレチン酸が入っているのは新鮮もするし美白もするから、そこは入れておきたいなっていうのと、あとはプチプラでっていうんだったら絶対肌ラボ赤。 赤！？ やっぱりナイアシンアミドが医薬部外品に入っているってことは、ある程度しっかり入っているっていうところだと思うんで、ナイアシンアミドって意外と名サポーターなんですよ。美白だったり肌荒れ予防っていうところにもなるし、あとはヒアルロン酸が低分子から高分子まであらゆる形で入っているので保湿感もできるし、それであの値段でしょ。一番プチプラの中でエイジングケアができる最強と言ったら私は肌ラボ赤かなと思うので、化粧水は肌ラボ赤。 前年齢というよりかはエイジングケア？ 今私はやっぱり47歳でちょっとエイジングケアも気にしつつの、元…元というかまあ現を非してか。 なんで一瞬元になったんですか。 一応最近ちょっと乾燥っていうのも少しずつ感じてきた。それで言うとカルテHDさんのピンクじゃなくて緑の方。カルテHDさんっていうのはヘパリン類似物質が入ってるでしょ。細胞間脂質と天然保湿因子どっちも作ってくれるんですよ。ラメラの構造をちょっときれいにしてくれる感じがあるから、セラミドとかだけじゃなくて全体的な肌の水分量をアップさせてくれるんですよね。特に緑の方は皮脂が多い人にも寄ってるからベタつきもないけどお水はしっかり入れ込むことができる。最近クリニックに来る患者さんで皮脂が気になる、でもインナードライで乾燥もあるっていう人には結構それをおすすめすると、ドンピシャでハマることも多いし、いろんなものを使いすぎて肌が荒れるわけじゃないんですけれども、迷った時には一番安心だし使えるのはカルテHDさんの緑。インナードライの人には最高に良い化粧水だと思います。もちろん乳液もね、一緒に使ってっていう意味では。 美容液が一番難しいけど、ドラッグストアの中でも高めではあるんですけど、アスタリフトのジェリーアクアリスタ。あれはもう唯一無二。セラミドってどちらかというとキュレルとか乾燥性の敏感肌にっていう感じなので油分が多いんだよね。セラミドって疎水性というか油に溶けやすいので、セラミドをたっぷり入れようとするとベタつきが多かったりもするんですよ。でもそれは乾燥性の敏感肌の人には絶対必要なんですけど、私みたいなどちらかというとインナードライ、皮脂は多いんだけれども水分足りないっていう人には、ちょっとセラミドがいっぱい入ってるものはちょっとトゥーマッチなんだけれども、アスタリフトだけは違うのよ。セラミドもナノ化してるしアスタキサンチンもナノ化してるの。プルップルのジェリーだから乗せるとスッと浸透するんだけどベタつきもないし、セラミドがしっかりと肌のバリア機能を整えながら、アスタキサンチンって美白もできるし炎症も抑えるし、朝塗っておくと紫外線当たってもなんか安心感があるっていうところになるので。発売されて長いから意外と定番になっちゃって忘れられちゃうんだけど、信頼と実績のみたいな感じのアスタリフトかなとは思います。 なるほど、プチプラ系の。 プチプラ系でいくと、乾燥さんの美白の今期出た美容液はすごく良かったと思う。いろんな成分がしっかり入っていたし、乾燥さん自身ももちろん乾燥さんっていうぐらいだから乾燥寄りなんだけれども、あの美容液に関してはベタつきとかもなかったし、スッと入っていくような感じがあるから、やっぱり美白の美容液っていうと今期は乾燥さんの美容液は良かったかなと思いますね。 あとはクリーム。 全然あんま使わないかもしれないですけど。 乳液とクリーム一緒でもいい？ もちろん大丈夫です。これもプチプラではないんだけれどもドラコスで買えるとしたら、ラロッシュポゼのシカプラスト。あれこそ信頼と実績ね。皮脂テカの人にもよっているし乾燥肌の人にもいいし、あとパンテノールがすっごい入っているからツヤっと感もいいし、これは本当に唯一無二だなぁとは思いますね。 だけどきっとプチプラでって言うでしょ。 プチプラでって言うと…ちょっと見てきていい？ わかりました。 いっぱいありますから。 あ、もうわかった、見つかりました。 見つかった？ すぐ見つかった。ごめんごめん忘れてた。アクアレーベルの青。アクアレーベルって脂性肌のアミノ酸菌球が入っているから、D-アミノ酸というものが入って、それって基底膜の補修だったりもするんだよね。ここから肌の表皮の細胞が生まれていくし、真皮と表皮のコミュニケーションもしっかり取ることで真皮にもいい影響があるから、やっぱり基底膜ケアってトレンドじゃない？それをあのプチプラのお値段でもできるし、脂性肌独自のMSKも入っているし。あとアクアレーベルのクリームってそんなにベタベタしてない。クリームが嫌だったらアクアレーベルの乳液でもいいと思う。そこら辺は使っていただくといいんじゃないかなと思うので。 ドラッグストアでも日本のブランドはめちゃくちゃ素晴らしいものたくさんあるので、全然遜色ないとは思います。もちろん最新の研究っていうのではデパコスには負けちゃうけれども、その最新の研究がちょっと降りてきてるっていうのはあるので、全然それでも大丈夫だと思います。 なるほど。ちなみにドラコスにそんなにないんですけど、パックは？ シートマスクとかってこと？ シートマスク。 それでいうと新日本製薬さんが作ってるやつ。正式名称、後でここに出しておいて。 わかりました。 あれは今でもすごく使うんだけれども、確か10種類ぐらいビタミンが入ってるのよ。ビタミンCだけじゃなくてビタミンAだったりとか、あとBだったりとか。それでそんなに高くなかった気がするんだよね。 そうですね、そんなに確かに高くない。 シート自体もしっかりしてるんだけど、ビタミンがしっかり入ってるっていう意味では、めちゃくちゃいいなと思って。たまにドラッグストアに行って、あ、思ったら買ったりも自分でもするし。あとはクオリティファーストの目元だけのシート、あれも今でもやっぱり買うから、ありだなと思っています。 ありがとうございます。これ結構面白かったですわ。それを選ぶんだっていう。 急だったからもしかしたら忘れてるのもあるかもしれないけど、でもパッと言われて思い浮かぶっていうのが本当のやつかもしれないですね。 確かにそれはその説ありますね。自分の中に決め事がなくパッと言えたから、本当に愛用しているものだったりとか、いいなと思っているものばっかりだったと思うので、ちょっと参考にしていただければと思います。 ということで、今日ものぼりくんありがとうございました。ぜひ視聴者の皆さん、先生に聞きたいことがあればコメント欄に書いてください。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

I think a lot of viewers are curious about this too - if you could suddenly no longer use any department store cosmetics, what would you choose using only drugstore products, doctor? Japanese drugstore cosmetics have many products that don't lose to department store brands. For example, Shiseido has Elixir. Right. Shiseido's brand line called Elixir is like that - there are many cases where department store-level research trickles down, so even sticking to just drugstore products might work out surprisingly well. Is that possible? For face wash, I'd go with Biore. Biore uses this pore-clogging-breakdown technology, so Biore's gel face wash. Gel wash, not face wash? Gel face wash, and for cleansing, there's this oil cleanser that turns into a mist and lifts off makeup fluffy. That technology is also used in department store brands, so I think it's fine to go with drugstore options for the "washing" category. Also for cleansing, With's Method cleansing oil - though this one might be limited to Matsukiyo Fine stores - it's a solid cleansing oil that removes stubborn makeup and sebum without burdening the skin. In that sense, I think that cleanser is good too. It's amazing that private brands are being chosen here. Recently, drugstore private brands have really been putting in effort - that's the impression I get. I see. What about toner? Right, well it's not exactly ultra-cheap, but if we're calling it "drugstore cosmetics" - the renewed Sekken Sei (soap-based) one with glycyrrhetinic acid gives freshness and whitening, so I'd want to include that. And if we're talking pure budget-friendly, definitely Hada Labo Red. Red!? Well, the fact that niacinamide is included as a quasi-drug ingredient means it's included in a meaningful amount. Niacinamide is surprisingly an unsung hero - it helps with whitening and preventing skin roughness. Plus hyaluronic acid is included in various molecular weights from low to high, so it gives good moisture too. And at that price! If I had to pick the ultimate budget option for anti-aging care, I'd say Hada Labo Red. So for toner, it's Hada Labo Red. Is it more "anti-aging care" than "age-appropriate"? Well, I'm 47 now, so I am somewhat conscious of anti-aging care while also... well, or rather, facing reality. Why did you suddenly hesitate there? Well, recently I've started feeling a bit of dryness gradually. For that, I'd go with Kartay HD's green one, not pink. Kartay HD contains heparin-like substance, right? It creates both intercellular lipids and natural moisturizing factors. It seems to clean up the lamellar structure nicely, so beyond just ceramides, it boosts the skin's overall moisture level. Especially the green one is suited for people with more sebum, so there's no stickiness but water gets properly absorbed. Among patients who come to my clinic recently who are concerned about sebum but also have inner dryness, when I recommend that, it often hits the mark perfectly. It's not that using too many products causes skin irritation, but when in doubt, the safest and most usable option is Kartay HD's green. It's the best toner for people with inner-dry skin. Of course, using an emulsion together with it too. Serum is the hardest one, but even among drugstore options, though it's on the pricier side, Astalift's Jelly Aquarysta. That one is truly one of a kind. Ceramide is more suited for things like Curel, for dry, sensitive skin, since it's oil-heavy. Ceramide tends to be oil-soluble, so if you pack in a lot of ceramide, it often becomes sticky. That's absolutely necessary for people with dry, sensitive skin, but for someone like me who's more inner-dry - lots of sebum but lacking moisture - products loaded with ceramide can be a bit too much. But Astalift is different. Both the ceramide and astaxanthin are nano-sized. Since it's this plump jelly texture, it absorbs smoothly when applied without stickiness, and the ceramide properly strengthens the skin's barrier function while astaxanthin provides whitening and suppresses inflammation. Applying it in the morning gives a sense of reassurance even when exposed to UV rays. Since it's been on the market for so long, it's ironically become so standard that people tend to forget about it, but I'd say Astalift has that "trusted and proven" feel. I see, what about the budget-friendly options? For budget-friendly, Kansou-san's whitening serum released this season was really good. It had a lot of ingredients properly included, and even though Kansou-san itself is, well, named for dryness, so it leans toward dry-skin formulas, this particular serum had no stickiness and absorbed smoothly. So when it comes to whitening serums, I'd say Kansou-san's serum this season was great. What about cream? I might not use that category much. Is it okay if emulsion and cream count together? Sure, that's fine. This one isn't budget either, but if we're talking about something available at drugstores, it's La Roche-Posay's Cicaplast. That one really has that trusted, proven quality. It works for people with oily, shiny skin as well as those with dry skin, and since it's packed with panthenol, it gives a nice glow too. This one really is one of a kind. But surely you'll say a budget option too, right? For budget... let me go check real quick, is that okay? Sure, go ahead. There are so many. Oh, got it, found it. Found it? Found it right away. Sorry, sorry, I forgot. Aqua Label's blue. Aqua Label contains an oily-skin amino acid complex, and it includes something called D-amino acids, which helps repair the basement membrane. From there, the epidermal cells are generated, and by properly facilitating communication between the dermis and epidermis, it has a good effect on the dermis too. Basement membrane care is trendy, right? And you can do that at that budget price. It also contains oily-skin-specific MSK. Also, Aqua Label's cream isn't that sticky. If you don't like cream, Aqua Label's emulsion works too. I think it'd be good to try those. Even at drugstores, Japanese brands have so many wonderful products, so I don't think there's any inferiority at all. Of course, in terms of the very latest research, they can't beat department store brands, but that latest research does trickle down eventually, so I think it's totally fine. I see. By the way, there aren't that many options at drugstores, but what about masks? You mean sheet masks? Sheet masks. For that, I'd say the one made by Shin Nihon Seiyaku (New Japan Pharmaceutical). I'll put the official name here later. Got it. I still use that one a lot even now. I believe it has about 10 different types of vitamins - not just vitamin C but vitamin A, and B as well. And I recall it wasn't that expensive. Right, it's indeed not that expensive. The sheet itself is sturdy too, but in terms of having vitamins properly packed in, I think it's amazing. Sometimes when I go to the drugstore and remember, I buy it myself too. Also, Quality First's eye-area-only sheet - I still buy that one too, so I think it's a good option. Thank you.
