みなさんこんにちは。友利新です。2025年にですね、シワ改善にまた新しい打ち手が登場いたします。シワ改善というと5つの成分を思い出すと思うんですよね。まず資生堂の純粋レチノール、ナイアシンアミド、ポーラのニールワン、あとは有心酒造さんのアイスパワーナンバー11、そしてメダードさんのVEPMですね。この5つが今のところシワ改善というふうに謳うことができる有効成分として認められております。シワ改善というのを一番最初に出した、って言ったのはどれだと思いますか？それはですねポーラさんのニールワンなんですね。このニールワンがですね2016年ですね日本で初めてのシワ改善としての有効性を認められた成分になります。そこからシワ改善の市場というのがどんどん広がってきて、今は5つの成分が広まっているというところになるんですよ。去年ですかね2つ追加されて、でもまだまだね出てきてほしいなと思うんですが、今のところこの5つ以上の成分として認められているものがないかなと思う中、なんとそのパイオニアでもあるニールワンがですね、今回新しくなったというところで、それを解説したいと思うんですけれども、まず最初にポーラのリンクルショット、私も使いかけてもうずっと愛用しているんですけど、2016年に発売されて1回リニューアルしているものになります。どういうものかっていうとさっきお話ししたようにニールワンっていう成分が入っているんですね。ニールワンどういうものかっていうと、ほうれい線ができて深くならないように、私はいつもここに塗ってたりとか、あと顔を洗った時にここに涙袋ができるので、定着しないようにいつもいつもせっせと塗っているんですけれども、じゃあなんでそういったところに塗るかっていうと、ポーラさんはどうやってシワができるかっていうところを解明した時に、好中球エラスターゼっていうものが関係しているということを発見したんですね。好中球エラスターゼっていうのは傷の修復の時に出てくる成分になります。紫外線だとか表情を作る時って、表情を作った時には圧がかかって炎症がかかるし、紫外線が当たるとそもそも炎症が起こって、そこが傷のようになってしまうんですよ。傷じゃないんだけれども、体がここ傷かもしれないっていう風に勘違いして、好中球エラスターゼをたくさんできてしまうんですね。好中球エラスターゼっていうのは傷を治す時に分解しちゃって治していくようにするので、コラーゲンとかエラスチンを切ってしまうんですよ。切ってしまうことでシワになっちゃうんですね。好中球エラスターゼをブロックして分解しないようにするっていうのがニールワンの基準になるんですね。なので私は圧がかかりやすいところに塗っているっていうところがあったんですが、だったら紫外線が当たるところも全部塗ればいいじゃんと思うんですけど、それが今までできなかったんですよ。なぜかっていうと使ったことある人は分かると思うんですけれども、出すとバーム状で、部分的には塗れるんですけど、全体に塗るのはベタベタするなっていうようなもので、紫外線でも好中球エラスターゼできるとは分かってるんですけれども、どうしても胸部の圧がかかるところにだけしか塗れないなというふうに思ってたので、ほうれい線のところだったり、この目の下のこの涙袋のところだったり塗ってたんですよ。じゃあなんでバーム状になったかっていうと、実はニールワンっていうのは水分があると分解してしまうっていう弱点があったんです。なので化粧水とかに入れてパシャパシャしようもんなら、もうニールワン自体がどんどん分解が進んでいってしまって、全然効果がなくなってしまうということになるんですね。なのでこのリンクルショットメディカルセラムのニールワンっていうのは、油の膜でコーティングされていて、それで肌にのせた時に、もともとある肌の水分に反応して肌に引き込まれていくっていうような形状をとっていたんですよ。肌の中に入っちゃえば全然いいんですけれども、製品の状態で水にさらされてしまうと、分解が進んじゃうということになるんですね。なので本当だったら最初から全顔に使えるようにシャバシャバとした形状で作りたかったと思うんですけれども、それができなかったんですよ。だからこそベタベタしたようなバーム状になったんですけど、今回改善してさらにリニューアルしたものがこちら、ポーラリンクルショットメディカルセラムDUOになります。どういうふうにしたかっていうと、A剤にですねB剤を混ぜて使うっていう形状になっています。2剤混ぜることによってシャバシャバっとしたものになるんですね。じゃあちょっとやってみます。まずこれを開けます。そこにB剤を入れ込みます。B剤がトロッとしている感じですね。入れたところで付属のスポイトで混ぜて出来上がりっていうものになります。ただ混ぜてから1ヶ月以内で使い切るようにっていうことになっています。1ヶ月以上経ってしまうとやっぱり分解が進んじゃうらしくて、担保できないってことで1ヶ月以内で使い切ってくださいっていうものになります。テクスチャー自体はすごくみずみずしいものになっていて、さっきはバーム状でしたけど、これぐらいトロッとしているので、全顔に塗ることができますし、あと首紫外線が当たってちりめんじわみたいな細かいシワがあるじゃないですか。そういうのってやっぱり全顔にできていくものなので、そういったものにいくっていうのはすごくありがたいですし、私ね実は、メディカルセラムを使っている時、特に頬全体に塗るとニキビになっちゃうこともあったんですよ。それが今度シャバシャバ系になると、お顔全体に使っても油分感っていうのがあんまり感じないので、ニキビ肌の方っていうのにも安心して使えるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。こちらはお顔洗って一番最初に使う先行美容液になるんですね。先行美容液でニールワンをお顔全体に入れて、シワ改善っていうのもそうなんですが、実はここにはデリバリーリキッドっていう成分が入っていて、次の成分の浸透を促進するっていうところもあるので、シワ改善だけじゃなくって次に使うアイテムの浸透も良くしてくれるっていう意味では、先行美容液としてもすごく優秀かなというふうに思います。特にデリバリーリキッドっていうのはですね、様々なアイテムに入っている乳酸とかアエンっていうような、肌の弾力を向上させる成分の取り込みを上げてくれるっていうところになります。特に乳酸とかアエンっていうのが生が細胞に取り込まれるとですね、生が細胞がハリ関を出すような成分をアップしてくれるということが分かっているんですが、デリバリーリキッドに含まれている植物成分がですね、生が細胞の取り込みの入り口をですね、増やしてくれるということが分かっているので、生が細胞の活性をアップさせるというところでは、シワだけじゃなくてハリアップっていうのにも、すごく関与してるんじゃないかなというふうに思います。プラスアルファ、またまた研究は進んでいるわけですよ。好中球エラスターゼっていうのは、コラーゲンとかエラスチンを切ってしまって、それでシワができてしまうって言ったんですけど、実はこの好中球エラスターゼですね、コラーゲンとかエラスチンを切るだけじゃなくて、それを作っているもとの生が細胞までダメージを与えているということが、研究で分かってきたんですよ。もう嫌なやつですよね。具体的に言うと好中球エラスターゼっていうのは、生が細胞が増殖するのも抑えちゃうし、あとは生が細胞っていろんなところに遊走といって行くんですよ。いろんなところに行って自分たちがしっかりと、コラーゲンとかエラスチンを作るように足場を作るんですけど、そういった遊走も抑える、作ったコラーゲンとかエラスチンも切ってしまう、そんな感じで好中球エラスターゼっていうのが、生が細胞にあまり良くないことを起こしてしまうということが分かったので、じゃあそれに対してもケアしていこう。だってこのコラーゲンとかエラスチンを分解するのを抑えるだけじゃなくて、それのもとである生が細胞までダメにしちゃったら、作れなくなるわけじゃないですか。だからやっぱり生が細胞自体もケアしていこうっていうところで、今回のデュオの方にはですね、生が細胞に対して好中球エラスターゼが、悪影響を与えるっていうところも抑えるような成分が入っています。それがニーレナジーといって、白樺エキスとユーカリエキスの複合体の成分になっています。このニーレナジーっていうものが入ることによって、生が細胞が好中球エラスターゼの影響を受けて、増殖能力が低下するのを抑えて、増殖能力をアップさせて、プラスアルファ生が細胞を活性化させることによって、この繊維芽細胞の足場をしっかりと固めて、生が細胞というのはどんどんしっかりと増殖をしていくことになるので、そういう足場もしっかりさせるということが分かっているので、ニールワンだけじゃなくて、このニーレナジーを入れることによって、そもそも生が細胞自体もケアするし、シワの原因であった好中球エラスターゼ自体もブロックするし、ブロックしながら生が細胞もケアして、コラーゲンとかエラスチンも増やしていって、シワだけじゃなくて全体的な張り感もアップさせるっていう風になったのが、このポーラのリンクルショットのメディカルセラムDUOになっています。これまで通り気になるところには部分的に、塗り塗りすることもいいとは思うんですけれども、例えば紫外線とかが当たって細かいシワが気になるところ、あとはエイジングが始まったすぐの段階っていう、そこまで大きなシワはないんだけれども、予防したいっていう人にはすごくいいんじゃないかなという風に思います。これは2025年1月1日発売で19,800円なんですけれども、これが1ヶ月分のものが2本入ってます。こんな感じで、なので2ヶ月以内にどちらも使っていただければいいんじゃないかなと思っています。私が使うと多分3週間くらいかなと思うんですよね。ポイントはやっぱり1回混ぜたものは1ヶ月以上置かないということですね。1ヶ月以内であればニールワン自体は変性しないとはおっしゃってました。私フレッシュな方が一番いいんじゃないですかって言ったら、1ヶ月間は変性しないということが分かっていると、でも2ヶ月以上は分かんないですっておっしゃっていたので、ケチケチしないで1ヶ月以内に使い切ったほうがいいかなとは思いますし、本当にみずみずしい感じで、シワ改善だけじゃなくて、先行美容液として使うっていう観点から見れば、お値段的には本当に安いものではないんですけども、そういう意味では一石二鳥のものになるんじゃないかなと思いますし、2025年1発目の発売のものになるので、今までリンクルショットメディカルセラムを使ってた方も、使ってない方もぜひぜひ一度試して頂ければかなというふうに思います。はいということで今日はですね、シワ改善に本当真打ち登場ということで、全顔に使えるニールワンが入った、メディカルセラムデュオをご紹介しました。2025年もですね、本当にいろんな化粧品が発売になりますので、またこのチャンネルでどんどんご紹介していきたいと思いますので、チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします。あと月額90円でメンバーシップをやっております。メンバーシップではですね、毎週火曜日にですね、YouTubeライブをしていて、そこでは新発売のものを先取りしてお話ししたりとか、メンバーシップでしか言えないことだったりをお話ししていますので、月額90円にはなりますが、ぜひメンバーシップを入会してみてください。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone. I'm Arata Tomori. In 2025, a new breakthrough in wrinkle improvement is coming. When you think of wrinkle improvement, you probably think of five ingredients. First, there's Shiseido's pure retinol, niacinamide, Pola's Neorl One, Arisaka's Ice Power Number 11, and Medard's VEPM. These five are currently recognized as effective ingredients that can be claimed to improve wrinkles. Do you know which one was the first to introduce wrinkle improvement? It was Pola's Neorl One. This Neorl One was the first ingredient in Japan to be recognized for its effectiveness in wrinkle improvement in 2016. From there, the wrinkle improvement market has been expanding, and now these five ingredients have become widespread. Two more were added last year, and I'm hoping more will come, but currently there are no ingredients recognized beyond these five. So it's remarkable that Neorl One, which was the pioneer, has been renewed, and I'd like to explain this. First, let me talk about Pola's Wrinkle Shot. I've been using it and loving it for a while now. It was released in 2016 and has been renovated once. It contains an ingredient called Neorl One, which I mentioned earlier. Neorl One is something I always apply to prevent nasolabial folds from becoming deeper, and after washing my face, tear troughs can form, so I'm always carefully applying it there. The reason I apply it to these areas is because when Pola researched how wrinkles form, they discovered that something called neutrophil elastase is involved. Neutrophil elastase is a substance that appears during wound repair. When you're exposed to UV rays or make facial expressions, pressure and inflammation occur, and when UV rays hit, inflammation occurs in the first place, and the skin becomes like a wound. It's not really a wound, but the body mistakes it for one and produces a lot of neutrophil elastase. Neutrophil elastase breaks down wounds to repair them, so it cuts collagen and elastin. By cutting these, wrinkles form. Blocking neutrophil elastase and preventing its breakdown is what Neorl One does. So I was applying it to areas where pressure is easily applied, but I thought, why not apply it to all areas exposed to UV rays? But that wasn't possible before. The reason is, as anyone who's used it knows, it comes out as a balm, and while you can apply it to specific areas, applying it to your whole face is greasy. While we know UV rays can cause neutrophil elastase, we could only apply it to areas where there's chest pressure. So I was only applying it to the nasolabial folds and under the eyes. Why did it become a balm? Actually, Neorl One has a weakness—it breaks down in the presence of water. So if you put it in toner and splash it on, the Neorl One itself will progressively break down and lose all effectiveness. That's why the Neorl One in this Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum was coated with an oil film, so when you apply it to your skin, it reacts with your natural skin moisture and is pulled into the skin. Once it's inside the skin, it's fine, but if the product is exposed to water, its breakdown accelerates. Ideally, they would have wanted to make it watery from the start so it could be used on the whole face, but they couldn't do that. That's why it became this greasy balm. But this time they've improved it and released a new version: Pola Wrinkle Shot Medical Serum DUO. What they did is mix agent A with agent B for use. By mixing the two agents, it becomes watery. Let me try it. First, I'll open this. Then I'll add agent B. Agent B looks thick. After adding it, I'll use the included stirrer to mix and it's done. You just need to use it within one month of mixing. If more than a month passes, apparently the breakdown progresses, and they can't guarantee it, so you're advised to use it within a month. The texture is very hydrating. Previously it was a balm, but now it's this consistency, so you can apply it to your whole face. They go around and create a foundation so they can properly produce collagen and elastin, but it also inhibits this migration. It cuts the collagen and elastin that were produced. So we found that neutrophil elastase causes problems for fibroblasts, so we should care for them too. Because if we only prevent the breakdown of collagen and elastin, but damage the fibroblasts that produce them, they can't make anything. So we should care for the fibroblasts themselves. That's why this new DUO contains ingredients that suppress the harmful effects neutrophil elastase has on fibroblasts. That's Neorenergy, which is a complex of birch extract and eucalyptus extract. By including this Neorenergy, fibroblasts that are affected by neutrophil elastase have their reduced proliferation ability restored, and their proliferation ability increases.
