皮膚科医が夏におすすめのパックを3つ紹介します。

皆さんこんにちは、とりねぎです。もう夏本番になってきましたね。紫外線のダメージや暑さにやられたりと、いろいろ肌もマイナスに傾きがちなんですけれども、今日はそんな夏の肌ダメージを修復するようなおすすめのパックを3つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 夏というと、紫外線のダメージ、そして気温差、エアコンの乾燥など、いろいろ肌にダメージがあると思うので、スペシャルケアをしていただきたいんですが、注意点としては、肌がヒリヒリするなとか赤くなっているなという時には治療が必要なので、スペシャルケアではないんですね。なのでどんな時にスペシャルケアするかというと、これから紫外線に当たりそうだよとか、あとは今日は撮影があるとか誰かに会うとか大事なイベントがあるという時にやったほうがいいと思うので、決して肌の不調がある時に今日ご紹介するパックをおすすめしているわけではないので、それだけは注意をお願いします。 では早速、夏におすすめパック一つ目はこちら、エヌオーガニックのエンリッチ＆コンセントレートマスクです。こういう感じで箱の中に入っているシートマスクになっています。このマスクの夏におすすめの理由の一番はですね、ビタミンC誘導体が入っています。このビタミンC誘導体、ちょっと変わったというか、あまりないビタミンC誘導体なんです。ビタミンC誘導体って水溶性、脂溶性、あと両親媒性といろいろあるんですけれども、その中の水溶性のビタミンC誘導体です。水溶性がよくあるじゃんと思うかもしれないんですが、よくある水溶性のビタミンCじゃなくて、こちらに入っているのはビスグリセリルアスコルビン酸というものになるんですね。 通常、水溶性のビタミンC誘導体はさっぱりする感じなんですよ。だからどちらかというと乾燥肌の人よりはニキビ肌だったりとか脂性肌の人に向いているのが水溶性のビタミンC誘導体なんですが、そんな水溶性のビタミンCの中でも、これに入っているビスグリセリルアスコルビン酸という水溶性のビタミンCは保湿効果が高い水溶性のビタミンC誘導体なんですね。なので乾燥気味の人はもちろん、脂性肌の人もいいんですけれども、ビタミンCを使うとピリッとするとか乾燥するから嫌なんだよねという人でも安心して使えます。 プラスアルファ、このビスグリセリルアスコルビン酸というのは、細胞の外側にあるコーニファイドエンベロープというものを強固にするという効果があるんです。これが何がいいかというと、このコーニファイドエンベロープがしっかりすると角層のバリア機能がしっかりするということになるんですね。なので、この夏、紫外線が当たって炎症が起こることでバリア機能が低下しやすい時にもすごくぴったりなビタミンCだし、もちろんビタミンCですからメラニンの生成を抑制するという効果もあるので、そういう意味では夏にすごくぴったりなシートマスクかなと思います。 こんな感じの中身なんですけど、美容液がたっぷり入っているというしみしみな感じです。香りがすっごくいいんですよ。エヌオーガニックってもともと香りがすごくいいブランドなので、それがするだけで癒される感じです。シートマスクは大きいので、お顔をしっかりと覆ってくれるし、目の切り込みがちょっと横に広いので、まぶたの上もしっかり、あと目の下も、気になるところがしっかりといけるかなと思います。大きさとしてはすごく気持ちいいので、やってるとリラックスしながら、さっき言ったビタミンCの効果が期待できるかなと思います。 続いておすすめパックはこちら、エカトのプレシャスジェルパックです。こちら何のパックかというと、炭酸ガスパックになります。中身はこういう2つのジェルが入っていて、これを混ぜるタイプになるんです。これは私が中身を出してストックする時に使っている容器なので付いていません。専用のこういう容器が最初のスターターキットみたいなものに付いてきているので、2剤を混ぜて使うという感じのものになります。 私、結構炭酸ガスパックについてはいくつか動画を上げているんですが、炭酸ガスパックって大きく分けて2つのタイプかなと思うんですよね。シューッと出して泡にしてやるやつと、あとは混ぜて使うタイプがあるじゃないですか。正直、私、プシュッと出すやつは、あれはLPガスとかそういったガスをそのまま出しているものなので、肌に乗せる時に炭酸というのがそんなにないなと思うので、花王さんのビオレの美容液以外はそんなに正直使わないです。炭酸ガスというものの恩恵を受けたい時には、私はあまりそういうのを使わなくて、混ぜるタイプが好きなんですが、混ぜるタイプでも混ぜている間に炭酸ガスがどんどん出ていってしまうタイプもあるんですよ。 でもやっぱり炭酸ガスの恩恵を受けたいという時に、炭酸ガスパックをしっかりやっている間にちゃんと肌にじわじわ発生していただけなきゃいけないので、混ぜる時にパチパチパチッとなるようなものもあまり私はおすすめしないですね。炭酸ガスパックを一時期めちゃくちゃ調べた時期があって、いろんな会社のものを調べた中で、このエカトが一番、混ぜてからゆっくりゆっくり炭酸が出て、だいたい1時間ぐらいは炭酸ガスの濃度が変わらないという特許を出していたんですね。その特許を出しているところの会社が作っているのがこのエカトの炭酸ガスパックだったので、私はどちらかというとその特許から行き着いたみたいな感じなんですけれども。 なので、これはエカトを使う時って本当に私、時間がある時なんですけど、やっぱり炭酸ガスというのは肌の中の血流を良くしたり、あとは炎症を抑えたり、あとは傷の修復ということも効果があると言われているので、公園遊びをした日とか紫外線に結構当たったなという時、あとは炭酸ガスパックをすると血流が改善されるので顔色がパッと明るくなるんですよ。だから大事な撮影の前とかは使うようにしています。なので、炭酸ガスパックいろいろな種類あると思うんですが、夏にはこのエカトいいんじゃないかなと思うので、使ったことないよという方だったり、炭酸ガスパック使ったけどという方は試してみてもいいんじゃないかなと思います。 続いて夏におすすめパックはこちら、ミノンアミノモイストすべすべしっとり肌マスクです。ミノンのシートマスク、結構皆さんいろんなところで紹介されていると思うんですけど、ミノンの中でも夏におすすめなのはこのすべすべしっとり肌マスクという、このブルーのやつになります。ピンクのやつももちろんいいんですけども、夏にはこのブルーのやつがいいかなと思います。というのも、もともとミノンというのは敏感肌という方に、アミノ酸をしっかり届けて肌のバリア機能を整えていこうねという敏感肌向けのものになるんですが、今回こちらのすべすべしっとり肌マスクは、敏感肌なんだけどテカリがちという、まさにインナードライの方にぴったりなものになるんですね。 ミノンが提唱しているアミノ酸ももちろんしっかり入っているので、それによってバリア機能をしっかりと整えてくれるんですね。だから紫外線が当たった後にバリア機能が炎症で脆くなるのも抑えてくれるというのもあるんですが、もっと素晴らしいなと思ったのが、これにはアーティチョークエキスというものが入っています。これは何をしてくれるかというと、紫外線が当たると体ではいろんな生体反応が起こりますよね。一番有名なのは、紫外線が当たることによって炎症が起こって、それが発火してシミができるというものになるんですが、別の生体反応としては、紫外線が当たることによってNF-κBという因子が増えるんですね。NF-κBという因子というのは、角質を厚くしてしまうということがわかっています。 なので紫外線が当たると肌がゴワゴワするなというのは、この因子のせいだったりするんですね。角質肥厚が起こると何が起こるかというと、もちろん肌がゴワゴワするだけじゃなくて、皮脂が分泌していてもそれが表面に出にくい、角質が蓋をしてしまうような感じなので、ニキビになったりとか、あとは角質肥厚が起こるとやっぱり乾燥するんだけれども、油は結構出ちゃうということになるので、ニキビができやすかったり毛穴が開いて見えたりということになっちゃいます。なのでそれを抑えるためにアーティチョークエキスというのが入っているんですね。 ちなみに、このアーティチョークエキスというものの主成分はシナロピクリンというものになります。このシナロピクリンというのが、NF-κBという角質肥厚を起こすものを抑えてくれるというふうに言われているんですね。なので紫外線が活発になる夏にはとてもいいかなと。あとこれはニキビの元になりにくいという処方、ノンコメドジェニック処方を使っているので、紫外線だけじゃなくて夏の暑さで皮脂が出てニキビが増えやすくなる時期にもとてもいいんじゃないかなと思って、こちらもご紹介しました。 ということで今日は夏におすすめのパック、エヌオーガニック、そしてエカト、そしてミノン、この3つをご紹介しました。夏は紫外線が一番、そして温度差、あとはエアコンの乾燥とか、肌にとっては過酷な時期なんですけれども、今日ご紹介したようなスペシャルケアとか、あと日頃のスキンケアで、この過酷な夏を皆さん乗り切りましょう。 いかがでしたか？今日の動画がいいなと思った方はグッドボタンを押していただいて、チャンネル登録していただけると大変嬉しいです。そしてあと、こんなことも取り上げてほしいよということもリクエストでコメント欄に書いていただけると、すごく励みになりますのでよろしくお願いします。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。by H.

Hello everyone, this is Torinegi. Summer is now in full swing, isn't it? With UV damage and heat exhaustion, our skin tends to take a hit in various ways, so today I'd like to introduce three recommended packs that can help repair summer skin damage. Please watch until the end. In summer, there's UV damage, temperature differences, and dryness from air conditioning—lots of things that can damage the skin, so I'd like you to give it special care. However, one caution: if your skin is stinging or red, that requires treatment, not special care. So when should you do special care? It's good to do it when you're about to be exposed to UV rays, or when you have a photo shoot today, or you're meeting someone, or you have an important event. Please note that I'm not recommending the packs I'll introduce today for when you have skin trouble. So, right away, the first recommended summer pack is this: N Organic's Enrich & Concentrate Mask. It's a sheet mask that comes in a box like this. The number one reason this mask is recommended for summer is that it contains a vitamin C derivative. This vitamin C derivative is a bit unusual—not a very common one. Vitamin C derivatives come in water-soluble, oil-soluble, and amphiphilic types, and this one is a water-soluble vitamin C derivative. You might think water-soluble ones are common, but this isn't the typical water-soluble vitamin C—it's called bisglyceryl ascorbate. Normally, water-soluble vitamin C derivatives have a refreshing feel, so they tend to suit people with acne-prone or oily skin more than dry skin. However, among water-soluble vitamin Cs, this bisglyceryl ascorbate is a water-soluble vitamin C derivative with high moisturizing effects. So even people with dry-leaning skin, as well as those with oily skin, and even people who dislike vitamin C because it stings or dries out their skin, can use this with peace of mind. Additionally, this bisglyceryl ascorbate has the effect of strengthening the cornified envelope on the outside of cells. What's great about this is that when the cornified envelope is strengthened, the barrier function of the stratum corneum improves. This is perfect for summer when UV exposure causes inflammation that weakens the barrier function. And of course, since it's vitamin C, it also has the effect of suppressing melanin production, making this a great sheet mask for summer. The contents look like this—it's packed with essence, very soaked. The scent is really wonderful. N Organic is originally a brand known for great scents, so just that alone feels relaxing. The sheet mask is large, so it covers the face well, and the eye cutouts are a bit wide horizontally, so it covers the eyelids and under-eye area well too—wherever you're concerned about. The size feels really nice, so while relaxing, you can expect the vitamin C effects I mentioned earlier. Next up is Ecart's Precious Gel Pack. This is a carbonic acid gas pack. The contents are two gels that you mix together. This isn't included—it's just a container I use for storing the contents when I take them out. The proper container comes with the initial starter kit, and you mix the two agents together to use it. I've posted several videos about carbonic acid gas packs, and I think they broadly fall into two types: ones that come out as foam with a spritz, and ones you mix together. Honestly, with the spray-type ones, since they release gases like LPG directly, I don't feel there's much actual carbonation when applied to the skin, so aside from Kao's Biore essence, I don't use those much. When I want the benefits of carbonic acid gas, I prefer the mixing type, but even among mixing types, some release the carbonic acid gas quickly while mixing. But when you want the benefits of carbonic acid gas, it needs to slowly generate on the skin while you're doing the pack, so I don't really recommend ones that fizz and pop a lot while mixing. There was a period when I researched carbonic acid gas packs extensively, and among various companies' products, Ecart had a patent for the slowest, gentlest release of carbonation after mixing, maintaining a consistent carbonic acid gas concentration for about an hour. This Ecart carbonic acid gas pack is made by the company holding that patent, so I ended up choosing it based on that patent, in a way. So, I use Ecart when I really have time, because carbonic acid gas is said to improve blood flow in the skin, suppress inflammation, and help with wound repair. So on days when I've been playing outside or exposed to a lot of UV rays, or before an important photo shoot—since carbonic acid gas packs improve blood circulation and brighten the complexion—I make sure to use it. There are many types of carbonic acid gas packs, but I think this Ecart is great for summer, so if you haven't tried one, or have tried other carbonic acid gas packs, it might be worth trying this one. Next, the recommended summer pack is Minon Amino Moist Smooth & Moist Skin Mask. Many of you have probably seen Minon sheet masks introduced in various places, but among Minon's lineup, the one I recommend for summer is this Smooth & Moist Skin Mask—the blue one. The pink one is good too, of course, but I think the blue one is better for summer. Minon is originally designed for sensitive skin, delivering amino acids to strengthen the skin's barrier function, but this Smooth & Moist Skin Mask is perfect for people with sensitive skin who also tend to get shiny—in other words, those with inner-dry skin. Of course, it contains plenty of the amino acids that Minon advocates, which firmly strengthens the barrier function. This also helps prevent the barrier function from becoming fragile due to inflammation after UV exposure, but what I found even more wonderful is that it contains artichoke extract. What does this do? When exposed to UV rays, various biological reactions occur in the body. The most famous one is that UV exposure causes inflammation, which triggers the production of spots. But another biological reaction is that UV exposure increases a factor called NF-κB. This NF-κB factor is known to thicken the stratum corneum. So the roughness you feel on your skin after UV exposure is partly due to this factor. When this thickening of the stratum corneum occurs, not only does the skin become rough, but sebum is produced yet has difficulty reaching the surface because the thickened layer acts like a lid, which can lead to acne. Also, when this thickening occurs, the skin becomes dry, yet oil production increases, which can lead to more acne and more visible enlarged pores. Artichoke extract is included to suppress this. By the way, the main component of this artichoke extract is called cynaropicrin. This cynaropicrin is said to suppress NF-κB, which causes this stratum corneum thickening. So it's great for summer when UV rays are most active. Also, since it uses a non-comedogenic formula that doesn't easily cause acne, it's great not just for UV protection but also for the season when heat causes more sebum production and increased acne, which is why I wanted to introduce this one too. So today I introduced three recommended summer packs: N Organic, Ecart, and Minon. Summer is a harsh time for the skin due to UV rays being the biggest factor, along with temperature differences and dryness from air conditioning.
