肌のお悩み別にビタミンCのシートマスクを4つ紹介します

皆さんこんにちは、スキンケアオタクのなつです。今日は皆さん大好きなビタミンCのお話です。ビタミンC配合の美容液や化粧品が最近すごく増えていますよね。今日はその中でも「シートマスク」についてお話ししようと思います。シートマスクはこれまでもいろいろ紹介してきましたが、今回はビタミンC縛りで、「こんなに入っているの？」「こういう技術で配合しているんだ」という注目のシートマスクを4つご紹介したいと思いますので、最後までご覧ください。 注目のビタミンCシートマスクをお話しする前に、ビタミンCの効能について簡単におさらいしておきます。まず抗炎症作用、抗酸化作用、美白効果があります。さらにものによっては「脱脂作用」といって皮脂を抑えてくれる効果もあります。若い方であれば皮脂コントロールをして毛穴を引き締めてくれますし、少し年齢を重ねた方であれば美白、さらに年齢を重ねた方であればコラーゲンやエラスチンの代謝を促してたるみ予防にもなるので、マルチにどの年代でも使える成分です。 ただしビタミンCは単体だと脱脂作用によって皮脂を取りすぎてしまったり、浸透が悪かったりすることがあります。そのためビタミンCにもいろいろな種類があり、ブランドが何をメインの効果にしたいかによって配合するビタミンCの種類を変えているというのが一番のポイントです。今回ご紹介する製品も、同じようにビタミンCを配合していますが、ブランドのコンセプトによって配合しているビタミンCが異なるので、そこを中心にお話ししたいと思います。 では早速一つ目、クオリティファーストの「ダーマレーザーVC100」です。こちらは以前深掘りの動画を撮ったこともある人気商品です。4種類のビタミンCをナノカプセル化していて、一番のポイントは「APPS」という肌に浸透しやすい成分です。水溶性ビタミンCの速攻性と、油溶性ビタミンCのじわじわ効いて奥まで届くという、両方のいいところを併せ持つ浸透型のビタミンCです。さらに脱脂作用があり速攻性のあるアスコルビン酸も配合されていて、水溶性・油溶性どちらのビタミンCもしっかり入っているという製品です。 そうしたら、なんと新商品が出ていました。これ以上のものはもう出ないのでは、と思っていたら「スーパーVC100 ホワイトマスク」というものが登場しました。パッケージを見ると「集中毛穴」と書いてあり、私が今回見つけた新しい方には「集中ホワイト」と書いてあります。つまり、片方は毛穴集中ケア、もう片方はよりホワイトニングに特化した設計なのかなと思いました。ただ、以前紹介した方も毛穴だけでなく透明感がかなり出ると感じていたので、何が違うのか気になって成分を見てみました。 こちらも4種類のビタミンCが入っています。先ほどの浸透型APPS、浸透力の高いAPPSも同じく配合されていて、ビタミンCそのものと、速攻性のあるリン酸アスコルビン酸マグネシウムという水溶性ビタミンCも入っています。ただ、この「集中ホワイト」にはさらにパワフルなビタミンCが配合されています。それが「3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸」、通称VCエチルと呼ばれるものです。VCエチルはさまざまなビタミンC誘導体の中でも浸透が早く、しかも浸透した後も長く肌に留まってくれると言われている成分です。クリニックでも「VCエチル配合何％」といった化粧品が販売されているほどのもので、それがしっかり配合されています。 全成分を見ても、水、グリセリンの次にナイアシンアミド、そしてその次にこのVCエチル（3-O-エチルアスコルビン酸）が記載されているので、かなり多く配合されているはずです。速攻性も持続力もあるビタミンCがたっぷり入っていて、プラスアルファでナイアシンアミドも入っている。つまりビタミンCを長く肌に留めておけるということですね。ビタミンCという意味ではどちらもてんこ盛りですが、より集中して肌に残すことで美白効果を高めているのが「集中ホワイト」ということになるかと思います。 続いてはサボリンの「メディカルブライトニングマスク」です。こちらは2種類のビタミンCが配合されています。一つはL-アスコルビン酸グルコシドという水溶性のビタミンC、もう一つはVCIPという油溶性で、より長く浸透が持続すると言われているものです。さらにプラスアルファの有効成分としてトラネキサム酸が配合されています。トラネキサム酸は肌荒れ防止と美白効果の両方があるので、ビタミンCとの相性が非常にいいんです。炎症を抑えながらビタミンCの抗酸化作用をサポートするので、肌荒れも抑えつつビタミンCの効果を底上げできる、いい組み合わせだと思います。 もう一つ面白いのが、パルミチン酸レチノール、つまり守りのレチノールも配合されている点です。ビタミンA、ビタミンC、さらにビタミンE（トコフェロール）も入っているので、肌の抗酸化力を総合的に底上げしてくれます。これからの季節、紫外線が強くなる時期に紫外線を浴びても炎症をブロックしてくれる効果が期待できそうです。 このシートマスクはオールインワンタイプで、化粧水・乳液・美容液・クリーム・パックの役割を1枚で果たしてくれます。まさに「サボりたい日」にぴったりですよね。疲れた日にこのシートマスクだけして寝ても、パルミチン酸レチノール、ビタミンC、ビタミンE、コラーゲン、ヒアルロン酸、トラネキサム酸まで入っているので、オールマイティに使える優秀アイテムだと思います。 続いてのビタミンCシートマスクは、ルルルンの「ハイドラVマスク」です。「毛穴の目立たない潤いたっぷりの水光肌」と謳われているので、美白だけでなく毛穴ケアにもかなり特化しているのかなと思います。 こちらは厳密には2種類のビタミンCと、それをサポートするビタミンCペプチドが配合されているので、大きく分けると3つのビタミンC関連成分が入っていることになります。一つ目はアスコルビルグルコシドという水溶性ビタミンCで、美白有効成分としての承認を受けています。もう一つはビタミンCが乾燥しやすいという声に応え、グリセリンを結合させた保湿型ビタミンCと呼ばれる「ミリスチン酸グリセリルアスコルビン酸」です。さらにビタミンCペプチドも配合されていて、これはビタミンCにペプチドを結合させることで浸透を高める役割があります。つまりビタミンC誘導体としては、保湿型のものと浸透を高めるものの2種類が入っているということになります。 こちらもビタミンE（トコフェロール）とパルミチン酸レチノールが配合されており、保湿をより重視した設計になっているのですが、似た構造かと思いきや、こちらには「バクチオール」も配合されています。バクチオールはレチノールと同じように肌のターンオーバーを促してシワ改善効果が期待できる植物由来成分で、レチノールのような赤みが出にくいのが特徴です。パッケージには「ボタニカルレチノール」と書かれていますが、これはバクチオールのことです。 さらにナイアシンアミドも配合されていて、こちらも美白効果に加えて肌のターンオーバーやシワ改善効果が期待できます。全体としてはビタミンCの配合量自体はやや控えめかもしれませんが、パルミチン酸レチノール、ナイアシンアミド、バクチオールといった成分で肌をふっくらさせながら美白ケアもできる、毛穴ケアに特化した処方なのかなと思います。 まとめますと、「スーパーVC100 ホワイトマスク」はより速攻性を感じられる美白ケアをしたい方に。サボリンの「メディカルブライトニングマスク」は肌荒れを抑えながら美白をしたい方に。ルルルンの「ハイドラVマスク」は美白もしつつ、たるみ毛穴が気になる方におすすめです。 各メーカーさんそれぞれ、ビタミンCをどう配合するか、何と組み合わせるかで特徴を出していると思うので、皆さんも自分の悩みに合わせて選んでいただけるといいかなと思います。 いかがでしたか？今日の動画が良かったと思う方は、ぜひグッドボタンを押していただけると嬉しいです。これも深掘りしてほしい、これも比べてほしいというリクエストがあれば、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。では、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

So today I'd like to focus specifically on sheet masks. I've introduced various sheet masks before, but this time I'm sticking strictly to vitamin C products, featuring four standout sheet masks that make you think "wow, they packed in that much?" or "they're using this kind of technology?" Please watch until the end. Before diving into these vitamin C sheet masks, let me briefly review the benefits of vitamin C. It has anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidant effects, and whitening/brightening benefits. Depending on the formulation, it can also have a "degreasing" effect that helps control excess sebum. For younger people, this means sebum control and pore tightening; for those a bit older, it offers brightening benefits; and for even more mature skin, it promotes collagen and elastin metabolism, helping prevent sagging. It's truly a multi-purpose ingredient suitable for all age groups. However, vitamin C alone can sometimes strip too much sebum due to its degreasing effect, or it may not penetrate the skin well. That's why there are many different types of vitamin C derivatives, and brands choose which type to use depending on what effect they want to emphasize—this is really the key point. The products I'll introduce today all contain vitamin C, but the specific type used differs depending on each brand's concept, so that's what I'll focus on. First up is Quality 1st's "Derma Laser VC100." I've actually done a deep-dive video on this popular product before. It contains four types of vitamin C in nanocapsule form, with the key ingredient being APPS—a skin-friendly, highly penetrating form of vitamin C. It combines the fast-acting benefits of water-soluble vitamin C with the deep, slow-release benefits of oil-soluble vitamin C, giving you the best of both worlds in a penetrating formula. It also contains fast-acting ascorbic acid with degreasing properties, so both water-soluble and oil-soluble vitamin C are thoroughly incorporated. Then, surprisingly, a new product appeared! I thought nothing could top this, but then the "Super VC100 White Mask" was released. Looking at the packaging, it says "intensive pore care," while the newer one I found says "intensive whitening." So it seems like one is designed for pore-focused care and the other for more intensive whitening. However, I felt that the original product already gave a significant boost in skin clarity, not just pore care—so I was curious what the actual difference was, and I checked the ingredients. This one also contains four types of vitamin C. It includes the same penetrating APPS, along with plain vitamin C and fast-acting magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (a water-soluble vitamin C). However, the "Intensive White" version contains an even more powerful form of vitamin C: 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid, commonly known as VC-ethyl. Among the various vitamin C derivatives, VC-ethyl is known for penetrating quickly and remaining in the skin for a long time afterward. It's such a potent ingredient that clinics even sell products advertising their percentage of VC-ethyl content—and this mask contains it generously. Looking at the full ingredient list, right after water and glycerin comes niacinamide, followed by this VC-ethyl (3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid), which suggests it's included in a fairly high concentration. So you get vitamin C that's both fast-acting and long-lasting, plus the added benefit of niacinamide. In other words, this formula helps keep vitamin C on the skin for longer. Both products are packed with vitamin C, but the "Intensive White" version seems designed to enhance whitening by keeping vitamin C concentrated on the skin for longer. Next is Saborino's "Medical Brightening Mask." This one contains two types of vitamin C: ascorbyl glucoside, a water-soluble vitamin C, and VCIP, an oil-soluble form known for longer-lasting penetration. It also includes tranexamic acid as an additional active ingredient. Tranexamic acid both prevents skin irritation and provides whitening effects, making it a great match for vitamin C. It calms inflammation while supporting vitamin C's antioxidant properties—soothing the skin while boosting the effectiveness of vitamin C, which is a fantastic combination. Another interesting point is that it also contains retinyl palmitate, a gentler, more "defensive" form of retinol. With vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E (tocopherol) all included, this mask offers comprehensive antioxidant support for the skin. As we head into the season with stronger UV rays, this seems particularly effective at blocking inflammation caused by sun exposure. This sheet mask is also an all-in-one product, serving as toner, milky lotion, serum, cream, and pack all in one sheet. It's perfect for those "I just want to skip my routine" kind of days—true to Saborino's name (which means "lazy"). Even if you just use this mask and go to sleep on a tired day, you're still getting retinyl palmitate, vitamin C, vitamin E, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and tranexamic acid. It's a truly versatile, all-purpose product. The next vitamin C sheet mask is Lululun's "Hydra V Mask." It's advertised as providing "pore-refining, deeply moisturized, glass-like skin," so it seems to focus heavily on both whitening and pore care. Strictly speaking, this contains two types of vitamin C plus a supporting vitamin C peptide, so you could say there are three vitamin C-related ingredients in total. The first is ascorbyl glucoside, a water-soluble vitamin C that's an approved whitening active ingredient. The second addresses the common complaint that vitamin C can be drying—it's a moisturizing type of vitamin C called glyceryl ascorbate myristate, which combines vitamin C with glycerin. Additionally, it contains a vitamin C peptide, which combines vitamin C with a peptide to improve penetration. So in terms of vitamin C derivatives, there are two types: one for moisture and one for enhanced penetration. This mask also contains vitamin E (tocopherol) and retinyl palmitate, suggesting a formula that emphasizes moisture. But just when I thought the structure was similar to the previous ones, I noticed it also contains bakuchiol. As many of you know, bakuchiol is a plant-derived ingredient that, like retinol, promotes skin cell turnover and helps improve wrinkles, but without the redness or irritation that retinol can cause. On the package, it's labeled as "botanical retinol," which refers to bakuchiol. It also contains niacinamide, which offers whitening benefits as well as support for skin turnover and wrinkle improvement. Overall, I feel the vitamin C concentration itself might be a bit lighter in this one, but combined with retinyl palmitate, niacinamide, and bakuchiol, this formula seems designed to plump up the skin while providing whitening benefits—making it particularly suited for pore and sagging concerns. To summarize: if you want fast-acting whitening, go with the "Super VC100 White Mask." If you want to calm skin irritation while brightening, choose Saborino's "Medical Brightening Mask." And if you're concerned about sagging pores while still wanting brightening benefits, the Lululun "Hydra V Mask" is the one for you. Each brand really brings out its own unique character based on how they formulate vitamin C and what they combine it with.
