みなさんこんにちは!友利新です。今日はもう見てわかると思うんですけど、スペシャルゲスト、君島十和子さんに来てもらいます。ありがとうございます。君島十和子です。よろしくお願いいたします。十和子さん、今日も綺麗。ありがとうございます。本当に来ていただいてありがとうございます。こちらこそです。新さん本当に可愛い。私はいつもいろんなところで言ってるんですけども、忘れもしない研修員の頃に、今と違ってスマホとかないので研修員の時に当直先に行くと本とか雑誌をいっぱい買って外に出れないから行くんですよ。その時に横顔の美しいパーフェクト十和子スタイルをよく覚えててくれてありがとうございます。当直先の小さいこのお部屋の中でこんな人がいるんだと思ってこれを読みつつ、いつかこの人に会いたいって思ってて。本当ですか?嬉しい。ありがとうございます。それがもうかれこれ20年前です。そんなに前?そう、だって私研修員って24で今44なので。そうなんだ。だから20年前の私頑張ったよって。本当にね。本当に。本当に今日はありがとうございます。よろしくお願いします。こちらこそです。よろしくお願いします。私はもう十和子さんのストーカーくらいいろんなこと知ってるんですけど、さらに十和子さんのいろんなことを知りたいということで、今日はですね、バッグの中身を紹介してもらいたいと思います。バッグの中身。私のはちょっと不足みたいな感じですけど、やっぱり十和子さんはバッグの中に何かしら綺麗なものがいっぱい入ってる気がして。私?金の延べ棒入ってるよ。でしょ?ほらもう。嘘だよ。嘘だよ。いろんなちょっと綺麗気がしたものがたくさん入ってそうな気がするし。そんなことないよ。意外と質素。ほらもう、選ぶことまで素晴らしい。ということでお互いね、ちょっとバッグの中身ということで、今日の設定はお出かけっていうよりもお仕事の時に持ち歩くものっていう感じで。先生は毎日クリニックにいらっしゃる時に持っていく?そうですね。クリニックに行く時、あとはこういう撮影に行く時。でも大体はお仕事って言ったらこういう感じっていうものを私は持ってきましたので、じゃあお互いバッグから行きますかね。行きますかね。よいしょ。はい。よいしょっていうところ。大人はね。ごめんね。やっぱり昭和を生きてきた人たちはやっぱりよいしょですよね。昭和?昭和ですよ。昭和です。なのであとお姉さんと言ったらもうやっぱりエルメスですよ。お姉さんと言ったらね。お姉さんと言ったら。でもやっぱり素敵なバッグを今日はありがとうございます。エルメスのガーデンパーティーです。結構荷物が多いので結構大きく入る。やっぱりお姉さんと言ったらさらにお姉さんじゃない?そんなことないです。最近ね、重たいバッグ持てなくなってるんですよ。でも確かにガーデンパーティーってすごくエルメスの中では軽いし。そうなんです。その中がね、私ほらお道具箱持ってるじゃない?お道具箱。はいはい。お道具箱持ってるので、なのでなるべく外側は最近の軽めか小さめ。私はやっぱりバーキンが好きなんですよ。っていうのもあるんですけど。だってほら、新田ちゃんがライブしてる時にぶわーって並んでるじゃん。いやいやいやそうなんですよ。でもこのバッグは実はちょっと前に別のユーチューバーさんともバッグの中身で、その子はもう20歳くらいの時にも実はご紹介したんですが、それとはまたちょっと違った別バージョンなんですが、これも実は私が初めて買ったバーキンなんです。これ?もう1個、同じやつの革違い。ここがやっぱりゴールドとシルバーで、その金口の時に初めて医者になって、自分のお金で海外旅行に行ったのがフランス、パリだったんですよ。で、パリの本店に行ったら普通に置いてあったんですよ。え?そんなことないでしょ普通。本当にぽんとぽんと同じ黒で、ゴールドとシルバーで革違いで。で、2個買ったの?そうです。すごくね。で、その時に悩んだんですよやっぱり。さすがだね。でもその時はもうそれ以降何も買えなかったです。いやいやいや、充分でございます。で、その時にここに名前を入れてもらえたんです。あ、トモリって。本当だ。ここにトモリって入ってて。あれは他じゃなくてトモリ?そう、そこがポイントで。で、2つ買うじゃないですか。確かにお金が足りないからすぐ姉に電話して、お姉ちゃん2つ見つけちゃったと。どうしようって言ったら姉も欲しいと。じゃあ2人のものにするってことにしようって。ナイスアイディア。だから新たでもなく、うちの姉ナミって言うんですけど、ナミでもなくトモリにしたんです。なるほどね。でもよく考えたら2人ともトモリじゃなくなっちゃうじゃないですか。そうなのよ。だから、もはやもうトモリでもないんですけど。本当はね、私結婚して。だけど、そういう20年前はそんなことも考えず買ったなって思って思い出で。だからやっぱり初心に戻る時とかやっぱりお仕事ってなるとこのバッグを持つのが多く、誰にも見せたことないんですよ、実はこういうトモリって書いてあるっていう。いやー、でもいい感じで使い込んでて。そう、もうだから20年ですもん。20年。元は完璧に取れました。これ何センチ?これ35センチです。35センチ。だから大きいし、多分みんな25とか30が多分みんな欲しいやって。35だからっていうのもあって、2つ35があって。すごい時代。すごい時代。20年前は本当普通に売ってたし、今の本当3分の2ぐらいの値段です。大体今ってNot For Saleって書いてあるじゃないですか。そうなんですよ。普通にぽんぽんって置いてあって、どっちがいいって言われて、これ選ぶとかあるんだみたいな。でも初めてバッグを見たのもこれだったんで、違いもよく分かってなかったので。はい、という思い出のバッグを今日は見てきました。じゃあ中身を早速十和子さんお願いします。じゃあ中身からいきます。結構ね、新さんもそうですけど、結構ポーチ。私がちゃっと入ってますが。綺麗に入っておりますよ。そんなことないよ。かわいい。バッグインバッグ。大事なものはこれを入れ替えるだけでいいよっていうのを一つ持ってます。そうか、じゃあこれは結構他のお鞄の時にもこれを入れちゃう?そう、入るものには入れて忘れ物がないように。最近ね、ほら、ちっちゃいバッグとかだとお財布持たなかったりするじゃないですか。そのまんま出ちゃったりするんですよ、私。分かります。だからたまに現金がない。ほら携帯でピッて払えるからまだいいんですけど、ほんとにたまに私もやっちゃいます。東京のど真ん中でね、大人の女がお金一銭も持たずに歩いてるってね。分かります。まあまあシュールよね。シュールです。分かります。じゃあここにお財布とかはここに入ってるってことなんですね。大事なもの入れ。そう、名刺とかね。でもやっぱり綺麗なの。なんでなんで?いや、ちょっと見せられ…私のもこんな感じです。私のもこんな感じ、イメージとしては。でもやっぱりすごく色も十和子さんっぽいお色を選んでらっしゃるなっていうのがあって。好きなテイストがでも似てます。ほんとですか?嬉しい。すごい素敵。続きましては、これはメイクポーチというか素敵な、黄色似合いますよね。黄色ね。結構ね、黄色ってラッキーカラーみたいなの。そうなんですね。だから結構好き。私も結構色の厳選気じゃないですけどもやります。とっておきの時白着ようとか。白なんですね。イメージは結構白。でもすごいやっぱり。バッグの中身はね、もうね、色があるんですよね。色があるんですよね。そうなんです。こちらが例えば鏡だったり、後は香水だったりとか、後はこのカーラーね。こんなちっちゃいのがあるんですか?そうなんですよ。前髪を。ストレートアイロン。こんなちっちゃいのがあるんですね。これも充電式?充電式。じゃあ持ち歩いてちょっと。これリファですか?リファですよ。ちょっとこれ後で見なきゃ。すごい。ちっちゃいから本当に前髪だけ?そうなの。めちゃめちゃいいこれ。これね、手放さない。ちょっと私もこれ真似しますね。ぜひぜひ。後は最近ね、ほら、消毒とか。後は鏡。鏡。鏡もこれ10倍拡大。ちょっとあんま見たくないやつ。違うの。もう私の年齢になるとこれじゃないと見えないわけ、メイクが。もう普通の鏡だともっと綺麗に見えちゃう。いやいやいや、私10倍拡大で見たら恐ろしくて自分のものが見えない。真実と、後はやっぱり手元がね、見えにくくなってきてるので、もう10倍拡大みたいなのはもうね、マストなんですよ。へー、真実の鏡でございますね。後はハンドエッセンスだったりとか、後はこれもね、おすすめなんだけど。これはほら、アホ毛を。あー、よく出るやつ。ちょっとマスカラのお化けみたいな。髪の毛関係みたいなものがこの中に入ってるんですね。後はバレッタとか。あー、かわいい。お揃いじゃない?これ。私もこういうのいます。そうなんです。だからこういうバレッタとか、後はアクセサリーケースとか。仕事で外したりしますよね。後は老眼鏡も持ってるんですけども、こういうのでちょっとかけておいて、例えばレストランとかで、やおら老眼鏡かけるとさ、これインパクト強いじゃない?でもかわいいけど。でも、だからちょっとこうメニューとか見るときに、これだとルーペなのよここが。へー、かわいい。だからこれだとなんとなくこうネックレスみたいにしておいて、その場の空気をほら、若い方とランチしたりするとさ、いきなりやおらこういう逆の圧じゃない?確かに確かに。でもこれって普通にオシャレとしてやってそうな感じですよね。だから後ろにしてしまえば、よもや老眼鏡だと思うでしょ。全然わかんないです。ね、かわいい。でもかわいい、確かに。肉眼で見えるでしょ、まだあなたは。違うんですよ。リップの。リップの後ろね。えー、これ書いてあるみたいな時あるじゃないですか。海外のものだけでもそうです。めっちゃ見えますねこれ。そうなの。私もこれ欲しい。さっき私もリップ塗ろうと思って、このリップかわいい、もうそろそろなくなるから買わなきゃと思って、で、ちょっとこの辺がハゲてたから、わかんなくてこうやって見ようとしたら、こうやっても見えないし、こうやっても見えないから、写真撮って拡大しました。それはもう日常茶飯事。だからこうやって見ればいいんだ。そうなの、そうなの。かわいい。そんな感じ。ちょっと感動しちゃいます。あとはね、これね。これ髪の毛のくしなんだけど、かっさ効果もあったりするので、ちょっとこう当てたり。頭皮をね、指通り?でも例えば指輪してたりとかさ、なかなかこう指通りできない時に、手櫛でやったみたいになるのよ。ざっくりなるやつ。束を取らないので、こういうのだったら洗いやすいから、これも持ち歩いてます。へーすごい考えられてる。完璧。これはどちらのジュエリーケース?これはね、カルティエか。でもおまけよ、おまけ。でもちゃんとやっぱり入れてるんですね。そうそう、クッション性があって、なんかやっぱり目立つ色だから。確かに。目立つ色いいですね。バッグの中身はね、もうね、私若い時は、それこそ40代くらいまではベージュ系で揃えてたの。でもね、もう同じ色ばっかりになっちゃうと探せないのよ。分かる。本当に。どれだっけってなっちゃいますもんね。結局全部出すことになっちゃうので、なので、もう。じゃあもうこの色だったら鏡だとか、この色だったらジュエリーケースだって、分かるようにですね。はい、そうなんです。あとは、もう一個出てきた。マトリョーシカみたいに。あとはこれはね、お口に入る物関係はここに入れてます。お口に入る関係。お口に入れる物関係は、食べ物とかサプリとかってことですね。そうですね。例えば、喉の爽快酸ダイレクト。急に爽快酸ですね。はいはいはい。話しする時に、ちょっとウンってなるじゃない。そういう時とか、あとはミルトですよね。あとは、これはちょっとお腹が空いた時の、綺麗な人が食べてるやつ。本当?本当。モデルさんとか、綺麗な人は大体これ食べてます。オーバルヘルシー。グリアバーっていうの。キュンと酸っぱいゴールデンベリーと、チョコチョコブラウニーっていうのをね。こういうの。どこで買ってるんですか?これロフトよ。ロフトで買ってるの?銀座ロフト。はぁー。もう私、銀座ロフトに行くと、まず一番上に行って、ぐるーって色々買い物して、最後を一回でレジするんですけど、もうありえないぐらい、スーパーぐらいね。こんな感じで、カゴが。重くなっていて。へぇー。すごい。小腹が空いた時とかね。エネルギー不足だな、なんていう時にこれ。そして、あとは、ね。十和子さんといえば、超夏の水溶性ファイバー。これは、いつでもどこでも温かいお飲み物に入れて、お食事の時に飲む感じで。これはもういつでも飲めるように、っていう感じで持ってます。これって、例えばコーヒーとか、紅茶とかもそうなんですけど、スープとかに入れてもいいんですか?そうなんですよ。やっぱり、超夏ってその日だけやっただけではダメで、やっぱり続けること大事じゃないですか。だから、忘れないように。分かる。朝飲もうとか、ルーティンに決めてればいいんですけど、バタバタしてる日だったりすると、忘れちゃったりして、なんか罪悪感を感じるんですよ。今日飲めてなかったって。でもこうやって本当に、バッグの中に必ず入れとけば、絶対忘れることないですもんね。そうなんですよね。気がついた時に飲めるから。私、絶対コーヒー、紅茶飲むし、お食事もするじゃないですか。そうですよね、外でね。その時にささっと入れたら、これって水溶性のものだから、ちょっと と血糖値が上がるのも抑えてくれるんですよね、グアガムなのも。これ機能性取ったので。そっかそっか。じゃあパスタとかを食べる時も、ちょっといいですかって言って、左右とかもらって、飲みながらでも、そうすると血糖値バーンて上がるの、抑えてくれますもんね。はい。これはいいな、すごい。ありがとうございます。発酵性なのでね、やっぱり発酵性食品はね、やっぱり腸内環境に良いですもんね。はい。あ、また出た！こんな感じで、また出た！マトリューシカ状態です。これは、ちょっと香水だし、ちょっと香り物がここに。で、あなたさんもそうだけど、ご職業的に香りの物って使えないじゃないですか。私も化粧品を作ってるので、やっぱり会社ではあんまり使わないんですよ。だけどやっぱり香り物好きで、すごい気分転換になるので、実はね、結構いろいろ持って歩いてます。へー。君島十和子はどんな匂いがしてるのかっていう話ですね。ありがとうございます。意外とね、私ね、女っぽい香りが苦手で。へー。あ、これね、ネイルオイルだ。そう、ウカさんの。ウカさんのネイルオイル。これすっごい香り良いですよね。良いね。私も大好き。何種類かあるんですけど。私も大好きです。この香りが結構一番人気じゃないです？よく知ってる。私は逆にネイルができないので、職業柄。だからネイルオイルは結構好きで、やっぱり持ってます。わかる。これはウカのネイルオイル。2445ってやつですよね。あとはこれね、今年のね、そう、イトリンさんのコフレ、オードコロンって作ったものですよね。そう。毎年毎年イトリンさんって出してきて、今年のこの香りとこの絶妙なパープル。可愛くないですか？すごい可愛い。私も好きですね。あとはもう1本が、これがシャネルのスティック状のネイルオイル。え、こんなのありましたっけ？これも限定だったのよ。ちょっと見逃してた。そう。チャンスの香りなんですけども、こうやってちょっと。すごい、これ初めて見たかも。これいつの限定だったんですか？多分ね、2年前。やっぱそうですよね。私娘が2人いるじゃないですか。だから3人で1個ずつ買わせてもらって。え、すごい。確かになんかシューじゃなくて、これだとほのかに香るから。そうなんですよ。ほのかに香るから。そうなんですよ。周りの方にご迷惑かけなくて、自分だけちょっと気分転換。ちょっと耳の後ろとかに振り返った時とかに、自分だけ香るから。最近ほら柔軟剤とかも、嫌な人いらっしゃいますもんね。そうなんですよね。これはちょっともう1回発売したい。欲しいですよね。シャネルさん見てたらぜひ。ぜひ。友利新さんに。これはでもいいですね。そうなんですよ。欲しいから友利新ちゃんのYouTubeで言ったら、実現するんじゃないかなってちょっとね、ずるい気持ちで。でもこれはすごいいいですね。そうなんですよ。ほんとこれはぜひですね。あとはもう綿棒とか。綿棒とかね。目薬とか。ちなみにこっちは香りは？そうなんです。これはミュゲナの、エルベスのエッセンスドミュゲっていう。お庭の香りってやつですか？そうですね。ジャルダンシリーズの中のスズラン。スズランの香りなんです。エルベスのお店の香りがします。しますよね。でもやっぱりね、ちっちゃいやつの方がやっぱりね、お家でシュッてするときに大きいけど、やっぱり小さい持ち運びがあるのもいいですよね。そうなんですよね。こうやってみると、私香りのものはやたら持ってますね。でもやっぱり香りって、自分のマインドセットになるじゃないですか。やっぱりダイレクトに脳に行くから、もちろん思い出す記憶もあるけども、リラックスだったりとか、リフレッシュだったりとかになるじゃないですか。本当にそうなんですよね。だからこういう香りがある人って、自分をリセットするのが上手な人なんだなって。どれだけリセット必要なんだろう。気持ちをあげたり、ほらね。気持ちをあげたりね。あげたらダメ。リラックスね。そうね。リラックスしたりね。ありがとうございます。あとは、これがiPad。iPad。こんな可愛い色ありましたっけ？色がだって、もう十和子さん色っていうか、このモーヴピンク。すごい可愛い。水色になって。いやいや、でもすごい可愛い。軽いし。そう、だからね。MacBookを持って歩いてたんですけど、私もある時に、待って、こっちに見られるわって。最近気が付いたの。確かにそうですよね。すごい素敵。多分ネットで買ったんだよ。じゃあ、ちょっとすぐ探します。はい。そしてエコバッグ。さすが。エコバッグ。かわいい。これ、セブンティーンっていう美穂ちゃんのところ。そうそうそう。とコラボさせてもらったんですよ。そうでしたね。そうなの。だからっぽいなと思ったんだ。本当に。やたら十和子さんっぽいですねって。本当に嬉しいです。これ広げても、買い物した時に入れて。そうなんです。すごい。エコバッグ入ってましたね。そして、あとは、携帯ケース。携帯ケース。そして、サングラスケース。サングラスケース。で、あとは、エアポッズ。エアポッズ。ケース。エアポッズも幸せね。エアポッズケースなんですよ。エアポッズに入れておくの忘れたんだよ私。ごめんなさい。エアポッズも幸せよ。これに入ったら、十和子さん。絶対エアポッズ。なんで忘れたんですか。なんでこれ。不思議。これここで充電できるってこと？そうなの。そのまま。すごい。これはさすが。他に何か入るかな。でもエアポッズケース可愛い。他に何か、そうね。使う道、ちょっと考えちゃった。でもほら、すごい。エアポッズケース可愛い。十和子さんのっぽいものがたくさん入ってる。あとはドライビンググローブ。やっぱり運転するときに焼けないように。そうなんですよ。焼けないようにって買ったのに、ここに穴が開いてるっていうね。本当だ。ここ焼けるじゃんみたいな。本当だ。でもこれも十和子さんっぽいお色ですね。本当ですか。家辺のスプリングなので、どうしてもそういう色が集まっちゃうかなと思ってます。結構いつもマストで運転をします？毎日？ほぼ毎日。運転上手いですか？いや、主人からは結構右足に力が入るって。ブレーキのタイミングが違うんだよって。やっぱりそれぞれ違うじゃないですか。だからブレーキのタイミングが遅くて、遅いらしいですよ。じゃあよくハンドル握ったら、ちょっと前のめりになる人と、ちょっとおたおたするタイプだったり。多分ね、前のめり。前者だと思うんです。主人はいつも横に乗るとすごい嫌だって。酔っ払った時しか乗りたくないって。私は代行かって。代行の運転手さんって。ちなみに車の中では曲とか聴きます？聴きます。聴きます。何聴くんですか？だいたいね、K-POPが多いです。今ハマってるK-POPアーティストって？K-POPアイドルがね、いろいろ好きなんですけど、TWICEとかIVEとかBTSとか。もちろん歌ったりするんですか？え、韓国語だから歌えない。あ、そっか、そうだ。え、でもじゃあ結構ボリュームを決めて聴きながら。勝手に歌詞をつけて娘たちに突っ込まれてる。そんなこと言ってないよね、みたいな。結構娘さん、十和子さんに対して厳しめですか？だいぶ。ほんとに？だってほら、生まれた時から付き合ってるから。これが普通のお母さんで、これはないなって思うけど。生まれた時からこのままだし、劇的ビフォーアフター見てるわけよ、家で。いやいや、そんなそんな。だから結構外で仕事して、仕事マインドで帰るじゃない。そうすると、ママさ、一回落ち着こうかとかって、家に帰ると言われますよ。え、でも娘さんと一緒に買い物とか、洋服は好みがあるかもしれないけど、例えばバッグだったりとかアクセサリーだったりは、シェアしたりはするんですか？そう、だからさっきね、友利新さんがお姉さんとシェア会があったじゃないですか。最近我が家では、じゃあ3人の物っていうことでっていうのがね、上等なの。そうするとほら、金額3で割ったら安いって言っちゃって。うちも2人娘がいるので、ご主人に、だって娘が2人いるんだから、だってもう分けなきゃいけないから、私があげる時に喧嘩になっちゃうから、じゃあ色違いで買わないとっていう、よくわからないプレゼンをするようにしたんですよ。もうおっしゃる通り、私もね、だからネックレスとか買う時に、ほら、1つじゃ喧嘩になっちゃうじゃない？って言って、2重の買った人がね、ほら分けられるよ、よかったねとかって、分けのわからないことを言ってます。じゃあやっぱ娘さんとのシェアの話だって、さっきのね、このチャンスもね、言ってましたもんね。娘たちと買って。3人目が欲しい時には、ぜひ私を用心して。うちね、長女がね、三女がいるのよ。忘れてました！すごい強力なライバルを。1回三女と確認して、ちょっとどっちが行くっていうことを言って、また。要確認で。要確認で。いやでも全部なんか十和子さんっぽいもので。本当ですか？もうね、本当に愛用品ばっかりでボロボロなものなんですけども。いえいえいえいえ。こんな感じでございます。じゃあ私はささっと終わりますので、ごめんなさい、長くなりましたね。もう少しだけ、いえいえ、このまんまやっててください。私はもうサクサクっと行くんですが、私もお財布でしょ、もう本当に。可愛い色。いえいえ。あとは、いろいろ書きたい人なんですよ。ペンケース。この企画でいつも言うんですけど、私の毎日ネタ帳。こんな感じで。素晴らしい。なんかいつもキャラ版とか、あと発表会とか行ったら書くんですよね。だからここに全部私のYouTubeとかなんかのネタ帳になっております。やっぱりさ、ここに頭のキャパの違い。ほら見て、私のネタ帳。いや、これで収まるんだって言ってもわからないんですよ。やっぱりね、脳みそのキャパの違いだと思う。いえいえいえいえ。私はもうこれで精一杯なの。いえいえ、だって忘れちゃうんですよね。すごい素晴らしい。だからこれが私のネタ帳。で、私もやっぱり仕事上ネックレスとかいろんなもの外して、1回やっぱり服衣のポケットに入れてて、それをそのまんまクリーニングに出して、っていうのがやっぱりあるし、ピアスとかもショックでしょ。2倍だもん。これはもう思い出さないように。わかる。わかりますよね。同じの買うのもね。嫌なんですよ。いつか出てくると信じてとか、あとよくティッシュとかにして置いておくと、これ西川先生はそれやったって言ってたんですよ。ピアスを外して、西川先生のものだからとんでもない大きいものですよね。それをティッシュにくるんで置いておいたら、もう知らないうちに捨てちゃったって言ってたんですよ。だから私も必ず入れるようにジュエリーケースを入れてて、私はiPad miniです。さすが。ミニを愛用して、やっぱ最近Zoomとかも多いじゃないですか。なのでZoomでのカラーバンだったりとかZoomでの打ち合わせとか、何かあった時にできるようにって言ってiPad I had a first generation one, but I use it too much and I'm so into AirPods that I wear them constantly at home. So LINE messages come or the phone rings but I don't notice, sometimes I ignore it for 3 or 4 hours. So when I get home I put in AirPods, or at the clinic when I need to be in contact, I wear AirPods, so the battery dies sometimes. I have 2 or 3 at home. I bought new ones too. So it's a two-unit system, so I have one holder and a new holder, so I have several AirPods at home. My husband likes AirPods too, so I put a sticker on it saying "mine," an apple sticker. I'm into Grado, and today's shirt is Grado too. You're a Grado fan. My tissue case is Grado. I had that pouch too. With kids you use more tissues than necessary, so a tissue case is essential. The reason my mood lifted earlier, look. I actually had one too, I was shocked in an instant. We hadn't even talked about it, and Itrin didn't ask me to promote it. I just received his book, so lately this is not just for dermatologists, but also for general internists and it's easy to understand, and I actually haven't met this Dr. Otsuka, but I follow him on Twitter, and he really shares very useful information on Twitter. I wanted to meet him, I was just following him on my own, and then he gave me this book, and I was so moved, so I've been reading this little by little lately, and I have this in here. And then there's a towel. It's a Heyler towel. It might be the same. I quite like it, I have this too. Christmas. I got this from clinic staff, and there's this early Noritake, right? A hand cream of course comes in a slightly larger size which is appreciated, but for me this one is like a little accessories holder. And then there's lip stuff in it, and the lip balm, with this I can moisturize all at once - dry eyes, dry mouth, dry throat, dry hands. That's amazing. If this doesn't fit, I don't like it, so Tomi-san really made the size for me, I'm so grateful. And of course it has SPF in it. That's right. Hands surprisingly get sunburned, and they get sunburned even if you ride a bicycle or something, do you ride a bicycle? I do, and when I'm with my child and pushing a stroller, it definitely happens, so in those cases of course I can apply sunscreen, but it always washes off when you wash your hands, right? That's true. So then you can properly reapply it, and it also contains vitamin C derivatives and such. You can do both whitening and treatment.
