みなさんこんにちは、友利新です。今日は5,000円以下のすごい化粧水を5つご紹介したいと思います。最新のものもあれば、ちょっと前にご紹介したけど皆さん実は忘れてないかな、というものも含めてご紹介していますので、化粧水をちょっと新しくしたいなと思っている方はぜひご覧いただければと思います。 1つ目、こちらアスタリフト ホワイト アドバンストローションです。アスタリフトというとホワイトのバージョンと赤いバージョン2つあるんですが、ホワイトの方がいいんじゃないかなと思うんですね。アスタリフトというのはもともと抗酸化作用が強いアスタキサンチンをナノ化して入れているところがポイントになります。通常だったら浸透しにくいんですけど、ナノ化することによって肌に浸透しやすいというところ。肌が酸化するということは炎症が起こったりというエイジングもそうなんですけれども、シミもできてくるので透明感アップというところもポイントになってきます。これは抗炎症のグリチルリチン酸だったりとかトラネキサム酸を入れているんですね。炎症をもうトリプルで抑えていく。アスタキサンチンも炎症を抑えているし、トラネキサム酸も抗炎症作用、グリチルリチン酸も抗炎症作用がある。ちなみにトラネキサム酸は美白の有効成分として入っているので、炎症目的というよりは少し濃度が高いのかなと思います。至るところから酸化・炎症を抑えつつ、トラネキサム酸で美白もするということなんですね。ただそれだけではないんですよ。ナノAMAというものが入っているんですね。甘草由来の成分をナノ化して入れているというものになります。アスタリフトさんはナノ化したこの成分がメラニンの生成を抑制するという研究データを出しているんですね。有効成分としては認められていないんですけれども、成分を小さくして浸透させやすくすることによって、メラノサイトがメラニンを作るというところを抑えるというところになるので、トラネキサム酸でもシミ予防、そしてナノAMAでも炎症を抑える。そこにユキノシタエキスという糖化・黄ぐすみを抑える成分も入れていますし、肌のカルボニル化・黄ぐすみを抑えるフェルラ酸というところも入れているので、炎症による赤、カルボニル化だったりとか糖化によって起こる黄色、メラニンによる黒、トリプルで抑えていくという化粧水になってるんですよ。これが出たのが確か2023年で、その時にもYouTubeでご紹介をしているんですが、アスタキサンチンをしっかりと浸透させつつ、肌の炎症だったり酸化を抑えつつ、他の色ムラもしっかりケアするものもこれだけ入っていて、それでいて5,000円以下ってすごいなということで、またもう一度ご紹介しています。肌の酸化が気になる、酸化以外にも色ムラが気になる、という人はぜひぜひもう一度注目していただきたいブランドかなというふうに思います。 続いての5,000円以下のすごい化粧水は、こちらオルビスユードットのエッセンスローションです。これも出た時にすごい化粧水って言ってYouTubeでこれだけの深掘りをしたんですが、ハリだったりくすみだったり、複合的にやっぱりエイジングって起こってくるじゃないですか。オルビスさんが研究したところ、GDF11という肌の中にある因子が低下すると、コラーゲンの分解が進んでしまったり、フィラグリンといって肌のバリア機能を整えるものの生成が低下してしまったりとか、メラニンの生成が増加してしまったりとか、ヒアルロン酸の分解が進んでしまったりとか、複合的にくすみが起こったり、たるみが出てきたり、バリア機能が低下して乾燥が起こってくると。なのでこのGDF11というものをアップさせてあげれば、全体的にハリも、そして水分量も、そして色ムラも良くなるんじゃないか。じゃあこのGDF11を上げるために何が必要かということで植物エキスを見つけてきたという、エイジングの根本ってなんだろうということを導き出した化粧水になっています。それだけじゃなくて肌の水分量をアップするために、化粧水の浸透というところにもこだわっているので、化粧水そのものが肌に浸透してバリア機能がアップして、それによって明るさが出るだけじゃなくて、GDF11をサポートするような植物成分が入ることによって、さっき言った複合的な肌のエイジングケアをしていくというものになるんですよね。それがまたオルビスさんも5,000円以下で出してきている。その時にも興奮して深掘りをしたんですけれども、あれからまたちょっと時間が経ってしまって、もしかしたら忘れてしまっているのかなって思うので、おさらいという意味でもご紹介してみました。 続いてはこちらラネージュのクリームスキンローションです。これは冬になったらぜひ使ってもらいたいなって思うのが、名前の通りクリームをローションにしてしまったという。クリームって言うともう油分じゃないですか。油分ってお水に溶けるはずがないので、お水だけを入れることによって水分としての保湿はあるんですが、油分の膜を貼るという意味ではなかなか難しい。でも油分が多いとベタつきがある。じゃあそれをどういうふうに油分も入れながらみずみずしくするかということを考えたのが、ラネージュのクリームスキンローションになります。なのでクリームの油分を小さくして入れて、あとはオリジナルのセラペプチドといって水分量を上げる2種類のペプチドを入れているんですね。化粧水として水分量をアップさせるだけじゃなくて、セラミドの力で自分で潤いを作っていくというところもやってくれる化粧水になります。あとラネージュってアモーレパシフィックの傘下なので、アモーレパシフィックというとお茶なんですね。お茶から抽出したアミノ酸を入れています。天然保湿因子のもとにもなっているんですよ。通常の茶葉よりもアミノ酸の含有量が多いので、肌の水分を維持する天然保湿因子の産生も促していくというところになります。水分量を上げるペプチド、オリジナルのアミノ酸が豊富な茶葉エキス、そして独自の技術によって油分を細かくして水分に入れることによって、水分も入れるけれども蓋となる油分もベタつかず入れていくって、韓国人の肌がもうみっちみちになっているお肌を作るという意味では素晴らしい化粧水だなというふうに思います。油分が気になるからクリームは使えないんだけれども、乾燥も整えたいっていう方は、これからの時期かなりおすすめの化粧水なんじゃないかなというふうに思います。 続いてはこちらオバジのクリアアドバンストローション。上半期に結構ベストコスメを取ったローションになります。まずオバジさんなのでもちろんビタミンCがしっかりと入っています。それも4種類のビタミンCをしっかり入れているんですね。ビタミンCをこんなに化粧水に入れているだけでも素晴らしいところなんですが、もう一つすごいのはビタミンCというと美白ですよね。なのでメラニンの生成を抑制したりとか、黒くなったメラニンを薄くするというものもあるんですが、ビタミンCといえばメラニンの生成をブロックしたりとか、黒くなったメラニンを白っぽく抜いていくというような作用もあるので、シミの黒にもビタミンCが効いていくんですが、黄ばみに対してもアプローチするんですね。年をとっていくと黄ばみって出てくるんですよ。それの元がリポフスチンというところに目をつけて、生成を抑制するような成分も入っています。黒に対応するビタミンC、リポフスチンによる黄ばみも抑えていくという、色ムラを多角的にアプローチしていくというところになります。テカリだったりとか皮脂が気になる方にも寄り添っていて、だからといって突っ張るようなところもなく、しっかりと保湿もできるっていう。毛穴、メラニン、黄ぐすみ、いろんなところからアプローチしつつ、テカリやすい人にも安心の化粧水っていうところで、それも5,000円以下っていうところもあるので、今回、夏にメラニンが気になっちゃって、プラスアルファ黄ぐすみも増えちゃったなっていう人には、ぜひ使っていただきたいアイテムかなと思ってご紹介しました。 最後がこちらエリクシールのリフトモイストローションです。エリクシールっていうのは資生堂さんのボランティアって私がいつも言ってるんですが、資生堂さんのコラーゲンの研究の技術が詰まっているんですね。なので今までだったらコラーゲンの生成を促すとかだったんですが、今度は質にこだわっていて、太くて強いコラーゲンをしっかり作りますっていうような成分を入れています。プラスアルファ、トラネキサム酸が配合されているので美白っていうところにも行くので、炎症を抑えつつコラーゲンの生成をどんどん増やして。エリクシールといえばツヤ玉ですよね。ツヤ玉を作っていく、デパコスじゃなくて5,000円以下のドラッグストアで買えるこのエリクシールに入れているっていうのは、資生堂さんのボランティアだなっていうことを実感させる化粧水かなと思います。イオン型の浸透技術っていって、エリクシールが独自に入れているもので浸透もしっかりしてるんですよ。デパコスと肩を並べて遜色ないぐらい成分もいいし、浸透もいいし、お値段もいいっていう三拍子揃ってるのはやっぱりエリクシールかなというふうに思います。 はい、ということでいかがだったでしょうか。実は今期、2025年の秋冬っていうのは高級化粧水がたくさん出ていて、それもそれで最新の研究をベースにしているんですが、今まで出た化粧水も5,000円以下のものを集めましたけれども、お値段も優しいしきちっとした研究をベースにしているっていうものを集めてみたので、今期のものはもちろん素晴らしいんですがお値段もそれなりなので、そこまでは手が出せないという方には今日ご紹介したものもぜひぜひチェックしてみてください。 ということでいかがだったでしょうか。今日の内容良かったよという方はグッドボタン押していただいたりチャンネル登録していただけると嬉しいです。あと毎週火曜日なんですけれども、メンバーシップ限定でライブを配信しています。メンバーシップ限定で皆さんの質問に答えたりとか独自情報だったりも出していますので、月額90円にはなりますけれどもメンバーシップも入っていただけると嬉しいです。最後までご視聴ありがとうございます。また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone, this is Tomo Yuri Arata. Today I'd like to introduce five amazing lotions that cost 5,000 yen or less. Some are the newest releases, while others I've introduced before but you might have forgotten about, so I'll cover both. If you're thinking about refreshing your lotion, please check this out. First, this is Astalift White Advanced Lotion. Astalift has both a white version and a red version, but I think the white version is better. Astalift's key point is that it contains nano-sized astaxanthin, which has strong antioxidant properties. Normally it would be hard to penetrate the skin, but by making it nano-sized, it becomes easier to absorb. Oxidation of the skin leads to inflammation and aging, and also causes spots to form, so brightening is also a key point here. It contains anti-inflammatory glycyrrhizic acid and tranexamic acid. It suppresses inflammation triple-fold—astaxanthin suppresses inflammation, tranexamic acid has anti-inflammatory action, and glycyrrhizic acid also has anti-inflammatory action. By the way, tranexamic acid is included as an active whitening ingredient, so I think the concentration is a bit higher than if it were just for inflammation. It suppresses oxidation and inflammation from various angles while also providing whitening with tranexamic acid. But that's not all—it also contains Nano AMA. This is a licorice-derived ingredient that's been nano-sized. Astalift has published research data showing that this nano-sized ingredient suppresses melanin production. While it's not recognized as an active ingredient, by making it smaller and easier to penetrate, it suppresses melanocytes from producing melanin. So tranexamic acid prevents spots, and Nano AMA also suppresses inflammation. On top of that, it contains Saxifraga extract, which suppresses glycation and yellow dullness, and ferulic acid, which suppresses carbonylation of the skin and dullness. So it becomes a lotion that suppresses redness from inflammation, yellowing from carbonylation and glycation, and blackness from melanin—all three at once. This was released back in 2023, and I introduced it on YouTube at that time as well. I was impressed that it thoroughly absorbs astaxanthin, suppresses skin inflammation and oxidation, and also addresses other discoloration issues, all for under 5,000 yen, so I'm introducing it again. If you're concerned about skin oxidation or other unevenness in skin tone, this is a brand worth paying attention to again. Next up is another amazing lotion under 5,000 yen: Orbis U Essence Lotion. When this came out, I did a deep dive on YouTube calling it an amazing lotion. Firmness, dullness—aging happens in complex, multifaceted ways, right? Orbis's research found that when a factor in the skin called GDF11 decreases, collagen breakdown progresses, the production of filaggrin (which regulates the skin's barrier function) decreases, melanin production increases, and hyaluronic acid breakdown progresses. This leads to complex issues like dullness, sagging, and dryness due to reduced barrier function. So if you could boost this GDF11, firmness, moisture levels, and skin tone unevenness could all improve. They found plant extracts needed to raise this GDF11, essentially getting to the root cause of aging—that's the lotion they developed. Not only that, but to increase skin moisture levels, they also focused on the lotion's absorption, so the lotion itself penetrates the skin, boosting barrier function, which brings brightness, and the plant ingredients that support GDF11 provide comprehensive anti-aging skincare as I mentioned. And Orbis released this for under 5,000 yen too. I got excited and did a deep dive on it back then, but since some time has passed, I thought people might have forgotten about it, so I'm introducing it again as a refresher. Next is Laneige's Cream Skin Lotion. This is something I'd love for you to use once winter comes—as the name suggests, they turned a cream into a lotion. When you say cream, that means oil, right? Oil shouldn't dissolve in water, so while water alone provides moisture, it's difficult to create an oil barrier that way. But too much oil creates stickiness. So how do you incorporate oil while keeping it lightweight and hydrating? That's what Laneige's Cream Skin Lotion addresses. They made the cream's oil particles tiny and added their original Cera-Peptide, which contains two types of peptides that boost moisture levels. So beyond just boosting moisture as a lotion, it also helps your skin create its own moisture through the power of ceramides. Also, Laneige is under Amorepacific, and Amorepacific is known for tea, so they've included amino acids extracted from tea. This is also a base for natural moisturizing factors. Since it contains more amino acids than regular tea leaves, it promotes the production of natural moisturizing factors that maintain skin moisture. Moisture-boosting peptides, original amino-acid-rich tea leaf extract, and using unique technology to make oil particles fine enough to blend into the water phase—this provides moisture while also creating a non-sticky protective oil layer. In the sense of creating that plump, moisture-packed skin that Korean skin is known for, I think this is a wonderful lotion. If you're worried about oil and can't use cream, but still want to address dryness, this is a highly recommended lotion for the upcoming season. Next is Obagi's Clear Advanced Lotion. This lotion won a top cosmetics award in the first half of the year. Since it's Obagi, of course it's packed with Vitamin C—four types, in fact. Just having this much Vitamin C in a lotion is already impressive, but what's even more amazing is that while Vitamin C is known for whitening—suppressing melanin production and lightening melanin that's already turned dark—it also addresses yellowing. As we age, yellowing appears, and they focused on lipofuscin as the cause, adding an ingredient that suppresses its production. So Vitamin C addresses blackness (spots) while also suppressing yellowing caused by lipofuscin—it's a multifaceted approach to addressing uneven skin tone. It also caters to those concerned about shine and excess sebum, without leaving skin feeling tight, while still providing solid moisture. It addresses pores, melanin, and yellow dullness from various angles, while being reassuring for those prone to shine—and all this for under 5,000 yen. For those who got concerned about melanin over the summer and noticed increased yellow dullness on top of that, this is an item I'd definitely recommend, which is why I introduced it. Lastly, this is Elixir's Lift Moist Lotion. I always say that Elixir is Shiseido's way of doing charity work for consumers, and it's packed with Shiseido's collagen research technology. While in the past it was about promoting collagen production, this time they focused on quality—including ingredients that ensure thick, strong collagen is properly created. Additionally, it contains tranexamic acid, so it also provides whitening benefits, suppressing inflammation while steadily increasing collagen production. Elixir is known for its dewy, glowing skin effect (tsuyadama), and the fact that they've packed this technology into a drugstore product under 5,000 yen, rather than a department store cosmetic, really makes you feel Shiseido's generosity toward consumers. It also has an ion-type penetration technology unique to Elixir, so absorption is excellent too. Standing shoulder to shoulder with department store cosmetics in terms of ingredients and comparable in absorption, all while being reasonably priced—I think Elixir really has all three qualities covered. So, what did you think? Actually, this season—autumn/winter 2025—many high-end lotions are being released, and while those are based on the latest research too, I've gathered lotions under 5,000 yen this time. These are gentle on your wallet while still being based on solid research.
