7年かけて開発されたCurelの化粧水を徹底解説します。

皆さんこんにちは!友利新です。 今日はですね、ちょっともう感動した技術をキュレルさんが入れているということを発見したので、それを皆さんにシェアしたいと思います。最後までぜひぜひご覧ください。 ちょっとね興奮目に言いましたけれども、キュレルって皆さんご存知ですよね。青いパッケージで敏感肌のためにっていうようなブランドで、ちょっと肌荒れした時に使ったことあるよっていう方多いと思うんですけれども、もともとキュレルってどういうブランドかっていうと、やはりバリア機能の要っていうのは角層の中にしっかりと角質と角質がちゃんとくっついていて、層をちゃんとしていることによってそれでバリア機能がちゃんと形成されますよと。バリア機能が正常化を保たれるためにはセラミド、私も大好きなセラミドという成分が重要だと、そういったことをもちろん前から考えていて。 昔は人セラミドだったり天然のセラミドってものすごく高かったので、大量に入れることがなかなかできない。でもやっぱり低価格で敏感肌の方のために安心してセラミドをどんどん入れようということで、キュレルさんって花王なのでね。花王独自の疑似セラミドというものを開発して、それをたっぷりと入れることによって角質と角質の間のセラミドをしっかり埋めてバリア機能をきちっと保ちましょうよっていうのがキュレルの大前提なんですね。 なので私もよくあれしたらキュレル使ったりじゃないですかとかいろいろ言ってたんですけれども、そこで私これ全部使い切りましたという動画で一度このこちら。キュレル浸透保湿ディープモイスチャースプレーっていうものをご紹介したんですね。でこの時にこれってすごいんですよセラミドが入ってそれもスプレーなんですよすごいですねぐらいしか言っていなかったんですね。もちろんこれに入ってるのは疑似セラミドなんですけども。 でここにねちょろっとだけ書いてるんですよ。繊細化したセラミド機能成分が肌の奥まで浸透。一吹きでうるおった柔らかな肌を保ちますっていうミクロモイスチャー処方っていうのがしれっと書いてあったんで私もまあまあそんなもんかなと思ったんですが、実はこのスプレー開発に7年以上かかってるらしいんですよ。びっくりしません? でそれなんで私がそれを知ったかっていうと実は7月6日にキュレルの肌荒れを防ぐシートマスクっていうのが新発売されました。オンラインではもう発売されてるんですよ。で私あれキュレルってシートマスクなかったんだっけみたいな。私あるとずっと思ってたんで新発売って何が新発売なのと思って買ってみたらまさかの初めてのシートマスクらしいんですねそもそも。 なんでこれこういうふうにシートマスクに初めてなのかなと思っていろいろ調べてみたらここにもですねすごい技術が入っていて、でこの技術に行き着く前にこの2つには同じ製法が使われていて先にこれが製品化されたということなので、すごいぞキュレルということを発見したのでそれをねちょっと今日は詳しくお話ししたいなと思います。 皆さんセラミドってどういうイメージです?このね顔のギジセラミドが含まれている化粧品とかだったらちょっととろっとした化粧水だったりとかと乳液、あと美容液っていう意味で油分というかとろみがあるようなイメージあると思うんですね。キュレルも結構そうじゃないですか。 でこれなんでかっていうとそもそもこのセラミド、ギジセラミドっていうのは常温で固体の成分なんですね。ということは油には溶けるんですけども水には溶けないという性質があるんです。だから化粧品に入れる時には油性の成分の中、だからやっぱり美容液だったりとかクリームとか乳液みたいなものに入れないと固まってしまうというかその溶けないということになるんですね。なのでみずみずしくてシャバシャバしたようなテクスチャーのものにはそもそも入れづらいというものがあったそうなんです。 じゃあ固体だからどうやって乳液とかに入れてるかというと他の油性成分を入れてサンドイッチにするような感じ。ギジセラミドと他の油性成分とサンドイッチにする。要はサンドイッチにすることによって層を作ってそれで溶けるような感じにしてたんですね。なのでさっき言ったみたいにどうしても乳液だったりとか美容液にしか入れられなかったんですよ。 でも皆さんこれ使ったことあります?これ見てお店に出てきたでしょ。これってだから通常だったらありえないことだったんですよ。何気に私これを普通に使ってたんですけどこれをするにはかなりの技術が入っていてこれがどういった技術かというとベシクル技術というものが搭載されてらっしゃるらしいんですね。 なんだベシクルってと思うと今までほらさっき言ったように層でできるって言ったじゃないですか。でそれをサンドイッチの層で作るとさっき言ったみたいに乳液とかしかできない。だけれども敏感肌の人には触るっていうことも刺激になるからスプレータイプ。あとは顔だけじゃなくて全身を短時間で楽に保湿できないかっていうことを考えてじゃあスプレータイプにしたい。スプレータイプにするためにはまずこれを小さく小さく小さくその生地セラミドをした上にお水に溶かせなきゃいけないということなんですよ。 でそれをどういうふうにしたかというとベシクル技術っていうのはですね。要はドラッグデリバリーシステムみたいなもので浸透を良くするために層ではなく球体にすることでセラミドをカプセル状にして水の中に浮かせるような状態にします。でセラミドってさっき言ったみたいに固体で油分の成分だからぷかぷか浮かせるようにする。でもそれをぷかぷか浮いてたらこういうふうにシュッとは出ないでしょ。だからベシクル処方プラスこの技術セラミドをもうミクロというかもうちっちゃいちっちゃいちっちゃい粒にするっていう技術どっちもなければこのスプレーは生まれなかったっていうことなんですね。 何気にこれ普通に売られてて確か去年なのでそんなこと私知らずというかこれいいじゃん簡単シュッてやってたんですけど私これ意味がよく考えたらそうだよなと思ってカオさんに問い合わせたんです。これどういうことですかって言って。実はこれ開発にすごい時間かかったんですよっていうことを聞いて私は感動して、それでちょっとこれはもうぜひぜひ皆さんにシェアしたいなと思って熱く語ってるんですけれども、なのでやっぱり敏感肌の人にとってセラミドってとっても大事だし、私自身もマスクの肌荒れをしたりとか全身に痒みがあるような方っていうのはセラミドをしっかり補ってくださいねというお話よくすると思います。 一番保湿力が高いっていうのはヒトセラミドだったりそれをまたナノ化したようなものですけれどもお値段そうすると高くなるんですがお手頃なお値段でお顔だけじゃなくて全身うるおうことができるっていう風に考えてお値段のことも、そして使う消費者のことも考えて作られている。それには私たちにはただお水にしてスプレーにしただけっていう風に思ったかもしれないんですけど、そこには研究者さんの技術が透過されているっていうのを聞いて、いやーもうこれは少し感動だなと思って皆さんにこの感動をお伝えしたいと思いました。 今日はねちょっと顔からの回し物みたいになってますけど一切それないですから本当に私が本当に感動したということなので、これね実はねうちの夫も好きなんですよだからね夫にまず話したの、これあなたね適当に使ってるかもしれないけどねこれ顔の技術がすごい入ってるのよって言って熱く語ったら、それそのまま動画にしたらって言われたので、夫に1回プレゼンしたものを皆さんにお伝えしたので、夫はすごいねって言ってくれたんですが皆さんがちょっとどう思ったかなっていうのも感想、ちょっとコメント欄に聞かせていただけると嬉しいです。 こんな風にね本当に化粧品って研究者さん開発者さんの思いが本当にギュッと詰まっていますので、皆さんそれを知るとねまたこの化粧品に愛着も持つと思いますので、またそういったもの技術すごいなぁと思ったものがあったら皆さんにシェアしていきたいと思います。 今日も最後までご覧いただきどうもありがとうございました。ということでまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さよなら。

Hello everyone! This is Arata Tomori (Shin Tomori). Today I discovered a technology from Curél that really moved me, so I want to share it with you all. Please watch until the end. I said that with a bit of excitement, but you all know Curél, right? It's a brand with a blue package for sensitive skin, and I think many of you have used it when your skin was irritated. Originally, what kind of brand is Curél? Well, the key to barrier function is that in the stratum corneum, the corneocytes are properly bonded together, forming proper layers, which creates a healthy barrier function. And in order to maintain a normal barrier function, ceramide—an ingredient I also love—is important, and Curél has always considered this. In the past, human ceramide and natural ceramide were extremely expensive, so it was difficult to include large amounts. But in order to safely and affordably add plenty of ceramide for people with sensitive skin, Curél—since it's a Kao brand—developed their own pseudo-ceramide. By adding plenty of this, they aimed to properly fill the ceramide between corneocytes and maintain barrier function. That's the fundamental premise of Curél. So I've often talked about using Curél for this or that, and I once introduced this product in a video where I said I used up the entire bottle. It's called the Curél Penetrating Moisture Deep Moisture Spray. At that time, I only said things like "This is amazing, it contains ceramide, and it's a spray too, how great!" Of course, what's in it is pseudo-ceramide. And here, it says just a little bit: "Finely processed ceramide-functional ingredients penetrate deep into the skin. With one spray, it keeps your skin moisturized and soft" — it casually mentions a "Micro Moisture Formula." I thought, well, that's about it, but it turns out this spray took over 7 years to develop. Surprising, isn't it? The reason I found this out is that on July 6th, Curél released a new sheet mask to prevent skin irritation. It's already available online. I thought, wait, didn't Curél already have a sheet mask? I always thought they did, so I wondered what exactly was "new" about this "new release," and when I bought it, it turned out this was actually their very first sheet mask ever. I wondered why this was their first sheet mask, so I did some research, and it turns out there's amazing technology in this too. Before arriving at this technology, the same manufacturing method was used in both products, and this one (the spray) was commercialized first. So I discovered that Curél is amazing, and I wanted to talk about it in detail today. What image do you all have of ceramide? If it's a cosmetic containing pseudo-ceramide for the face, I think you'd imagine something like a somewhat thick lotion, an emulsion, or a serum—something with an oily or thick texture. Curél products are quite like that too, right? Why is that? Well, this ceramide—pseudo-ceramide—is actually a solid ingredient at room temperature. This means it dissolves in oil but not in water. So when adding it to cosmetics, it needs to be incorporated into oil-based ingredients—so it has to go into things like serums, creams, or emulsions, otherwise it would solidify or fail to dissolve properly. That's why it was apparently difficult to add to fresh, watery textures. So how do they add a solid into an emulsion? They sandwich it with other oil-based ingredients. They sandwich pseudo-ceramide with other oily ingredients. Essentially, by sandwiching it, they create layers, which allows it to dissolve in a sense. That's why, as I mentioned, it could only be added to emulsions or serums. But have you all used this? You've seen this on store shelves, right? This was normally something that shouldn't have been possible. I was casually using this as if it were nothing special, but achieving this required significant technology. What kind of technology, you ask? Apparently, it's called "vesicle technology." What's vesicle technology, you might wonder. As I mentioned earlier, it's normally made with layers. But if you make it with sandwich-like layers, as I said, you can only create emulsions. However, for people with sensitive skin, even touching the skin can be stimulating, so they wanted a spray type. Also, they wanted to enable easy moisturizing not just for the face but for the entire body in a short time, so they wanted a spray format. To make it into a spray, they first had to make this pseudo-ceramide extremely tiny—small enough to dissolve in water. So how did they do that? This is where vesicle technology comes in. Essentially, it's similar to a drug delivery system—to improve penetration, instead of forming layers, they create spheres, encapsulating the ceramide so it floats in water like a capsule. Since ceramide is solid and oil-based as I mentioned, they make it float around. But if it's just floating around, it wouldn't spray out like this, right? So it's the combination of vesicle formulation plus this technology of making the ceramide into micro—extremely tiny—particles. Without both of these technologies, this spray wouldn't have been possible. This product has been casually sold, I believe since last year, without me knowing any of this—I was just thinking "Oh, this is convenient, just spray it" —but when I really thought about the meaning behind it, I realized how amazing it was, so I contacted Kao and asked, "What is this exactly?" I learned that it actually took an incredibly long time to develop, and I was so moved by that, which is why I'm passionately talking about it today, wanting to share it with everyone. Ceramide is truly important for people with sensitive skin, and I often talk about how those experiencing skin irritation from masks or itchiness all over the body should make sure to properly replenish ceramide. The most moisturizing type is human ceramide, or nano-sized versions of it, but that makes the price go up. However, this was created with an affordable price in mind, allowing not just the face but the whole body to be moisturized—considering both cost and the consumer's needs. You might have thought that they just simply made a water-based spray, but hearing that there's actually research technology packed into it made me feel quite moved, and I wanted to share that feeling of being moved with all of you. Today it might seem like I'm doing paid promotion for Kao, but there's absolutely none of that—I'm genuinely moved by this. Actually, my husband loves this product too, so I told him first: "You might be using this casually, but there's amazing technology packed into it!" I explained passionately, and he said, "Why don't you just make that into a video?" So what I presented to my husband, I've now shared with all of you.
