大谷翔平さんも惚れたコスメデコルテを深掘りします。

皆さん、こんにちは。とおりすがりのなたです。今日は、大谷翔平選手も使用しているという「コスメデコルテ」の真実についてお話ししようと思います。そして、そのコスメデコルテから待望のアイクリームが発売されたので、そちらも深掘りしていきます。最後までご覧ください。 皆さん、WBC見ましたか？ちょっと遅いかもしれませんが、本当に感動しましたよね。私は大谷翔平選手のインスタグラムをフォローしているのですが、なんと大谷選手のロッカーにコスメデコルテの化粧水が並べられていて、「大谷選手もコスデコを使っているんだ」といろいろなところで話題になっていると思います。 コスメデコルテといえば、こちらですよね。「コスメデコルテ リポソーム アドバンスト リペア セラム」。これは本当にコスメデコルテを代表する美容液と言っても過言ではないと思います。こちらについては別の動画で深掘りしているので、詳しくはそちらをご覧いただきたいのですが、ざっくり言うと、「狙ったところに薬を届ける」という医療の着眼点から得られたドラッグデリバリーシステムを応用した「リポソーム」というものを、日本で初めて化粧品に配合したのが、このコスメデコルテのリポソーム アドバンスト リペア セラムです。 実は2020年、正確には2021年に一度リニューアルをしていて、それまで約30年間リニューアルをしていませんでした。初めて30年ぶりにリニューアルしたのがこちらです。1992年に初めてこのコスメデコルテのリポソームの美容液が発売され、そこから2021年にリニューアルされるまで、処方は全く変わっていませんでした。 そもそもリポソームとは何かというと、リン脂質の膜で作られた多重層のカプセルのことです。難しく聞こえるかもしれませんが、リポソームというのは、リン脂質という「油にも水にも馴染みやすい」成分でできたカプセル状のものです。カプセルの外側は水に馴染みやすく、内側は油に馴染みやすいという性質を持っています。 メリットとしては、まずリポソーム自体が「ラメラ構造」、つまり水・油・水・油という構造をしているため、同じくラメラ構造をとっている肌に馴染みやすいという点があります。もう一つは、水で壊れやすい成分を内側に閉じ込めることができるので、狙ったところにダイレクトに届けられる「デリバリーシステム」として機能する点です。 さらに、リポソーム自体がリン脂質、つまり水にも油にも馴染む高保湿成分でもあるので、それ自体で保湿効果も期待できます。つまり、大谷選手ではありませんが、まさに「二刀流」以上の働きをしてくれるのがこのリポソームなのです。 この高保湿成分であるリポソームの中に有効成分を包み込んで確実に届ける――この2つの働きをメインにして作られたのが、1992年発売のリポソーム美容液です。そして2021年には、さらにプラスアルファとして、表皮にアプローチするビフィズス菌発酵エキスと、真皮のIII型コラーゲンを増やすHPA配合バイオ液が追加され、さらにバージョンアップしたものが発売されました。 つまりリポソームによって角層や表皮の保湿をしっかり行い、バリア機能を高めて、まるで皮膚がもう一枚あるかのような状態を作りながら、表皮細胞の増殖を促進し、さらに真皮のIII型コラーゲンを増やしてハリを出す――これら全てを叶えてくれる美容液というわけです。 そして大谷選手のロッカーにあった化粧水にも、化粧水用に調整されたリポソームが配合されています。化粧水は水分が多いため、そこにリポソームを配合するのはかなり難しかったそうですが、リン脂質の性質を調整して化粧水にも合うリポソームを実現しています。もしかしたらそれが大谷選手にも合っているのかもしれません。 そんなコスメデコルテから、今年リニューアルして発売されたのがアイクリームです。それがこちら、「コスメデコルテ リポソーム アドバンスト リペア アイセラム」です。このアイセラムは3月16日に発売され、3月に「使ってよかった」という動画で紹介したところ、「もっと深掘りしてほしい」という声が多く寄せられました。 こちらには、もちろんリポソームも配合されていますが、それと同じくらいすごい技術「バイセル」も配合されています。これこそまさに、大谷選手にも使ってほしい「二刀流」ならぬ「二大技術」が詰まった製品です。 先ほどお話ししたリポソームもすごい技術ですが、もう一つの「バイセル」という技術もまた素晴らしいものです。リポソームがリン脂質の膜が球状になっているものだとすると、バイセルはこのリン脂質が層状・板状になっているものだとイメージしてください。 リポソームは水溶性の成分を内部に入れて浸透させる技術に優れていますが、水に溶けない成分はなかなか入れることができません。皆さん、乾燥やバリア機能のケアと言えば、何を配合してほしいですか？　そう、「セラミド」ですよね。しかしセラミドは実は水溶性ではなく、油溶性の成分なので、これまでカプセル状のものにはなかなか配合できませんでした。 今回、コスメデコルテは初めて、このバイセルの中にセラミドを配合することに成功しました。つまり、セラミドをたっぷり抱えたバイセルと、水溶性の保湿・美容成分を抱えたリポソームが、両方とも肌にダイレクトに届けられるのです。バイセルもリポソームも、肌のリペア機能を高める働きがあるので、目元の乾燥やしぼんでしまった肌を、ふっくらと生き返らせてくれます。 つまり、リポソームだけでもすごい技術なのですが、そこに「バイセル」という油溶性成分も届けられる技術が加わり、さらに美容効果・リペア効果の高いセラミドまで配合できたという、非常に高度な技術が詰まっているのが、このコスメデコルテ リポソーム アドバンスト リペア アイセラムなのです。 リポソームが9000億個配合されているとのことで、合わせて1.6兆個ものデリバリー成分が配合されているそうです。すごくないですか？ テクスチャーとしては、こっくりとした美容液です。塗り広げると、クリームというよりは水々しいテクスチャーの美容液という印象です。ただ、これだけではわかりにくいと思うのですが、水々しい使用感でありながら、塗った翌日にはかなりふっくらとした印象になります。特に目の下が乾燥でシワになりやすい方や、目頭のあたりに細かいシワがある方は、かなりふっくらすると思います。 公式には言われていないのですが、個人的には美白効果も期待できるのではないかと感じています。目の周りは暗くなりがちで、皮膚が薄いため乾燥ジワやクマが気になりやすい部分ですが、その辺りも明るくしてくれる印象があります。乾燥感についてはすぐに効果を実感できると思うので、いろいろなアイケアアイテムを試してきた中でも、これはベスト3に入るくらい気に入っているアイセラムです。 目元だけでもこれだけふっくらするなら、顔全体に使いたいと思い、メーカーさんに「顔全体に塗ってもいいですか？」と聞いてみたところ、「ぜひ顔全体に使ってほしい」と言われました。そこで「このバイセル技術を美容液の方にも配合したらいいのでは？」と聞いてみたところ、「バイセルの技術は非常にコストがかかるため、リペアセラムに配合するとかなり価格が上がってしまうので、目元用にしました」とのことでした。ただ、「このアイセラムを顔全体に使っても大丈夫です」とも言われたので、お財布と相談しながら、目元だけでなく顔全体にも使ってみたいと思っています。 いかがでしたか？今回はコスメデコルテのリポソームシリーズについてお話ししました。特にこのアイセラムを深掘りしてほしいというリクエストが多かったので、詳しくご紹介してみました。 日本で初めてリポソームを化粧品に配合したのがコスメデコルテで、それを化粧水用に応用したり、クリームに配合したり、そして今回のようにバイセルの技術と組み合わせて目元用セラムを作ったりと、本当にどんどん進化していると感じています。大谷選手をきっかけに知った方も多いと思いますが、実はとても長い歴史があり、素晴らしい研究のもとに作られているブランドなので、ぜひ手に取っていただければと思います。 今日の内容が良かったと思う方、そして大谷選手のファンの方も、ぜひコメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです。それでは、また次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

Hello everyone, this is Torisugari no Nata. Today I want to talk about the truth behind COSME DECORTE, the brand that Shohei Ohtani is reportedly using. COSME DECORTE has also just released a long-awaited eye cream, so I'll be taking a deep dive into that as well. Please watch until the end. Did everyone watch the WBC? I know this might be a bit late, but it was truly moving. I follow Shohei Ohtani's Instagram, and I noticed that his locker had bottles of COSME DECORTE lotion lined up. This has become a hot topic, with people saying "Ohtani uses COSME DECORTE too!" When we talk about COSME DECORTE, this is the iconic product: the COSME DECORTE Liposome Advanced Repair Serum. I think it's fair to say this serum represents COSME DECORTE as a brand. I've done a separate deep-dive video on this product, so please check that out for more details, but to summarize briefly: this was the first cosmetic product in Japan to incorporate "liposomes," which apply drug delivery system technology derived from the medical concept of delivering medication precisely to a targeted area. Actually, this product was renewed once—I believe in 2021—after going nearly 30 years without any changes. This was the first renewal in about 30 years. The original liposome serum was first released in 1992, and the formula remained completely unchanged until the 2021 renewal. So what exactly is a liposome? It's a multi-layered capsule made from a phospholipid membrane. This might sound complicated, but a liposome is essentially a capsule-shaped structure made of phospholipids—substances that are compatible with both oil and water. The outer layer of the capsule is water-compatible, while the inner layer is oil-compatible. The benefits are twofold. First, liposomes themselves have a "lamellar structure"—alternating layers of water and oil—which is similar to the lamellar structure of skin, making them highly compatible with and easily absorbed by the skin. Second, liposomes can encapsulate ingredients that are easily broken down by water, allowing them to deliver these ingredients directly to the targeted area—functioning as a true "delivery system." Furthermore, since liposomes themselves are phospholipids—highly moisturizing substances compatible with both water and oil—they also provide moisturizing benefits on their own. In other words, much like Ohtani himself, liposomes perform more than just one role—they're true multitaskers. The original 1992 serum was built around these two core functions: using the highly moisturizing liposome to reliably deliver active ingredients wrapped inside it. Then, in 2021, additional ingredients were added for further enhancement: a Bifidobacterium fermentation extract that targets the epidermis, and an HPA bio-fluid that increases type III collagen in the dermis. In other words, the liposomes thoroughly moisturize the stratum corneum and epidermis, strengthening the skin's barrier function almost like adding an extra protective layer, while also promoting epidermal cell proliferation and increasing type III collagen in the dermis to restore firmness. This serum accomplishes all of these things at once. The lotion that was in Ohtani's locker also contains a specially formulated liposome designed for lotions. Since lotions have a much higher water content, incorporating liposomes into them was reportedly quite challenging. However, by adjusting the properties of the phospholipids, they successfully created a liposome suitable for lotion formulations. Perhaps that's part of why this product suits Ohtani so well. And now, COSME DECORTE has released a renewed eye cream this year: the COSME DECORTE Liposome Advanced Repair Eye Serum. This eye serum launched on March 16th, and after I featured it in a "products I loved this month" video in March, many of you requested a deeper dive into it—which is what I'm doing today. Of course, this product contains liposomes, but it also contains another remarkable technology called "Bicelle," which is just as impressive. This truly is a product with "two amazing technologies" that even Ohtani, with his two-way talent, would appreciate. As I mentioned, liposomes are an incredible technology, but Bicelle is equally remarkable. If liposomes are spherical structures made from phospholipid membranes, imagine Bicelles as layered, flat, plate-like structures made from the same phospholipids. Liposomes excel at encapsulating and delivering water-soluble ingredients, but they struggle with ingredients that aren't water-soluble. Now, when you think about caring for dryness and barrier function, what ingredient comes to mind? That's right—ceramide. However, ceramide is actually an oil-soluble ingredient, not water-soluble, which has made it difficult to incorporate into capsule-based delivery systems until now. This time, COSME DECORTE succeeded for the first time in incorporating ceramide into Bicelle technology. This means that Bicelles loaded with ceramide and liposomes loaded with water-soluble moisturizing and beauty ingredients can both be delivered directly to the skin. Since both Bicelles and liposomes enhance the skin's repair function, they work to plump up dryness and sagging skin around the eyes, giving it a revitalized appearance. So while liposomes alone were already impressive, this product adds Bicelle technology—capable of delivering oil-soluble ingredients—and successfully incorporates highly effective, repair-boosting ceramide on top of that. This is truly cutting-edge technology packed into the COSME DECORTE Liposome Advanced Repair Eye Serum. Apparently, it contains 900 billion liposomes, bringing the total delivery ingredient count to 1.6 trillion particles. Isn't that amazing? As for the texture, it's a rich, thick serum. When you spread it, it actually feels more like a watery serum than a cream. It's hard to fully convey this through words alone, but despite the watery texture, your skin looks noticeably plumper the next day. This is especially true for people who experience dryness-related wrinkles under the eyes or fine lines near the inner corners of the eyes—you'll likely see a significant plumping effect. This isn't an official claim from the brand, but personally, I feel like it might also have some brightening effects. The eye area tends to look dark, and since the skin there is thin, dryness-related wrinkles and dark circles are common concerns—but this product seems to brighten that area as well. You'll notice the improvement in dryness almost immediately, so out of all the eye care products I've tried, this one ranks among my top three favorites. Since it plumps up even just the eye area so effectively, I wanted to use it all over my face, so I asked the manufacturer directly: "Is it okay to use this on my entire face?" They told me, "Please feel free to use it all over your face." I then asked, "Why not incorporate Bicelle technology into the main serum as well?" They explained that Bicelle technology is extremely costly to produce, and incorporating it into the Repair Serum would significantly raise the price—which is why they limited it to the eye serum for now. However, they confirmed that using this eye serum on the entire face is perfectly fine, so I'm considering using it on my whole face as well, budget permitting. So, what did you think? COSME DECORTE was the first brand in Japan to incorporate liposomes into cosmetics, and they've continued to innovate—adapting the technology for lotions, creams, and now combining it with Bicelle technology to create this eye serum.
