【乾燥しないクレンジング】クレンジング迷子の人必見！プチプラなのにきちんとメイクも落とせて乾燥を防ぎます

みなさんこんにちは！友利新です。最近乾燥ひどくないですか？脂性肌の私でもなんとなく乾燥を感じるんですよね。特にクレンジングの時って困りませんか？メイクは落としたいんだけれども乾燥が気になる。だからといってちょっとお高めのクレンジングを毎日使うっていうのはね……と思ってるそこのあなた。今日はプチプラなのにちゃんとメイクも落ちながら、乾燥感を感じさせないクレンジングを2つ紹介しますので、クレンジング迷子だよっていう方は是非最後までご覧ください。 では早速ズバリこの2つになります。まず1つがちふれのクレンジングバーム、もう1つがクレメのクレンジングクリームになります。どちらも1000円台のクレンジングなんですね。メイク落ちはしっかりできるんですけど、洗い上がりがなんか肌がふわふわになるというか、保湿感がめちゃくちゃあるものになります。 そもそもクレンジングっていうのは私いつも言ってるんですけれども、どういう感じで選んでいただきたいかっていうと、まずメイクの濃さですよね。メイクっていうのは油なので、メイクが濃い時はやっぱり油分が多いクレンジング、例えばバームだったりクレンジングオイルだったりの方がメイクとの馴染みがいいのでしっかりと落ちます。その次にクリームだったりとかジェルだったりという風になるんですね。 とはいえクレンジングしっかりするとどうしても乾燥というものが起こってくるので、洗浄剤だったりとか美容成分というもので、やっぱり肌のバランスを整えていきたいというところになるので、クレンジングを選ぶ時にまず1つは剤形ですよね。どういうものがベースになっているか。クレンジングオイルとかあとはバームっていうのはしっかり落ちやすい。その後に入っている界面活性剤が優しすぎても落ちにくいし、しっかり落としすぎるようなものだと乾燥してしまう。もう1つはやっぱり美容成分ですね。クレンジングって結局は洗い流しちゃうから美容成分って関係ないものもあるんですけれども、最近のクレンジングっていうのは洗った後に残るような美容成分っていうのも入れているので、意味のない成分がいっぱい入ってたら意味がないんですけど、意味がある成分が入っているのかっていうところによって洗い上がりの乾燥感が少ないっていうところになってきます。 この2つはそれをきっちりと叶えているなと思うんですが、まず1つ目、ちふれのクレンジングバーム。こんな感じで本当に硬そうだなと思うクレンジングなんですけれども、取ってみるとめちゃくちゃ柔らかくて、肌の上でスルッとダマにならずにオイルに変わっていくようなものになります。バームの中にはテクスチャが硬くて溶かすまでに時間がかかるから肌の摩擦になっちゃうみたいなものもあるんですが、これはもう本当に一瞬にして溶けていく感じなので、肌の摩擦はほとんどないようなものになります。 このクレンジングバームのベースの油剤がですね、ちふれさんって全部ここに何パーセント成分が入ってますって書いてあるので、ここ見ればもう簡単なんですけども、まずエモリエント成分って書いてあるんですが、これが多分油性の成分ですね。これがまず合成のワックスになります。合成ワックスってそのまま書いてあるんですけども、クオリティが低いときれいに溶けたりしないんですよね。なので合成ワックスの中でも精製度がすごく高いようなものを使ってるんじゃないかなと思います。もう一つの油性の成分がダイマージリノール酸ダイマージリノレイルっていうものが入っています。植物オイルを化学的に作ったものなんですけれども、保湿だったりとかリップとかにも使われているような油剤で、肌を滑らかにするようなオイルになっています。膜を貼るようなものだったりもするんですね。あとは植物オイルで匂い直じく青い油だったりとか、レモングラス油っていうものが入っています。合成のオイルプラス天然の植物オイルっていうものを組み合わせることによって、メイクと馴染むような感じになっています。バームっていうのはオイルを固めているものになるので、しっかりとしたメイクは落ちるっていうことが分かりますし、界面活性剤がすごくシンプルで2つしか入っていないんですよ。どちらも非イオン性の界面活性剤で、油剤で浮き上がらせて、それをさっと流してくれるっていうところになります。 エモリエント成分っていうのは何か美容成分が入っているというよりは、油の組み合わせっていうものと、ダイマージリノール酸ダイマージリノレイルっていうものがメイクを浮き上がらせるっていうところもあるんですが、膜を貼るっていうところもあるので、バランスがすごくいいので、メイクはスッと落ちるんですけども、洗い上がりがふっくらしているような感じになります。 ちふれさんってすごくシンプルなんですよ。だから乾燥肌でプラス敏感なように傾いている人とかっていうのも、このクレンジングだと、さっき言った油剤が組み合わさっているので、メイク自体もちゃんと浮くんですけども、洗い流した後のいい意味での膜感が残っているので、しっとりみたいな感じになるんですよ。なので私は結構、例えば撮影の時とかはすごいしっかりメイクをするので、クレンジングオイル好きなんですけれども、このクレンジングバームは5000円以上のクレンジングオイルを使った時と同じような感じくらいしっとり感が残るっていう感じなので、メイクはちゃんと落としたいけれども保湿感も残したい、かつシンプルな処方であんまり余計なもの入れたくないっていう方にはいいんじゃないかなという風に思います。 続いてはこちら、クレメのクレンジングクリームになります。私これ最初見た時には、クレンジング力っていうのはそんなに強くなくてBBクリームとかお粉とかだけ塗ってる時に使うものなのかなと思ったんですね。にしてはめっちゃこの黒とか攻めてるなと思ったんですが、そもそもこのパッケージって白かったらしいんですよ。敏感肌っぽい感じにしてたら、思ったよりもクレンジング力っていうのが高くてだけれども乾燥しないよねって言ってSNSでバズったっていうようなことで話題になってるっていうところで、本当ですか？と思って見てみたんですけれども、ぱっと見はクレンジングクリームなんですよ。基本的にはクレンジング力って弱いはずなんですね。油とお水をしっかり混ぜていかないといけないので、さっきのバームみたいに油分だけっていう感じじゃないんですよ。でもこれくるくるしていくとオイルに変わっていく不思議なクレンジングクリームになっています。肌と同じ水と油っていうラメラ構造しているクリームなので、オイルがジューっと出てきて水からオイルに変わるものになってるんですね。もちろんバームに比べればオイルっていうものは少ないのでこれもないのかなと思ったんですけども、ラメラの中にオイルをしっかり入れてるからか、しっかり落ちるなっていうイメージにはなっています。 ベースになっている油はですね、炭化水素油っていうミネラルオイルの一種になっています。皮脂もしっかり取る感じなんですよ。なので皮脂もしっかり取って、キュッと洗い上げるようなクレンジングになるはずなんですね。水添ポリイソブテンっていうミネラルオイルが入っているので、キュッとなるのかなという風に思っていたし、界面活性剤も6種類入ってるんですね。多いからダメっていうわけじゃなくて、多いからこそこの組み合わせでちょっとずつ入れて良くするっていうところもあるんですけれども、結構しっかり入っているなっていう感じになります。 洗浄剤とオイルだけを見ていると、しっかり取れるようなクレンジングなのかなと思っているんですけれども、ここにアミノ酸とセラミドが入っているんですよ。ぶっちゃけて言うとクレンジングの中にセラミドとかアミノ酸が入っていても、一部しか残らずに洗い流されていくと思うので、これで保湿っていうものを担保しているというよりは、吸着型のヒアルロン酸ですね、ヒアルロン酸ヒドロキシプロピルトリモニウムっていう、洗ってもお肌に残るような吸着系のヒアルロン酸がしっかりと膜を張ってくれるような感じになります。プラスアルファ、さっき言ったラメラ構造になっているので油が段階的に落ちていくんだと思うんですよね。炭化水素の油なんですけれども、落とすんだけれども落としすぎない感じにはなっているので、成分だけを見ていると敏感肌の方にはどうかなと思うんですけど、処方の妙でしっかりと洗い上がりはできるんだけれども、そこまで肌に負担がなくうるおいも残していくっていうような処方になっているのかなという風に思います。 なのでこの2つは、すごく目新しい成分を入れているっていうよりは、本当に処方の技術プラスアルファ、1000円台ですよ、驚きかなと思いますし、改めて日本のプチプラってすごいなっていう風に思いました。 はい、ということで今日はこの時期におすすめのクレンジング2つご紹介しました。ではまた次の動画でお会いしましょう。さようなら。

You want to remove your makeup, but you're worried about dryness. And using a pricier cleanser every day just isn't practical, right? If that's you, today I'm introducing two affordable cleansers that remove makeup properly while leaving your skin feeling moisturized, not dry. If you're a 'cleansing wanderer,' please watch until the end. So here are the two products: first, Chifure's Cleansing Balm, and second, Cremo's Cleansing Cream. Both are in the ¥1,000 price range. They both remove makeup thoroughly, but after washing, your skin feels fluffy and incredibly moisturized. As I always say, when choosing a cleanser, first consider how heavy your makeup is. Makeup is essentially oil, so when your makeup is heavy, an oil-rich cleanser—like a balm or cleansing oil—blends better with the makeup and removes it more thoroughly. Lighter options like creams or gels come next. However, thorough cleansing tends to cause dryness, so it's important to balance the skin using surfactants and beneficial ingredients. When choosing a cleanser, first look at the formulation type—what it's based on. Oils and balms tend to cleanse more thoroughly. If the surfactant included afterward is too gentle, it won't cleanse well; if it's too strong, it will dry out the skin. Second, look at the beneficial ingredients. Since cleansers get washed off, some ingredients don't matter much, but recent cleansers include ingredients meant to stay on the skin after rinsing. If those ingredients are meaningless, it won't help, but if they're genuinely beneficial, the skin will feel less dry after washing. Both of these products achieve that balance well. First, let's look at Chifure's Cleansing Balm. It looks quite hard, but once you scoop it out, it's incredibly soft and melts into oil on your skin smoothly without clumping. Some balms take time to melt, causing friction on the skin, but this one melts almost instantly, so there's very little friction. As for the base oils in this cleansing balm, Chifure clearly lists the percentage of each ingredient, so it's easy to check. First is the 'emollient' component, which is likely the oily ingredient. This includes synthetic wax. If synthetic wax quality is low, it won't melt cleanly, so they're probably using a highly refined version. The other oily ingredient is Dimer Dilinoleic Acid Dimer Dilinoleyl, a chemically processed plant oil also used in moisturizers and lip products—it smooths the skin and can form a protective film. There's also plant oils like blue tansy oil and lemongrass oil. By combining synthetic oil with natural plant oils, it blends well with makeup. Since a balm is essentially solidified oil, it removes makeup thoroughly. The surfactants are very simple—only two, both nonionic—which lift the oil and rinse it away easily. The emollient component isn't so much a 'beauty ingredient' as it is a combination of oils; Dimer Dilinoleic Acid Dimer Dilinoleyl helps lift makeup while also forming a film, giving a nice balance—makeup comes off smoothly while the skin feels plump afterward. Chifure products are very simple, so even people with dry or sensitive-leaning skin can use this. Thanks to the combined oils mentioned earlier, makeup lifts properly, but there's a pleasant film left on the skin after rinsing, giving a moisturized feel. I personally love cleansing oils for heavy makeup days like photoshoots, but this balm leaves my skin feeling just as moisturized as a cleansing oil costing over ¥5,000. So if you want to properly remove makeup while keeping moisture, with a simple formula free of unnecessary ingredients, this is a great option. Next is Cremo's Cleansing Cream. At first glance, I thought it might not have strong cleansing power—maybe just for days with BB cream or light powder. Yet the packaging is bold and black, which surprised me. Apparently the packaging used to be white, giving a 'sensitive skin' impression, but it went viral on social media for having stronger-than-expected cleansing power without causing dryness. So I decided to check it out myself. At first glance, it's a cleansing cream, which usually has weaker cleansing power since it needs to blend oil and water thoroughly—unlike a balm, which is pure oil. But as you massage it, it mysteriously transforms into oil. It has a lamellar structure similar to the skin's own water-oil balance, so oil gradually emerges as it changes from a watery texture into oil. Since it contains less oil than a balm, I expected weaker cleansing, but because the oil is well incorporated into the lamellar structure, it actually cleanses quite effectively. The base oil is a type of mineral oil called hydrocarbon oil, which also removes sebum thoroughly, giving a squeaky-clean finish. It also contains hydrogenated polyisobutene, another mineral oil, contributing to that clean feel. There are six types of surfactants included—not necessarily bad, since combining several in smaller amounts can improve performance. It's actually quite a robust surfactant blend. Looking only at the cleansing agents and oils, you'd expect a very thorough, possibly harsh cleanser. But it also contains amino acids and ceramides. Honestly, most of these get rinsed away and only a small amount stays on the skin, so I don't think they're the main moisture source. Instead, it's the adsorption-type hyaluronic acid—Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hyaluronate—that stays on the skin after rinsing and forms a protective film. Additionally, thanks to the lamellar structure mentioned earlier, the oil is released in stages. Even though it's a hydrocarbon oil, it cleanses effectively without over-stripping the skin. Just looking at the ingredient list, you might wonder if it's suitable for sensitive skin, but thanks to clever formulation, it manages to cleanse thoroughly while minimizing damage and retaining moisture. So these two products aren't necessarily using groundbreaking new ingredients—it's really about the skill of the formulation. And to think they're both in the ¥1,000 range is honestly impressive.
