【肌を綺麗に保ちたい！】導入美容液をやるべき人とそうでない人の違い。「肌を整える正しい考え方」を解説します！

みなさんこんにちは、友利新です 今日は導入美容液についてお話ししたいと思います 本当に皆さんが思っているような働きをしてくれるのか 絶対必要なのか そういった疑問にしっかり答えていきたいと思いますので 使っている方もまだ使ってない方もぜひ最後までご覧ください では早速どういう働きがあるかということをお話ししたいんですが 大きく分けて2つあります 1つ目っていうのが次の化粧品の入りを良くする そのために使ってますという方が多いと思うんですね もちろんそれは間違いではないです ただこれだけっていうわけでもないんですよね 導入美容液っていうもので次の化粧水が倍になるとか これを入れないと次の化粧品が浸透しないみたいな思っている方がいるんですが 別に導入美容液を使ってても使ってなくても浸透はしやすいんですね ただ化粧水とかそういったものを入れるためにはちょっと肌のバリア機能を緩めたりとか あとピーリング剤を入れてるとかそういったものがメインになってしまうんですね そうすると肌が弱い人だったらピリついちゃうとか ネガティブな要素もあったりします 肌っていうのは浸透する量っていうのはもともと決まっているんですね なので導入美容液を使ったからといって容量が2倍になったりとか3倍になるっていうものではないんですよ ただ浸透しにくい成分を浸透させるっていう道筋を作るっていうことはしてくれる可能性はあります なので浸透しにくいものを浸透させるようにしてあげるっていう意味では次の化粧品の浸透を良くするっていうことはあると思います ただ通常の化粧品であれば肌に浸透しやすいような処方にはなっているので 次の化粧品の浸透を良くするためだけに使ってるとするんだったら意味がないんじゃないかなと思います じゃあ友利先生は導入美容液否定派ですかっていうとそうじゃないんですよ 導入美容液っていうのは次にお話する2つ目の効果の方が私は高いしそれをもって選んでほしいからです 何かっていうと導入美容液っていうのは基本的に顔を洗って一番最初に使うじゃないですか 何にも浸透してない時に一番最初に使うので 肌に一番必要なものを一番最初に一番多く入れたい時に使うものなんですよ 肌っていうのはさっき言ったみたいに量が決まっているので後から入れれば入れるほどそんなに浸透しないんですよ 一番最初に乗せるものが一番浸透するので 今自分が肌に何が必要かっていうもののお悩み別のものを一番最初に入れることによって効能が高く出やすいっていうところになります 例えば一番導入美容液を世の中に知らしめたのってコスメデコルテのリポソームだと思うんですよね リポソームっていうのは角層のラメラ構造に近い リン質っていうものの多重構造のものが肌に乗るので肌のバリア機能を高めていく リポソームの中に美容成分がいっぱい入っていくからバリア機能を強化しつつ 角質の奥まで浸透しながら美容成分がどんどんほどけて出ていくっていうところなんですね 肌のバリア機能を整えるっていうところとその中に入っている美容成分を届けていくということで導入なんですよ なのでリポソームを使うと揺らがない乾燥がなくなる形であれは爆発的にヒットしたんですね ただそれが導入っていうところで次の化粧水いっぱい引き込んでるから水分がアップしてるっていうイメージだけがついちゃってるんですけどそういうことじゃないんですよ 今一番自分の肌に必要な成分だったり処方があるものを一番最初に入れていくっていうところにしてあげたほうがいいと思います 具体的な例をとりたいと思うんですがおすすめがこの2つになります 有心酒造さんが出しているアトピスマイルフォルテというものでこれも先行型ベース美容液って書いてあるんですね ライスパワーNo.11プラスっていうものが配合されています ライスパワーNo.11プラスっていうのは基底膜に働きかけてターンオーバーを正常化することによって水分保持能力を上げていくっていう医薬部外品の認定がされています 簡単に言うと基底膜から肌の細胞が作られてターンオーバーするときにヒアルロン酸だったりセラミドだったりっていうものを作りながらいくんですね 自分で作り上げていって乾燥しないとか肌の水分維持能力が高くなるっていうことになるので 乾燥肌の人だったり揺らいじゃったりするっていう人は顔を洗ったすぐにこのライスパワーNo.11プラスっていうものが肌に行ったほうが高濃度に肌に浸透していくので 敏感肌だったり揺らぎやすいお肌だったりとか自分でセラミドだったりヒアルロン酸を作りたいと思っている乾燥を予防したいっていう人にはかなりおすすめになります これはアスタリフトのジェリーアクアリスタになります セラミドとアスタキサンチンが一番最初に行きます セラミドをナノ化してるんですね セラミドって油分に溶けやすいのでベタベタしているものが多いんですがこれはナノ化しているのでスッと浸透していてベタつきもほとんどないです プラスアルファアスタキサンチンっていうのはビタミンCよりも抗酸化作用が強いんじゃないかって言われているぐらい肌の酸化を抑えてくれるものになります なのでセラミドで肌のバリア機能を上げつつ紫外線が強く当たるとか寝不足が続くとかストレスが多い環境下にあって肌に酸化が起こっているっていう方 酸化っていうのはエイジングにつながるのでエイジングケアもしたい乾燥も整えたいっていう人には顔を洗って一番すぐこれをするっていうのもかなりいいんじゃないかなというふうに思います 次はこちらカオのスキントーニングセラムというものでこれもお顔を洗って一番最初に入れます トーニングセラムって書いてあるので色ムラを良くしていくんですね シミ予防のナイアシナミド、炎症による赤みを取るグリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、糖化それを抑制するカオ独自の植物成分が入っているんですね なのでこちらは色ムラが気になっているっていう人は一番最初に使うべき導入美容液になっています 次にこちらKコントロールリペアセラムこれはもう毛穴です ドクターKさんのビタミンカクテルっていうもので毛穴を引き締めてNMFの誘導体っていうものが入っているので 毛穴周りで起こっている炎症を抑えてすり鉢毛穴だったりを抑えるっていうようなことなので 毛穴が気になっている人が使うべき先行美容液になっています 続いてこちらSK-Ⅱのスキンディニューエッセンスです ハリアスっていうものを出すクリームと一緒に出た先行美容液なんですね 表皮のハリアスが強固になることによってキメが整うことによって表皮のハリアスがアップすることによって 引き上がったような印象にするっていうクリームがバズっているんですが 実はこれ先行の美容液もあります なので表皮のハリアスをアップさせたい みずみずしいハリアスが欲しいっていう時には先行美容液を使う あと次に使うピテラの浸透も良くするということに言われているので ハリアスを手に入れたいっていうエイジングの人もそうだし ピテラの化粧水を使っている人は相乗効果が高いんじゃないかなっていうふうに思います まとめると導入美容液っていうのは次に使う化粧品を入れ込むだけではないんですね それよりも一番肌にとって必要なものをまっさらな肌で 吸収が良い時に入れていくっていうような考えにした方がいいと思います なので自分が乾燥が気になるのか 炎症、酸化作用が強いものを使いたいのか 色ムラが気になるのか 毛穴が気になるのか ハリアスを出したいのか それによって使う導入美容液を変えるべきなんですね ただ単に次の化粧水の浸透を良くするっていうものだったら 私は正直使わなくてもいい だったら使う順番を変えたりとかするだけで 別に余計なものを使わなくてもいい ただ一番入れたいっていう成分がある導入美容液を使っているんだったら 手ごたえも出やすいし 意味があるんじゃないかなというふうに思います なので導入美容液を選ぶ際にはですね 自分がどういった肌になりたいか考えて 使っていただけるといいんじゃないかなと思います 絶対導入美容液を使わなきゃいけないって思ってる人もいるんですが どっちでもいいです 使うんであれば賢く使って 自分に合ったものを選んでいただきたいかなというふうに思います はいということでいかがだったでしょうか 聞かれることも多かったので 今日はちょっとまとめてみました もちろん今日挙げた導入美容液以外にも 第2弾第3弾でこういった肌におすすめの導入美容液っていう動画も撮りたいなと思うので これはどうですかというものがあれば コメント欄に書いていただけると嬉しいです ということで今日も最後までご覧いただきありがとうございました また次の動画でお会いしましょう さようなら

Hello everyone, this is Arata Tomori. Today I'd like to talk about essence primers. Do they really work the way you think they do? Are they absolutely necessary? I want to answer these questions thoroughly, so whether you're already using them or not, please watch until the end. Let me start by explaining what essence primers do. Broadly speaking, there are two main functions. The first is that they help the next skincare product absorb better. Many people use them for this reason, and that's not wrong. However, that's not the only thing they do. Some people think that essence primers make the next toner absorption double, or that without them the next products won't penetrate. But actually, whether you use an essence primer or not, penetration happens fairly easily. However, to make products penetrate more, essence primers often contain barrier-relaxing or peeling agents, which can cause irritation for people with sensitive skin. Since skin has a fixed absorption capacity that doesn't increase even with an essence primer, it's not accurate to say absorption becomes 2 or 3 times better. That said, essence primers can create a pathway for poorly penetrating ingredients to absorb better. However, for ordinary skincare products, they're already formulated to penetrate well, so using an essence primer just to improve the next product's absorption might not be meaningful. But I'm not against essence primers. The second benefit I'll discuss next is actually more important to me, and that's what you should choose them for. Here's the key: essence primers are used first thing after cleansing, when nothing has penetrated yet. This means you can deliver the most essential ingredients to your skin first, at maximum concentration. Since skin has fixed absorption capacity, what penetrates first is most effective. By prioritizing your specific skin concern at the very beginning, you get better results. For example, Cosme Decorte's Liposome was the product that introduced essence primers to the world. Liposomes have a phospholipid multilayer structure similar to skin's lamellar structure, which strengthens the skin barrier while releasing beauty ingredients as they penetrate into the stratum corneum. It went viral because it both enhanced skin barrier function and prevented dryness. People mistakenly thought it was about water absorption from the next toner, but that's not it. You should use an essence primer that targets whatever your skin needs most right now. Let me give specific examples. First is Atopy Smile Forte by Yuushin Brewery. It contains Rice Power No. 11 Plus, which is certified as a quasi-drug that normalizes skin turnover by working on the basement membrane, thereby increasing water retention capacity. Essentially, it helps your skin naturally produce hyaluronic acid and ceramide during cell turnover. If you have dry, sensitive, or reactive skin, or want to strengthen your skin's natural moisture barrier, applying this right after cleansing at high concentration is highly recommended. Next is Astralift's Jelly Aquarist. It delivers ceramide and astaxanthin first. The ceramide is nano-formulated, so unlike typical ceramide products that are greasy, this penetrates smoothly without stickiness. Astaxanthin has even stronger antioxidant power than vitamin C, protecting your skin from oxidation. If you're exposed to intense UV, lack sleep, experience stress, or want anti-aging benefits alongside moisture balance, using this first thing after cleansing is excellent. Next is Kao's Skin Toning Serum. It improves skin tone and color spots. It contains niacinamide for blemish prevention, dipotassium glycyrrhizate for reducing inflammation-caused redness, and Kao's proprietary plant extracts that inhibit glycation. If you're concerned about uneven skin tone, this is the essence primer you should use first. Then there's K Control Repair Serum, focused on pores. It uses doctor K's vitamin cocktail to tighten pores and contains NMF derivatives to reduce inflammation around pores and diminish issues like crater-like pores. If pores are your concern, this is your primer choice. Next is SK-II's Skin Renewal Essence. It was released alongside their wildly popular Haliasu cream. The product works by strengthening skin firmness and improving skin texture. This essence primer also enhances Pitera absorption from their toner. Whether you're targeting firmness for anti-aging or using their Pitera line, there's strong synergy. In summary, essence primers aren't just about helping the next product penetrate. More importantly, they deliver whatever your skin needs most at the optimal time when absorption is highest. Your choice depends on whether you're concerned about dryness, inflammation, oxidation, uneven tone, pores, or firmness. Use different essence primers for different concerns. If an essence primer's only job is improving the next toner's absorption, honestly you don't need it. You could just change your product order. But if you're using an essence primer targeting specific ingredients your skin truly needs, you'll definitely see results and get real value. When choosing an essence primer, think about what skin condition you want to achieve and choose accordingly. Don't feel you absolutely must use one.
